Thank You Pizza - Review - Chinatown - Vancouver - The Infatuation

"From Wednesday through Saturday nights, you can find Thank You Pizza’s bright red, woodfire oven truck parked in front of Hunnybee Bruncheonette, putting out blistered and snappy sourdough crust pizzas. The spicy ‘nduja sausage pizza offers a slap-and-tickle combination of spice, sweetness and texture with its corn niblets, shishito peppers and chilli cream toppings. During the summertime, the vegan mushroom with mizuna option is fresh and filling, dressed up with a zippy truffle vinaigrette. Although the pizza happens inside a tiny four-wheeled space where, sit yourself outside on one of two Gore and Union St. patios, or inside the brick-and-mortar restaurant, where the usually caffeinated daytime hive of activity takes on a new after hours buzz. It’s the perfect spot to whittle away the hours during warm weather months." - Thalia Stopa

What a nice surprise! Met friends here on a sunny spring evening and had great food on an awesome happy hour deal with amazing people watching on the heavily used bike path. Pizza crust (sourdough) was so chewy and delicious. Great variety of toppings.

The Franks Red Hot special was good, buratta was alright. Chocolate pannacotta was ultra mid, very salty. Service was very quick and nice 🙂👍

There is nothing I love more than a sourdough pizza and this one really hits all the marks. My new favorite pizza spot in Vancouver! The staff are so friendly and the Hunnybee space is always a hit. I had ordered the mushroom pizza + frisée and it was so so good. The crust is phenomenal; quite chewy but that is how I prefer it. Couldn’t recommend enough — cannot wait to come back and try more!

Best pizza in town ❤️ and service is always so amazing. Their natural wine selection is always on point and in the summer that patio is perfect. 100% recommend.

What a unique set up which we’ve not seen before. Pizzas are baked outside the premise at some trailer parked in front. Servers actually travel back and forth to serve your pizzas. :) interesting indeed as I wonder how this would work in heavy rain or snow. Pretty much however this place appears to be a great place for wine and pizza where you could enjoy a great date night. There aren’t tons of seatings here but enough to make you feel cozy and comfy. I wish however heating was turned on little higher as we felt little chilly inside. Pizza dough was chewy yet very addictively good.

excellent pizzas and creative flavours - wasn’t too busy, only a matter of time before this place blows up on tiktok imo i think the suggested tipping option at 18% is weird since there’s no table service, but the guy was pretty friendly

Pretty solid, freshly made pizza. I wouldn't say it's the best pie in town but it's definitely pretty solid tasting. Crust is a bit flimsy for my liking and it was a big soggy which let to topping falling off quite easily. Still tasted pretty good though. Cool concept using the truck outside to make the fresh pizza and the shared restaurant space when the brunch spot is closed. Drinks are in the pricier side.

We got a mushroom pizza with a burrata on top. The pizza dough is quite tasty and chewy, I just hoped there would be more mushrooms for the topping. The pizzas are made in a wood oven inside a truck, which is pretty impressive. They also got a very good vibe :)
