I am so impressed! This place just opened down the street, and was curious to try it. Started with the beet hummus and some bread, which was excellent. I got the Grilled Mediterranean Meatballs, and really enjoyed them! The rice was flavorful, the seasonal veggies were deliciously seasoned, and it was refreshing to have a side salad with it all. Also tried a Turkish apple soda they had, which was SO good. I loved that this meal was healthy too - it's refreshing to have an amazing dining experience that also leaves me feeling great afterward too!

A cozy Lakeview spot for comforting Mediterranean flavors. We tried the baba ghanoush, scallop, octopus, and lamb shank - all well-prepared and flavorful. The scallop’s bright lime sauce was perfect for dipping bread, the octopus tender with chickpeas and hummus, and the beet hummus added a lovely touch of sweetness. The lamb shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, though the sauce could’ve used a slightly bolder sauce. Overall, a warm & low key spot with thoughtful service and satisfying Mediterranean dishes.

The food is amazing, fresh, full of flavor, and the presentation is beautiful! The restaurant itself has cozy vibes inside, and a beautiful patio seating! I recommend Smoked Baba Ghanoush, Ezme Andalusia, Chicken kebob plate

After a long time away, coming here was the best choice. Everything was perfect — the service and flavors were outstanding. I had the octopus, hummus, salad, and soup, and each dish was fresh, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Loved everything I tried! The lentil soup was so tasty, the grilled octopus over hummus was amazing, and the Mediterranean-style meatballs were full of flavor. Definitely coming back!

It was an amazing experience! The filet branzino was absolutely outstanding — definitely a must-try. Everything from the flavors to the presentation was spot on, and the service made the whole evening even more special.

I stumbled upon The Amber Spoon recently and it immediately became one of my favorite spots in Lakeview. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with charming service that makes you feel welcomed. The food? Absolutely excellent — fresh Mediterranean flavors, beautifully cooked, with standout dishes like the lamb shank and beet hummus. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Perfect for date nights or dinners with friends. Highly recommend!

Came upon this place by chance and I'm so glad we did! Recently opened Turkish/Mediterranean place with fresh, delicious food, charming servers and lovely quiet outdoor seating area. The appropriate size portions help deliver value for the money as prices are quite reasonable! It's BYOB for now so go check it out. I can't wait to go back with friends and try more dishes!

We went there two days after they opened, so we were expecting some kinks. We were pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food items, though. We started with the ezme, which was light, refreshing and nicely flavorful. We had the beet hummus which was creamy, delicious, and beautiful. We also had the babaganoush which was honestly the best I've ever had; it was incredibly smoky. They served it with bread that was a bit boring; I would suggest doing a pita or something more mediterranean. I had the beef wrapped in eggplant which was beautifully presented. The beef was not entirely abundant but it was tender and delicious. We were treated to a complimentary slice of carrot cake that was PHENOMENAL. It was their own take on carrot cake and they totally hit he mark. What a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!
