Took my family for the first time on Tuesday for my Oldest Sons 15th birthday. We were very surprised that it was half off entry as I'd not seen that advertised anywhere. The assortment of games was very wide and it was super cool to see the video projections of the pinball machines which turned out to be a hit with my kids. The food was typical but very good and obviously made with care. Wait staff were all very sweet, kind and attentive. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. This place is going to be in rotation on our half priced Tues list as a lot of other places in town are also half priced on Tuesday.

Tuesday night is the night to come! Half off gameplay! There’s a good variety of games to play and there is something for everyone. It gets crowded fast but it’s a really nice set-up as there is food and drinks available along with some decent-sized party rooms. Fun place to check out!

Google
Very family friendly place that really takes this gen x guy back to his childhood hood. The food was quick, tasty and reasonably priced. The game play is hard to beat at $12 for unlimited play on MOST of the games. Some games like skeeball cost extra, but still aren’t bad at all. I did not partake but the bar looked well stocked and again the prices were very reasonable. Things that could be improved would include cleaning the games better, some are pretty visibly dirty and taking more care to ensure the full facilities are accessible by wheelchair and isles are blocked by games, chairs, etc. Overall very happy with this find and will be returning with friends.

Google
This place was a lot of fun!! I believe it's 21+ after 9 p.m. on weekends, and you can play almost everything with just a $12 pass. I did not get food or drinks while I was here, but they did seem to have a good menu for both! This is a really nice place for a date, or just a fun night out with friends!

Google
Very very busy. Small enclosed space with tons of people around. Staff waited till after we paid to tell us that only certain games could be played for 12 dollars. But the other stuff you have to pay with tokens. We would’ve done the other games if we’d be told that. Also when we walked in there was no staff at the booth. And so we stood there for a while unsure of what to do. We asked a server and she said someone was supposed to be there. Overall it was a alright experience. Just very loud and crowded for my tastes. The games were fun though.

Yelp
Lots of nostalgia here!!! I must have played Tempest for an hour. Amazing selection of games and some I have never heard of or have not seen in ages. The charge is great for free play but if you wanna play pinball, bring dollars to get change. Nice bar selection of drinks and food. Staff was very friendly.

Yelp
Great arcade! It brought back so many memories. Doesn't matter if you are 10 or 60, there is a game here for you. Next time my brother is in town we plan to come here.

Yelp
Very cool place nostalgic arcade in old town. You pay $10 and play for the whole day/night on most of the arcade games. There is a caveat, you have to pay for the pinball machines and the skeeball and a couple games up front. But you can even leave and come back and continue to play. All of the classic arcade games are there. However, I did notice a lack of fighter jet games. They should find some of those. There's only one bathroom so that was a bit of a pain and space is quite cramped. Felt a little claustrophobic and the AC was only cool at specific areas of the room. I heard they might be moving to a larger space? If so this will get the 4th star.

Yelp
Met with my mens group from church and we had a great time. I was expecting typical arcade fare, you know, frozen mozzarella sticks, and chicken nuggets, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the meatballs which were fantastic and tried some of the others pizza, it was equally as good. All the machines worked, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was great!

Yelp
This place is definitely a lot fun for families or dates. The food is quite reasonable and pretty even though it's just pizza and apps. They do have a full bar and patio with yard games. Definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
We had a fun time here. Food service was pretty slow and food underwhelming. But I would still come back for drinks and games.

Yelp
We were looking for something to do on New Year's Eve, and stumbled upon then absolute goldmine! So many fun retro 80s & 90s arcade games to choose from. for $10 you get unlimited play of the arcade games, and 50 cents for each pinball game. The space/machines was very l clean; it was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Fun place! Like everyones said $10. for the video games and you pay quarters for the pinball machines. (Not sure if you can play pinballs alone?). My friend and I thought the pinball machines were included and paid the $10. (then we were told pinballs machines were extra...oh well next time)!!

Curt G.

Yelp
This is easily the best retro arcade in the south. They have a wonderful business model and their location is key to their success, as I've literally driven from Oklahoma City to Wichita (2.5 hours) at least four separate times now so that my son and I can play their games. We actually have three retro arcades in Oklahoma City but they are all garbage as they are 21 and up, laugh out loud, completely missing the point.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Stumbled upon this place while walking around downtown and had a blast! $10 all you can play all day! Pinball machines are $.50 to play but all other arcade games are part of the $10 all you can play deal. Definitely a neat place to go if you want to bring out your inner kid :)

Yelp
Pretty cool place. We went play pinball we didn't take it vantage of the arcade games this time because we only have a couple hours and didn't want to spend the $10 to play them. It would be nice to be able to play one or two arcade games on quarters but I understand if they have a specific business model they're working with. So to play the arcade games you have to pay 10 bucks but then it's unlimited, so make sure you have enough time to get your $10 worth. They did have some great pinball games and even though my honey beat me pretty bad it was a lot of fun!!
google avatar

Yelp
So much fun! I enjoyed it all. The price to get in was only $10 to play all day, which was great. I'm looking forward to come back.

Derl H.

Yelp
We have a family match in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and we brought our little bro up to play games. We were there 3 hours or so and played so many games. No way you can play that many games that cheap anywhere I've ever been. My wife found her favorite old arcade game and was excited about that. Very friendly staff. We plan on coming back.

Yelp
The Arcade is 1UP worthy. For $10 you get free play games and $.50 pinball. It was a great time. We spent 2.5 hours gaming hard and reliving the good old days. Don't be worried if you're playing a 2 player game and someone asks to join in. Everyone should level up and check out The Arcade.

Yelp
You can pay per game or for unlimited play and pay for a set of time. The staff was helpful and the environment was clean and worked well. It was very enjoyable

Yelp
A must-do in Wichita. There is nothing else like it. Multiple pinball machines and well over 60 retro arcade games with unlimited play. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Snacks and beverages are available. A great time for all ages.

Yelp
Normally love going here and especially taking my family. Today was my first time at their new location. Still have all the classics. The setup was fantastic. Saw some familiar faces from the old location which was nice. Arcade floor staff was great. A couple of complaints. Parking was a bit of a pain, but they are address that so that's getting fixed pretty quick. The biggest is I was ready to pay my tab for food (which was great) and I tried to find my server. It's not a huge area so shouldn't have been that hard to find. I tried to ask the bartender who seemed more interested in her phone than helping where my server might be at. She told me "I just had to go find her". A staff of maybe 10 people max and they couldn't direct me to where she might be? After about 10 minutes of walking around there another server asked if I need anything. At this point I was pretty frustrated. He had his little computer and pulled my ticket right up. He was not my server, but very apologetic. I guess my biggest problem is when the staff tells you that you need to find help. I'll just go somewhere else from now on. Just because they add food doesn't make it worth the crap service. I never found out what happened to my original server but the young man who helped did great. Just be aware food service is not the best.

Yelp
This place is awesome. We had a private birthday this morning for my 10 YO and I'm pretty sure the parents had more fun than the kids. In fact it's the first B-day party I've been to in a while where the parents just didn't drop off then pick up. The game selection was a blast from the past, and all the machines were in working order. The staff was super cool. They actually rescheduled the party from a month ago since the birthday boy had the flu on the originally scheduled day. Kudos to The Arcade for everything they do.

Yelp
This is great throwback to arcade rooms. They have all the classics and it's only $10 for unlimited play (pinball machines you pay extra for each play). They do offer a few refreshments for sale. Employees are friendly and explain everything. Had a great time and if I am ever back in Wichita I will stop here again.

Yelp
Fun arcade!! If you dont want to be st home playing games, check this place out. From pinball machines to street fighters, it was a blast! It is small but it didnt bother me at all. They also have some retail items at the front counter. This place is kids friendly as well.

Yelp
Awesome experience. Had a line in the back of 4 machines that totally jacked high score on. ACE. That was the name tonight. Great selection and nice examples of killer titles. Pinball's were a great line up and set to 50 cent which made it great as most people only play unlimited free play games. 50 cents for pinball is a great price especially working and clean machines. Free games won on roadshow and whitewater. Conservative replay values and points build.

Yelp
This place is a lot of fun and reminded me of the arcade I loved as a kid in the 80s. The cameras above the pinball machines were cool to watch and I'd recommend it if you are into the retro/arcade/pinball thing or have kids that are. I like the price was for the whole day, it was so fun in the afternoon we ended up going back and played for another hour later that evening

Yelp
The Arcade.......I mean how can you go wrong in this adult dreamland. Located in Old Town, The Arcade is a retro/modern arcade filled with classic old school arcade games, and classic - modern pinball machines. For 10 bucks you can kill an hour or a day in this Mecca of awesomeness. You do have to pay 50 cent for pinball action. But the quality of the machines outweigh the price. My only negative Nancy comment is that if you totally want to enjoy yourself come between 1-3 or late night. Unfortunately little rug rats go insane like its a Chucky Cheese...... Sorry not a fan of screaming kids.....However, like I said choose your timing wisely. If they served beer, it would definitely be one of the better "Barcades" of America. However, it's family friendly, no alcohol, clean atmosphere.....a must do when in Wichita

Yelp
Great place to play games of the past or your own childhood. Better yet, it's an all pass as much as you want to play, no need to worry about bringing your rolls of quarters. The times I've went they've had different games than the time before. Killer Instinct, NBA Jam, Mortal Kombat, Frogger, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Tron, etc... good mix of games we played. I only wish they had maybe in the future game type tournaments for some of their games, I think that would be great.

Lesa A.

Yelp
Incredibly fun! They helped me out with a last minute birthday party (the staff was kind, professional, and accommodating) and it was a huge hit! We only intended to stay a couple of hours but no one wanted to leave. All of the "oldies" video games and 80's movies playing on the TV--a great way to spend a birthday, or just a Friday night. We will definitely be back--soon!

Susan T.

Yelp
What fun! I brought my kiddo here today, and he's having a great time playing all the games I knew when I was a kid. I cover the Nintendo controller tables out front. I found out that I still love Galaga and still stink at Donkey Kong. Why's Tempest turned off? How am I going to get a migraine without playing Tempest? $10 unlimited play is definitely worth it. Thanks for the fun!

Gary A.

Yelp
What a BLAST !!! We have been here twice already and we live an hour away. My wife and I love to play pinball and they have 10 different ones. The pinball games are a mix of new and old machines with several classics. The pinball is a pay to play while all the video games are a one time pay to play them as long as you want. My only complaint is that they are so far away. It really reminds me of an old 80's style arcade style. I recommend this place 110% !!!

Josh E.

Yelp
This place is exactly what we expected. We had an excellent time. All of the games are working and in great shape. It is great for little and big kids.

Kaci S.

Yelp
Really fun place to go with your friends, family, or with a date. You pay $10 at the door and then have unlimited access to all of the games.
