Great place to have dinner with friends or family - a variety of options on the menu (with some very unique dishes like the pho burger) and always amazing service from their staff. A little bit on the pricier side but they also have a happy hour on weekdays from 3-6pm for $4 off appetizers and $2 off of draft beer! Their outdoor patio is always busy and it looks like a great place to host an event. We tried their lobster roll, calamari, and steamed mussels this time. Their lobster roll was pretty small and had too much butter for my taste (it was dripping the whole time 😅) but the calamari and mussels were tasty as always!

Google
A fantastic restaurant with a wide variety of food options. I ordered the braised short rib, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent; our server was both friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere is vibrant, with the choice of cozy indoor seating or a pleasant outdoor patio. The menu offers something for everyone, including fish, shrimp, salads, and various meat dishes. Highly recommended!

Google
An upscale eatery with a wide range of menu prices from $20 sandwiches to $100 steaks and everything in-between. The brussel sprouts appetizer is excellent, though could go a bit stronger on the balsamic for my preferences, and is a massive portion well suited for 2-4 people (that I may have mistakenly ordered for just myself). At $14, highly recommend. The maple glazed pork chops are my usual go to, and they're excellent on their own, but today I noticed the Iberica Pork seasonal special and - while not their most expensive offering at *only* $61 - decided to treat myself. The portion size for the Iberica Pork was reasonable, but the temper and seasoning - just some mild, flaky salt - made it absolutely delectable with the perfect render on the fat and excellent crust. The chimichurri offered alongside it is practically sinful to actually use, as it easily overpowers the Iberica Pork, but was quite flavorful for use with the side of grilled broccolini, which was the only mild disappointment given how unseasoned it was. The other side, garlic fries, were perfectly cooked and seasoned with a nice amount of garlic. The Panna Cotta is excellent, though a bit confusing as it appears the coffee, caramel, and banana flavors were all blended together instead of being layered or separate. The English breakfast tea was, unfortunately, not actually available - but the early gray on offer instead hit the spot just the same and paired nicely with the desert. An excellent place for special occasions or more frequent visits if one can resist the temptation of their generally pricey specials.

We went as a party of 3 on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was very busy considering it was a Tuesday evening. We found the service from our waiter was good, he seemed knowledgeable and checked often on is to ensure we had a good experience. The service was excellent but we found the food was off average quality. We had the sea bass and the fried chicken. We found the fried chicken to be driving in way too much gravy and we couldn't really taste the flavor of the chicken. The fish was average tasting and was way overpriced. We also found the fried chicken to be overpriced. We wouldn't return there because we found the food to be out of touch with the prices. We also had two appetizers being the meatballs and calamari. The prices were high and again the taste did not match the prices. The noisy atmosphere was good for a celebration or group party but if the quality and price of the food are what matter most to you then I would suggest trying another restaurant.

Google
We had food delivered due to my surgery. We ordered the double pork chop and the salmon. The pork chop was the bomb. It was fantastic. The salmon was overcooked and a bit salty. I was a bit disappointed since I usually have great food from The 908.

Google
Great menu! Everything we tried was delicious. Love the cocktails too! Nice atmosphere. Upscale, trendy, but friendly LBC vibe.

Google
The 908 in Long Beach totally hit the spot. It has that rare combo of clean, elevated food with a chill, modern vibe that makes you want to stay a while. I started with the Caesar salad and added grilled chicken—super crisp romaine, fresh shaved parm, and a house-made dressing that actually had flavor (not the watery stuff). The chicken was grilled just right—juicy, clean, no grease. Simple and perfect. The Thai Curry Sea Bass was the star of the night. The fish was buttery soft, and the curry had just the right amount of warmth without being heavy. Loved the fresh veggies and the light rice on the side. It was flavorful but still felt light—like the kind of dish you feel good eating. Ended the night with the berry cobbler and ice cream and oh my god, it was SO good. Tart, sweet, warm berries with a golden, buttery topping and melty vanilla ice cream. I don’t even normally go for dessert, but this was 100% worth it. The whole place has this relaxed, welcoming energy. Everyone on the team was so friendly and kind—just really good people. It’s modern without being cold, buzzy without being loud. Honestly, it’s one of those places you instantly want to come back to. Already planning a return trip for brunch.

Google
The 908 is an old fave down in Long Beach at thr Long Beach Exchange - LBX. Met up there with an old friend for lunch recently, and it did not disappoint. The poke bowl was light and refreshing, and sitting on the patio, the weather was perfect. Great also for after work drinks. I actually have never been for dinner, as I usually go for lunch and sit on the patio! Whatever your choice is, enjoy!

Yelp
Best service by Daniel C. He was attentive and kept us informed of the status of our meal. We started with delicious Bloody Marys, and as we were finishing them Daniel asked if we needed another round, I said I would as it was so good but it's such a filling drink we just couldn't, he suggested their delicious Micheladas, and of course we had to try them! Wow were there perfection. Then came the food and oh my! We had a grilled flat iron steak salad and the 908 Burger...well, we hit the jackpot this day as all was delicious, but the burger was so juicy and mouthwatering we still talk about it. We've been here before for brunch, and I do recall how much we all enjoyed our meals so this is why we came back. We've sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful So Cal weather as well as the atmosphere inside. Either way, you can't do wrong. We will definitely make this one of our must stops. Even if it's a quick Bloody Mary or Michelada before we head to our destination.

Yelp
Now y'all... The 908 really does offer a pleasant vibe. The place looks good, the energy is right, and the food? Delicious. No complaints coming from the kitchen -- they're doing what they need to do. But the service... It isn't bad, but it sure isn't great either. And sadly, that seems to be the norm everywhere since the pandemic five years ago. Folks show up to work, but you can tell their spirit is somewhere else. My waiter acted like he didn't want to be bothered -- polite enough, but with that "why are y'all here today?" look that lets you know you're not getting anything extra beyond the basics. I still enjoyed my meal, but it's hard not to notice how much the world has changed. Good food can carry a place a long way... but warm service? That's what keeps people coming back. The 908 has the vibe and the flavors -- now it just needs the follow-through.

Yelp
The 908 is located in LBX, Long Beach. I went to meet a former colleague of mine for lunch. The restaurant has a great indoor-outdoor vibe. This was my second time here for lunch and I already knew that I needed to have a Cold Brew Martini, which is to die for. I opted for the Ahi Tuna Salad and my friend had the Fried Chicken. The food was good. Our server was friendly and attentive. This is definitely a great place to grab food or drinks. Food 4/5 Drinks 5++/5 Service 5/5 Atmosphere 4.5/5 ***Parking is free but depending on the time can be a challenge.

Yelp
Visited 908, while in Long Beach, and I enjoyed my visit. The atmosphere is large and inviting. The doors are open so you get fresh air rolling through and you can dine inside or outside. I ordered a Minosa flight and the Knife N' Fork Burger. The burger was a great size and filled with goodness. They added a balsamic glaze in my burger (which wasn't listed on the menu) but I enjoyed it as it almost became a Caprese burger. It was very tasty and the fries were very fresh and delicious. As for the Mimosa flight, it was $18 and not worth the money. It came with your choice of 2 juices and two small containers of sparkling wine. When poured into the glass given, you only get about 1/2 filled sparkling wine total. Other than that, the establishment was clean and service was attentive. I may come back again but I doubt I'd order any fancy drinks. I'd spend my money on food.

Yelp
Been here a handful of times. First the good: Parking is easily found in front or back or on the street. There's an outdoor patio area where our little pup was allowed. The bar area has a good amount of seats and 2-3 large screens to watch sports while enjoying drinks. All times I was there it was easy to get seated but there was also just the 2 of us. Now the food/drinks.. First time I came here was just for drinks at the bar. The Cold Brew Martini was amazing and is one of my go-tos when I'm craving an espresso martini or coffee drink. I also ordered the Post Melon, again well mixed, good punch of melon, easy to drink. I've had the bone marrow which was more bread than marrow, was barely enough for a serving and a half for 2 people... wouldn't get this again. The Tomahawk came with 2 sides which were good but didn't have that much flavor except for the outside rub. Overall an ok meal but it's not something I was amazed by. Also another weird, the way to the restroom was also the way in and out of the kitchen...

Yelp
Returned for happy hour and Hana was the waitress. She did an excellent job checking on the table. The drinks and food arrived promptly after ordering. The Chicken Caesar Salad and Lamb Burger were both savory and satisfying.

Yelp
Here for a business dinner. Great service. Great appetizers and my steak was excellent. Nice decor. Will definitely come back here when I return to Long Beach.

Yelp
I came to The 908 for a work function and walked away feeling pretty underwhelmed by the food. The dishes just didn't land for me in terms of flavor or execution, especially considering the reputation and price point. That said, the drinks were solid--well-made, balanced, and definitely the highlight of the experience. The service was also genuinely good. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the event.

Yelp
Such a low key, but DELICIOUS, brunch option! I was just in the area taking a spin class and was hungry after. The 908's presence is subtle, just outside of the Long Beach Hangar, but so casually sophisticated. The indoor seating is quiet with a bar, and the outdoor seating overlooks the crowded LBX. I ordered the kids menu cinnamon swirl pancakes (the perfect fluff mixed with glazed cinnamon that adds a great chewy, crunchy texture), scrambled eggs and bacon. I also got the Peruvian French press coffee which was rich in flavor and not too strong. I was stuffed by the end and a great post-workout meal!

Yelp
The 908, the beginning part of every Long Beach zip code, is a very good kitchen and very good service. It has seating inside and outside with a good sized bar. Good for groups or couples. I love that the servers always really know the menu and can answer questions and make recommendations. Plus they allow substitutions. Overall just a cool vibe

Yelp
908 has become our go-to spot for dinner with the kids after recitals or special events. The food is consistently great. We especially love the halibut and Maui tacos, and the calamari and mussels are our must-have starters every time. They also offer decent kids' menu options that make family dinners easy. The only downside is the service, which isn't very warm or attentive, though it does get the job done. Overall, the quality of the food and the comfortable atmosphere keep us coming back.

Yelp
First time at the The 908! We came for lunch on a Friday afternoon, a birthday lunch! The decor inside is very inviting, comfortable booths and nice Edison hanging lighting! There is a nice outdoor patio as well, but we chose to eat inside. Food and service was excellent. Nice selection of items including appetizers, burgers/sandwiches, and full entrees all available for lunch. I ordered the burger with a side Arugula Salad, delicious, and I was full! My friend ordered the Pork Chop which came with Brussel Sprouts. Pork Chop was tender and delicious (she shared bites with me). Brussel Sprouts are flash fried and very good. I was so surprised, they brought me out a nice dessert for my birthday! Very nice treat! Chocolate cake with ice cream and of course a candle. They also offer a Happy Hour M-F 3-6pm and Brunch on the Weekends. Overall, excellent experience and definitely plan to return soon!

Yelp
Brunch prime rib was bit rare than average prime rib. Good but not the best. Mimosa flight was fun. Recommed Passion fruit mimosa

Yelp
Me and two friends came here on a Wednesday evening around 530! Parking is hard to find by the hangar but we found a spot across the street. A friend made reservations for us and we are glad we did because it was pretty packed for a weeknight! We were greeted right away and we got to pick between a table and booth and picked a booth to sit in! It was a lot of people on date nights and a few families as well. We came for happy hour but only had about 30 min left due to the time we came. All the appetizers were $4 off and most drinks were $4 off also. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and a LBX sour. My friends ordered the Brussels sprouts, shrimp and lobster linguine and for drinks a Paloma and a So much drama cocktail. Our server was very helpful and kept coming by to help get our happy hour orders in before the time was up. The food overall to me was good but not great. But my drink that's a whiskey sour was delicious! I would definitely come back for their drinks! And next time I'd come back for dinner since I only had mostly appetizers.

Yelp
Not sure how they do it, BUT, this place always finds top notch servers with great personalities. After last night I have a new server to add to the list, Jamie F. Very attentive, knew the menu well, and took good care of our table. As for the food, they tend to nail everything. I love the Rosemary Brined Buttermilk Fried Chicken, my go to entree. Last night I also got to sample the Atlantic Salmon which was exceptional. Bottom line, this place tends to do everything well. Kudos to the front desk host, Tawny, who answered the phone and took my reservation. My group had an enjoyable evening celebrating my cornhole Championship!!

Yelp
The 908 is a solid restaurant at LBX. It's the perfect restaurant with American style food and something for everyone in your group. This visit I chose the Knife and Fork Burger which was delicious. I loved the bit of sweetness from the Apple caramelized onions and balsamic drizzle. They have a decent happy hour that includes discounts like $4 off of appetizers, $4 off of non-seasonal cocktails, and $2 off of draft wine. Service was great - friendly and attentive! Outdoor seating is available.
google avatar

Tracy K.

Yelp
The 908 was delicious as usual. Took my auntie for happy hour. We sat at the bar and as usual met some vert interesting people. Raised by wolves is my favorite cocktail here and I will come back for it again and again. The calamari too.
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
Prime rib sandwich was better than expected. I liked the thin strips of prime rib. The bread was really soft too so everything worked well. I didn't put the horseradish on mine and I think that was the right move. The broccolini was average, nothing special but helped to get my veggies in. Fries were plentiful so you definitely get your moneys worth there. I really enjoyed the brussell sprouts. I don't love cheese so avoided all the cheesy ones but overall it was good. The queso dip was good! Fried calamari was also good! It was a really big dish. And fried well (good texture). Decent place!!! Ambience is fun (modern American) with a big bar in the middle and lots of big TVs for watching sports. I think their portion size was really good.

Yelp
Came for Mother's Day brunch and the service was great even for how packed it was! We ordered the chilaquiles and they were the best and I highly recommend getting the flat iron steak with it as well. It melted right in my mouth with each bite and was so flavorful.
google avatar

Estefania S.

Yelp
Came in for lunch yesterday I have one cheat meal per week and I'm happy we chose the 908 Service was friendly and we got sat quickly. My dishes (pictured) were absolutely amazing in flavor ! My friend ordered the short ribs which were a bit chalky and tasted just like a pot roast we needed more flavor. I wish our server would've checked on us after 2 bites or 2 min to see that we didn't really like it and she also forgot a box for my friend which we went up to get. Will come back for more dishes to try! Price point is a bit high as well definitely a treat type of day for us.

Yelp
The 908 is located on the west side of the Long Beach Exchange. Parking is always difficult here, even around 4pm on a weekday when we arrived. After driving around the lot for a few minutes, we managed to catch somebody leaving. If you don't find a nearby spot quickly, just take any spot you can find and walk over. When you first enter, there is a good sized bar with seating on two sides. The main dining area has tables and booths, and they have patio seating outside as well. Their drink menu has a good selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. Their food menu has a good selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, meat, and seafood as well as seasonal items. They have a happy hour on weekdays from 3pm to 6pm as well as a weekend brunch. They also have free wi-fi. We sat in a booth in the back and had a good view of the whole restaurant. We started out with the goat cheese stuffed artichoke flowers which were excellent. They were slightly roasted which gave them a nice little crisp. The goat cheese was perfect, not overly tangy. The red pepper puree and parsely oil were great for dipping. It was also a great looking dish visually. For my entrée, I had the house butchered ribeye steak with grilled asparagus and broccolini. It was a generous cut of meat, was cooked perfectly medium rare, and had a great grilled flavor. I used every last bit of the garlic button on top which made it even better. The veggies were fresh and crisp, and tasted great. She had the panko crusted mahi mahi fish tacos with sweet potato fries. She really liked the tacos and the salsa so was good, she asked for a second serving of it. The sweet potato fries were good and not soggy at all. Our server Matt was very friendly and took great care of us. Good menu, good food, and good service. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Yelp
Cute spot for dinner with the girls to celebrate a birthday. The drinks were delish - we tried a variety of cocktails and wine. The artichoke blossoms were so good - probably my favorite app. The Brussels sprouts were ok - I wish it had more flavor with bacon. Garlic fries were skinny and delish - generous with the garlic yum. Beet salad was simple but refreshing with the arugula. Bolognese with burrata was also a favorite with parpadelle. Anything with burrata gets points with me. The ribeye was my least favorite - maybe because we had it cooked to medium which was pretty red on the inside. I'm sure regular steak lovers would enjoy it more. Creme brûlée had a thick sugar crack which was perfectly paired with the creamy base - yum. Chocolate cake was good with a hint of raspberry. Overall the atmosphere is chill and service was great.

Yelp
Celebrated my son-in-laws birthday at this location. Had 6:30pm reservations but did not get seated until 6:50. Greeted and seated outside. Ordered drinks and entrees. Received our food within 15 minutes. Chilean Sebass, prime rib dip sandwhich, sweet potato fries and chicken sandwich. All was very tasty. Prices were decent too. The ambiance made it worth while. Being outside where you are watching children play at the LBX courtyard. I would come again. Service was great. The negative.... drum roll.... parking is horrible. This might be the only reason why you wouldn't want to dine in at this restaurant. It took me 25 mins to park! Lol Not the restaurants fault. Excellent place to mingle and socialize. Kudos to our waitress.. unfortunately I did not get her name.
google avatar

Jordynn B.

Yelp
The food was really good. We ordered Salmon Sandwich which fries, Buttermilk Fried Chicken with fries, and Burger with fries. They gave my Mom a piece of Raspberry Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice cream. Everything was good and the customer service and ambience was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
I've been here multiple times and completely forgot to write a review. I've came here a few times and usually sit outside on the patio during the spring and summer months because it's dog friendly (anywhere dog friendly is great in my book). Today was the first time bringing another bff of mine It's close to a bunch of other restaurants, so there's tons of parking. BUT, it does fill up fast As soon as we walked in we were greeted. I always make a reservation because I am the planning queen lol. We were immediately sat down (making reservations are a breeze for this place and it can get busy on the weekend. So I highly recommend) The drinks here are delicious! Our first round we ordered Amalfi coast And - so much drama And then for our second round Their version of an espresso martini And- Aloe mitos Bay (The Amalfi coast and aloe mitos bay were both extremely refreshing. They tasted like spa water) and then the so much drama and espresso martini were both really sweet We put in some light food to begin with. We ordered the garlic fries and the spinach artichoke dip. They have a pretty solid menu that will satisfy the pickiest people. And, not going to lie, The desserts here are amazing! We ordered the cobbler. Our server asked if we wanted ice cream on top or on the side? he was really thoughtful when asking if we needed anything. For our dinner we ordered the 908 burger and the special which was a delicious bolognese pasta with burrata (I wish it came with bread) which we both shared. Our server, Caleb asked if we wanted the burger cut in half for us since we were sharing. (Their ranch with the fries are a match made in heaven) It was really busy and yet our server, Caleb took great care of us. All the staff here have been extremely helpful with making suggestions (which is something I always look for. I love when servers are really knowledgeable about the menu) they also bring out a big thing of water for the table. So our drinks are always filled. I love when restaurants do this The ambiance is really nice, I love the ceilings and the large bar area. To be honest, prices are going up everywhere. And for all the food and drinks we ordered I thought it was extremely reasonable. Especially for the quality of food They also have a happy hour menu that I'll definitely be back for and I keep forgetting to come to their brunch! Their brunch menu sounds like a dream come true Extra bonus, they have free WiFi if you need it

Yelp
We had an event for 30 people at the 908 today after the Long Beach Jet Plane pull event. Although the event planner forgot to let the crew know ahead of time, kudos goes out to the manager and the waitstaff. They very quickly pulled together enough tables to accommodate. Despite the large number in our party, the waitress was able to handle individual drinks orders. The appetizers we ordered were delicious and the drinks were refreshing. Will have to come back for real food!!
google avatar

Yasmin D.

Yelp
First time coming to this place and didn't realized that there's a lot of establishments in this area! Haha! Anyway, this was recommended by a friend and went here to meet up. Nice place to have decent conversations or group celebrations. Servers were very attentive and checked on us often. Food was served right away and what I had was really filling! Must go to this place again soon!
google avatar

Mayra M.

Yelp
We visited The 908 recently and had a mixed experience. Our waiter, Jesse, was absolutely great--attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. He really made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the manager, Daryl. He approached our table and scolded us for being "too loud" without any prior warning. This was especially surprising because the restaurant itself was already noisy, with music playing and plenty of chatter from other tables. His tone felt unnecessary and out of place, and it left a really negative impression on our group. It's a shame because the rest of the staff was wonderful, but the manager's approach made the visit uncomfortable. Hoping the management can work on handling situations like this more professionally and respectfully.

Yelp
I stopped in for dinner recently to have dinner with my grandparents, husband and daughter! Our server was friendly and attentive. The vibe in the restaurant was fun and nicely decorated. The ribeye was delicious, it came with garlic fries and asparagus. The fries were good but warning they definitely are very garlicky! My daughter got the kids noodles & meatball. My husband got the spicy fried chicken sandwich and he was a big fan of it. My grandmother had the short rib and loved it and my grandfather had the Granny Smith apple salad and added grilled shrimp. We all loved our food choices and would definitely be back again.

Yelp
this is a great spot for a chill dinner or lunch. they have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. this plaza had quite a good spots in the food court you can try out as well. ordered some brussel sprouts, calamari and artichoke dip for apps. these were also good to share with a party of 6. crispy brussel sprouts and the calamari seasoned nicely. ordered the seasonal peach and shrimp salad as my entree. this was really good. everything seasoned well. was pleasantly surprised. filling and great meal. would come back to try other things.

Yelp
I go here A LOT. This time I brought my dogs and one is biggg - 140lbs. 908 was great!!! We sat on patio and requested a table with extra room for dog - no problem. The server was fabulous and brought us bowls of water for dogs - it was a warm Saturday evening. I had one of my usuals Prime Rib dip with garlic fries and as usual - soo good. I also like that they offer still or sparkling water at table and leave a carafe. Highly recommend 908 to all my friends.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite lunch spots when we want to have a nice sit down lunch with out of town coworkers. I love the vibe here, it's really relaxed, we always get great service. They have a good mix of different types of cuisines. Calamari - these are great! I love the pesto Aioli! Mussels - always a favorite Chicken Tortilla Soup - my colleague gets this every time! I still haven't tried it yet lol Roasted Beet Salad - I like adding the steak as my protein as it goes well with the dressing. Always fresh & delicious. Poke Bowl - another favorite, love the charred pineapple, yum! Gorgonzola & Granny Smith Apple Salad - yummy! Candied pecans are so good. I like to add chicken to this salad. They have a beautiful patio, but I haven't been out there yet. Parking can be a hassle especially during lunch rush. It's located at LBX so there are plenty of spaces, but thee are also many restaurants in the center. It's near the front entrance of the Hangar. Definitely recommended!

Yelp
One of the only places with bone marrow in the area- only $28. Comes with a relish and toast and delicious! Prime rib sandwich dip was also a favorite. The first cocktail on the menu was sweet and great. Make a reservation or free seating at the bar. Busy area at the Hangar, night market on Fridays. Sports playing on the TVs. Great service, very little waiting.
google avatar

Jo-An S.

Yelp
Meh... I grabbed a couple of drinks and apps here this afternoon, and everything was pretty underwhelming. The cocktails were good, but the food fell flat. The Spicy Tuna with crispy rice was almost inedible with the amount of Thai chili peppers they put on top. The rice to fish ratio was off. The mussels were pretty bland. More butter and salt was needed. It just tasted like diluted heavy cream. It was tacky how they just accompanied it with a slice of sourdough toast. Even though it is a rustic dish, it could have been refined given the price point and restaurant setting. Overall, everything sounded good on paper, but it was poorly executed. I cannot see myself coming back here.

Yelp
Dined here with coworkers on a Thursday evening. Parking can be tricky in this huge plaza but I lucked out and got a spot pretty close to the restaurant. We ordered a few appetizers to share including the mussels, spinach and artichoke dip, calamari, stuffed artichokes. The mussels were delicious! Great flavor from the broth and mussels cooked perfectly and not chewy at all. The artichoke dip was good, maybe a little too runny for my liking. Calamari and stuffed artichokes were tasty but the mussels were the star of the opening acts. I ordered the beets salad and braised short rib as my entree. The beet and arugula salad was somewhat boring as far as flavor but my short rib was delicious. Rich and tender and complemented the mashed potatoes and vegetables very nicely. We also tried the creme brulee, panna cotta and berry cobbler. All the desserts were fantastic and we should have ordered more: Our waitress was very nice and I enjoyed my experience. We sat outside but the interior of the restaurant was open and airy.

Yelp
A contemporary New American restaurant with large booths along the walls, polished concrete floors, pop art on the walls, and tiny disco balls. The service is friendly and prompt. While there wasn't a long wait for 1PM on a Sunday, reservations are strongly encouraged on the weekends. The menu has a great selection of craft cocktails, an array of bottled wine and beer on tap. There's also a few specially brunch inspired cocktails on the weekends. We particularly liked the Cold Brew Martini and the Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita. We started the meal with their savory poutine (not pictured) that we quickly gobbled up. I ordered the seasonal Lamb Burger that had a lovely tzatziki and upgraded my side to the garlic fries, which was the perfect pairing. My husband had the Shrimp & Grits that was absolutely delicious - plump shrimp and crisp smokey bacon. Our friends enjoyed their Knife & Fork Burger that was well balanced with the arugula salad and balsamic reduced drizzle as well as a the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I cannot wait to come back to try more items on the menu.

Yelp
I had lunch here off my birthday and it did not disappoint. I ordered the lobster roll with Caesar salad. My husband and mom had steak. My daughter had chicken tenders. I love places that still offer kid activities like books. They gave my daughter like them wax twists that you can build stuff out of. I had the blonde beer which I recommend if you're looking for something light. Our server was very nice and the booth is very spacious.

Yelp
We were in Long Beach for a anniversary vacation and stumbled upon this place well looking up places to eat and what a find!!!! The food was truly amazing. We started with the spinach artichoke dip and for my main I for the pork chops with brussel sprouts. I don't even like brussel sprouts but I ate every one of them and the chops had a glaze that was just perfect. Ambiance was very nice and open. Service was nice and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend this place for a fine dinning in LBC.

Yelp
Our welcoming experience was lovely. The host was great! The restaurant was beautiful. We sat outside so we can enjoy the view of the outdoor market and also the beautiful weather. Our server seemed irritated to be there so that was unfortunate. He wasn't rude, he just wasn't welcoming and friendly. He was straight and direct and no personality. We ordered some appetizers and then we ordered some drinks. Several drinks, the drinks were amazing! Highly recommend the blackberry watermelon margs! The food was okay but nothing extraordinary. The flying beetles made our experience horrible. Even more horrible that nobody was swatting them away or helping the poor tourist that were around us that couldn't even enjoy their meals. It would have been nice to either have a heads up that the flying beetles were attracted to sweet drinks or maybe even have an employee outside to help or even pretend to empathize to those who are not familiar with these large flying creatures. It took away from the entire experience. All we wanted to do was leave. Honestly what drew us to go there in the first place was it was the only place in the vicinity with hard alcohol. lol This area needs more places that serve hard alcohol especially for being placed near the airport.

Yelp
I've been here twice now, once with my best friend and once with a very large group of work colleagues. Both times, I was just there for a casual drink and appetizers, and was very satisfied. All of the drinks and apps I've tried were tasty, my friend and I practically licked the plates clean for the spinach and artichoke dip. It was so creamy and the chips were perfectly crispy. The calamari was also a great ratio of breading to squid, and the aoli and marinara dipping sauces were addicting. The drinks I have tried have been strong, but the flavors complement the drinks very well and you can tell they are well-crafted. The interior was also very spacious and I liked the overall elegant vibe. My work colleagues and I also took up some space in their outdoor patio, which has a nice view of the LB Hangar. All the servers I have encountered were friendly and attentive, even when we had a very large group. I will definitely be back to try the rest of their drink menu! They also have really clever and silly drink names that make me giggle.

Yelp
Been to this place twice and both were great visits. The restaurant has a nice and welcoming, modern decor. The service was excellent. We got a couple of drinks, both were great! There are many tasty looking items on food the menu. We went with the Thai Curry Seabass and pork chop. Both tasted delicious. The pork chop was perfectly cooked and sauces. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and flavorful. Definitely recommend this!

Yelp
Had dinner here on a Saturday night, and it was worth a try! This place is in the plaza of LBX Hanger so it's good location to be in. Drinks were honestly really good! Michilada and their old fashioned choices were solid. As for the food, I actually enjoyed the poutine and shrimp ceviche but the spicy chicken sandwich was meh. The chicken was just doused with buffalo sauce and had mashed potatoes in the sandwich, kinda odd. New american I guess? Haha. As for the service, it wasn't that great hence the three stars. Our food took awhile to come out, and our server wasn't too attentive to be completely honest. It would have easily been 4 stars if the service was better. It's a cool and hip place to eat in, can't go wrong with the drinks! It's worth a try and I'd come back again only if I'm invited and someone else wants to try it.

Yelp
An out of town friend was visiting so we decided to all meet up at the 908 for brunch. We arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was surprisingly quiet. We did have reservations but they were able to make a table for our large group (13 people) rather quickly. I found the ambiance and decor of the restaurant to be clean, pleasing and kind of cozy on the corner where our long table was set. The staff was very courteous and attentive though there was a few times we wanted service but the staff was chatting among themselves by the bar. the restaurant was still relatively empty at this point so it felt odd that it was hard to get the servers attention but this was the only time we had trouble with service. On my end of the table, I got the hot honey chicken and pancakes and my partner got the classic breakfast. The friends seated immediately around us got the Eggs Benedict, the classic and a salad. The food came out in a few waves but overall everyone got their food around the same time. The hot honey wasn't really that spicy and the cinnamon swirl pancakes... I didn't taste any cinnamon. The chicken itself was a large, flattened and breaded breast the size of a pancake. It looked impressive but tasted just ok. The batter looked like it fried up nicely but once you cut into the chicken, all the breading fell apart and off. My partner's breakfast had 2 strips of bacon so hard it was like chewing rubber. His home fries were also very salty and he didn't like his eggs and his toast was super hard. My friend who got the salad ate maybe 1/3 before he stopped but he didn't say anything good or bad about it (but to only eat 1/3 seemed out of the ordinary). His partner, who also got the classic breakfast, seemed to have no issues with his though he mentioned the potato's were a bit over seasoned. Finally, my friend to my left throughly enjoyed her eggs Benedict and really liked that they were on baguettes instead of English muffins. On the other end, one of my other friends also got the hot honey chicken and pancakes and complained everything was over cooked and the pancakes were dry. Overall the consensus was that the food quality was inconsistent but people either really liked their food or not at all. Everyone did agree the prices were a bit steep to have such inconsistent quality. It could also be that because we were such a large group, to get all our food out at the same time there may have been some sacrifices to quality? Overall I'd give the 908 a 3.5 but that rounds up to 4 stars. Anyway, I'd probably be willing to check out the 908 again but in a smaller group so we could test to see if our large party was indeed the reason for the inconsistent quality.

Yelp
- happy hour review - Honestly, they have decent apps and the environment seems chill for happy hour. They had a huge bar area and a couple of tvs. Be careful with the spicy tuna, they garnished it with birds eye chili pepper, so its extremely spicy. You can pass on the potatoes with ikura, it was just as described, but nothing extraordinary. I really enjoyed the bone marrow and tapenade paired with it. The poutine was worth a try too, but the gravy was a bit salty. We ordered the calamari and it was good too. Lastly, our friends ordered the burger and said it was good. I definitely enjoyed the food here more than their sister restaurant Goldfinch.

Yelp
We've been coming here for years, after workouts, for lunch, or a family dinner, and we're in there at least once or twice a month! The place nails a modern, welcoming vibe with warm lighting and a buzz that makes every visit feel special. The menu strikes a perfect balance between comfort and innovation, delivering thoughtfully crafted dishes that surprise without trying too hard. The cocktails are standout, and the service is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. It's the kind of spot that can be a casual check-in with friends or a reliable go-to for a date night or celebration. One small note keeping it from a perfect 5: the wine glasses can be cleaner, and the mussels aren't always consistent. Still, these don't overshadow the overall positive experience. Ambiance: Modern, cozy, and inviting Food: Creative, well-balanced flavors with thoughtful plating Drinks: Innovative cocktails and a solid wine list Service: Friendly, attentive, and efficient Overall: A reliable, uplifting dining spot you can count on in Long Beach Exchange If you're in the area, 908 is definitely worth a visit?

Yelp
Met someone there, had impromptu dinner and drinks. Bar staff was very attentive, food was great. I'd definitely return with a date sometime soon. Like the ambiance of the restaurant.
