Thai Orchid

We ordered Thai Orchid using Skip the Dishes. Overall it was really good food. My wife loved the fresh cold rolls so try those. I myself thought the hot and sour soup and the General Thai chicken were quite tasty. We also really enjoyed the Pad Thai, don’t be afraid of spice. As usual, we ordered too much and will be having the remaining Pad Thai and the Singapore Noodles tonight. The food was definitely good enough to order from Thai Orchid again.

I was craving for Pad Thai and ordered online. It did not disappoint. Their specialty Pad Thai is delicious, prepared in good portion, and reasonably priced. It was an uber delivery order, packaged securely, and warm. I highly recommend this establishment and specializes in Pad Thai menu. I will definitely order again.

Thai Orchid is my go too for Thai food. Spicy food is my go to when I have a cold. The other day it was a rainy miserable day and I'm battling a bad cold so I ordered Green Curry dinner for one. My daughter went to pick up my food and told the lady working how I was sick. They put a little "feel better" note on the lid ❤️ The food was delicious as always(my daughter had a taste before I could take a picture lol) Lots of chicken and veggies. Thank you Thai Orchid for always providing fresh delicious food. I'll be back soon❤️

We've ordered from this restaurant before, but usually change it up with where we go. Tonight we ordered and they now have dinner combos that come with 2 spring rolls. Everyone was able to order their own choice. I have to say, the portion size is huge and the food is absolutely delicious. And such a great value. This will now be our number one Thai restaurant in the area.

This place is surely unique! We ordered the shrimp fry and the green Thai curry as the main. It was totally delicious. The place is also very clean. The customer service is also great and our waiter was nothing but exceptional. Really loved this place and I look forward to my next visit.

I would say this is the best Thai in Hamilton/ Stoney Creek! Pad Thai and curries always deliver with excellent spice levels and flavours. I would suggest picking up your order because it can get pricy on delivery apps. Always a good experience!

Talk about great service and going above & beyond! It was so delicious and so nicely packed! Being Gluten and Dairy intolerant can really make dining out a challenge… However, They were super helpful with letting me know what foods I can safely order! They even marked out a menu for me to know in the future 🤩

Still in search for authentic Thai food in the Stoney Creek area. This restaurant provides takeout only, and when asked what their specialty and good dishes were, they suggested the General Tso/Thai chicken. I was surprised that they did not highlight more of their Thai curry or other traditional Thai dishes. This was a bit of a red flag for me. Overall, the dishes were watery and needed more flavour. It did not taste authentic. Anything that was supposed to be breaded/fried was soggy by the time we got home. They should adjust their recipes for takeout by serving the meal separately with sauce on the side. Quality and taste were below expectations compared to other authentic Thai restaurants I have eaten in the Greater Toronto Area. Restaurant and location cleanliness and ambiance could also be improved, Unfortunately there was a homeless person sitting in the waiting area and I did help him out, but was surprised as this was my first experience seeing this at a restaurant.

Good food and tasty but not the best I have ever had. Pad Thai was generous portion and hot and tasty. Egg rolls were ok. Lots to choose from so I will come back to try some other items and see if it is better. Many coworkers rave about this restaurant so I will give it a second chance.

Generous portions, flavourful and truly authentic Thai cuisine. This is the ONLY place I go in Hamilton for Thai food! The staff are amazing and very tentative as well. If you start to become a regular they treat you like family. Love it here!

We love this restaurant for one simple reason: their food is exceptional. Tonight we had chicken pad thai which was flavourful and served hot. The hot and sour soup is very generous in terms of serving size and the ingredients and flavour is perfect. The sticky rice at dessert was not too sweet and the perfect consistency. Service is always prompt and courteous. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in Thai dishes.

Amazingly priced, this hidden gem has an unbeatable lunch menu with dishes being large, delicious and cheap ! You will leave feeling full and satisfied; the atmosphere is systemically pleasing, friendly staff and take out is available; parking isn't the best in the lot it's located in, however if you like spicy, let the staff know and they will make it as spicy as your fiery heart desires

The food wasn't that great, and our female server was miserable and rude. I wish we had of gone somewhere else. I had the spicy basil fried rice and deep fried tofu. The deep fried tofu tasted like deep fried water but the rice wasn't inedible. Won't be back. Disappointed despite the other reviews.

This restaurant is good for quick meals if you don't feel like cooking. The food is decent but won't blow you away. Good value. The service is great too. Very convenient. Definitely a go to once a month.

Love the Thai Iced Tea and Corn fritters. They are absolutely delicious. The service is what really keeps me coming back. They're always sending out springs rolls or banana fritters complimentary from the kitchen. It's a great gesture. The ingredients are fresh and the flavours are consistent and excellent.

I'm only reviewing this for one item on their menu: their sticky mango rice. I've never had a sour mango here & when they're not ripe they don't serve you this dish. Their sticky rice is perfect. This is honestly the perfect dessert. However, I have not dined in here for over a year so I have 0 knowledge about the service. ((I do not like the other items here))

On the plus side I loved the hot and sour soup- vegetarian and very flavourful. Unfortunately the good stuff ended there. The chicken in our fried rice and in my sweet and sour chicken was way too chicken-y- I don't know if you know what I mean- tough, chewy not fresh- if you freeze ur chicken too much that's what it tastes like. The spices were great but the meat quality was not that good. It's almost like some restaurants think that it's ok to have low quality meat if u are gonna make it spicy. I disagree-there is nothing like a great quality meat with a great quality spice. My hubby's green curry seemed to have better quality chicken but even that was not that great. I wouldn't recommend this one there are much better Thai restaurants around.

Very good food. It's not cheap but it's worth it. All the Thai favourites are here. I usually get take-out but the dining room is nice and there are always people there. Staff is extremely pleasant. Best Thai in this end of the city.

Good service and food. Dropped in while in Stoney Creek for dinner. Ordered mild chicken/shrimp Pad Thai which was okay, mild beef basil fried rice which was good and hot/spicy Chu Chee Gung (crispy shrimp in red curry) which was really tasty. The portions were decent and we were impressed with the large size of the shrimps used, all shell removed. Would recommend this place and if in the area would definitely stop by again.

We have eaten here in the past as a couple and this time took family members who were in town. The food was always very good but this time we were able to try more dishes and they were wonderful. Chicken with cashews, Chicken fried rice, Shrimp and eggplant in cream sauce / broth (sooo good) , mango salad and chicken satay (we had a family member who was allergic to beef with us). ... it was one of the best meals I have eaten and bill for four came to $54.for four people. I highly recommend eating here, many people phone in orders too and pick up the food. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful - and the service is warm and friendly. When we went on our own we had the meal for two. This is a great introduction to their food - all delicious!
