"This dish of grilled beef with jaew sauce might be the last that you’d expect to be reinterpreted into a cocktail, but the guys behind the bar at Thaipioka are daring — not to mention masterminds with a shaker. They steep the grease drippings from grilled beef with rum then add rye, absinthe and bitters for a heady, umami-infused libation. Trendy bar between Sukhumvit 51 and Thonglo soi 1… cocktails s ok. I ordered two out of menu and the price s higher even it s a classic ones ( as sloe gin) Overall is good. The bartender is nice. After 10 pm s packed.

Our favorite bar during our trip to Bangkok! Great service and atmosphere. Creative and tasty cocktails incorporating local ingredients. Average price per cocktail is about 400 baht, plus tax and service charge (7% and 10% respectively, if memory serves me right).

I really like the atmosphere and the music. Cocktails were okay. Just fun to try. Compared to other places nearby, i think price is good. Would love to see more creation drinks. Thumbs up 👍

If you want a good night out, this place will never disappoint you. High quality cocktails, social and chill vibe, great DJ, great looking crowd. My only complaint is no proper dance floor and nobody really dancing. Feels too loud for a sit down cocktail bar, but also too quite for a club. But I guess that’s precisely this place’s charm. Always full house, even on weekdays.

Excellent vibe, nice modern bar music, excellent infused cocktails such as Lemongrass infused gin tonic or Pandan infused gin tonic. Highly recommended! 💯 Suggested to come earlier as the crowd starts even before 9pm on Friday night for a cocktail bar! 🤣

Very cozy and spacious compared to some other speakeasy. DJ comes in around 11pm. Mix of Thai and English songs. Good vibe. People started dancing by the walkway, which wasn't too pleasant. Avoid seating by the bar at a later time if you do not want to be disturbed. Would recommend the Lychee Spritzer

Small, discreet, pretentious bar... Thaipioka hits the nail on the head for eye candy, in an atmosphere with great pours. Women dress to impress and men casual stroll-in attire to throw back a few rounds of highly volatile mixed cocktails. The mules and Old Fashioned are outstanding! The Highball and anything with Yuzu are refreshing... Staff is attentive, quality service matches the high prices. I'll be back to Thaipioka, many whiskey's to try.

Great atmosphere bar in Bangkok. The place is busy and many young people (both locals and tourists) hanging out around. Might need some time to get a seat but its really great place to visit. The cocktail is good and the price is fair, and the live DJs are cool!
