An amazing experience at this Thai restaurant - came here for dinner! The ambiance was impeccable and the staff was phenomenal and very attentive! I was seated immediately after arriving - I ordered the Thai Tea, Spring Rolls and and sweet analogy chicken with rice! The food is very delicious with lots of flavor.. great establishment and I will be back!

Very good flavors in what we ordered. Had the Roti Massaman dip, crispy pork belly, dumplings, larb gai salad, pad thai, and drunken noodles. They have a variable level of spice, and I absolutely enjoyed spice level 4. Definitely a place I'd wanna visit again.

An incredible dining experience at a beautifully decorated Thai restaurant located in downtown Arlington. The ambiance is elegant yet cozy, with tasteful decor that truly sets the mood for a delightful meal. The location is convenient and easy to find, making it a perfect spot for a night out. One of the highlights of my visit was the Thai iced tea. It was perfectly brewed, with just the right amount of sweetness and a creamy texture that made it absolutely refreshing. It was, hands down, one of the best I’ve ever had. As for the food, the Thai treasure Pad Thai and Pineapple Fried Rice were both outstanding. The Pad Thai had a perfect balance of flavors, with tender noodles, fresh vegetables, and a hint of tanginess from the tamarind sauce. The only weird part was the addition of Gouda cheese which did not enhance the dish for me. The Pineapple Fried Rice was a delightful mix of sweet and savory, with juicy pineapple chunks, crunchy cashews, and perfectly cooked rice. The sticky rice dessert was the best I've ever tasted. It was perfectly sweetened and paired beautifully with the fresh mango slices. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left me wanting more. I wish I had a bigger appetite to try more items from their extensive menu. Each dish that passed by looked incredibly tempting, and I can’t wait to return and explore more of their offerings. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves Thai cuisine.

We went here for my friends birthday during the lunch time on a weekday. The lunch menu was really affordable and comes with an entree and an appetizer. Would come again Food: Pad see ew Pad Thai Green Curry Lava Beef Thai Tea Thai coffee Service: The service was amazing and even gave my friend a free cocktail. We also had a cake and they brought out new plates for all of us

I eat here all the time, and their food is delicious. But this weekend I got the second worse food poisoning of my life (1st was bad sushi at another restaurant). But I was throwing up for 2 days straight and using the bathroom even when I ate a piece of bread. It happened in the same night, so I had not consume anything in between, and didn’t eat anything earlier that day. I don’t know if it is a one-off as they were busy, but I write this review hoping they will follow cleanliness protocol and cook food thoroughly as I think one of those reasons is why I had food poisoning. I’m nervous about going back.

Thai Treasure is a culinary gem that shines brightly in the constellation of local eateries. This isn't just another Thai restaurant; it's a vibrant homage to the rich tapestry of Thai cuisine, served up in a modern setting that's as inviting as a warm smile. With service that makes you feel like royalty, it's no wonder this place has become a treasure trove for those in search of flavors that transport you straight to the heart of Thailand. Our culinary expedition began with the Crab Rangoon, a playful yet sophisticated take on the classic appetizer. The delicately crispy pouches served with a side of sweet & sour sauce were a surprisingly great way to start the meal, much better than what we typically think of. It's a dish that says, "Welcome to flavor town, population: you." Then came the Lava Beef, a dish so sizzling, it could melt even the coldest of hearts. The combination of beef, onion, bell peppers, and pineapple, all lovingly tossed in a honey pepper sauce and kissed by sesame oil, was a sweet and savory ballet that pirouetted right onto our taste buds. It wasn't just hot; it was volcanic, in the best possible way. The journey continued with Pad Kee Mao, also known as Drunken Noodles. This dish, with its wide rice noodles, onion, bell peppers, tomato, and basil, was like a late-night adventure in Bangkok--bold, spicy, and utterly unforgettable. It's the kind of dish that makes you want to dance in the rain, or at least order another round. Speaking of rounds, the Panang Chicken Curry was a knockout. The spicy, rich curry, infused with the zest of kaffir lime and studded with bell peppers and broccoli, was a masterclass in balance and flavor. It was like a hug from an old friend who just happens to be a Thai spice merchant--warm, comforting, and slightly spicy. And let's not forget the cocktails and classic beverages, a liquid odyssey that's as daring as it is delicious. Thai Treasure's beverage menu is a treasure map that leads to bliss, with each drink more inventive and refreshing than the last. It's the perfect complement to a meal that's already overflowing with flavor and fun. In essence, Thai Treasure is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of Thai culture, cuisine, and conviviality. With its modern vibe, exceptional service, and a menu that's both adventurous and authentic, it's a place where every meal feels like a fantastic discovery.

Google
I visited Thai Treasure twice for dinner in the last week and both times were great experiences. The staff are truly friendly as well as professional. The space itself is upper scale in the decor. I really like that the food menu specified the region of Thailand it originates from. The bar area is the perfect size to fit the restaurant and has two televisions. I noticed top shelf liquors and somewhat unobtainium like Blantons easily seen on the shelves. I ordered a classic Old Fashioned and it was exactly as I would expect....delicious. My husband ordered "The Dude" and it was also very good. The steamed dumplings were the perfect appetizer for two....though one extra dumpling to make it an even six would have been even better. We ordered the Pad Thai and Lava Beef for entrees. Both were very flavorful and complimented the sweet and savory cravings we came in to satisfy. We would definitely come back. The location is decent for street parking and was not crowded for an early dinner on a Saturday night. Thanks for a great experience! :-)

😋 Delicious food and has a good happy hour at a reasonable price. Looking forward to returning.

Yelp
Food: 3.5/5 I ordered the pad see ew, it was good but not great compared to others I've ordered. I was surprised the lunch portion was quite large. Lunch special was also a great deal, one appetizer and one entre for $12.50. Service was good they were kind and attentive, well mannered. Ambiance was very cute with Valentine's Day decorations. I would say it got the job done and because the price was so affordable, I would go again for lunch break if I'm dying for some Thai on a budget, but it wouldn't be my first pick if given other options.

Yelp
Thai in Northern Virginia is normally quite good, but there are a few meh places. This is one of them. The difference is that its prices are higher, and the portions smaller, than places of comparable quality. The rice delivered with my chicken red curry was comically small (see pic below) and overcooked to the point that the grains melded into a single rice cube. The curry itself had a good spice level, but was otherwise bland. There are many better ways to spend your money.

Yelp
Updated review! I order here about once per week so it's safe to say I'm a fan of their food. I just wanted to give them a special acknowledgment for going above and beyond with their service. I ordered curry tonight and there must have been a crack in the container or the lid wasn't secure because most of the liquid wound up in the bag. I called to see what they can do and not only did they remake the curry but they brought it straight to my house about 10 minutes later! They are so kind and did not hesitate to make sure I was well fed. Thank you Thai Treasure! You're the best!

Yelp
Love this place we go often for Thai. The food is great with huge portions. The drinks are reasonably priced for the area and very fun. The place is small and intimate with a full bar. They always have seating available and the take out is good too.

Alice J.

Yelp
Nice ambiance and decor (modern and inviting). Nice menu. On UberEats they are only available for delivery. No self pick up option. On DoorDash, you can opt for self pick up which is what we did. Food was ready fast! That's a huge plus. The duck kapow is great! Massaman curry is also flavorful. Rice is so stingy! I even paid extra to get brown rice. That box is half full! They are cutting corners. Tom Yum soup is a sad affair. Just some mushrooms. 3 shrimps. Not much there.

Jane B.

Yelp
Delicious food and drinks. Lost a star for service, but overall highly recommend! We liked the mule and the old fashioned too.

Elle K.

Yelp
Best Thai place in the DMV!!! Friendliest staff, quick service, even better food! A great lunch spot :)

Shernell H.

Yelp
The first thing that comes to mind is soooo much flavor in soooo many dishes. My taste buds were in heaven! So, this was definitely a repeat visit and I just have to say that I think I've found my go to Thai spot! :). Thai Treasure is located in Arlington with plenty of street parking. When we entered for dinner Friday evening, Mel quickly greeted and seated us. She was very friendly and offered great insight on certain dishes. For the ambience, I really enjoyed how calm, intimate, and casual this place was. We ordered the chili wonton, the Tom Kha soup, the chicken pad Thai, and the duck curry. Every dish we had, with the exception of the Tom Kha Soup, was exceptional. The sauce on the chili wonton was so appetizing, it was hard not to talk about the dish and hard not to drink the sauce like soup! This was a great dish to start our visit off with. Then, I had the Tom Kha Soup, which we not my fave. I think this dish may be more so one that requires an acquired taste. For our entrees, we ordered level three spice for the chicken pad Thai and the curry duck. With the curry duck, the level three spice definitely had some kick to it but it was still sooooo very good. For the chicken pad Thai, there level three spice was mild-ish to me, however, the pad Thai was excellent. The best I have had as of late, in the DMV area. This place is definitely a must visit for your Thai fix. I will surely be back.

Yelp
Giving a few stars because this was my first time ordering and it was take out. I ordered the Pad Thai with tofu, and ordered in the last little bit of the delivery window. I understand the kitchen was probably dying down, but if you are still accepting orders, I expect the food to be up to par. My pad Thai noodles were clearly not fresh, and the tofu had been fried to hell and back, as you can see by the picture. Like I said--it's my first time trying them, it was take out, and it was the end of the night, which doesn't necessarily excuse things, but I'm willing to give them another try for dine in. I'll update my review after that!

Rae Lynn Z.

Yelp
Found this place by searching for restaurants near my hotel, score! Took colleagues here for a team dinner and we all loved it! The restaurant is open and airy. Unique specialty cocktails, some interesting twists on traditional Thai classics like Pad Thai. Their TT Pad Thai comes with shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat, crispy pork belly sprinkle with gouda cheese. But they have the classics too. We shared everything, chicken dumplings (fried), chicken satay, crispy pork belly, crab rangoon, clay pot steak & egg and the TT Pad Thai. For dessert we had the mango sticky rice dish. We stayed on the mild side because we were a group, but you can choose your spice level for the entrées. The one small critism is that service while super friendly, was slow. It was however worth the wait. If you are in a hurry, let them know. Highly recommend.

Niranjana S.

Yelp
A little on the pricier side for a thai restaurant, Thai Treasure has a lot of the standard options and does a good job with the food. Nothing extraordinary but a solid place with good amount of indoor seating.

Ria D.

Yelp
I came here for my birthday and loved it! We ordered food and drinks and both were great. My favorite was a panang curry, but everything was really good. I would recommend getting the dishes mild. We got a level 2 for all dishes and it was pretty spicy. The service was good as well, and they brought out mango and sticky rice for my birthday which was very nice. The restaurant has a full bar. We went around 7pm and it wasn't too crowded. The food came out very fast.

Neha P.

Yelp
I came here for a birthday dinner. They were extremely accommodating of bigger groups, and also gave a free dessert for the birthday girl! The food here was perfectly flavored. There is a scale from 1-5 for spice, and it definitely can get very spicy if that's what you're looking for. I only got a level 2 and it still had a bit of a kick to it. My personal favorite was the wings, they were hands down the best thing on the menu. I definitely recommend coming here for a chill night or big group dinner if you're looking for an easy plan.

Yelp
****My husband says this is a 4 1/2 star restaurant**** ------------------------------------ I was all set to write my review last week but...life got in the way. So...finally! Here it is! After sampling their food at the Yelp event, I told my husband how everything I tried was quite good and suggested that we go to dinner there. He took a look at their menu and agreed. We were here on a Saturday around 5 p.m. At that time of day, there were a couple of occupied tables and a few people sitting at the bar. We were greeted and seated right away. I had let my husband know which appetizers I tried at the Yelp event and let him know that they were all good and told him to choose which one he wanted to try because we couldn't go wrong. He choose to have the spring rolls. The spring rolls are very crispy and came to the table piping hot. They are vegan and the selection of veggies in them worked really well. The dipping sauce was a hot and sour sauce which worked perfectly. The serving size is 4 small rolls which worked out very well as we were going to have an entree, too. To drink, I had a Thai iced tea while my husband had a Kirin Light beer. I debated on what to have for dinner. Having sampled their Pad Thai, I knew it was quite good but decided to branch out and try something else. My choice was Pad Woonsen and had tofu added to it. My husband had Andaman Shrimp. I have had Pad Woonsen before at Thai Thyme in Chantilly so I knew what to expect. Thai Treasure's version was very similar---mildly flavored with a good mix of veggies. The portion was generous and filling. Between the two restaurants, I give Thai Thyme the nod but by a thin margin when it comes to flavor. That said, I'm glad that Thai Treasure did cut the rice noodles. The other restaurant hadn't been that consistent where that issue was concerned. I would have this dish again. My husband's Andaman Shrimp (which we've never seen before on a Thai restaurant menu) had a generous portion of good-sized shrimp in it. The sauce was a bit spicy but did have garlic undertones and a good selection of veggies. This dish comes with a side of white rice. He really enjoyed it and said he would eat it again. We decided to not have dessert so I can't speak to their limited selection. From start to finish, service was excellent.

Rob L.

Yelp
Great place. Decent food and excellent service. Swing on by the next time you're in Arlington, VA.

Richard L.

Yelp
My lunch go-to for Thai restaurants is always the drunken noodle. Having tried it around 5-6 different Thai restaurants in the NoVa area, thai treasure has the best. Personally not a big fan of a ton of minced garlic and I feel like Thai treasure masters that mix. They also have a good portion size and nice mouth tingling kick. The drunken noodle is 5 stars, we've dined in before around dinner time and had to wait 30-40 min for our food to arrive, so sometimes when they're busy service can be a little lacking. Ever since then I've primarily done takeout during less busy times or odd hours. Maybe one day the logistics will be fixed but for right now, this'll be a take out only place for us .

Zoya F.

Yelp
Awesome Thai street food is in Ballston! I've visited a couple times and experienced friendly service and the elegant ambience. What prompted me to write a review was the superb fried rice that is one of the nicely priced lunch deals. I had a hard time stopping eating, but I did so that I could enjoy more with dinner. It's such a simple dish but done perfectly. The dumplings and egg rolls are good, too, but I'll keep coming back for that eat-in lunch special and fried rice.

Lisa K.

Yelp
The glass noodles and green curry were out of this world! Some of the best Thai. The spice levels are no joke. I can handle spice, and level 2 had a bit of a kick. Definitely proceed with caution, and they can give you more chili sauces on the side when in doubt. I will definitely return here!

Frieda L.

Yelp
We went to Thai Treasure last night, what a pleasant atmosphere. Big windows, not too noisey. We ordered a smokey old fashion to drink. It had a chili pepper in it and it was great. Also ordered was the Pa See Ew. with Chicken. The sauce was great. The plate was plentiful. The price was affordable. Also ordered was Pineapple fried rice with Toful. It was and also plentiful, but I liked the Pa See Ew a little more. That was a personal preferene. We plan to go back. Service was a little slow, but the room and seating was so nice it didn't matter.

Angela C.

Yelp
Adding another 5 star review to Thai Treasure because their Thai food is truly unbeatable. This time, I got pad Thai with tofu and it was absolutely delicious. The noodles were full of flavor and and my tofu was crisp to perfection. I came in thirsty so I really appreciated the two water pitchers placed on our table. Our server was lovely and brought out our food quickly. I can't wait to come back and try something new!

Paris P.

Yelp
all of the food was so good! The happy hour menu has so many so many appetizers to share and they're well priced. The inside is huge and really cute. Pad see ew is some of the best I've tried in arlington

Lei D.

Yelp
I was here for an event, and here's my opinion on the different items: 1. Thai Iced Tea: 5/10, just overly sweet, similar to mixing a load of sugar inside tea, which is not what I enjoy. I had better Thai Iced Tea elsewhere where the sugar to tea ratio isn't ridiculous as 2 to 1. 2. Chili Wonton: By far the best out of the entire event. It is sweet with a backend spiciness to it. 6.8/10. 3. Pad Thai Chicken: Very dry, and the noodle to protein ratio is 2.5 to 1. The flavor's there, but there's a huge lack of proteins, which is what makes the dish delicious. There's not much flavor in the protein either, but probably because the flavor of the noodles overpowers those of the proteins. 5.5/10. 4. Panang Curry Chicken: I think this dish is citrusy and has this fruit flavor. It is different from the curry flavors that I had before, and there's a weird flavor of creaminess to it like a grass mix that I don't enjoy. 4/10 5. Veggie Basil Fried Rice: It just taste bland. There's no veggie or basil taste in the fried rice, and no spice either. Possibly because there's two or three times more rice than veggie inside the dish. 3.7/10. I would not recommend this restaurant if you're picky about food. Overall, a solid 5/10 for Thai Treasure, rounded up.

Odyssey A.

Yelp
The staff here was extremely kind and went above and beyond to let me take good photos! We went here for lunch as they have a great deal of one starter and entrée for $11++ if you want to add protein. We had the following: Miso Soup with Chicken Pad See Ew Veggie Spring Roll with Chicken Pad Thai Nature Roll with Shrimp added Thai Tea Thai Coffee The Miso Soup was a great starter to warm up with on a cold day Chicken Pad See Ew - tasted 100% authentic and was a delight and the chicken definitely added more to the flavor The Veggie Spring Roll was this cute little bite! I loved it! Chicken Pad Thai - I 100% recommend this as it was absolutely delicious and the spice was not too overpowering as I asked for it to be a little spicy. Nature Roll: This is a classic summer roll but I swapped the tofu for shrimp and it was an absolute delight. The peanut dipping sauce was the PERFECT consistency and taste. Thai Tea - such a classic and was right on par Thai Coffee - STRONG but so good! Definitely worked for my mid-day pick me up! Overall, I highly recommend visiting this locally owned AND woman owned business. IG: takeanodyssey

Chloe L.

Yelp
I wanted to badly to give this place 5 stars but ended the evening teetering between a 3 and 4. Their food here is fresh and fantastic for the most part, except for the catfish we ordered that was extremely salty. I had to keep washing each bite with water. Everything else was delicious. Generally 1 subpar dish for me won't knock it to a four, but it was really the service that nailed the coffin. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours and 1.5 hrs of that was just waiting. Waiting for the food, waiting for the server to place a dessert order, waiting for the check. Come if you want good Thai food but don't mind waiting a long time.

Faith D.

Yelp
Tried this place after an appointment since it was close by and decided to order to go, the inside was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful in regards to any questions you had about the menu. The food? It was alright.. typical thai food. One thing I did not like is that the portions were so small! Believe it or not.. this meal was $40 including my thai tea (not pictured)

R H.

Yelp
Best Thai in the area - spice level 3 is plenty hot for this veteran! Always good food and service. Big portions when dining in too. Try the wonton soup - it's absolutely amazing (who'd have thunk?)

Anushka M.

Yelp
Had a great time at Thai Treasure! We were a party of 7 and they were very accommodating. For appetizers we started with chicken satay, crab rangoons, and chili wontons. Everything was delicious, the crab rangoons had a great filling and the chicken satay was so flavorful and came with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. For entrees I got the pad see ew with tofu. While I liked my dish, one of my friends got the drunken noodles which I thought was the best dish ordered. Other highlights were the the spicy catfish and happy chicken. For my pad see ew I got a level 3 for spice and was able to enjoy it, but I can tolerate a decent amount of spice. I'll definitely be coming back to try other dishes. It's conveniently located and the food was fresh. The employees were really accommodating and took our orders quickly.

Josh T.

Yelp
Came for lunch and we were the only ones here. Great price and great food - what a great find. Portions are perfect for the lunch special. Eggrolls/spring rolls were really good. My drunken noodles were packed with flavor. I ordered it with chicken and was thoroughly surprised how good everything was.

Mychelle H.

Yelp
I feel a little guilty as I've been here more than a handful of times and still have not written a review! So besides the delicious food and drinks, the staff here are a standout. You have Kris and Alex who can make you delicious drinks and can adjust based on your preference. You have Francis who is always so friendly and provides great customer service to all regardless if it's a busy day or a slow day (there's more amazing staff I can just only remember a few names at a time) You can't go wrong with anyone here. It's no wonder so many praise this spot and they have a consistent flow of regulars. So let's start with the ambiance and parking before I dive into the food and drinks. As far as parking, there is paid street parking right out front. And if you aren't in the mood to drive it's about a 6 minute walk from the metro. They have bar seating towards the left when you walk in, some tables to the right and in the far corner over where the dining tables are there's some booths. I was told it's a little quieter on the the booth side if that's your preference. They do have music playing and sports on the tvs by the bar. You can definitely still enjoy conversations with all that going on. Okay so the goods...what have I tried? For the starters I've had the chicken satay, Thai bbq pork skewers, and the fried fish cakes. I've had their Tom kha soup with is just the coconut base version of the Tom yum soup. I've had the Nam Tok salad which I heard is amazing for those on a diet. You won't feel like you're on one. I've had the kana moo krob which is great if you're in the mood for rice. Although I love rich dishes I crave noodles when the season changes. Right now I'm on a noodle binge. If you're like me you'll love the drunken noodles with lo mein noodles. You will also love the lad na which is similar to pad see ew but with gravy so for those who love saucier dishes. Another good option is the pad woon sen; it's similar to japchae for those who love clear noodles. They have different levels of spiciness and I would recommend being honest with your server because they can turn a dish that will definitely clear out your sinuses (which is what I love) but they can keep things mild too. I haven't tried too many of their drinks yet but so far I really love the passionate. It's the perfect amount of sweetness without the headache. The spicy basil margarita is great when you're in an anti-sweetness mood. And you can't go wrong with an old fashion. Non-alcoholic wise you should always get the Thai ice tea. You'd be surprise how many places can get this wrong. I went to a place once where it was obvious they used some powder mix. Not this place though. My goal is to keep coming back and trying everything on the menu. It was actually this restaurant that made me branch out with my Thai food choices.

Solo T.

Yelp
Been here 4 times, so needless to say, I like it here. The ambiance, food, alcoholic drinks, and service were wonderful. Parking can be tricky as it's street parking only.

Richard N.

Yelp
Have gone here a few times now. First time I stopped by here was with a couple friends and ordered a bunch of appetizers, which included the pork skewers, chicken dumplings, crab rangoons, and fish cakes, all of which were delicious! The crab rangoons and pork skewers have been a frequent go to every time I come. The nam tok salad was delicious with the perfect amount of heat! For entrees I've had the clay pot steak and eggs, lo mein, kana moo krob, crispy pork belly, and pad woon sen with the pad woon sen being my favorite. Every time I try something new, I am never disappointed! Service was amazing where everyone was super nice and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be coming here regularly!

Heem M.

Yelp
Our go to spot in the Ballston neighborhood! The happy chicken is my fiancées favorite and I enjoy the classic drunken noodles. The mango and sticky rice is also super satisfying. We're regulars and don't see that changing anytime soon.

Vishali V.

Yelp
Absolute best thai food I've had in a while! Vegans - options are amazing, ordered a fried rice + panang curry - asked for it to be made vegan + thai tea w coconut milk. Also they don't skimp on spice so be careful not to overestimate your self!! The panang curry came with chilli flakes and the most perfectly fried tofu and it was amazing. Vegans come here I was happy that the service was really accommodating for vegans, and the ambiance was beautiful

Ness S.

Yelp
I came here with a relatively large group after a business meeting. The service was friendly and efficient. One of my colleagues and I shared the duck red curry and the prawn pad Thai. The red curry was outstanding -- just the way it should be cooked, delicious deep flavors. In contrast the pad thai was a real disappointment. Had a strange fishy smell and was quite heavy. I ordered the spicy margarita, which was also a bit disappointing -- no salt on the rim, and the taste was just okay. I would say 5 stars on the red curry, 2 stars on the pad Thai, 3 stars on the cocktail, and 4 stars on the service.

Taylor D.

Yelp
Favorite pad Thai in Arlington!! And it's not overpriced either. Take out is enough for 2 portions. Highly recommend

Patrick P.

Yelp
I don't know how I've waited so long to write up Thai Treasure. Even though I've made it a personal goal to try all of the different Thai options in Arlington, I have somehow slept on the restaurant across the street from my building. This past weekend I took care of that as I stopped in for some take-out. A standard Pads See Ew with chicken. I ordered it with a 1 on the 0-5 spice scale, and I could actually taste a little bit of heat. I'm not a fan of spicy foods but I'm open to trying a 2 next time around. As for the dish itself, it was well-balanced, with a good savory profile with a little sweetness from the sauce. I also had an order of the Krab Rangoons which were great and as expected for a cream-cheese-filled fried wonton with imitation krab. Overall, a great take-out option- I'll be back to see how the Pad Thai stacks up.

Billy D.

Yelp
Pretty good Thai place in Ballston. They have a cool little bar with two TVs. Staff was super friendly.

S.A. V.

Yelp
Repeat visit, different dishes -- again, every single dish turned out great, fully displaying the many different flavors of Thai cuisine. The music could be a little softer, for those who want a little more conversation, but the way it is is also "a thing" and some people seem to like the vibes. Again, the food is great. Will visit again.

Yelp

Yelp
This is likely the speediest review I have ever done of a restaurant. I just tested negative for COVID, and feeling much better, I decided to venture out to find some Thai food and settled on Thai Treasure, which is conveniently located in-between the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro station is also just a block from where I live. The first thing to know is that it has limited outside seating, but is spacious, bright and clean inside, with a half-circle bar area for diners who might be dining alone or wishing to have a drink with their meal. The best part about this place is that it is incredibly clean and neat. My go-to Thai dishes are beef pad Thai with shrimp added, and the chicken tom yum soup. In the past, I have been disappointed by many restaurants with these simple dishes, and I am glad to say Thai Treasure is not one of them. The pad Thai was full of flavors and came with fresh bean sprouts and crunchy peanuts, and even had those tiny chunks of red tofu in it. Whereas some Thai places lazily fry an egg and put it on top of the pad Thai, this one took the extra time to scramble it into the noodles, which I appreciated. The soup did seem to lack a bit of sourness, but other than that, it was nicely spiced and had enough chicken and mushrooms in it to make it a meal on its own. Thai Treasure may not be the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to, but it's on top of the list. Depending on the time of the day, there is plenty of side street parking at this place, and it's centrally-located in Ballston. If you're looking for a go-to restaurant in this area - Bangkok 54 can be a bit of a drive and has challenging parking situations - I'd absolutely recommend Thai Treasure.

Yelp
Great house special Pad Thai for me and green curry for my husband -- best we have had in a long time. We will be back!

Yelp
Food was very fusion that it almost has nothing Thai left (should have called Thai-inspired food or something). Lunch special doesn't worth that much. Ordering other menu won't differ in terms of price. Otherwise everything else was great. Our server was a bit confused throughout the meal but it was decent overall. Great decoration though!

Yelp
Loved the food. Sufficiently Thai spicy. Had Larb Gai which was excellent and Red Curry. Taste was delicious. They treated me well even though I was alone. I would definitely go here again if I'm in the area!!!

Yelp
Honestly extremely pleased with my experience at Thai Treasure. We called relatively late on a Friday night and were made reservations and directed to our table immediately after waiting. The waiter was kind and respectful and accommodated our requests. I had the Passionate drink and it was amazing. Tasted more like guava than passion fruit though. Very sweet but really good. Would recommend it 100%. Pad See Ew was the best out of the two dishes. Super savory and great flavor! This will be my order next time for sure. Basil fried rice is not spicy and very plain in my opinion. Chicken satay also not that amazing, wouldn't really recommend it for an appetizer. Overall really amazing, going there again today.

Yelp
Overall, a 2.5/5, but will round up to a 3 since we did get our food to-go. I got the "Boat Noodle Soup" which was $15. There was not a lot of food in the packaging and it tasted pretty mediocre. The beef broth was flavorful but very oily. After a few sips, it felt like I had put on a thick layer of lip balm or something. The beef that came with the noodle soup was pretty dry and tasteless. There wasn't a lot of toppings - just a lot of noodles and soup, so it was pretty disappointing to pay that much for small quantity of food that tasted average. My friends got the lunch specials - "Basil Fried Rice" and "Drunken Noodles". Neither of them was very impressed with the entrees they got and thought the taste was very average. To note, the spice level here is pretty legit, and one of my friends thought spice level 2/5 was too much for him. Maybe ordering Thai Treasure to-go is not the move, so I'd give it another try if I dine in with someone who have had a previously good experience with it.

Yelp
It's been getting chillier and chillier and my willingness to dine out has been dropping. But that just means I am going to order take out so that I can eat some delicious food while being cozied up in my cuddly blanket. I decided to try out this thai place in arlington. I wasn't sure what exactly to get so I asked the employee what he recommends. He recommended either the drunken noodles or the masaman curry. Confused which to pick, I decided to get both. The food did not take too long to make. I order the food at home. I drove for 15 minutes and once I was there the food was ready. +1 for speed The drunken noodles tasted pretty good but compared to other thai places I have been to it tasted average. If you are new to thai or don't eat to much thai food it is definitely a good option. But if you eat drunken noodles quite frequently then you will find this average. The masaman curry was really delicious! It was my first time trying this type of curry but it was different than other types of thai curries i've had. Overall I would give this place a 7/10. It was pretty good but nothing special. I would recommend this place to any one who is trying to get into thai cuisines. That being said I don't know if I would come back here because I feel like after the mediocre drunken noodles I would want to try a different thai place.

Yelp
We were looking for somewhere to get Thai food and found this place on Uber Eats. Since we live down the street we wanted to pickup but unfortunately we could only get it delivered. The food was pretty good, not mind blowing but I would eat it again! The portions were pretty generous for $13, except there was nowhere near enough rice for the amount of curry they gave. We still had half the container of curry left and no more rice :( I'd like to eat here again and try the pad Thai with pork belly!

Yelp
Family owned and operated with street parking right out front! What more could you ask for? Well, it gets better so stay in your seat! They have DAILY specials and happy hour as well. We had dinner here and it was phenomenal and got to meet the super sweet owner and her amasing daughters who both operate the restaurant and bar. I HIGHLY reccomend The special TT pad Thai, it was extremely delicious with mum's chili oil. 10/10 Tom Kha soup: 10/10 it was perfect for a rainy day and loved it with some rice Nature roll: a summer roll with tofu 9/10 Lava beef: sautéed beef, peppers and pineapple 9/10 I really loved the pineapple together with the beef Satay chicken skewers: 10/10 JUICY & DELISH Passionate drink:10/10 absolutely loved it and was so cute Thai tea: a classic and sooooo good Overall will 100% be back here.
