The Alley Otay Mesa

Yummy tea, not overly sweet. Good bang for your buck, if you get no add on's, and average pricing if you do. If you're a jelly fan, they do not skimp here, which was nice. It was a beautiful store with a calm atmosphere. Came specifically for the cheesecake but they didn't have any. I had stopped by around 6 so maybe they ran out :(

This place is so beautiful andths staff are chill. It’s a great place to study, hangout/catch up with friends,etc. The drinks are good and I like that you can adjust sweetness and ice levels. They have waffles and basque cheesecakes if you want to snack.

Ordered three drinks, Snow Velvet Mango smoothe, Orange Peach Oolong and the Snow Strawberry Smoothie and they were all AMAZING! Me and my mom were curious about this place last time and ordered some teas the first try which they were great, but these three drinks are bangers! I recommend this place 100%.

Familiar with this chain from Mira Mesa and recall it being pretty good. Our first experience at this location was great. Tasty drinks and good quality boba, but our second visit we were so disappointed with the texture of the boba. Very hard, so obviously old. Actually had to turn around to get the boba replaced. Staff seemed new and I described the issue and they gladly made me a new drink. I thought, great fantastic customer service. Problem is, they used the same batch of stale boba. Not going back. There are so many quality milk tea/boba places these days, and if you can’t even do the fundamentals, then why are you here?

First time trying this place and happened to be on my 50th bday. I'm not too much of a matcha connoisseur but what I drank was delish. Also their crème Brule' waffle was yummy. Great atmosphere and staff very courteous.

I tried boba creme brulee cold brew and chocolate basque cheese cake and its really good.

I've never been to The alley before but I think I just got a new favorite Boba place. I walked in and was immediately hit with the nice aesthetics and decor of the establishment. They have a really cool fake tree that has pink leaves which extends over the roof. The only problem with the decor is that said tree does cover the main menu screens, but they have printed out a menu at the counter for you to look at instead. The service was great and the employee was really kind and helpful with my order. Prices are good for how delicious the drink I got was. Definitely recommend anyone to try it out.
