Fords Gins Opens a Chic Cocktail Bar Inside Its New London Distillery

"I learned that the site doubles as a working distillery and is the official home of Thames Distillers, where Fords Gin is produced by the UK’s oldest gin-making family; master distiller Charles Maxwell and head distiller Ockju Lee (working alongside Charles’s son George) can be found diligently manning the dual 500-liter workhorse stills.
