Best apartment building I’ve ever lived in! The property is always spotless and well-maintained, thanks to the incredible staff. Mayliz and her team are punctual, attentive, and always willing to help. The 24/7 concierge is friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance crew takes care of any issues right away. The building is dog-friendly and truly community-oriented, with regular events that make it easy to feel connected and part of something special. On top of that, it’s a peaceful place to call home, complete with a pool, BBQ area, and plenty of space to relax. Honestly, you can’t go wrong living here.

The Agnes is probably the cleanest building in all of Jersey city (props to the cleaning staff). The management is amazing and always responsive/helpful, every concierge has been professional/friendly and maintenance helped us the same day we submitted a work order. The little things here add up to make it perfect. Someone from management helped me upstairs with a package today when he could have easily just sat at the desk and watched me struggle. The management at my last apartment would NEVER have helped... Between the events, cleanliness, and professionalism from the staff, The Agnes is the best apartment I've ever lived in and no other apartment comes even close to compare. Thank you to everyone that makes this place the way it is.

The Agnes is a really nice building to live in. The environment is really welcoming, and the events, services, and amenities are well worth it. Nashawn and Mayliz in the leasing office have been exceptional, accommodating, and patient. They really take the time to help residents and answer inquiries. This is a great place to live, if you're considering apartment buildings in Jersey City.

I’ve been at The Agnes for almost about two months now and it’s been a great experience. The amenities are amazing and it’s just a great community here. The staff is amazing, maintenance is fantastic as well. If you ever have any questions or have any problems, the staff addresses everything right away. Keowone Is amazing and has been there through every step of the way in my journey with The Agnes, from a simple apartment tour, up until this day with still helping out and solving when he can. The Agnes has definitely been one of my favorite apartment complexes that I’ve ever lived in, does not disappoint.

I have lived at The Agnes for a couple of months now and I could truly say the transition to this new home has been smooth. All the questions I’ve had were answered in a timely manner and professionally. Keowone has been doing a great job checking in and making sure everything is going well.

Living at The Agnes has truly been a game-changer for me. I moved in on the fifth floor and from day one, I knew this place was special. The property manager, Maylene , has been nothing short of incredible. She’s always so accommodating and patient, no matter what I need, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. It's like they've all made it their mission to ensure everyone here feels at home. What really blows me away is how peaceful it is. It’s hard to find a spot that’s so calm, yet so perfectly located. Nestled between the Holland Tunnel and I-95, it's super convenient for me whether I need to get to the city or drive-by through Jersey. But despite being in such a prime spot, it feels like a little oasis. And then there are the amenities... where do I even start? The gym is top-notch, the pool is a dream, and having a 24-hour concierge just adds to the comfort. The barbecue area is perfect for summer hangouts, and the game room is a fun spot to unwind. There are honestly so many little perks that make living here feel like a luxury. Maylene and the team make everything feel easy, and I’ve never felt so settled and content in a place. I’m just so glad I get to call The Agnes home.

Moved in a few weeks ago and it’s been a great experience so far. Clean, quiet, and near a lot of good stores for groceries and apartment shopping. Also a pretty easy commute to the city. I want to give a shoutout to Nashawn specifically - anytime there has been an issue with lease requirements, move in logistics, or general apartment questions, he’s always willing to work with us to get us exactly what we need. He has made a very stressful process a lot easier on us!
