Everything about this restaurant was incredible. The staff were incredibly positive and helpful. Also, the decor inside is stunning. Everything from the bar to the bathrooms were clean and stylish. Regarding the food, the ribeye was cooked to perfection, the pad Thai was very delicious And my favorite dish was the beef tongue. If you get the beef tongue, you need to eat it within the first 5 to 10 minutes that it is on the table. Otherwise it will become hardened, and it will lose some flavor. However, everything was preparedextremely thoughtfully, and I also recommend the apple tart for dessert.

Good mocktail menu. Started off with their Thaiger wings and fried pork belly. The wings were a bit overcooked making them dry. The steak Pad Thai was different and delicious. My favorite part of the meal was their Mango sticky rice. While the menu did not disappoint, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by my experience with the hostess whose demeanor was unwelcoming which set a tone for the evening. I hope this feedback can help improve future experiences for other diners.

Food presentation is truly a phenomenon, making it perfect for date night! - The mango sticky rice served in drink form was surprisingly better than I expected. During my lunchtime visit, I tasted the Wagyu dish served over rice, paired with a spicy basil sauce and assorted grilled vegetables. It wasn't very spicy for Thai people, but it was well-balanced, so I finished all of it. - The Tom Yum soup was very authentic and delicious. - The crispy pork belly was not only tasty but also had a generous portion as an appetizer. - The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and both dipping sauces were fantastic, especially the red one. There are many more dishes I'd like to come back and try! I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect for special occasions where you want something nicer with good ambience. Decor was so pretty, all the dishes and seatings were nicely designed. Food and mocktails were all so good. The Thaigher cloud tea and the Thai tea coco bliss was our personal favorite. I went for my birthday (I didn’t tell them), the waitress overheard and came over to tell us dessert is in the house and gave us surprise singing plus Tiger candle. It was really wholesome. All the servers were really sweet! The Khao Soi and the Mango Sticky Rice was soo good! They were all very thoughtful since we were doing family style - clearing our dishes and providing mini bowls to share. Annie was our server and she was amazing!!!

The food was fantastic with great service. Loved their glazed rice. My husband recommends the Massaman Pot Pie - he’s in love with this dish. The khao Soi soup was amazing too. Good options for vegetarians too - where you can customize many items from the menu. Must visit place for Thai food and we are definitely visiting again.

This is the bougiest Thai restaurant I've ever been to, and I mean that in all the best ways possible. Just like the upscale interior makes you feel like you're eating in a contemporary Thai palace, the dishes are refined to make you feel like you're eating food fit for royalty as well —not just in presentation, but also in taste. The quick, polite, and attentive service also matches the vibe. The first time I go to a Thai restaurant, I always get the pad thai. Their den pad thai was probably the most exquisite one I've ever had. The huge prawn that came with it was very high quality and fresh in taste. It paired very well with the traditional taste of the pad thai, which was perfectly balanced between its trifecta of sweet, savory, and tangy —all infused into each noodle. The wagyu glazed kaprow rice was also pretty insane. Torched right in front of you, the delicate meat melts with each spoonful of rice packed with flavor and enhanced with the Holy basil. It was holy indeed. Amen. Mango sticky rice. What more can I say? Get it and thank the Lord for it. Also, their variations of Thai tea were so delicious and creative. My personal favorite was the lychee Thai tea. It was like two of my favorite drinks in one. Absolutely genius —the best sweet tea I've ever had in my life. We'll definitely be back to try more things until we've exhausted the entire menu. This is the place to go to feast like royalty.

Yeah this spot is insane. The decor, the vibe, the atmosphere, the food, it checks all the boxes and surpasses expectations by miles! There’s tons of unique food options and the menu is massive. We received extraordinary service here and the food was crazy good. The pie was a must have and the pork belly was perfectly crisp but also juicy. The pad Thai was massive and the shrimp flavor really shined. The Wagyu with noodles was also perfectly seasoned and spicy. Wow we haven’t had that good of a time in a long time and we drove over 50 minutes in traffic to get here. This was such a surprise and we were absolutely delighted. It’s a bit pricier but it’s very nice for an anniversary or some sort of celebration! They are also accommodating as best as they can! Clean bathrooms with a bidet too! And the lychee Thai tea was awesome. The mango sticky rice was the best I’ve ever ever had. I would highly recommend!

Google
Amazing addition to Malden Center!! So far I’ve only been once but the one thing I got (crab curry) was so beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The curry flavor was on point and the spice level was true as advertised. We also got the sticky rice and mango, which was also super cute and very very tasty. My friends got the khao soi and pad thai, which also looked incredible. I will have to come back to try both of those. Very very happy this place and its sister restaurant Crying Thaiger are in town

Yelp
My partner and I ordered the Thaiger's tear cocktail, massaman pot pie, A5 Wagyu beef boat noodle (combo), and pad Thai w crispy tofu - TASTE: 5/5 - everything hit the spot, including the cocktail's spiciness and pot pie's rich massaman curry sauce; the Wagyu and beef tendon were satisfying and perfect w the savory soup. Would come back to try more of the menu TEXTURE: 5/5 - tender beef shank and flaky puff pastry crust in the pot pie, thin slices of Wagyu in the soup, and absolute crunchy tofu in the pad Thai -- never had tofu that crispy before! PRICE: 4/5 - higher price points than other Thai spots, which aligns w Thaiger Den's refined and upscale intent, differentiated by its sister restaurant Crying Thaiger SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - came hungry for lunch and still had leftovers to bring home SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 12:30pm on a Saturday and a few, unreserved tables were still open. The staff was super friendly and our food started coming out 10min after ordering ATMOSPHERE: 5/5 - lovely l as soon as you step in. From the rattan decor and tiger-themed art to the cozy jazz covers playlist and even the decked-out bathroom lol, definitely a space that has upscale vibes but is still warm & inviting PARKING: 4/5 - got a metered street spot nearby on Exchange St

Yelp
I almost never leave Yelp reviews, but I gotta say, this place is excellent. I had the Khao soi made with beef shank, and it was super tasty! Just the right amount of spice to make me glow, the beef portion was incredibly tender (and generous), the noodles were perfect, and compared to a lot of places the price was reasonable. I finished up with the Black Panther, which is their take on an espresso martini, using premium Thai espresso. The coffee flavor was highlighted more than I'm used to, which is a huge plus for me because I love coffee. And the restaurant has such a fun vibe to it, they have cute and hilarious paintings of tigers all over the place (the one in their restroom is my favorite). Lilly, the bartender, was super sweet too. I'm brand new to the area, so she was giving me advice on the ins and outs of the public transit. And even though I stayed a little past closing time, she continued to give me the same level of hospitality, which is a big deal to me. In fact, everyone I interacted with was super gracious and kind. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
What a beautiful restaurant. The decor was great and the service to match. It was pretty busy for a chilly Wednesday dinner night. I recommend having reservations! Let's chat food! Tom yum, pork belly app, pad kra pao & mango sticky rice were my favorite dishes! I wasn't too impressed with their pad Thai. The slabs of chicken threw me off to be completely honest with you. However, I did enjoy the fact that the peanuts & bean sprouts weren't already mixed in. Fried chicken was plain but the sauce on the side was nice and flavorful. Overall a good experience. Will be back!

Yelp
3.5 stars This restaurant was very nice, definitely a little more upscale than I was originally expecting. Decor was thoughtful and bathrooms were clean. The food itself was certainly on the more expensive side, and we enjoyed the main dishes we ordered. Would skip the pineapple appetizer - was difficult to eat in one bite and eating the components separately was a bit weird. We didn't drink this time around but would love to come back to try some of their cocktails.

Yelp
Thaiger Den - Malden's New Must-Visit Thai Spot Thaiger Den - 157 Pleasant St, Malden, MA 02148 Malden just got a serious upgrade in the Thai food scene with Thaiger Den, a modern and inviting restaurant offering elevated Thai cuisine with high-quality ingredients and bold flavors. From sizzling lava stones to beautifully plated classics, the experience here is just as exciting as the food itself. Starters ‍ Sous Vide Beef Tongue (8/10) This dish is all about texture--tender, smoky, and perfectly grilled after an 18-hour sous vide process. While the beef tongue itself was excellent, I wasn't as much of a fan of the accompanying Jaew sauce and tomato relish--I wish I had saved some of these pieces to pair with the Wagyu sauces instead. Still, a well-executed dish that's worth trying. Golden Fried Pork Belly (GF) (9/10) Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside--this was an easy 9/10. The pork belly was fried to perfection and paired with a sweet chili sauce that complemented it beautifully. A fantastic shareable appetizer that's indulgent yet balanced. Main Dishes A5 Wagyu Steak (8/10) Cooking A5 Miyazaki Wagyu on a sizzling lava stone is an experience in itself! The homemade Thai chimichurri was the standout here--bright, herby, and packed with umami. However, the vegetables were undercooked and felt like an afterthought. The dish could also use more sides to justify the $45 price tag. While the Wagyu was delicious, I've had better, so while this is fun for the experience, I wouldn't say it's the best Wagyu around. Khao Soi (SS) (GF) (V) (10/10) This is the dish I would come back for. The creamy coconut curry broth was rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. The sous vide chicken was hands down the juiciest chicken I've had. For $21, this is a super filling meal and a must-try for Thai food lovers. Flat Iron Steak Pad Thai (GF) (9/10) I actually preferred the flat iron steak over the Wagyu--juicy, well-seasoned, and the perfect pairing for the wok-fried Pad Thai noodles. The balance of tamarind, shrimp tomalley, and palm sugar created a bold yet comforting dish. A well-executed take on a Thai classic! Dessert Mango Sticky Rice (V) (GF) (9/10) A beautiful take on the traditional mango sticky rice! The butterfly pea flower-infused rice made for a stunning presentation, and the coconut milk and ice cream took it to the next level. A perfect way to end the meal! Final Thoughts Food: 9/10 - Every dish had something unique to offer, and the flavors were bold, authentic, and well-executed. The Khao Soi and Flat Iron Steak Pad Thai were the biggest standouts.* Ambiance: 7/10 - The wooden decor and warm, inviting atmosphere made for a great dining experience. Affordability: 6/10 - On the pricier side, but for certain dishes (like the Khao Soi and Pad Thai), well worth it. The Wagyu felt a bit steep given the portion and undercooked vegetables. Overall: 9/10 - Thaiger Den is a must-visit for Thai food lovers looking for high-quality, flavorful dishes in Malden. Whether you're here for a fun interactive meal or a comforting bowl of noodles, this spot delivers!

Yelp
Thaiger Den serves up delicious and authentic Thai food in the heart of Malden. LOCATION: Just a few minutes off the Malden Center T stop, Thaiger Den is located on a busy Main Street. Street parking only but there are plenty of garages close by that sometimes offer free parking on the weekends. SPACE: The space itself is fairly large and has such cozy vibes. Perfect for date night or a girls night out! FOOD: Please get the beef tongue - it's easily the best dish here! It's so tender and flavorful! If you're looking for something refreshing, the tossed crab rice is delicious and a great contrast to their other heavy dishes. The wagyu Khao Soi had the perfect amount of flavorful and a surprising favorite of mine. The signature pad Thai with the giant prawn was just okay to me - I think the noodles itself were great but the prawn was overcooked. Finally, the pork jowl was cooked to perfection and delicious! DRINKS: Thai Tea Cloud Foam is a fancy of way of renaming Thai tea but it's probably one of the best Thai teas I've had - it was perfectly creamy and so smooth! DESSERT: We opted for the Thai Tea Panna Cotta and that didn't disappoint. The flavor of the Thai tea came out strong in the cream but subtle in the panna cotta itself. Definitely a good dessert to share with 2-3 people. SERVICE: Everyone was so friendly and service was pretty quick as well!

Yelp
Thaiger Den is a new upscale Thai restaurants located at 157 Pleasant Street in Malden. This is the second sister restaurant of a soon to be trio of restaurants in Malden by the same owner of Crying Thaiger. The third restaurant will serve sushi and hot pot I am told, no opening date set other than a 2025 opening. I came here with my in laws on my first visit and with my husband and children. My second visit was with my brother and mother for her birthday. Everything we have ordered so far has been excellent. One of the appetizers, the beef tongue, was very tender and the portion made it a good appetizer to share. You don't want more than two pieces really. You can skip this dish if you are not a fan of beef tongue. The flat iron steak with spinach curry was so good. I highly recommend this. The sauce is so creamy and delicious. It goes great with a little rice. The steamed branzino was tasty. I have also tried the crispy branzino version. Both were excellent. The fried version is very clean tasting and not oily at all. However, I would pick the steamed version. The crab curry is one of my favorite and I have now ordered it twice during both of my visits thus far. This dish is beautifully presented. The curry is served with blue rice noodle and crunchy vegetables accompaniment. You can dip the noodles into the bowl of curry or add noodles to your plate and drizzle the sauce on top. I have tried now the pad thai two ways. The first being the traditional shrimp pad Thai version and the second being the flat iron steak pad Thai. The steak was cooked perfectly. If I had to chose, I would pick the shrimp version. As for dessert, I have only tried the mango sticky rice. A great dessert to share as well. The coconut ice cream was my favorite part of this dessert. If I had to pick something that I did not enjoy, it would be the tom yum soup. It had a slight bitter aftertaste. This was my brother's favorite dish on another visit. It is perhaps a quality control issue. Though not a big fan of Crying Thaiger, I find myself a huge fan of Thaiger Den. I see myself coming back here again and again. The atmosphere is definitely more sophisticated. Service was outstanding during both visits. I don't have any complaints really. I wonder who I will visit here with next.

Yelp
Upscale Thai restaurant in the heart of Malden Center that serves traditional Thai dishes with a flair. Their dishes are beautifully presented and they are generous with the portion sizes! Here's what we ordered: Rib Eye Steak ($29) The steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare as requested, but the real stars of this dish were the dipping sauces that it came with. The Thai Chimichurri and the Spicy Jaew sauce were packed with so much flavor that they took the steak to the next level! The vegetables on the side were a nice touch, though nothing special. Den Pad Thai ($27) Make sure you mix this well before eating! All the flavors were well balanced with the sweet, sour and savory notes. The tiger shrimp was very meaty and had its natural sweetness. The dish also came with three jumble shrimps, though they were a bit bland and needed some seasoning. Crab Curry ($26) Bowl of curry served with rice noodle. We got this in mild, but it ended up being spicier than expected so I did not eat it much, but my friend liked it! It came with crab on the side and inside the curry, though there wasn't as much as expected. I would skip this next time. Overall, this is a solid spot to enjoy Thai food in a modern and spacious atmosphere. They also have some unique Thai inspired cocktails that I would love to try next time!

Yelp
Loved the ambiance, decor, the bathroom (lols), service, presentation, and most importantly the food! I've always been a fan of Crying Thiager in Malden and have been wanting to try out this new sister restaurant for months. Thaiger Den presents itself as an upscale modern Thai restaurant and a lot of the items on their menu are partially sous vide, torched, or grilled on charcoal. They also use a lot of superior ingredients on their menu like A5 Waygu, tiger shrimp, jumbo prawns, pork cheek, and tomalley. Most entrees on the menu were $20-30 which isn't bad at all considering the ingredients they were using and the experience. If there's a *MUST* order dish that i think you should get here, it is their "Den Pad Thai". They make their pad thai with shrimp tomalley and it makes a huge difference! I personally love shrimp so i was very happy with the subtle shirmp notes in each bite. Their Pad Thai also comes with a charcoal grilled jumbo prawn and it was amazing! I usually don't care much for Pad Thai but i really enjoyed it here. The restaurant is located a few minutes walk from Malden Center Station on the Orange line. There is also street parking right outside the restaurant or you can park at the Jackson Street Municipal Garage Lot for $2 an hour (a quick 2 minutes walk from the restaurant).

Yelp
Thaiger Den in Malden is a great spot for Thai cuisine! The restaurant is warm and inviting, with welcoming staff who make you feel right at home. The staff are constantly checking in on you and making sure your water is always topped off. The decor is stunning--modern, sleek, with gold accents that give it a touch of luxury. Even the bathroom is pristine, with fancy toilets, automated trash cans, soap dispensers, and even high-end toilet paper--it's clear they pay attention to every detail! The food was amazing. We tried the hot stone wagyu dish, the Khao Soi, the tiger shrimp pad thai, and the ribeye in curry. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The only slight drawback was the timing, as three dishes came out together and the last arrived about 10 minutes later, but the quality more than made up for it. The cocktails were a highlight--creative, strong, and perfectly crafted. The vibe in the restaurant is fantastic, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend checking Thaiger Den out--you won't be disappointed!

Jessica W.

Yelp
This place was just *chef's kiss* I stopped by for dinner on a Monday night with my sister and was amazed at how pretty and detailed the interior was. The highlights of our meal were the pork belly and the khao soi with flat iron steak. The pork belly was so crispy and flavorful. The texture of the khao soi soup was perfect and my sister even said that was one of the best steaks she's had! We ordered the thai tea panna cotta and it was delicious. I also want to add that the service was exceptional. I will definitely be doing back and trying out their other dishes.

Fion L.

Yelp
We had dinner here in their private room for a party of 14 and this place did not disappoint! I had family in town and was looking for a place that could accommodate us in a private room. I asked if they had one and they allowed me to use it without any additional room charge since they are still in their soft opening stage. The room is large with a bar and plenty of seating. From the start they suggested to pre order the food so it can be ready when we arrived and so happy we did that as we didn't have to wait long and the food came out one after the other. Everything tasted amazing and was great for sharing. We did order double of a few as we were a larger group. Some favorite dishes I would order again: A5 wagyu steak Rib eye steak Khao Soi Wagyu boat noodle Pad thai

Malina N.

Yelp
Thaiger's Den serves all your thai food favorites including the classic Den pad thai (can order with flat iron steak on top) and massaman curry served in app-sized pie crust with tender beef cubes, carrot, potato, and traditional thai flavors which my party enjoyed I appreciate how consistent the quality and texture of their steaks were - all tender, juicy, and seasoned/cooked to perfection Although their A5 wagyu rice noodle soup was a little too rich for my palatte, their beef tendon and soft marbled wagyu on top of the rice noodles was delicious! My favorites of the meal were definitely their mocktails and their thai panna cotta which was super light, fluffy, and not too sweet If you love Crying Thaiger for their authentic flavors, you'll absolutely love their sexy sister restaurant Thaiger's Den! The service was quick and the atmosphere was fun and friendly! Definitely a great spot for drinks or a good bite with friends

Bisma A.

Yelp
Must try new restaurant in Malden!! I was so excited to hear about Thaiger Den opening and it did not disappoint. We came for a late weekday dinner and were able to get seated right away. The menu has a lot of unique options and we were so excited to try a variety. We ordered the Watermelon Bites to start which was super refreshing with a nice crunch. For our main courses, we ordered the Den Pad Thai and Crab Curry. Both were delicious especially the Pad Thai! The Crab Curry had a fun, deconstructed presentation and a kick of spice to it. Definitely make sure to save space for the Mango Sticky Rice. It was the star of the show! The restaurant definitely has a cool and upscale ambiance. All the staff were so friendly and attentive! We definitely can't wait to be back!

Henry H.

Yelp
An incredibly delightful and complex set of options from apps to drinks to the full course. Worlds beyond the best thai place you've ever been. Service was wonderful and every detail from the decor to the tableware was beautifully curated

Jerrick C.

Yelp
Happened to wander in here last night and turns out it was during their soft opening. Loved the ambience and decor inside. Definitely more of an upscale type place so the menu wasn't all your typically Thai fare. I got the Jaew glazed rice with flank steak and my friend got the shrimp pad Thai. The presentation of both dishes was beautiful! The service, however, was excellent! We were asked many times if we needed anything and the food came out pretty quickly. I'd definitely come back if I'm looking for a more upscale Thai dinner. Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5

Connie C.

Yelp
What a charming Thai spot in Malden Square that left a lasting impression. The tossed crab rice was a standout, featuring complex flavors complemented by an incredible spicy lime sauce that really brought the dish to life. Paired with a light & refreshing Thai Tea Coco Bliss. The Massaman Pot Pie was equally delightful, with a rich filling that melded beautifully under a perfectly flaky crust. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Thai flavors! Can't wait to come back!

Savannah H.

Yelp
Continuing to eat here and work my way through the menu I'm here to tell you there are nothing but incredible dishes here. The vibe is also still, of course, incredible. I love the jazzy music and decor. Every single person working is absolutely lovely and have I mentioned how much I love the food? Beyond good. A romantic nice spot.

Amy C.

Yelp
Loved this place! Must get (yess long list because most dishes came out amazingly delicious!) Ribeye steak (comes with two dipping sauces. I enjoyed the Asian chimichurri sauce more but both were delicious) Massa man chicken pot pot: rich flavorful curry with flaky crust Berkshire pork cheek: juicy tender sliced pork with perfect flavorful Thai dipping sauce Whole branzino with spicy lime sauce (option available for boneless!) Fried pork belly (crispy with a nice sweet chili sauce) Mango sticky rice Thai tea panna cotta Lychee Thai ice tea We tried other items like Shrimp pad Thai (pad Thai was yummy but shrimp was bland), watermelon (watermelon with fried shallots? Unique but wasn't amazed) and fried coconut (interesting, it tasted similar to fried calamari) Definitely will go back to try their other dishes!

Igor R.

Yelp
This might be the best Thai restaurant in greater Boston. Cozy atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff, flawless presentation and exceptional flavors. The menu has y variety to it which is lovely. Cocktails are delicious, well-balanced and priced on point. To note - this is a bit of an elevated Thai restaurant experience, so don't come where expecting takeout classics. Their sister restaurant, Crying Thaiger, is better suited for casual. I couldn't think of a single negative. It was an exceptional experience that I'll look forward to coming back.

Eric L.

Yelp
The food is fantastic. I had the Berkshire Pork Cheek, which was very flavorful. I also had the Mai Tai, which comes in a fun tiger glass. The service was great as well. I sat at the bar and it was definitely louder than the restaurant seating but that's to be expected at the bar. The space is comfortable and the overall ambiance is good! Would recommend and definitely coming back for another dish soon! Many mouthwatering options to choose from!

elizabeth m.

Yelp
Inviting atmosphere with pleasant waitstaff. Food was top notch. Everything we sampled tasted great. Would definitely recommend and go back. Parking is a little tough so make sure you have some patience in finding a spot.

Vianna N.

Yelp
New Thai place in Malden that's worth the money! This Thai restaurant is more on the pricier side as they have more of an "upscale" vibes to them. For drink I got the Thai coconut bliss under their moctails section. It was a Thai tea but with coconut water instead of milk, very refreshing. As for dinner my husband and I tried two apps and two entrees: Whimsical thaiger shrimp - its a shrimp salad with pickles veggies and some kind of fish sauce dressing. The quality of the shrimp was good but it's a little too bland for me even with the fish sauce dressing. It needed more seasoning to the shrimp itself. Nothing special about this dish, I would not order it again. Bengal Thaiger Satay - it's chicken satay but with more of a Thai twist with the lemongrass. The chicken satay is a little too dry for me by itself, plus there was a bitter aftertaste from having too much lemongrass in it. The overall dish is very good when you pair it with the peanut sauce and pickles. Jaew glazed rice with pork cheeks - this was the best dish for me, I would come back here just for this again and again! The rice was seasoned and cooked to perfection along with the grilled pork cheeks. One thing I hope they will do for next time is quality check the meats and make sure not to include the pieces of pure fat in it. The price is not cheap especially this dish only had 5 pieces of meats in it but one of it was just pure fat, we couldn't eat it so that was unfortunate. Khao Soi with flank steak - a very balanced and authentic khao soi, they were not shy with the spices in their curry sauce which I loved. Wished there was more of the curry sauce/broth because after I mixed up the noodles there were barely any sauces left for me to slurp lol. Service was fast and friendly, straight to the point nothing to write home or complain about. If you're in the mood for some Thai food or a cute place for date night, I highly recommend this place. I will be back soon for some more jaew rice and try out other dishes!

Anna M.

Yelp
Came here for dinner around 7 PM. Parking was not bad, they were a lot of street spots available. The whole staff was extremely friendly. We needed some suggestions and they were very helpful with that. The inside is very clean and looks very new. we got some of the drinks, they are pretty strong so if you are not really into a super alcoholic drink, just let them know ahead of time. I got the Thai iced tea, which was very delicious. For food, we got the A5 wagyu. It came with chimichurri dipping sauce and a sweet/sour/spicy sauce. The wagyu was very soft and went well with the sauces. My favorite dish was the pork belly. It was very flavorful and eating it with the pineapple gave it a little twist. We got it with the sticky rice. Another favorite dish was the fish! The sauce was delicious (garlic flavors) and I would definitely get that again. We ate it with the Purple rice, which all went well together. The Tom yum soup was very spicy and they were generous with the shellfish. You have to get the sticky rice dessert. We shared it amongst 4 ladies and it was a great end to the meal. We would definitely come back!

Yelp
My wife and I went here for a date night on Saturday. I always feel like I need to mention that going out on a date when you have young children is an expensive, somewhat stressful thing (gotta line up a babysitter, etc.), so the bar is higher: it needs to be really worth it. Thaiger Den is absolutely worth the time and expense of hiring a babysitter and leaving your kids at home. We had great cocktails and delicious food. My personal favorite was probably the vegan 'calamari,' which was made with coconut (maybe the shell? Not sure) and fried garlic. I had two drinks (a mezcal-based one, and a pandan martini) and my wife had one. All were delicious and unusual. As vegetarians, we had no trouble filling our bellies. And at the end, the mango sticky rice was worth it; we don't always get dessert (it's very often not that great), but this was entirely worth getting. We were apparently there during the soft open. We didn't realize that until they gave us 10% off our check for having shown up during their early days. We'll definitely return, and we'll spread the word in the meantime.

Yelp
Food was delicious!!! The cocktails were definitely Thai inspired. The Tom yum soup was so delicious and flavorful. Service was good although kind of slow. We kept asking for water. Parking is street parking but there is a garage 5 min walk for 2$ an hour so not bad. They do have delicious mocktails as well which is nice. The ambiance is upscale but also casual. There is two dining areas although we'd much prefer to sit in the main area tho. Overall I will be coming back

Yelp
We finally got the chance to try this new Thai restaurant! This is definitely a good date night spot! The waiters and host are definitely attentive and always check in with your table as well. Their menu is more unique than what I'm used to for Thai places which I like but I would've liked them to have more appetizers and more items to choose from. We tried the ribeye steak which was good but a bit dry, we loved the presentation of it! We also got the Khao Soi which was tasty and I liked the noodles in it! The Wagyu boat noodle is my favorite dish that we tried! The wagyu was tender and melts in your mouth and the broth was very flavorful! But the spice does build up if you can't eat spicy food. The Den pad thai was a bit disappointing because it was kind of bland and no flavor. They also have a unique drink menu! We tried the lychee thai tea, coconut thai tea and the thai green tea which was all refreshing and yummy! I would come back here to try their other dishoes!

Yelp
Alllllll the hype and our meal was totally underwhelming. But the sticky rice mocktail was delicious!

Yelp
Amazing new spot for Malden. What a treat!!! We came here with friends for dinner. Everything tasted as good as it looks. I know they are still in the soft launch phase but they will be ready for prime time soon. Service was great, they were very attentive and friendly. Nice ambiance especially for date night. Great addition to Malden restaurant scene!

Yelp
If we could give it 6 stars, we would! Food is delicious, presentation is great, service is fantastic, and they have a bunch of gluten and dairy free options! Oh, and did I mention the drinks? Yeah, we are repeat customers

Yelp
Presentation was good, ambience was classy, but food was very mediocre. I get Pad Thai as a tried and true classic to try Thai restaurants and it was lacking in some acidity and did not taste like Thai cuisine.

Yelp
The entrees were amazing! They were spicier than we expected but what's good Thai food without that extra kick Thai Iced Tea was the best I've had. Great service as well. Highly recommend.

Yelp
TLDR: An amazing, chic restaurant with excellent food and drink. An elevated experience for anyone looking to try more traditional Thai dishes, or staple comfort foods. I went to Thaiger Den with some friends for food and drinks, and am happy to report that Malden has a new higher end dining experience. Their menu features a robust mix of traditional Thai dishes such as beef tongue and pork cheeks (both were melt-in-your-mouth delicious), as well as more mainstream options such as curry or pad thai. Along side the aforementioned dishes, we also ordered the crab curry, watermelon tuna, massaman curry, and mango sticky rice. All were exceptional, but the pork cheeks and mango sticky rice dessert were the group favorite. Their cocktail and beverage menu was fairly diverse, including imported Thai beer, which was fun to try. They also included several mocktails as well, which was a cool addition. I would highly recommend the thaiger's milk, but there really isn't a bad option. The ambience was fairly upscale, albeit a bit crowded and steamy, but it wasn't a huge deal. The waitstaff were all very polite, and the pacing of when the food/drinks came out was perfect. I always felt like I had something to work on. Overall I think Thaiger Den is definitively worth the visit, and they've done a great job improving on Crying Thaiger's (their more casual sister restaurant) already solid offering. Would recommend.

Yelp
The food is amazing both of the plates we've tried were just a blast of the taste buds. The service was fast and the waitress were attentive. The place was great for a romantic night out

Yelp
New place in Malden! Great food, amazing service, and cute interior. My favorites were the beef tongue, whimsical thaiger shrimp, and Thai milk tea (not pictured).

Yelp
This is our new favorite restaurant in Malden! The ambiance is warm and cozy, the presentation of the food/drinks is beautiful and the food quality is amazing. My fiance had the steak and said it was the best steak he's had in a long time. I tried it myself and was just as surprised at how flavorful and tender it was, you wouldn't even need teeth to eat it because it literally melted in your mouth. The curry was just as delicious! Highly recommend everyone try this restaurant :)

Yelp
We had a great time at this new spot! It's very cozy and the staff were wonderful. Drinks and food were delicious - we had the crowned watermelon bites, the Tom Kha Chicken Chowder, and the curry with flat iron steak which was cooked to perfection. It's a little on the pricier side but well worth it.
