"Between Quai des Célestins and the village of Saint-Paul, this restaurant is run by Willy Lieu, who was once Jacques Chirac's personal chef! Now his own boss, he serves up a short menu of authentic Thai cuisine, including generous and flavoursome classics such as pad thai and tom yam. Prices remain reasonable; good service. It is a popular haunt for local residents on account of its friendly, unpretentious atmosphere." - Michelin Inspector

Cozy and very charming. Perfect assistance helping us select the best wine to accompany our spring rolls and Pad Thai. Delicious meal. Make a reservation - the place fills fast.

We dine here every time we stay in Paris and it has been just marvellous every single time. Very friendly, english speaking staff. Great Curry and you have to try the sticky coconut rice with mango! Adorable! Update September 2025: Perfect as ever.

A lovely hidden gem with delicious food, comforting library decor, and such friendly service! The server was so kind and patient with my bad attempts at speaking French (practice makes perfect, I'm trying to learn the language) and she alternated between French and English for us. Many thanks to her! I ordered the pad thai with vegetables and it was divine - fresh and flavorful without being too heavy. I hope we can return again soon (and that I'll speak better French by then)!

Wonderful place!! The food is flavorful and amazing. Every bite was mouthwatering. It’s a nice boutique Thai restaurant with very friendly staff. This stays in my rotation of places to dine in Paris!

A lovely Thai restaurant located near the city center. The dishes are bursting with delightful flavours. The owner is very pleasant. I would highly recommend it. The only downside is the pricing on certain items; 15 euros for sticky mango rice seems quite expensive. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The food was DELICIOUS! And the staff was super friendly! I had a broken leg and the place was small and tight but they did their best to help me feel comfortable and get situated. If you have a wheelchair it will be difficult because I struggled to walk in the door with crutches as the door is narrow and there is a step to walk in and the bathrooms are in the basement. I do wish the portions were a little bigger, but I had an appetizer and dessert so I left satisfied! If I had just ordered the main dish, I don't think it would have been enough.

This was a highlight dinner for us during our stay. We got lucky and there was a table. It is small,so in hindsight, reservations are a good idea. The food was great and the service was very friendly and attentive. We hope to return!

Incredible green curry - flavorful, balanced, super fresh veggies and herbs, the stickiest rice. And a lovely crisp white wine pairing. Warm and attentive service. Chef’s kiss!!!

Yelp
Good food and great service. The Papaye salad was delicious, then we had 2 green curries and 1 fish yellow curry. All 3 were excellent with the right balance between flavours and spiciness. I will definitely go back there.

Yelp
For some reason, the restaurant is split into two very differently decorated sides, so that we were afraid one was the "upscale" restaurant and the other was to-go only. They offer the same menu at the same prices, so don't worry about which you pick. We chose the left, an adorably decorated, intimate space, that smells incredible (strong, but pleasant) as soon as you walk in. There are some usual Thai goods like lychee cans or rice noodles for sale on the shelves, in case you were doubting how authentic they are. I will never get used to Paris prices for Asian food, but for the quality I've experienced so far in this city, at least this was up there.Entrees are 8 to 11 euros, and main dishes are 13 to 22 euros. My duck pad thai set me back 16.50, which I guess considering the cost of the meat is okay, but I can't believe my friend's standard veggie pad thai was 13.50! I was intrigued by the idea of duck with the usual pad thai flavor profile, but a bit disappointed with the meat. It was tough, and took points away from an otherwise great dish. It wasn't as spicy as I was hoping it would be either, even though I asked for it to be extra spicy. At least our server brought me some dry chili flakes to try to make up for it. The portion was enough to have some leftovers to bring home, which she packed up nicely - and even threw in chopsticks! Unfortunately, there was only one kind of wine (Bordeaux) that you could get by the glass. For anything else, you'll have to get a demi or full bottle. There was an interesting Thai liqueur that our server likened to vodka, and a longish list of teas if you were feeling adventurous.

Yelp
Best thai restaurant on TripAdvisor and I understand why! I had the Green Curry with Duck and Sticky Rice. The Meat was amazing and the spices, adapted to European taste, is just perfect for such a fine meat! Highly recommand!

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Paris...warm welcome, great employees and owner! The food is amazing...the soup with chicken wontons, the fried rice, chicken with basil etc. I like the hot sauces that you can request as well. Their mango sticky rice uses wild rice which makes it so much more special than the normal one, it has a more "al dente" kind of feeling. For appetizers I love the chicken yam salad or fried tofu. You can really feel the attention to detail and love in the food. It just makes me so happy to go there...I got takeaway and the package was so artistic, with a raffia bow! I have never had takeout like that! I don't know why more people don't know about this place...it's really a hidden jewel. My #1 most recommended restaurant in Paris.
