Thazia, an Asian Fusion Takeout Restaurant, Will Open in a Shipping Container in Boston’s Seaport | Eater Boston

"Operating out of a shipping container on the Seaport promenade, this upcoming takeout concept offers a self-described “melting pot of Asian food” rooted in Thai flavors and led by Panupak Kraiwong (who previously founded the acclaimed Dakzen in Somerville). Set to open February 22, 2022, the compact, seasonally changing menu is ramen-forward with inventive bowls such as the ten yum (tom yum broth, ramen noodles, shrimp tempura, lime, egg, and crispy shallots), the IDB (a brothless bowl with ramen, Thai barbecue pork dressing, chashu, wontons, egg, and scallions), and the mi soul (Japanese miso broth, chashu, egg, microgreens, scallions, and dry seaweed). The kitchen team includes Faye Prapawicha and veteran Thai chef Sasirin Siwayawirote, who brings expertise in southern Thai curry traditions, and beverages will feature canned Thai tea and coffee from By Emshika. The operation holds a one-year container lease with plans to remain and potentially expand into a larger space if the concept succeeds." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

First time coming to this spot and I am very impressed. I had the ten yum broth and it’ll warm you up on any chilly day. Proportions were generous, taste was authentic and has just the right kick to it. Prices were also reasonable. Overall great experience!

Conveniently located for those who work in the area. Quick service even during rush hour. My first experience was good but my last order I had the Southie Girl (brothless noodle with literally 2 pieces of shrimp tempura for $14.) I'll visit again to help me shape my decision if it's worth all the $$$.

I ordered the Southie Girl and it really hit the spot during this chilly day. I especially loved the tempura, it went really well with the sauce from the noodles. Overall would recommend :)

Excellent food and I’m always greeted with a smile, the employees are so kind and friendly. I really enjoy the poke bowl, tofu rice bowl, and ten yum soup. I highly recommend coming here if you are craving great Japanese food!

Mi Soul is a great miso soup ramen, the pork is esp tender and generous. Ten Yum was solid, very simple(just noodle and shrimp) and was mild/medium spicy. Poke was good, fish was very clean tasting, and a good amount of rice. I only wish they had spicy mayo as an option, more Seaweed or furikake for crispyness, and a little more cabbage to go with the large amount of rice. Great to have the option given the other poke spots are about a mile away.

Delicious and convenient. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
