Cash only! I came here for something cheap and filling to eat, did not disappoint! I got a pork meatloaf banh mi! It was delicious. They also gave some water. The service was very fast and helpful, they had 3 tables with seats. Very clean.

Google
Stumbled upon this Chinatown restaurant by accident. No sit down, it's a hole in the wall with fast and friendly service. Took my order over the phone. Cash only!!!! Great place to get chicken noodle soup for under $10. Good portion, good broth. Noodles a little too soft for my preference, but overall, helped me get through a cold. Street parking or public parking in the back for $3/hr.

Google
Happened to be walking by this place is pretty god damn good For cold days the chicken noodle soup is good And the sandwich is perfect for hot days They have large selection of boba. I feel like the sandwich could use a little more chicken but it was still good. Rare to see these little hidden gems in LÁ.

Google
Cozy spot for some sandwiches. Owner is very nice. Cash only.

Google
Cool place for boba drinks. They make them promptly and the price is clearly posted. $5 for a Thai tea with boba includes taxes. We ordered six drinks and received them promptly. There is a sitting area to enjoy your drinks too. A cup of Thai tea with boba and ice tastes great on a hot day. They only accept cash.

Google
Keep this business alive! $7 for a delicious banh mi? Count me in! FYI it’s cash only—that’s how you know it’s the real deal.

Google
I stop here anytime I'm around the area. I love the banh mi, noodle soups, the boba is good and one of the places to get che ba mau which is soo good! The staff are so kind!!

Angelica V.

Google
We got some boba here during our visit to LA and the lady who made our drinks was so sweet. She gave us bags to port our drinks around since it was so cold out and the drinks themselves were really good and not expensive at all. I highly recommend stopping at this place if you're in the area.

Yelp
The good: We tried the thit nuoi (cold cuts meat) sandwich here for $7 and enjoyed it. The baguette bread was flaky and toasted. It was light and tasted great. They had 3-4 tables with covered overhang. They sold a lot of drinks and che (Vietnamese pudding dessert) too. The prices were fair. The location was great and made me feel like I was actually in Saigon (without the hot weather). The bad: The mayonnaise wasn't made in-house (the yellow homemade mayonnaise is usually what's used in banh mi). It was white and in a giant jar. The interesting: My husband preferred this banh mi over the stand outside of Saigon center.

Yelp
I got the chicken banh mi ($6) and paid via cash as they don't accept card. My co-worker bought the pork meat loaf sandwich, and he liked it. I thought that the chicken banh mi scored slightly less than average compared to other Vietnamese sandwiches that I've had. The chicken in this one didn't taste savory enough, and I felt that the bread had just an average quality. I also didn't feel too full after eating the sandwich. I went here for lunch as a last-minute plan. I initially ordered takeout online at another Vietnamese restaurant, but that other place was closed. Than Huu is close to Chinatown Station, and to access it, you'll have to walk up stairs leading to the nearby Dynasty Shopping Center. The ambience felt like a chill part of the shopping center because of the shade and quietness at the time.

Yelp
Fantastic banh mi in Chinatown. The baguette must've been fresh because it was hot when they gave it to us! The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside - Not overwhelmingly bread-y though! The filling was delish, no pate in the banh mi nguoi (cold cuts) but I didn't miss it. It was soooo good, I can't wait to come back. If you're searching around for it, it's right up the stairs of the shopping plaza so it's a bit tucked away. Cash only and prepare for a wait! It took a while to get the food, but it was so hot and fresh it was definitely worth it. A bit pricey for banh mi ($6), but sometimes I forget I'm in LA and everything's $1 or $2 more than OC. I can't wait to try the other banh mi options they have available as well as their noodle soups!

Yelp
After stopping by two other banh mi shops that sadly ran out of sandwiches, we struck gold with Than Huu. The shop is located upstairs! Go up the staircase near the plant shops on the bottom floor. This place is cash only and as authentic as it gets. The star of the sandwich is the bread. Oh. My. Goodness. The banh mi is crisp and golden/flaky on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside. This isn't the kind of banh mi that cuts the roof of your mouth. I was so impressed with my first bite. There are the usual fixin's in the sandwich - pickled veggies, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro - all very fresh and enhances each bite. The meats are delicious and packed with flavor and so is the unctuous mayo that coats the sides of the baguette. I'm so sad I finished my sandwich. Need to come back and try the others! They offer fruit smoothies and dessert drinks as well if you want something sweet. Happy banh mi hunting!

Yelp
A bit of a hidden shop because you have to go up the stairs, walk past a few small shops, and then you'll see some tables outside Than Huu. When I came (10/13/22) they had quite a few drink options but only 4 food options: Pho Ga, "Seafood Noodle", Chicken Banh Mi, and Pork Banh Mi. The noodle dishes were each $9 and the Banh Mi's were each $6. I ordered the pho ga, and it was pretty good. The bowl came with noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, and 3 pieces of chicken. Everything tasted really good; my only complaint was that my the bowl only came with 3 pieces of chicken.

Yelp
I came here four years ago during my visit to LA, and I hope they are still in business because I'd love to get boba from this place again.

Yelp
Excellent banh mi Vietnamese sandwiches! Yummy Boba drinks, good variety. This is my go to Vietnamese Cafe in Chinatown. No parking validation but plenty of street parking and meters. There is a parking structure for as little as $3. Very affordable to dine here. We got 2 Boba specialty drinks and 3 banh mi sandwiches for $30.

Yelp
I needed Banh mi Saturday morning. So China town it is ( OC to far and I was heading there later in the night)! Street parking and located upstairs in the mall area. I recommend coming early even though they open 10:30am. Take a little walk enjoy and explore the area. Even the mall has a bunch of vendors that are fun to look at. The older woman working was so sweet and spoke English. Order only two types of Banh mi chicken and pork. I opted for both. The bread was so crispy and fresh! Also ordered a chicken soup. This was good, would be back again if in the area.

Yelp
I've been going here since I was a wee little baby and this is still my go to place for pho ga. It's a tiny little hole in the wall mom and pop shop that can be a little tricky to find as it's tucked away hidden in between shops. Walk up the red stairs and immediately keep left. The shop only has two table/chair set so keep that in mind if you're thinking of eating here. I typically just take my chicken pho Togo (the soup comes packaged separated from the noodles so you don't have to worry about it getting soggy) they have a very limited menu but everything is sooooo good. On their menu you can find pho ga, seafood noodles, and of course some banh mis and Vietnamese smoothies. super affordable. My fiancé drives an hour in traffic just to get me my pho ga monthly. Def worth the trip. Oh and it's cash only but if you're in need of an atm, you should be able to find one nearby !

Yelp
Nice people, good portions, delicious soup and yummy sandwiches. I came here with my mom and we each ordered the seafood rice noodle soup ($6): It has shrimp, with fish balls. The both was flavorful with full of deliciousness. I also ordered the pork sandwich and I love it how they warm the whole sandwich up so the meat was nice and warm too. This will be my go to place when I'm at Chinatown.
google avatar

Joy N.

Yelp
This place reminds me of home. It's hidden in a little wall and the sandwiches are so good. The bread is perfectly flakey and for the price of $6 so worth it. To find it you have to go up the stairs and make a left. There are a few parking lots around it but mostly street parking.

Yelp
Fantastic lil shop deep within a daily outdoor (yet shaded) mall in Chinatown. Known for Banh Mi and their plethora of Boba and Vietnamese coffee drinks. They only had Chicken and Dac Biet (combo of meats, pate, cilantro, and pickled veggies) banh mis today.. each $4, so we got both and a Vietnamese coffee for about $11 total. Quick Tips: -Parking in Chinatown for free is always difficult. $5 garages. -No seating inside the little shop. A 6top and several 2tops outside. -Beware of neighbors opening garage doors. It's almost as painful as chalkboard scratches. -They have boxed water. hipsters. Taste Dac Biet 3/5 Was a little dry and short on the meats, but the bread was light and crisp. Good. The Cha Lua (ground up pork roll) was tender!! Xa Xiu (the pink bbq pork reminiscent of Chinese Char Siu) was good but dryish. Pickled veggies were a little weak. Chicken Banh Mi 4/5 Super juicy dark meat and onions, pickled veggies, and again, a greaaaat baguette. Really loved this sandwich. Maybe a little more chicken. Price 4/5 Solid! More meats in the banh mi would have been great Service 5/5 The lady running the shop is the sweetest. Come for the atmosphere and service. Food does take a while though. Worth it.

Yelp
If you can find this hidden gem of a place you have scored!! You craving noodles? Get the chicken soup, it's hands down the best in Chinatown!! And their sandwiches! Stop me.. just go!

Yelp
Omg this place. Never expected to have the best bahnmi in my life but it happened here. The pork bahnmi to be exact. And for $5?! Insane. The bread was fresh, crusty and warm when I bought it at 12pm, so pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness. The fillings were very fresh and in perfect ratio to the bread and were so delicious. I highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Yelp
So my boyfriend and I was craving durian yesterday and we found this place on yelp. They require a $10 minimum for cards and our total was only $5 but the server was so sweet, she allowed us to buy with a card. She was very attention and fast. The durian smoothie was so good! You can tell they put a decent amount of durian and not just one scoop. The boba itself was kinda too hard but it balances itself with how nice the server was. We can't wait to come back when we're craving pho and durian boba again. Parking can be a hassle unless you're really lucky and find a meter. The time we came, the restaurant was really pack but yet we didn't feel rushed for just ordering one drink. We felt appreciated.

Yelp
Finding the place is the first challenge. Park in the lot for the Dynasty Complex marked in worn letters. Walk up past the flower/plant markets and up the stairs near the center of the complex. Than Huu is the second shop on your left side. It's usually busy and dense around here. There's a constant rhythm of mostly Vietnamese and Spanish. Feels legit. The sandwiches are really good. I usually get the chicken Banh Mi. They are larger than other places and still affordable for $4. The lady even offered to have a tofu option for me next time! Highly recommend.

Fabian F.

Yelp
Love this place, awesome staff! I was greeted by a sweet old man, and his kind service and delicious boba drinks were definitely worth the trip to chinatown! He deserves all the love and happiness in the world

Yelp
I have fond memories of the chicken noodle soup here ( pho ga ) from when I was younger. Soooo yummy, a must when you're in the area! :)
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
I only ever go for the chicken bahn mi sandwich and I've been going here for the last 8-9 years back when a sandwich was $1.25 and even now you can't beat $3 because it's so delicious! I don't know about the boba, because I generally refuse to go to get boba at a place that doesn't specialize in that drink. It's one of my favorite hole in the wall restaurants, and if it closes down I'd literally cry. You're a neighborhood staple that I hope never leaves.
google avatar

Yelp
Buried inside the market, Than Huu is a great stop for a quick lunch between haggling. Their milk tea is delicious and different from the usual and the sandwich was perfect. Need to comeback for their soup that every one talks about.

Yelp
Tucked away among the fray of the Chinatown Plaza markets, this is a small unassuming storefront restaurant. I entered off Spring street, took me a while to find but basically you go up the stairs and it will be to your left. I went specifically in search of their vegetarian banh mi. It's good but not great -- quite simple as there's no tofu or avocado, so it's essentially a pork banh mi without meat. Even so, it's still tasty as the bread is soft and their ingredients are fresh. The price is the same with or without meat, $3.50 for a sandwich. The smoothies/boba on their signs are listed as $4.00 --but apparently cost $0.75 extra for tapioca. That's a bit steep for boba in the Chinatown area but it is a large size. Their tapioca texture is a bit strange ...though it's soft it's more like a jelly--you bite into it, there's no chewy resistance, it just breaks apart. The flavor of their lychee is a little too milky for my taste but it's still refreshing. Overall the sandwich is decent, but nothing spectacular. Not sure if I will be back to check out their pho but the place as a whole definitely has an authentic feel.

Yelp
Tiny tea shop located in the market, tried sugarcane juice, very sweet, avocado smoothie was very flavorful, recommend.

Yelp
$3 bah mi sandwiches and $4 fruit smoothies/ slushies They have durian and soursop and other south East Asian flavours. Very sweet. And Vietnamese ice coffee.

Yelp
The love of my life right here...nah just kidding but seriously the nostalgic of this place brings me back so much when I was in elementary we get out early on Wednesday at 1:20 pm and my dad would drive my mom and I all the way to Chinatown just to eat here and walk around to the point where almost the whole saigon plaza knows us even though we live an hour away. My mom would go clothes shopping and my dad and I as a kid would just chill and eat the hu tieu here then after we would get their red bean ice cream. I sincerely hope dis place never closes down or I'll be rioting...Just kidding but yeah. I'll be posting pictures when I come back. You guys rock!!!!!!

Yelp
Small delicious mom n pop shop. Got introduced to this hidden gem in the 6th grade when their noodles used to be $3. seafood soup has always been my favorite here, chicken soup is just as good The chicken banh mi sandwich is delicious. Their bread is soft and flaky on the outside. Ice coffee, strong but good. Thai tea with boba, Thai tea is tasty and flavorful and leans a little more on the milky side just how my bfs mom makes it, delicious. Boba is chewable and taste good. And the owners are really sweet

Yelp
Don't let the location fool you...This place is located on the narrow corner as you walk upstairs to the main shopping area on Spring Street. You wouldn't suspect that they serve authentic Vietnamese food here, since, well, we are in CHINAtown. I first came to this place with my parents and ended up bringing a friend here one time. Both times were good experiences as the lady at the cash register served us and took our order. It can be a little confusing when ordering because they don't have a complete menu. Be sure to ask for their Banh Uot, it's one of my favorite dishes here! The noodles are fresh soft and steamy. Asides from that dish, you can also order other dishes, such as chicken noodle soup, banh mi, etc. It doesn't stop there. They also have a variety of Vietnamese drink desserts that they serve, so be sure to try one if you like those. I've ordered the Che Ba Mau here, but it's a overpriced. The setup is small, with only 2 tables for customers to sit and sometimes you have to share with others but you will always be able to find a seat. After you are done ordering, they will bring your order to you and you pay afterwards. It's like an honor system almost, since you tell them what you ordered. None of that receipt junk here. One of my favorite go to spots in Chinatown. Can't go wrong with this place!

Yelp
this small tiny place finally pulled me in for some pho and herbal tea. for the past few times that i went to the dynasty center, i see people sitting at the tables outside of the store digging into a foam bowl with steam coming out. Man, it smells good, but i was always too full to eat another bowl of pho. so finally last wk i went there, i told myself i must try it. i went in and order the seafood pho and a bottle of chrysanthemum tea in the fridge (i love those). there are 3 kinds of pho, chicken, seafood, and beef, and they're all $4 each. besides pho, they also have a huge variety of smoothies/drinks, and baguettes. so at places like this, that can barely fit more than 10 people, why would you expect good service? but to be honest, service was great! it's like a family owned business, the parents are making the food inside and the son is outside delivering food - yes, they actually deliver ur food to ur table. and once in awhile, he'll check on you to make sure that you're doing good. that's just really impressing i think. back to the food, the seafood pho was awesome! it came out steaming hot, it came with some bean sprouts, fish balls, shrimps, with some fried shallots and green onions on top, and the soup is clear but flavorful. yum, it's so worth the $4 and the experience sitting in the middle of the shopping center.
google avatar

Chariya S.

Yelp
First off, please help support these local businesses in Chinatown because they're dying and it's imperative that we keep the stores running for these families. Second, $2.50 for a Pork Banh Mi is a must! This is seriously the cheapest sandwich that you can possibly find among all the overpriced shops in LA. They give you a lot of meat and the bread is freshly bake! The drinks more a bit more expensive (btw $3-4) but they're made from real fruits. If you're confused about the location, it's on the second floor (first floor being the ground level). The small store is hidden between all the clothes shop. They have a few small tables if you want to eat there. I love finding hidden gems! :)
google avatar

Kim T.

Yelp
When I'm on a mission to shop in Chinatown, especially the Lil shops, Mom and I love coming here for a quick pho snack, hehehe. For $5 a container of beef or chicken pho, you get a lot and pair it with a soybean milk for $1.50 - total of $6.50 a meal - what a steal! The soybean sprouts are places underneath the container and the protein and pho is place on top. They bring you out the bowl with a wedge of lime, chopsticks, spoon and napkins. The sitting area is tight, but it's communal and so first come and first serve with seating. You feel like you're sitting in a Vietnamese pho shop as if you were like in Vietnam, yay!

Yelp
Tucked away in Chinatown's Dynasty Center (off of Spring St.) Than Huu is the place to go for outstanding noodle soups and Vietnamese sandwiches. To say it is a hole in the wall would not be an exaggeration. Than Huu has about three tables with a total of ten chairs outside its cramped entrance. There is a constant coming and going of customers ordering food to eat there or take with them. We always order the chicken sandwich (which is more of a pate than string meat) to eat with our soup (the seafood noodle soup is outstanding.) Their portions are very large. The soups cost about $4.00 with the sandwiches running in the $2.00 range. Besides noodle soups and sandwiches, they serve a wide variety of snacks, noodle dishes, drinks, smoothies, and coffees (the coffee is strong, so be prepared to stay up if you drink it late in the day). Once you try this Chinatown secret, I guarantee you will return again and again.

Viola L.

Yelp
Thought this place was closed but it's not!! It's opened! ...And they have tables set out! The menu is still the same (sandwiches and noodle soups) but they don't have some drinks! So happy they are opened! I got the seafood noodle #supportlocal CASH ONLY
google avatar

Rebecca C.

Yelp
5 stars for the broth in the seafood noodle soup, but 4 stars for the contents. I used to eat here all the time whenever I shopped at Chinatown. This is a little hole in the wall with only TWO tables. Hey, the tables are now a lot bigger than before with more seats! Yay! The soup broth was just like how I remembered it- super flavorful. The best I've ever had! I was disappointed that the contents in there were much smaller than before- huge, fresh shrimps replaced by small, frozen shrimps. Boo! The fish cakes were also a lot smaller and cheap tasting. It looks like they're trying to save money but kept the same prices on the seafood noodle soup. Nonetheless, I still enjoy my seafood noodle soup for $4.50. Don't forget to try the chicken noodle soup or banh mi/Vietnamese sandwich.
google avatar

Toanito D.

Yelp
The sandwich here was surprisingly good. The bread crust was on the soft side of crunchy but it won't cut the roof of your mouth. It was fresh. The meat had very good flavor and the condiments were complemented the meat well. The VN ice coffee was excellent. It was very difficult to find however if you don't know where it is. The address and location on Yelp is useless. Don't use it like I did. It is located on the first aisle next to the stairway from Spring Street. I gave up looking for it and just happen to see it on my way back to my car.
google avatar

Cindy D.

Yelp
I can't believe I've never written a review for this place!! My boyfriend loves this place because he truly believes that the more ghetto a store is, the better the food is. We always come here when we come to Chinatown. We always get the seafood noodle soup, and once in a while, my boyfriend will switch it up and get the chicken noodle soup. Both options are great! Just recently though, they changed the recipe. The soup is a tad bit saltier than I would like. They load it up with MSG, so whenever I eat here, I have to drink a ton of water after because I'm slightly allergic to MSG. But if MSG doesn't bother you too much, then this place is great. Teas are $1.50 Soups are $5.50! What a steal!!!

Yelp
Located inside the alley of shops, happened to find em while shopping. Ordered an ice milk tea and strawberry-banana smoothie. Not a fan of their bobas and smoothie was overly sweet. Feels like they added sugar to the drink. Threw the drink away after a few tiny sips.

Yelp
LA's Chinatown is filled with hidden paths and plazas that often lead you to some of the most fashionable dead ends or pleasant surprises. Tucked away in the very back of an ultra clustered fashion plaza, I came across this Vietnamese fast food joint nestled in between stores that sell anything from luggage, shoes, purses, clothes to blankets. This cozy hole in the wall stood out among the rest with its open kitchen, small counter, a wall filled with pictures of their specializations, and a few beaten greasy benches situated by the door. Their menu is quite simple with 2 types of banh mi, three types of pho, and the rest is filled with boba drinks, refrigerated teas and sodas, and Vietnamese frozen treats. I discovered this place when I was hanging out with a group of Yelpers that included Joe L, Antho L, and Mary B, and since then I've returned twice to learn more about their culinary offerings. Their Combination Pork Banh Mi ($2.25) came with a sizable warm baguette with mayo, pate, steamed pork and shredded ham with cucumber, pickled carrots and strands of cilantro on top. The warm baguette was crisp and soft at the right places without sharp edges, but the filling looked minimal when wedged in between the doughy interior that looked thicker than usual. The combination of sweet mayo and savory shredded ham was very good, but the absence of tangy pickled radish and fish sauce was glaring. The price was decent for what I got in return, but the sandwich was far from being the best as observed by many of the reviewers on this site. Their Pho Ga ($4) was served in a Styrofoam cup put together with chunky steamed chicken with bones, medium wide rice noodles, and a light broth inspired burnt onions, sprouts, and green scallion. The chicken flavor had minimal influence on the broth which came rather subdued and dependent on the sprouts to give a sweet backdrop to layer with spurts of brunt onions and green scallion. The temperature of the bowl was not hot enough and the rice noodles appeared overcooked and too soft. It was a cheap bowl of pho ga on the go, but visitors should be aware of the lack of rich herbal dimensions that often distinguish a good pho ga from the rest. Interested visitors should take note that they carry canned guanabana, also known as soursop, which is rare in the US: http://sabalolodge.com/blog/2009/09/guanabana-fruit/. Mary B was the first to tell me about this fruit, which eventually led me to try their Guanabana Smoothie ($4) with Boba (50 cents) and later fresh Jackfruit Smoothie ($3.50) with Boba (50 cents): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jackfruit. Their smoothie is put together by sugar, sweet cream, ice, water, and fruit. The slushy texture had rough patches with sporadic ice cubes that were crushed but not fine enough to make it through my big boba straw. Their boba was overcooked both times, which resulted in a sticky texture that makes them more likely to clump into cohorts than to individually separate. The taste of guanabana and jackfruit was delightful and refreshing. The prices of these drinks are steep, but the taste is decent enough for me to recommend it. Service was quick, efficient with a smile. Their tables were wiped often as people enjoyed sharing them given the transient nature of this place. A bit over-hyped on Yelp, I would only recommend it as a decent fast food place for those on the go.

Yelp
Reminds me of my childhood. Ordered the pork banh mi and it was amazing. Definitely OG.

Yelp
Got the pork sandwich and the chocolate avocado smoothie. Both amazing and the owners are very friendly. Took me a little while to find the restaurant lol

Yelp
I love this place so much. My girlfriend craves it literally every week. The best item they have hands down is the chicken pho served in a decent sized styrofoam cup and the soup is just one of a kind. The only thing about coming here is you need cash!

Yelp
Hard to find. When I found it, the guy was polite, but vegetarians be advised they no longer serve tofu bahn mi. Nope.

Yelp
If some smart business man could marry this place to a proper restaurant location - they would have a gold mine. Absolutely delicious and just-baked fresh banh mi. Best baguette I've had in LA hands down. Very nice people working here. It's in a weird location in the upstairs back area of one of these ridiculous Chinatown malls catering to Vietnamese and some weirdo tourists. You will have a bit of a hard time getting to it or wondering if it worth it but trust me on this - not every delicious hole in the wall is in Asia. Try this one out!
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the chicken bahn mi sandwich to go... I didn't know that the chicken was going to be saucy, and wet -- so it kind of ruined the sandwich for me. My friend really liked it though. Not what I had expected because I was hoping for a chargrilled chicken bahn mi..! May be I'll try the regular traditional bahn mi next time, but the chicken really didn't do it for me...

Yelp
Banh Mi: Fresh bread, good balance of fillings. Seafood Pho: piping hot. Flat wide noodles. This place is just a tad above a "kiosk" in a mall. In fact, the building is filled with tiny store stalls. Tiny stall, almost ad hoc, but the 4-person team behind the tiny counter has got their ops down pat. Seating can hold maybe 8-10 people, shared among two small tables. I'd easily go back for the rest of the menu!

Yelp
Chicken noodle soup is bomb. I crave it all the time!! I pick this over any Vietnamese place in Chinatown. Owners are very sweet, great service. This is definitely under hyped. Such an inexpensive menu, but the food is amazing.

Yelp
What a nice find. I yelp places for Banh Mi and Than Huu Caught my eyes. Its inside a shopping plaza. You have to walk up the stairs and turn right at the top. This shopping plaza makes me feel I was somewhere in asia. Bringing up childhood memories. I ordered the following 1. Pork Banh Mi ($2.50) 5 STARS. It was juicy and tasty 2. Chicken Banh Mi (2.50) 5 STARS. Delicious sandwich. 3. Soursop Juice ($4.00) 5 STARS The sandwich are so cheap, I don't mind paying $4 for this cancer fighting juice. Its size is comparable to a large size drink at jamba juice. Therefore $4 is a good deal. I am so happy to find Than Huu and can't wait to go back.

Yelp
One of the best hidden place to eat at! Everytime I visit la from oc I alway make sure to stop here and eat cause they serve a very delicious and cheap food here like pho ga around $4-5 or banh mi which is like $3. Theres tables and chairs outside for u to sit at and eat. Its located on the second floor at very back next to the random gift shop places and in front of the clothes shop. Can't wait to be back here to eat their foods lol. Best small cheap delicious place to eat at!

Yelp
Yummy!! I bought a ham deli banh mi for a snack and it was delicious. Enough deli meat to fill you up, I was able to share it with my son. I will come back here when I visit again. The lady here was nice and welcoming.

Yelp
A nice little hole-in-the-wall place tucked away inside the Dynasty Plaza in Chinatown. I haven't had the bánh mì, but did get the pho ga and it was surprisingly good; like your mom's home-cooked noodles. It came out HOT; I had to wait til it warmed up a bit to eat (I'm not a fan of HOT noodles/soup) and it's cheap, too! $4.50 for a bowl (it's a really decent size). The staff there was also really nice and attentive. Next time you're in Chinatown and is craving noodles, look for this place and give it a try. I also had their pineapple-coconut smoothie ($3.50 for a pretty large cup). It was refreshing, perfect for summer!
