The Agnes

I’ve been at The Agnes for almost about two months now and it’s been a great experience. The amenities are amazing and it’s just a great community here. The staff is amazing, maintenance is fantastic as well. If you ever have any questions or have any problems, the staff addresses everything right away. Keowone Is amazing and has been there through every step of the way in my journey with The Agnes, from a simple apartment tour, up until this day with still helping out and solving when he can. The Agnes has definitely been one of my favorite apartment complexes that I’ve ever lived in, does not disappoint.

Living at The Agnes has truly been a game-changer for me. I moved in on the fifth floor and from day one, I knew this place was special. The property manager, Maylene , has been nothing short of incredible. She’s always so accommodating and patient, no matter what I need, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. It's like they've all made it their mission to ensure everyone here feels at home. What really blows me away is how peaceful it is. It’s hard to find a spot that’s so calm, yet so perfectly located. Nestled between the Holland Tunnel and I-95, it's super convenient for me whether I need to get to the city or drive-by through Jersey. But despite being in such a prime spot, it feels like a little oasis. And then there are the amenities... where do I even start? The gym is top-notch, the pool is a dream, and having a 24-hour concierge just adds to the comfort. The barbecue area is perfect for summer hangouts, and the game room is a fun spot to unwind. There are honestly so many little perks that make living here feel like a luxury. Maylene and the team make everything feel easy, and I’ve never felt so settled and content in a place. I’m just so glad I get to call The Agnes home.

This was my first ever cross-country move, and The Agnes management team truly made it as seamless as possible every step of the way! I worked with both Maylene and Nashawn throughout the entire move-in process, and they were both incredibly personable, helpful, and attentive. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and made me feel supported. I also want to highlight that I never even toured the property in person — I moved from Florida and didn’t see the unit until move-in day! The property and unit DID NOT disappoint. I'm extremely satisfied with the amenities, the variety of services offered here, and most of all, my beautiful new home. It’s been about a week since I moved in, and I’m absolutely loving it! The concierge staff and maintenance team have also been welcoming, responsive, and professional — making the entire experience even better. I’m so happy to call The Agnes home! I have had an exceptional experience with The Agnes at 132 Yale Avenue. Maylene, Jameria, and the entire team, including maintenance, cleaning, and concierge, have been incredibly helpful and always maintain a great attitude, fostering a wonderful community atmosphere. The Agnes was one of eight apartment communities I toured over the past few months, and while the available units didn’t quite align with my current timing, I was genuinely impressed by the property. The studio apartments are thoughtfully designed, with separate sleeping areas that make them feel more like true one-bedroom homes. The on-site gym is exceptional—well-equipped enough to eliminate the need for an external gym membership, which is a great added value. Parking is also the most affordable I found in the area. What truly stood out, however, was the experience I had with Keowone. He was absolutely wonderful—by far the most genuine and helpful leasing agent I encountered during my search. Rather than feeling like just another lead, I felt like he was truly invested in helping me find a safe, comfortable home. He even followed up a month later, which spoke volumes about his care and professionalism. If I could give him six stars, I would. If you're considering The Agnes, I highly recommend asking for Keowone—he was an incredible resource and a real pleasure to work with.

I’ve been living at The Agnes for some time now, and I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic experience. The amenities here truly enhance my everyday living. During the summer, the pool is an absolute treat, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to stay active without having to leave the complex. Additionally, the shuttle bus to Journal Square is incredibly convenient, making my daily commute seamless. The staff at The Agnes is another highlight of my experience. They are always welcoming and helpful, making it feel like home. A special shout out to Maylene – she is an amazing advocate and resource. Her friendly and empathetic nature, combined with her dedication to managing the building, does not go unnoticed. She genuinely cares about the residents and puts a lot of effort into ensuring everyone is comfortable and happy. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. Overall, The Agnes is a great place to live, thanks to its wonderful amenities and outstanding staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming community and a well-maintained living environment.

I'm new to the Agnes and am still getting settled in but I have had a solid viewing, application and move-in experience so far. All of the management team have been really helpful and are typically available and responsive. Keowone and Maylene have both been patient and hands-on with providing support and resolving issues - I'm truly grateful.

I have been a tenant now for almost 4 years and have to say Maylene Rodriguez is the most helpful Property Manager yet. She has been supportive in with any concerns and makes it her business to be available to her residents at anytime. She is fair, friendly, and transparent. Most importantly she's super effecient! I know I can count on her if I need her.
