UPDATE: I had a very pleasant exchange with the event coordinator. She acknowledged the need for staff to be more customer first and that equipment was being repaired. I feel that The Alley is on the right track and look forward to our next experience there. OP: We bowled here for an hour and there were several lane breakdowns, one that lasted over 5 minutes. We also had to press the reset multiple times as the pinsetter would drop pins. We asked for more time to finish 4 frames and the cashier stated that she had added all the time she would. I'm not sure if that was her decision or if she wasn't given the authority to compensate for the inconvenience. There were 2 other lanes in use at the time, it wasn't at all busy. The building and the interior seem to show an investment in the experience, a customer first approach.

It’s a nice play to go bowling. They’re newer so the facilities are nice. The worst thing remains the prices. Too high to make it a regular occlusion.

It is a awesome place to hang out or to go to on a special occasion. I go there when it is a birthday party most of the time. It has a nice arcade. Very clean. A very nice atmosphere. A delicious pizza place and a fun place right when you walk in. They have everything that is fun. Bowling 🎳 and arcades👾🎯

Had a great time with the family at The Alley. We spent the better part of an afternoon there letting our grandson play arcade games, eating, and then bowling. Plan on making it a frequent event.

We only played video games this time but is was a good first experience at the Alley. Very busy but very clean and the air conditioning was nice and cool.

After paying $100 to bowl for 1 hour and $30 on food. Would have like to have had a better experience. I made reservations. Showed up on time. Of course I expect a wait to check in. It's always a long wait line at the desk everytime I've came. Got the kids shoes. Everyone is picking out balls. I Had to go back to the counter to wait in line again. To ask for toddler balls and a slide. Anytime I've gone to Franks or Spare time. When checking in. They have mentioned "hey if the smaller kids need a ball make sure to grab this # and we will bring you a bumper. " wait in line to be told "hey go find that employee over there (points to group sitting) to get you a ball and bumper? All that cut into our bowling time. Once we were finishing up our last 3 rounds of bowling. It's a family waiting at our booth for us to leave so they can bowl.....it felt rushed. There were only us and 2 other family's on the other end of the alley. So I'm confused why they were waiting on us to leave. And not placed elsewhere. We had to hurry and get 7 kids shoes on. Get up our food (which we were still eating on) and belongings. To move to sit else where to finish eating. I'm sure us trying to get our stuff together cut into their time as well.

I like this bowling alley. It’s in the mall that also has a Planet Fitness. Dalton/Dawson, I’m not sure which is his name but he’s a good dude. Took care of us the way an employee should. Didn’t eat there because I ate at another spot that was next to The Alley before I came to bowl BUT I will be back to place a food and drink order soon.

Yelp
All in all this is a huge improvement from the other bowling place that used to be out in the area ... doing a comparison would give these guys a 5 out of 5 .... significant improvement! But, the reality is, this place is a really good place to go bowling. The lanes are all new and they have some fun variations of bowling games to play that aren't the standard 10 frames of play - see the computer where you enter your names if for the different stuff you can do. They have the standard selection of house balls and of course they rent shoes. If you are going as a couple it is on the spendy side. Shoes and lane for an hour were about $45. Now, you can have more people bowl and that gets the per person price down quickly, so keep that in mind. They other negative is that they did have technical difficulties. The screen didn't work properly and we had to get them to reset it for us. Not the end of the world, but with some of the game variants they offer, you need to be able to see the screen so you know what you need to be doing. In this case, 3 stars isn't a bad review. It's a nice alley and we had a lot of fun checking this place out. Looking forward to returning and bringing my gear to give the lanes a thorough testing out.

Yelp
they need to advertise they close an hour before they say they close because you get here at 8:30 and what do you know? closed.

Yelp
The girl was very nice but here is what happened. Note, this is a policy review. We arrive, last lane was given to the people in front of us. No issue, we will wait. The girl said another lane would be available in an hour. I said we will get something to eat while we wait but wanted to sign up for the next available. Nope, can't do that. It's considered a reservation and you have to do that online. Ok, I go online to make a reservation.... Nope. It's 1:30 and the next available online reservation is 4pm. So, they don't have a way to arrive and even wait for the next available lane. It would be incredibly easy to make this happen and keep business. We ended up leaving without getting food or bowling. Owner or Manager, you should probably take a look at your policy and see how to implement a waiting list so you don't lose business.

Yelp
So it is around 8 PM on a Monday night. We have never been here before. We were told after paying 20 dollars that because it is a slow night that we will be closing early tonight in 30 minutes. It says online they close at 9:30 PM??

Yelp
Everytime i come in here there is always something wrong from the pins not reloading to the balls not coming out this place is not worth it and plus they never have open lanes

Yelp
Good luck for new visitors, drove an hour away to surprise my girlfriend to bowl.. then to be told that I had to be on a wait list because I should have made reservations, wasted 2 hours waiting for a text back. Alcohol drinks are overpriced. The worker at the bar was rude and was on the phone the whole time. Worst place to go bowl...

Makynze W.

Yelp
Wonderful place! We made reservations prior to going and had no trouble getting in! Everyone was super friendly! It was a great price for 2hrs bowling! Can't wait to go again.

Andrew A.

Yelp
Made reservations online and everything was taken care of when we got there. The place is family oriented and very well themed. They have screens to watch sporting events while you bowl, so no one is bored. They had a great selection of balls and many had a good selection for finger holes. There was more than just bowling. They had a nice cornhole section and a up to date arcade. We spent two hours bowling, had a great time, and I'll be bringing all my friends back!
