The Arbor at Delray

Moving my mom to The Arbor at Delray was the best decision I ever for her. This is definitely the primer senior living facility. I have seen and trust me this is the best. My first encounter was with Jennie who took me on a tour and addressed all of my concerns. No pushy sales which truly made my introduction to The Arbor a very relaxing experience. My next encounter was with Karen The resident Care Director. She explained everything about the services offered and did all the introductions for me with the various department heads. When it was time for the move in I was introduced to Zusely and she helped me with every detail for getting the apartment ready so when my mom moved she felt at home. Zusely was there for me for every step of the move in process. She arranged for the cable instillation as well as giving many valuable suggestions to maximize my mothers comfort in her apartment. She was always available to answer any questions and she returned every call and email in a very timely manor. I have found the best place for my mom and I highly recommend this place.

I can’t say enough great things about The Arbor at Delray! The community is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything feels modern and welcoming from the moment you walk in the doors. The staff are incredible- they are warm and professional. You can see how much they care about the residents’ well-being as you visit the community. You can tell they go above and beyond to create a supportive and family-like environment.

Gordon, Katherine, Debbie, and Randy bring such wonderful energy and warmth to The Arbor at Delray. They’re a breath of fresh air, and provide so many engaging activities while going above and beyond to make everyone feel included and uplifted. I toured The Arbor in Delray Beach with my mom and we were both so impressed. Eric, the Executive Director, and Jared from the sales team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions with care. The community is beautiful, especially the apartments, which are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that left us very confident in The Arbor. We are planning for my mom to move in on October 1st , and we are both so excited for this new chapter in her life .

My mom has been living at The Arbor at Delray for almost a year.  Our family is so grateful for the nursing director, Karen D and the care team.  Karen consistently has proved to be compassionate and professional.  She is genuinely concerned for my mom’s well being.  She communicates clearly and keeps my family informed.   We truly appreciate her dedication to both the residents and families.  Thank you!!!

The Arbor at Delray is a beautiful, modern community that truly feels like a resort. The building and grounds are spotless, bright, and designed with so many inviting spaces. The activities calendar is always full, and the dining options are impressive — meals are fresh and well-prepared. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. My mom can’t wait to move in soon!

My father is a resident at The Arbor at Delray, and I have been very pleased with the care he receives. Each time I visit, the staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which creates such a positive atmosphere. Karen has been especially supportive. She is easy to reach, responds promptly, and always takes the time to address my questions about my father’s care. The dedication and follow-through from Karen and the entire team have given our family great peace of mind.

My daughter has faced several challenges with her employer and some coworkers since she started at The Arbor at Delray as a server. The management is unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills with the staff. There are significant operational flaws and numerous cover-ups that should have been reported to corporate. I'm very disappointed with how my daughter has been treated during her time with this company.

My parents are in the assisted living area and are struggling with the length of time it takes to receive their meals in the dining room. They say that it takes an hour to get their food and there is a high rate of errors (forgotten items). This seems to be a major level of unhappiness for them and is a constant concern that appears to have no remedy.
