Only great experiences! Sometimes orders take a couple weeks to fulfill as they coordinate bottles coming from multiple locations in CA, but I’ve always been happy with their selection

Awful experience ordering wine from them—do not recommend. Similar to mark’s review below, ordered wine 8 months ago and still haven’t received any of the bottles or any proactive updates. The only comms was a few days ago when they told me they could fulfill one of the wines in the order and tried to bait and switch for a worse vintage at the same cost. Similar to Mark, I have purchased a lot of wine and never suffered an experience like this. Shady business.

Perhaps the best wine shop in LA (if you’re into wine). An old world selection of wine like no other, an incredibly knowledgeable staff between Haley, Peter and Jack, a well done interior, and they even regularly host unique events with producers they work with from around the world (last night was a tasting with a well-known Burgundy producer that also has a project in the Sta Rita hills in CA). Thanks guys for helping curate an awesome wine experience in LA/Brentwood… Thankful to have this spot

I’ve been buying and collecting Burgundy for close to 30 years now. I’ve run into a few shady folks along the way but this one really took me by surprise. I paid up front for wines—was told they’d arrive in a few months. Nine months later, still nothing. Then out of nowhere I get an email saying they can’t fill the full order and I owe more money because “costs went up.” Seriously? I asked for answers, followed up multiple times. Nothing. No reply. Just completely ignored. This isn’t just poor service. It’s shady. Really regret trusting them. Avoid if you value your time and money.
