Fords Gins Opens a Chic Cocktail Bar Inside Its New London Distillery

"I learned that the site doubles as a working distillery and is the official home of Thames Distillers, where Fords Gin is produced by the UK’s oldest gin-making family; master distiller Charles Maxwell and head distiller Ockju Lee (working alongside Charles’s son George) can be found diligently manning the dual 500-liter workhorse stills. The facility has moved to Southeast London and, while currently open to bar trade for events, tours, and scheduled activities, will announce public booking procedures later in the year." - Brad Japhe
