The Arbor at Delray

The Arbor is a beautiful facility that I have the privilege of singing at. Both the assisted and independent living areas care for their residents and make it a pleasant experience when hosting visitors. The facility is very clean and seems to have everything you could hope for when putting your loved one in the right place. Kat & Dominique do a great job organizing and facilitating tons of events and activities for the residents to continue to have uplifting energy and reasons to celebrate. I am grateful to be involved here.

I recently visited The Arbor and was truly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of meeting Kat and Dom, the activity directors, who were incredibly kind and friendly. The calendar of events and activities they have planned is exceptional—far beyond what I’ve seen at other communities. The Arbor truly sets a high standard for senior living!

I knew Arbor Delay was the pinnacle of senior living as soon as I walked in the door. Beautiful location and facilities, with the friendliest of staff happy to help you at a moments notice. The cherry on top for me though? The Activities Kat and Dom (Activity Directors) were fantastic. Not only did they make me feel at home right away, but you can see they take a great deal of pride in what they do. Arbor Delray, thank you for both a wonderful experience, and for setting the standard for what senior living should be everywhere.

The Arbor of Delray was a lifesaver for my mom. The place is new spotless and the nurses and aides are caring and professional. My mom felt so comfortable and at home. I toured the Arbor of Delray today for a relative that is transitioning into assisted living and let me say how incredible the experience was. Dominque and Kat were very professional and organized. The calendar gave great insight into what each day entails which made me feel a sense of hope and trust in the staff and team. I got to witness how vibrant the community is and as I toured I saw how welcoming, friendly and supportive each team member was and the joy on the faces of some of the residents I encountered gave me the confidence I needed to narrow down my search. The exceptional service is key in my decision making. Arbor of Delray I look forward on this new transition for gramps.

My father has been living in independent living at The Arbor since it opened and the place is exceptional. We visited and considered many independent living facilities in the area and are very glad we chose The Arbor. The staff, lead by Executive Director Eric Francese, is outstanding. They are all very caring, responsive, welcoming and really foster a sense of community. Residents are lovely and look out for each other. The apartments have every amenity and are modern, clean, beautiful and can be made to feel very homey. Location is fantastic. They offer assisted living and memory care in the same location if needed. Security is great and they even offer valet parking. I want to call out Eric’s responsiveness (literally responds to emails within minutes and works hard at any suggested improvements). Julie on the front desk is the best. Susan who runs health and fitness is great and does whatever is required (I’ve seen her bartending and making smoothies for residents on occasion!). Jennie in sales went above and beyond to answer our many, many questions before we made our decision. No place is perfect but The Arbor is just an all around great place to be and we highly recommend it!

My mom has been at The Arbor since January in the Assisted Living section. The staff is very attentive and caring to her needs plus the place is beautiful. Very happy that we chose The Arbor for her new home.

The Arbor at Delray is a beautiful facility. It is always super clean and the staff is very friendly. Visiting with the residents for their weekly chair yoga classes is always a pleasure and the residents are happy to be there.

My daughter has faced several challenges with her employer and some coworkers since she started at The Arbor at Delray as a server. The management is unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills with the staff. There are significant operational flaws and numerous cover-ups that should have been reported to corporate. I'm very disappointed with how my daughter has been treated during her time with this company.

My parents are in the assisted living area and are struggling with the length of time it takes to receive their meals in the dining room. They say that it takes an hour to get their food and there is a high rate of errors (forgotten items). This seems to be a major level of unhappiness for them and is a constant concern that appears to have no remedy.
