Decided to try a new restaurant tonight, and so glad we did! Every piece of food we had was delicious, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I went with a safe staple for my entree, and don’t think I’ve had pad thai this flavorful since I was in Portland! The staff here was also super friendly and attentive - they must have topped off my husband’s water like 47 times (thank you/sorry haha). We’ll definitely be returning!

I took my family out to lunch here today. Everything was immaculate. The restaurant is clean, the decor is welcoming, all of the servers are incredibly attentive. All of the food was delicious. We ate off the Thai and Japanese sides of the menu, and just loved it. The spice levels are accurate, so many of the dishes let you pick your protein or keep it vegetarian if you'd like. The portions are generous, and I left feeling like I more than got my money's worth. This was more than just a great meal, it was a great experience, and I'll absolutely be returning, and introducing people to it.

The food is the absolutely the best in the region! Look at the sushi art (see photo)!!! It was devoured in no time flat & was delicious! And whenever we dine there, Kenny always has a wonderfully warm welcome for us and others. We can't wait to go again!!!

The sushi is the freshest on the Peninsula! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Thaijindesu, and we will be back! The sushi was so fresh. I didn't realize the other sushi restaurants we frequent weren't as fresh until I had theirs. The only reason we hadn't been yet is because it's always so busy. We were late eating around 8 p.m., and the restaurant had plenty of patrons but a much smaller crowd with lots more seating options. It was a nice evening, and we considered sitting on the lovely patio however we chose inside for our first visit. It WAS SO GOOD!!! I can't wait to return and try some of the thai entrees as I love the international Thai spices and flavor. But this evening, we were only in the mood for sushi, and it did not disappoint. Update: Our newest experience with the food was impeccable again. Hubby tried the crunch salmon roll, which was disappointing in flavor. There wasn't much to it! It was the least favorite we have tried. It wasn't gross but not good, either. We won't order it again. The Big John's Roll was 🔥. It will be on the favorite list. The Philadelphia roll was on point in flavor and freshness as usual. The service was disappointing this time. The restaurant was full at 8:30, with many guests preparing to depart. We were seated and didn't have a server visit to take our drink order for 10 minutes. We ordered everything at once. The server did not check in on flavor but did keep our waters full. We did not have a bad experience but were a little disappointed with the overall friendliness and attention. I would still recommend and recognize that We were in later and maybe servers were busy with closing side work.

I only went in for the sushi and it is by far the best sushi I have had in a very long time. All of the Thai food looked and smelled fantastic, but I was in the mood for sushi and this spot did not dissapoint. The rice was perfect, good filling to rice ratio, and the spicy tuna is unlike any I've had before. This spot is amazing.

Google
One of the best restaurants in Newport News. The food is amazingly delicious, freshly prepared and consistent. The sushi is top tier! I recommend this spot for any day, date or occasion

Personally my husband & my favorite Thai place in town! We tried Tida Thai, but it’s just not the same as it used to be. Also Tida’s price has gone up. So we decided to try Thaijindesu & we’re so happy we did! Everything did take a while to serve, but it’s really fresh, warm, & delicious. It was definitely worth the wait. Our favorite was the Pad Thai.

Google
We visited this restaurant and the food was good, and while the service was a little slow, it was still fine overall. We even talked about coming back. The experience took a turn when we received our bill and noticed a 20% tip fee for a party of 6. When we asked about it, we were told our 18-month-old counted toward the total, even though they didn’t eat anything. We usually tip generously, but being forced into a set tip—especially when a baby is counted—doesn’t feel right. Because of this policy, we won’t be recommending the restaurant or returning.

Yelp
Hands down one of the best restaurants on the peninsula, and most certainly the best Thai and sushi place in the Hampton Roads area. I have had several dishes here, and each one is super fresh and extremely tasty. In particular, the Pad Thai is simply breathtaking. I order it probably two-times per month. Also, I love the spicy tuna roll with crunch. The place is small, and quiet, so it's great for a date or meeting with friends. The staff is always very friendly, and they answer any questions you may have. Plus, I've never had my water glass get below half, which is a plus for their service. Seriously, go try this place out... I recommend the following dishes: - Pad Thai (Spicy Level 1-2) - Massuman Curry - Green Curry - Cashew Chicken - Drunken Noodles w. Chicken - Crab Rangoons - Spring Rolls - Spicy Tuna Roll w. Crunch - California Roll

Yelp
4.25 Papaya salad was good. The sushi was fine but thought it was a little heavy on the rice and felt a little light on the salmon. The appetizer platter was tasty. Overall felt like a pretty good sushi spot and would return if in the area. Parking is easy and the ambiance was just okay nothing super nice but good.

Yelp
The first time I went, there was with a family member who wanted to eat at this restaurant for his birthday. Since then, I've been back a few times. I really enjoy the basil chicken dish. It's hard for me to get away from the items I like once I've been to a place. I will try other items, but in the meantime, it's basil chicken for me!

Yelp
This Thai and sushi restaurant is a great spot to catch up with a friend. I'm not sure what the name of this complex in Newport News is called, but there are so many incredible local businesses nearby and a great park at its center. I decided to grab lunch here with a coworker. They were near closing so we ordered way more food than we needed in a rush. It was beyond kind that they accommodated us. We sat outside which was amazing. It was great for people watching and had a nice view of the park. Here's what we tried: Miso soup: what you'd expect, nothing to write home about, but nutritious. Panang Curry: we both really enjoyed this. Salmon & avocado roll: my favorite roll to order out, they did this well. Fresh rolls: super refreshing and a great pick for a hot summer day. Bento box with California roll, nigiri, sashimi, and roll: lots of filling food and great picks. A great dish to share. We had a great time here. If I were back in town I'd love to try more of their Thai options.

Yelp
My husband and I love this restaurant so much that I am taking my husband there tonight for his 60th birthday celebration. Their staff is professional and the owners are present and involved . We are never disappointed in the quality of the food or the service .

Yelp
The place itself was very pretty and classy. The area was clean and the staff were very nice. It was an upscale restaurant in a cute neighborhood. The service was at a good time and the food was pretty good for the price. It wasn't out of this world but pretty decent food. The combo I got was $19.95 for 3 rolls of your choice off of the menu. Miso soup: the broth was flavorful but the tofu definitely wasn't pressed before since it wasn't able to absorb the flavor of the soup and tasted watery Gyoza: they were standard dumplings that was crispy. The sauce was slightly sweet and salty like soy sauce but nothing outstanding. It's not something I would recommend to get. Shrimp avocado: it was okay. It tasted exactly like how it sounds and wasn't something outstanding. Salmon avocado: a solid roll! It had a good balance of ingredients Spicy tune: the first time I've seen tuna slices in this! It was pretty good but kept falling apart when I tried picking it up Next time: I'm interested in trying the tofu appetizer next time and would try a Thai duck dish.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to get sushi in Newport News by far! Their fish is always fresh and great quality. The only downside is the food does take a good amount of time to come out the few times I've eaten in the restaurant. It's a nicely decorated place, good for a date night or even a family dinner with the kids.

Yelp
Thaijindesu is one of the fancier asian fusion places you will find in the area. The restaurant serves both Japanese and Thai food. So if you can't decide between either, this place has the usual popular staples from both cuisines. Their portions are generous, the food is good, the service is great, the place is clean, and the ambiance is pretty laid back. The prices are a little up there for seafood than your usual hole-in-the-wall Thai or Japanese place. But It's a great place for a date and it has the appropriate setting to have work lunches/dinners w/ important clients!

Yelp
This is by far the best Thai and/or Japanese restaurant in Newport News. I've been here many times over the years and have never had a complaint about the food quality, the service team, or the restaurants ambiance. The food is flavorful and delicious and a good portion for the price 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
Probably the best Thai place, let's change that, the best place Thai food on the Peninsula if not, Hampton Roads. Please note if you are ordering from a food delivery service like grubhub, allow extra time for delivery since they prepare your food to order, no pre-prepared dishes. Below is my last order with reviews/notes for each. Calamari - different from most calamari you will find in the area, but was fantastic. Papaya salad (Som Tum) - better than expected. Basil Fried Rice - basil fried rice is my go to foods in determining what to expect from a Thai restaurant. Very good flavor and not greasy like other Thai places tend to be. Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) Thai Style or Soup Style - another dish I use as a meter for food quality. Very good, not greasy or gummy. Choo Chee Salmon - ordered for a friend who loves fish and they said it was also fantastic.

Yelp
So, it has been quite some time since I visited Thaijindesu - and in one of those "I'm not quite sure why I haven't been back, I think I remember that being okay" kinds of ways, I suggested a colleague and I have lunch there this week to work on a project. It was *not* a great experience, which made me realize why I haven't been back - there are much better Thai and Japanese places in town, and I go to one that specializes on one when I'm in the mood for that food. To start, it took forever to get seated. We opted to sit outside, and then it took forever to get service. I ended up ordering the sushi tempura lunch, and wow. It was not very good. The rice was incredibly bland - didn't even taste like it had been seasoned with any vinegar. The tempura batter was tasteless, and the dipping sauce - yuck. Plus, it was served nearly 50 minutes after we sat down, so I was frantically trying to eat in 10 minutes and pay my bill in order to get to my next appointment. Do yourself a favor, and if you really want good Thai food or good Japanese food, go to one of the many places on the peninsula that cater to that instead. This place appears to have gone very downhill and is likely only frequented for the view of the square.

Kate W.

Yelp
Mixed up our appetizer. Didn't even leave it. Food ok but not great. Been there twice. Won't go back. Really bland food.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the green curry and it is delicious! It has coconut milk which makes it creamy. It also has a good amount of protein and veggies. You don't get to pick your spice level because the soup is already spicy. It's a heat you can handle though. This place is a bit expensive but well worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
So it's been quite some time since I've been here. I'm not a big fan of spicy but I believe some dishes are meant to be spicy. However, I branched out and meet a friend for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my selections, and they were NOT spicy! I had a cocktail (can't remember the name) but it tasted as good as it looked. My appetizers, shrimp tempura and shumai dumplings were also very good! I had the eel roll and it was decent. Not my favorite sushi roll (seemed like it was missing something) but it was plentiful...and not spicy despite having a little spicy mayo. 4 STARS! Glad we had a reservation because they were busy! Service was good, but a little slow because they were busy. But our waitress was very apologetic. Again, notmy favorite sushi but everything else was delish!

Yelp
A beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great service. Stopped in here for lunch this past Saturday after not eating here since 2007 when I left the area. I have now returned to the area and the food is still good and it has been around this long it must be doing something right. Was with a party of three and we started with their Thai appetizer sampler. It came with fried dumplings, spring rolls, meat sticks and another type of dumpling. All were yummy and a great start to the meal. We each ordered a lunch plate that came with soup or salad. I had the salad and it had a nice peanut dressing. For my dish I had the drunken noodles and it was very nicely prepared. It is my go-to thai dish and it tasted like it should. I also had bites of my lunch companion dishes which was the lunch Thai beef and holy basil with chicken. Both had excellent flavor. Our server was extremely attentive and other servers around the waitress were also helpful in clearing plates or making sure we had what we needed. Also had a hot jasmine tea and it was nice as well on a rainy Saturday.

Yelp
Have seen good reviews for Thaijindesu but have to always plan a 45 minute drive to Newport News to try it out. It was worth the drive. My grown children are in town for the holidays and they're such foodies so perfect time to go. We ordered: pad woon sen, pad see eew, grilled mackerel, green chicken curry and shared beef salad. Pad woon sen was large, enough for 2 people, heaping with egg, scallions, julienned veggies. Grilled mackerel was served with brown broth and parboiled carrots and broccolini. Green curry chicken came with enough curry broth to dunk 2 servings of steamed rice to enjoy. The pad see eew was good and well seasoned. Each entree came with either salad (greens with ginger dressing) or miso soup; and small portion of steamed rice. Would definitely come back to try other entrees. Recommend everyone to try Thaijindesu.

Yelp
This was a really cute spot in a great area for a date. The service was great. The food and drinks came out quickly and everything tasted great. Everyone from the host to the servers greeted us with a smile and my I will definitely be back

Yelp
Thaijindesu (loosely translated from Japanese as 'Thai Tenderness') is a strong Asian kitchen mixing both Thai standards and Japanese sushi for your epicurean delight. Housed on a corner of William Styron Square in Newport News, it adds international flare to this attractive neighborhood. We ordered takeout which always limits upside potential, as everything is past its prime after packaging, travel and reveal. Here, the package was tight, leading to excessive condensation of the dishes. They really need to reimagine how to preserve the essentials of their work. Aside from that and discounting for the takeout variable, we really enjoyed the meal at home. Best was the Drunken Noodles w Chicken (5 Spicy). The noods were broad, the brown sauce rich and hot and the chicken tender. Made me sweat just enough to need an extra napkin. The Pad Thai w Shrimp was very good at level 3 spice. Thinner pasta with 6 fat shrimp, peanuts and tasty profile. The Masaman Curry was less a winner. We knew it would be soup-like, but it was light on shrimp and veggies, although the flavor was about right with the coconut milk base shining through. Obviously, it would have been better to eat with the food right out of the kitchen, but we had our reasons for not doing so. Service was fine from the mama-san although we needed to think about the appropriateness of adding a tip to the transaction. With inflation already taking a bite to the expense, throwing another 10-20% on top caused us to pause, as the meal already ran to $100. Food for thought.

Yelp
Good food, good fast service. Located in a strip mall, so quality was unexpectedly good.

Sarah S.

Yelp
The meal was delicious. The wait staff were kind, fast, and accommodating of my friend's food allergy.

Yelp
We loved this place! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is clean, but be careful and make sure you lock the bathroom door all the way because I thought I locked it, and someone walked in on me lol. But besides that, the food was delicious and fresh and prepared quickly. I recommend the dragon sushi roll and the shrimp pad Thai. We also ordered the wanton soup (that's how it's spelled on the menu), the spicy chicken wings (were not spicy, and you only get 4, and it was not cooked all the way through-but they took it back and didn't charge us) and the pineapple fried rice. The atmosphere was excellent and we were seated quickly even though it is a Saturday night and busy. Be advised they charge extra for spicy Mayo sauce for your sushi roll. They do have soy sauce on the table. We definitely would come back again and the prices are reasonable.

Yelp
If you are in the area you must stop in for food here if you like Thai or Japanese. The waitress was attentive and right on time at every stage of the meal. We arrived right at open and were seated immediately. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Great place for a family to visit. I ordered the pineapple duck and this was DELICIOUS!! I would absolutely go back for more and recommend you try it. It was perfectly crispy and the sauce was sweet. I just needed 1 more bite of rice to go with my last piece of duck. For dessert my friend ordered mango sticky rice and I ordered the lemon fruit sorbet. The mango was perfectly ripe as though it had just been picked. 10 stars! The lemon sorbet was extremely refreshing. My only note with it was that it was quite awkward eating out of the lemon peel because it moved with every scoop. I'd have been happier if it was straight in the glass. I do recognize it took a great level of skill to get it in there, just don't think it worked well. Taste was phenomenal though across the board. We ate every. Single. Bite! Go, feast and be merry!

Yelp
Came here on a visit to VA based on all the great reviews this place got and also with my love for Thai food. The space itself is very well put together and gives a nice vibe to the establishment. The food was immaculate as well. I ordered the Pad Thai and Crab Fried Rice and the rice in particular was my favorite of the two. The Pad Thai was delicious as well of course but the Crab Fried Rice was some of the best I've had and I have this dish often when trying other Thai establishments. I even bought more rice to take home and felt some type of way when I finished it and had none left lol. Another great Thai restaurant that I highly recommend to any Thai lovers looking for good quality eats with healthy portions worth the effort.

Yelp
Wonderful ambiance! Prompt service. Yummy food! The cashew chicken is the best I've ever had. Lots of veggies!

Yelp
If you're looking for good Pad Thai in Newport News, you've found it! I even got my mom addicted to this place.

Marissa R.

Yelp
ehhh, the thai was alright but being to thailand it does not compare, it was very very spicy and not much room to make it less spicy even at the mild level. the service was good. the restaurant was pretty busy but very expensive

John R.

Yelp
This place having 4 stars is criminal. The food is authentic, delicious, and fairly priced. It was clean and my water never got empty.
google avatar

Devaneé T.

Yelp
Their pineapple friend rice is amazing and flavorful. Nice place for lunch. Friendly staff and ambiance. Quick service.
google avatar

Yelp
Easily the best Thai Food I've ever had since moving back to VA. It's in a cool little shopping center. The aesthetic inside feels very welcoming and comforting. The drunken noodles are a 10/10! The sushi is absolutely amazing! I've been off the dating apps for a few weeks now but when I do reactivate them I will take a nice girl here.
google avatar

Arnold B.

Yelp
Ambiance / Atmosphere is very nice. Wait staff is very nice as well. For a busy friday night the staff was attentive and the wait for appetizers and entree was to be expected. Sushi is solid and the food was good. I recommend you go there at least once if your on the fence.

Yelp
This is definitely my go-to Thai place whenever I am feeling Thai! Located in the cute Port Warwick area, Thaijindesu has a quaint little patio and ample space indoors, it does get busy so reservations are recommended. When ordering here, I usually get the Holy Basil with chicken and a Thai iced tea. It definitely hits every time, but I've also gotten their chicken wings, pineapple fried rice, drunken noodles, and their green curry. Every single dish we've had has been a delicious. They also serve sushi and while I'm not a big sushi person, my husband and my mom who have had it enjoy it and have said it was good! I do however think that the food, while great, is a bit on the pricier side with not as much quantity which is why I gave it 4 stars vs 5. During the ongoing global pandemic, I am grateful that this establishment continues to wear their masks!
google avatar

Jeremy V.

Yelp
Hands down, best Thai food besides my mother's! Being half Thai, I can be a snob about eating out for Thai. But this my ONLY place I'll go now in Hampton Roads. And... I don't even live on the peninsula. But I will go through whatever tunnel or cross a bridge to go here! Awesome place and of course, welcoming Thai hospitality. Khob khun mak krap!

Ursula S.

Yelp
My husband and I went to have dinner, mind you we went before and food was good. Tonight we go and I enter, the lady working asked if I had reservations and I said no. She the proceeds to ask another couple who did not have a reservation and she seats them?!? Is it because I'm black?!? Yes I think so because she did it twice!
google avatar

Roy R.

Yelp
Food was enjoyable and the waitstaff delightful. Decorations were on point and it is def a family or couple location.
google avatar

Alison M.

Yelp
Food is AWESOME buttt while we were sitting on the patio, someone in an apartment above the patio decided to wash their balcony. It covered myself, my daughter and our food. The owner didn't didn't even care. Not ever coming back. Update: the manager definitely took care of us.

Yelp
Man oh man! A Thai AND a Japanese restaurant that is not to be confused with a fusion. This place serves BOTH dishes! Heard about this place through 757 foodies on Facebook. Decided to go here for my birthday dinner and man it impressed me! We had a reservation and got sat pretty quickly. We started off with the Thaijindesu Platter which had a little bit of everything from egg rolls, shrimp shumai, thai beef jerky, gyoza etc. Our main entree was the sushi and then the Thai basil duck. Man, the duck was so crispy and cooked to perfection. We were actually pretty full from the sushi and the duck basil came in a perfect portion size. The fried rice we got was the Siamese fried rice with came with crab meat. It was some of the BEST fried rice I've ever had. The sushi is amazing and came in an awesome boat. We were in awe when we saw the chef make the boat and turns out it was ours! So full of flavor and unique. We of course had to get mango sticky rice as a dessert and also tried out the mousse cake. They did NOT disappoint. You might be wondering why I left a star out. It's because I asked if they had a full bar (which they did) and asked for a Moscow Mule and was told they could not do it. They had a large bar and I find it hard to believe there was no ginger beer. I had their Sawasdee cocktail which I did not taste much alcohol and then got the Bangkok sunset which was almost too strong. They were good but not impressive whatsoever. Other than that, I definitely would come back to try the other dishes out!

Yelp
Service: 4.5 Ambiance: 2 Drinks: 3 Food: 3 Is it tasty? Yeah. Is it something special? No. If you're craving Thai and close by, it will do. The people are really nice though.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. Great times. We ordered the koby roll, the dragon roll, and the basil fried rice with chicken. All of it was absolutely delicious. The koby roll was my favorite. It's deep fried. I can't believe it took me so long to visit this restaurant!
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant is amazing. You get the option of having Thai food or Japanese food. I happen to be craving both Thai and Japanese food, so knowing this place exist is great. The Thai food is on point. Got the Wild Siamese: fresh string beans, holy basil, bamboo shoots, pepper corn stir fry in red chili paste and choice of protein (beef). The staff will ask what spice level you would like it cooked, and I got it Thai hot (4 star [max spicy level]). I love spicy food and this still retains the flavor of the main dish. They were able to balance the spiciness of the dish and maintain the flavor and it was amazing. Also, the presentation of the rice they bring you for your main dish is cute. The rice comes on a separate plate shaped as a star. The Japanese dish was refreshing. Got the Chirachi: assorted fish on top of a bed of rice. These pieces of fish they cut for the bowl are thick. The fish was fresh and the rice was on point. Definitely worth the price and a great presentation. The environment is cozy and friendly. The staff was friendly and the food came out at a reasonable time. Definitely would come here again to try all the other options on the menu.

Yelp
While the food was mostly spectacular, the service was quite abysmal. We waited for our drink order to be taken for 30 minutes and ordered all of our food at once for fear of not being able to place our order in a timely fashion. However, the crab Rangoon are the best in the area, hands down. The drunken noodles were okay the noodles had congealed as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. I would go back if for nothing else but the crab Rangoon. Hopefully they can hire more servers soon because it'd be a great spot ot

Yelp
Food is 10/10 but service has started to slack. I give grace & will continue to come. ‍

Yelp
The food is fresh and tasty. The service is five star. The holy basil is my favorite dish.

Yelp
I sat on this review for a few days because I didn't want to be overly harsh but it is what it is. First off I will state that the service was way better and professional than my first visit. The only reason why I didn't give a one star review. Also the place is spotless. So, I ordered: -miso soup, it had a weird smoky flavor, did not finish -thai beef salad, it had a good flavor but the meat was so tough plus i ordered medium rare but it came to the table well done -drum roll...lobster pad thai, YUCK, the lobster was so stinky, tough and old that i avoided it and just ate the noodles, i ate maybe 1/3 of it :( i really wanted to like it :( -the real clincher? after adding the tip to my bill i paid $42.00 for lunch! -NEVER AGAIN!

Tyronna S.

Yelp
Service not great! I ordered food to pick up. No confirmation order ready No one at front desk I had to go around the restaurant to find someone to help me

Sharon D.

Yelp
Food always delicious! No matter what you order the food is always flavorful and good portions!

Yelp
Happened upon this place due to Yelp! We were in the area and looking for a place and Thaijindesu was only a few blocks away. Talk about fortuitous happenstance. The menu was fairly extensive, covering both Thai and Japanese specialties. My wife and I decided on the whole redfish which was filleted and then served on the bones, both attractive and easier to eat, and the sauce accompanying was delicious. Papaya salad to accompany was nicely spiced (we had requested a "true Thai" level) and for a welcome change had more papaya than lettuce-plenty for two. While waiting, wife strolled by the sushi bar. All looked very fresh, and before I knew w, we were being served a spicy octopus sushi. This was different from the norm as it was served on a mound of cucumber and topped with a spicy sauce and caviar. Yum! We also got two dishes to go for later on, a noodle dish and a green curry chicken, which were also very enjoyable.

Yelp
I am SUPER impressed with this Thai restaurant! They nailed every dish We ordered. Now, bear with me as I write this review through tearing eyes and a hell fire mouth because I ordered the basil rice special with a spicy level of four out of five! Oh and I added the spicy pepper fish sauce to an already "PITS OF HELL" level rice. However, I do not regret my order at all, it was delicious! The shrimp were huge and plentiful. The flavors were on point and the service was excellent! The Mrs ordered shrimp Pad Thai and she also enjoyed her meal tremendously. We also started with their exquisite steamed dumplings with flavors bursting with every bite! This is especially great for us because we love Thai food and our previous spot in Chesapeake has gone down hill. This jewel is located in a quaint little shopping center with plenty of parking and additional shops great for a stroll after dinner. This has been another TOP NOTCH adventure, until next time!

Yelp
Thaijindesu is not what is used to be. I place a pick up order. When i got there, the cashier couldn't get the register to print out a receipt, tried replacing paper, didn't work. During this time, the cashier was going back and forth between the bar and the register and bringing our take-out bag with them. She finally got the register to work properly, handed me a bag without checking the order. When i got home, it was not my order. I had to go back to retrieve the order I'd placed/paid for. The cashier didn't even apologize for her error which wasted my time driving to/from the restaurant. Also, by now the food was cold and the sauces soaked up into the noodles. The food flavor was good but the customer service was terrible.

Yelp
The ambiance of this place was really nice, however the food was just average. We got Thai iced tea which came in these really cool fancy glasses. The drunken noodles were average, red curry was not as creamy and but salty. The basil fried rice was really good however I did not see a single piece of basil in the rice. Quantity sizes were good. The server was nice but the food took a long time to come out.
