Nine Boutique Hotels to Know in Colorado

"Fort Collins, Colorado is a college town; it’s also an adventure town, located at the foot of the Rockies. It’s also, of course, a classic Old West town, wherein the 1923-vintage Armstrong Hotel is a relative newcomer. In advance of its 100th birthday it’s been thoroughly updated, brought up to modern boutique-hotel standards, with swanky, stylish rooms and a pair of highly regarded dining and drinking venues." - MICHELIN Guide

What to Do in Fort Collins, Colorado

"The 1923 Armstrong Hotel was revamped in 2019, and its 54 rooms are now outfitted with burnished-brass beds and plush Persian rugs. Don't miss the vinyl-record library at Ace Gillett's, the subterranean supper club and lounge — and save time for a whirl around town on one of the hotel's cruiser bikes." - Travel + Leisure Editors

The Armstrong is really amazing. They open the door for you remotely every time you walk in, they provide sound machines, and earplugs. The room was comfortable and even has a Nespresso machine! The bed was insanely cozy. The art Okay the walls was so aesthetically pleasing and the location was so central. I love everything about this place. I ended up leaving my Apple Watch. The cleaning woman plugged it in so I was able to track it down via the Find My app. With hotels, you assume the worse from the horror stories online. I was nervous because this was the first time I had lost something. I am so grateful for the staff at the Armstrong. They are going to ship my watch to me! My husband is a musician and we will be in Fort Collins again. 100% recommend this hotel. We will be staying there every time we return to the city! I’ve had horrible experiences at huge chain hotels and I’m so so so happy my experience here was perfect.

We stopped in Fort Collins on our way to Grand Tetons. This was a perfect place to stay for the night. We loved our experience. Friendly staff(Kenzie), cute decor, and great rooms! This hotel had character and so much charm. It is a great spot to walk for dinner or drinks.

Google
Great Boutique Hotel in Old Town area of Fort Collins. Have parking lots behind. Walk to everywhere in Old Town area Smooth check in with nice folks and rooms are charming ( maybe little small for some ) beautifully decorated and clean. Very quiet and peaceful. Downstairs has a fantastic restaurant and bar and a lounge. Nightly entertainment and fun bartenders We made a great choice staying here

Google
My first stay at the Armstrong for a business trip and our welcome by Ed was delightful. All there staff I encountered during my 5 day stay were amazing. The room was large but the bathroom was so very small - that was the only drawback. Very close and convenient to shops, restaurants, entertainment and a brewery, all within walking distance. I look forward to staying again.

Google
The staff was friendly! The room was super charming and it was a comfortable stay. The bathroom was slightly tight, but very clean so not too big of a deal. The down side is walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing ….if you know what I mean. Aside from that because we stayed during the week it wasn’t loud outside, but they do have ear plugs in the room just incase.

Google
Wonderful boutique hotel near the old town area and many attractions, walking distance to most places you would want to go. Great, spacious, clean beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and linens, many special amenities in room. The staff here was all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a great place to stay.

Google
Nice hotel but do not get the corner suite room 206. Room was nice. Note extremely noisy from the road. Bathroom not updated. Needs walk in shower. The plus side room was a double room suite. Location was perfect. Again if you want quiet pass on any room that faces the road.

Google
Charmming historic hotel on the main street. They do everything they can to combat the downtown noise and the freight train at 4am, including sound machines, quiet hours and complimentary ear plugs. If you do not enjoy the romance of staying in a genuine historic property with the quirks and work arounds to full modern luxury, then the Armstrong is NOT for you. If you smile at the charm and the obvious effort that the hotel puts into making the hotel awesome and comfortable in spite of its age and unavoidable limitations, you will LOVE the Armstrong.

Yelp
The Armstrong hotel is a boutique hotel on the main street of Fort Collins. It has a very retro and old time vibe with black and white decor and phonographs. They have bikes you can rent to ride around, and it smells Devine in the hotel. The rooms are small with equally small bathrooms but the location is why it's small. They built the hotel without disrupting the original infrastructure. The hotel room itself was very clean and they even left little ear plugs since the street gets really loud at night. We love that they keep the rooms for dog owners in a clean condition as well!

Yelp
I like the hotel and the convenience of the adjacent offerings. It's very cute, service is polite, it's located ideally and the beds are comfortable. The situation upon arriving was pretty unforgivable- I hope they take measures to ensure that does not happen again.

Yelp
This an outstanding historic, meticulously updated place to stay. Our favorite in Fort Collins, and for that matter almost anywhere. Great rooms, wonderful food. Perfect location and friendly efficient staff.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful and adorable little boutique hotel! Great style, affordable and cozy. Only downside side is that with the charm of a historic building you get very thin walls! Could hear everything including our neighbors snoring! They do supply ear plugs but that's kinda annoying. We had breakfast before we left and I'm so glad we did! It's was delicious all in all it was a charming romantic stay.

Yelp
I love the Armstrong Hotel. The front staff is kind and thoughtful. I have stayed here several times. The food in the cafe is delicious. The downstairs is lovely and fun.

Katie S.

Yelp
The most charming hotel in all the land. It was everything the website shared and more! Slept like a princess in the most comfortable bed. I wish we would've booked for Multiple nights, but we will definitely be back!

Yelp
-The breaker in our room kept tripping and we lost power at least 8 times. It shorted out some of our appliances from home. Had to go buy new ones. Heard this complaint from another guest at the front desk. -Shower didn't drain. Stood in at least two inches of water when showering -shower handle broke off -toilet had trouble flushing -Housekeeping excellent and very accommodating -food very good -no desk in the one bedroom suite or king room -WiFi slow -room cute but small -king suite had a musty smell -bed very comfortable -I'll throw this in only because they recommend the coffee shop next door MUGS. They were exceedingly nasty. We waited in line for coffee. When it was our turn, they took the person behind us because he was a local and never waited on us, so we left. It would be nice for the hotel to recommend places that are accommodating to their patrons.
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
Location and service were both fantastic but the walls were too thin, we could hear loud footsteps throughout the day.

SasquatchJerky _.

Yelp
You stayed here after a day of flyfishing and it was very cute and nicely decorated. The rooms are very small and a little loud but nothing I couldn't sleep through with earplugs. We had drinks and appetizers in the restaurant and they were all very very good. I was ever in the area again. I would definitely go back for a drink, all of the employees were very helpful and professional.
google avatar

Yelp
Trendy hotel in old town. Very walkable and they have about 3 or 4 parking lots ($20 per night). Room was spacious and clean. I could've spent all day in bed (super comfortable) or in the stand alone bathtub. In my opinion the is the best deal around town for top end quality. Concierge service was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Call right after you make your reservation and ensure that they do not stick you in a handicap room. If you're over 4 feet tall, you will have to squat down to take a shower. And, every time you do shower, you will flood the bathroom. Disappointing.

Betty S.

Yelp
I have been to this hotel twice. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They repeatedly texted me to ask if I need anything and to remind me of Happy Hour and morning coffee. My only complaint was the surprise $20 charge for parking. I got a parking pass and used it for about an hour on Saturday afternoon. My sister picked me up and we shopped for a short time in the neighborhood. She had recently received an email from this hotel touting, "complimentary parking." When i called to question the charge, the front desk did take the charge off my bill. Great customer service and comfortable beds! And my rooms have been very clean and quiet! Great location, too! I will be back.

Yelp
Trendy vibe with welcoming lobby that includes a small bar, dining and conversation areas. The staff were friendly and helpful with a genuine attitude. Location was ideal for walking around town and even out to New Belgium or OkDell's. Our had a king bed with plenty of space to move around the room. It was well appointed with a reading chair and table, armoire, small refrigerator and Nepresso coffee maker. The bath products had a fabulous scent and the lotion was creamy with no tacky after feel. Ace Gillett's Lounge is located in the basement giving it a speakeasy feel with a long bar and various seating areas. The cocktails were potent and delicious. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Collins, and hopefully for more than one night.

Yelp
horrible ... thought I was staying at a HOTEL not a HOSTEL... I came a week before my stay.I asked to see a room even it was unclean to see the layout.the girl said no . I checkin and checked out in 10 minutes. they said they wouldn't charge me . there was NO room to put my luggage except in the corner . the bathroom had mat stains in the tub from 1942... not the place to go if you are depressed. if I tried to jump out the window and kill myself i would land on the roof 3 feet below me .. sad excuse for a hotel

Yelp
Had a great stay. Beds were comfy. Great location and staff was attentive and on point.

Yelp
Loved the location! Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean! Would strongly recommend!

Yelp
Really fun and hip hotel in the heart of old town Ft Collins. It's an older building that they've lovingly repurposed so all rooms might not be huge or soundproof. We had a suite and it was more than amble with a small couch area and large bedroom. Our room had a nespresso and small fridge which I appreciated and the bed was lovely. The walls are a bit thin but didn't detract from the lovely overall vibe of the hotel. Downstairs there is a breakfast place attached. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop around within steps of the hotel. If you're looking for a fun place to stay with personality and charm, this is it.

Yelp
Spent two nights here after being entranced by the pictures online. The decoration is so beautiful I felt as if I got transported to a very elegant world. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location is awesome because it's in Old Town Fort Collins so we had many restaurants to choose from. Super convenient when we wanted to eat at the hotel and the walk was only about 2-5 minutes from multiple places around us. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. Everything seemed clean, but the one thing that turned me off was the cleanliness of the plates, forks, and mugs that are given to you. They have complimentary Nespresso, yet the mugs that were given did not look very clean. The plates and forks looked as if they weren't cleaned at all! I wish our room had dish soap so I could clean it myself, but I just had to make do with water. Unfortunate since we brought food to the hotel to eat. Aside from that, the bed, bathroom, and overall comfort of the stay was great. I agree with another Yelper that depending on the room, it can get pretty noisy especially with the train that passes by nearby. However, the room comes with two sets of earplugs that I thought worked wonderfully.
google avatar

christian C.

Yelp
What a huge waste of nearly $300 for a room for one night. The hotel has the feel of an old college dorm. The walls are even thinner, and you hear everything else going on. There is no place in the room to do any work - no desk or table with a chair to use a laptop. The lights are dim. The sink faucet doesn't extend beyond the rim of the sink making it impossible to use. The two chairs in the room are ridiculously uncomfortable. The accessible parking lot out back only has about a dozen spaces making unloading and loading difficult. Oh, and the train blares. A room that comes with earplugs as an amenity is a sign to skip this place.
google avatar

Robyn S.

Yelp
10/10 for all of the staff that work here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The front desk gang was great, the bartenders and drinks at the bar were great, and the hotel in general was just great. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Hotel is cute, seems like a fun place to spend the night but the noise.... I guess you should know it's going to be bad when there are earplugs for you on the nightstand as an amenity. It's on a busy street so I figured there would be noise from outside, which there was. You can hear every vehicle start up. People talking, car doors open and close etc. But didn't expect to be able to hear every sound coming from the room next door. Could hear what sounded like very loud coughing nonstop starting at 1130pm, could hear when someone turned on shower, flushed a toilet, could hear what they were watching on TV, etc. The walls are paper thin. There is also a nightclub in the lower level so could also hear that and the drunk folks in the hallway as they went by after midnight going to their rooms While down in the lobby another couple came down complaining of a loud party going on in the room next door at 130am. The front desk person said she would go upstairs and knock on their door and if they didn't quiet down she would call the police Would not recommend if you plan to sleep at all

Yelp
We found ourselves without a room at our favorite place in FOCO so we tried The Armstrong, a place we've always meant to try. We found the staff extremely polite and friendly. Housekeeping is particularly amazing. These ladies took care of our room during our stay and did it so well! Seriously amazing and friendly. Housekeeping and the rest of the staff makes this a five star hotel for sure. The pillows and beds are super comfy. It's a softer bed but not too soft. Just perfect! We were in room 308 which has a view of air conditioners but it's inside the building so it's super quiet. We slept so well! Unfortunately, the bathroom linens do not reflect the price point. Again, housekeeping saved us by giving us extra towels, but their standard is two tiny scratchy things. The bathrooms are very small but on the plus side, the water is hot. ‍ Parking is available for an added fee, which is a bit annoying. Overall, is a great comfy stay but at this price point, other boutique hotels in town provide better amenities. But, I'll absolutely stay again. May be just not on a weekend.

Yelp
Great stay! Clean and comfortable with perfect amenities and close to Old Town hustle and bustle in the heart of all the action.
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel is such a gem in Fort Collins! Not only is it historic and beautifully maintained but the rooms are so comfy, large and the staff is amazing! Absolutely love their weekend brunch and bottomless mimosas!! Highly recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Read the fine print (not something you expect when booking a boutique hotel). Parking is another $20 a night, except it seems on some nights where it's free with a "package" that includes a $50 food credit at the Ace Cafe (all the exciting good on the web page) which is only open Thursday through...?? I'm here with my wife on her birthday, up from Denver and I feel darn foolish. At least I don't have to worry about being humiliated again as we're not coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
Loooooooved this hotel. A cute, pretty, well run, small boutique hotel right in the heart of old Town Ft Collins. They have a dedicated parking lot for guests barely a block behind the hotel. The room was small but ample for a for a couple. The lobby was always buzzing with activity as well as the outdoor seating area where you cab enjoy food and drinks. Our favorite part was sneaking downstairs to Ace Gillets the "speakeasy "style cocktail bar where the barmen and women are first class professionals. Just watching them do their thing is mesmerizing. Only downer is probably the noise from the street and the rooms. But you are downtown so it's all part of the experience! Highly recommend

Yelp
Love this place! I am currently moving into my dorm at CSU and my family and I needed a place to stay while we set it up. We decided on this place and have NOT been disappointed!! It is old and rustic, but well kept. They recently underwent renovations in Spring 2019, according to their website, and I think it looks beautiful. The rooms are authentically vintage, but in an extremely interesting way. We have had the pleasure of staying in two rooms, one on the third floor, and one on the second, and both are so different yet so beautiful. The staff has been extremely kind and you can tell they take pride in their jobs and making sure the guest experience is one to be remembered. Oreo is also here! She's the hotel cat and is also vintage (15-years-old!! haha) Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Fort Collins and looking a place close to town that has that authentic vintage feeling - LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

Yelp
Expensive and poor service. Room was OK, but not for the cost Chi-chi, but not worth it. Hip servers, great patio.

Adriana D.

Yelp
We were driving through Fort Collins & wanted to stay the night here & lucky to have found this hotel online through a third party. The hotel is beautifully decorated with old world charm & modern decor. The rooms are immaculate & the bed is deliciously comfy & having a Nespresso in your room doesn't hurt either (wink). At reception, Marcus is amazing - he is utterly professional & so helpful & made our stay here one of the best I've had. My only regret is not booking another day, though not for lack of trying! If we're back in FC again, this will def be my place to stay. Thank you!!!!

Yelp
The staff, food and ambiance is amazing! We cannot thank them enough :) The only downside is interacting and working with the events coordinator, Kelly. She is unprofessional, extremely behind on email responses and phone calls. We had to hunt her down (visiting the hotel, calling her number and all other numbers and emails galore) to be able to receive a loose confirmation for our rehearsal dinner. We are extremely frustrated with her as she overcharged and underdelivered. It took months for her to respond to emails.... this one experience was the most difficult to book. We asked for a final invoice, which was not received until AFTER the night of, and overcharged as mentioned. Her manager was able to step in and assist to make things right, though that took until the night of and recapped after (don't worry, Kelly wasn't present to the event). The Armstrong Hotel is absolutely wonderful, the staff and management was perfect. The food outstanding, the service received from Kelly was not. As long as she improves, you will be glad you booked with them... best of luck to you all!

Yelp
- Excellent location. Mattress comfortable. (That's the end of the positives.) - Stayed 5 nights in Suite at full rack rate over holidays. (definitely not worth $300 a night, plus the $18 a night parking rate which, I kid you not, was a block away down a dark alley behind a funeral home) - cleanliness a problem - black mold on wall right by toilet lid (which doubles as sink counter since there isn't one), chipped paint on walls, broken/chipped items in room, toiletries bolted to wall so you don't steal them, hair on bathroom wall by thin towels - no storage for clothes aside from a 6 foot long clothes rail (with only 8 hangers on it) - no shelves, no drawers, no hooks for all your winter gear when you come in from a blizzard (seriously, where do you put your wet snowy coat, hat, scarf? on the floor?) - cheap light bulbs that need to "warm up" to be bright - earplugs provided on nightstand for a very good reason - if you are a light sleeper, probably not a good option for you - loud from both interior of hotel and from sidewalk restaurant/bar into the evenings - no outlets by nightstands - seriously?!?! wonderful, amiable front desk staff but clearly lacking vision/leadership from management attempted to calmly bring up concerns with hotel management but the only response was that boutique hotels aren't for everyone... for me cleanliness, storage, outlets - all non-negotiable will stay elsewhere next trip

Yelp
The newly renovated Armstrong Hotel is a lovely place to stay if you are interested in exploring all that Old Town Fort Collins has to offer. It is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and has its own speak easy style bar in the basement. Our room was clean and cozy and the staff was welcoming. They provide valet parking for $20 a day which is a little pricey, but you do get unlimited in and out privileges and it means avoiding parking in old town.
google avatar

Racheallee L.

Yelp
Mark and Mitch made our experience here amazing. Mark is a great mixologist. Mitch knows Fort Collins and is very hospitable. Get the shrimp cocktail. BIG and tasty old bay seasoning. The speakeasy, Ace Gillets open Thursday- Saturday...
google avatar

Conrad K.

Yelp
Location is great. But... My second night there, I was rudely awakened after 4 am by loud, constantly running water. It was not from the bathroom, as I first thought, but from the old school radiator leaking water all over my floor. When I called the front desk, a woman came up, turned off the radiator and put towels on the floor, assuring me it would be cleaned up the next day. Yet, even after this, the radiator continued to make loud noises for another half hour. Needless to say, I did not sleep well that night. The next day, I was gone at a wedding for several hours. Upon my return, the same towels still covered the damp portions of the floor. No attempt was made to address the problem at all.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Stayed at The Armstrong over the past weekend and throughly enjoyed it! The staff was fantastic and the hotel is very nice. One tip, if you're a light sleeper request to not be placed in the Main Street. Traffic was very noisy but wasn't a problem for my girlfriend and I. We enjoyed the view from our room and the windows in that side of the building are a bit lever than other sides of the building. We'll be back for sure!
google avatar

Spring R.

Yelp
Absolutely what we needed! It felt like home the moment we arrived!! Will not stay anywhere else for now on! Impeccable service, amazing bar! The bar felt "old school" with great bands every night. We were here 4 nights and they always knew our drinks when we came down. The staff remembers the little things which makes it just feel like home! Plus, Oreo is the icing on the cake! Doesn't get better than this!
google avatar

Yelp
Although the Armstrong Hotel in Fort Collins seems on the surface a very nice place to stay, two of my gold necklaces were stolen out of my hotel room while we were staying there for a wedding. The only people I know entered were two cleaning women. They cleaned when totally unnecessary, stayed while we were in the room, staying even after we left and were very suspicious as the room needed very little cleaning if any and they threw out two sets of my sleepwear. I thought that very strange and unacceptable. The hotel agreed and reimbursed me for them. But upon returning home, I discovered that two of my best solid gold necklaces were missing. I had them in the hotel room, had my suitcase with me at all times, and upon returning to our home, they were missing from my jewelry case. They were taken out of my hotel room. Please beware of your valuables at this hotel or any hotel as the hotel takes no responsibility even though they disappeared from inside my hotel room. I filed a police report which does nothing really. My $8000 gold necklaces are gone. I was a very unsuspecting guest, never had any problems before, had no warning this could happen, but from now on, I will be much more careful. Feeling nauseous every time I think about the loss.

Yelp
My experience here was not bad. For starters, the hotel is nice and clean but there were a few issues I didn't enjoy. The rooms are very small. VERY small - at no fault to the hotel, it was just an uncomfortable feeling to me. My bathroom sink was in my room and not in the bathroom, I just found that odd. I had no desk or space to put my work laptop on. The climate control was frustrating - it's this old outdated ductless mini split unit with a confusing remote control from digital antiquity with 30 buttons - it was frustrating to just tell the darn thing I wanted the heat to be on. I get the appeal of the character and charm of this hotel, but personally, I would prefer a chain hotel that has more space, an in-room work area, and easier climate control systems. Again, nothing bad happened during my stay, it just didn't fit my preferences.

Yelp
Went in for a brunch and had to wait a bit for server but the supporting staff was really kind and attentive which made the wait worthwhile. I loved their pickle wrapped in bacon accoutrement in the Bloody Mary and the lox and bagel was fresh and delicious! First time there but definitely going back!

Yelp
Just stayed at the Armstrong again for a short business trip, we always appreciate the extra mile their staff goes to make sure our stay is comfortable. Edward at the front desk is incredibly helpful. A personal highlight for me are the large bathtubs that some of the rooms have, awesome for soaking away the cold winter chill when you come in from outside. The Armstrong is conveniently located near all the great restaurants and downtown businesses, which means it is also within earshot of the train tracks that go through the middle of town. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs or use the ones they provide in the room. It's our first choice for staying in fort Collins.

Yelp
Visited this iconic hotel over the weekend, as I wanted to inquire about a potential future stay, and was so pleased with the individual at the front desk, who answered every question with keen insight & terrific professionalism. She encouraged me to explore the property, and couldn't have been more customer service oriented. As a result I look forward to a future stay where I can cross paths with Oreo the House Cat!
google avatar

Laura M.

Yelp
This hotel is wonderful. Its small, historic yet modern boutique feel was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is very convenient to everything. We stayed here after a show we attended at the Aggie theatre (which is right across the street). The room was lovely - we were in a deluxe King Room - with a four poster bed, oversized soaking tub, walk in shower, and lots of space! The resident hotel cat - Oreo - is very friendly and loves to pause on the stairs for some affection. We also found the staff incredibly knowledgeable about the area and they made great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
google avatar

Jay E.

Yelp
Don't stay here if you want to sleep well. Between the drunk hooligans across the street at Tony's that are obnoxiously loud on a plain Monday night well into the morning, and the staff doing maintenance early in the morning, you won't sleep at all. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Yelp
Have been coming to FtC for many years for weekend getaways and just happened to hit on this hotel through one of the hotel apps. What a find in the heart of old town. Great pricing ( as through the app) and perfectly situated in on College St downtown. The hotel 'exudes all the charm and character' of an historic hotel as (stated on the website) and maintains class and elegance while accommodating updates travelers have come to expect - multiple outlets, good wifi, etc.. The beds are outstanding, though the bathrooms are on the small side, but that is to be expected in older hotels. We may not stay at another hotel in FtC again.

Yelp
A small swanky boutique hotel in the heart of downtown. If you are traveling with pets, the fees make this hotel cheaper than the chains!! Marcus at the front desk is so kind and thoughtful. The only negative I can think of is that the walls are very thin, but they provide ear plugs which I thought was funny and smart. Highly highly highly recommend!

Yelp
This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Fort Collins, Colorado. Love the history on this old boutique hotel (which has been restored and updated). When traveling with our son we get the queen double room-it's so great-2 separate queen bedrooms with a shared bath. We also have gotten the king suite that has a second tv room and sleeper couch. The beds are super comfortable and love the different room decors-some are vintage, some are modern. You can get online or call to reserve and you can usually pick your favorite room. It is worth the money to stay here, we basically get 2 rooms for the price of one and really prefer staying here over a chain hotel. Oh and free wifi! love that. Read their information provided in the room-just learned out that you get access to fitness through them. Also they have supplies down in the lobby if you forgot something-just ask-we needed a razor! They are so helpful and accommodating. I love that this is a boutique hotel, just has a warm personal feel to it. This hotel also participates in Stash Rewards (free to join), so you can earn points for free hotel stays in participating boutique hotels across the country. It's fun to see Oreo the cat roaming around. He's not allowed in the rooms in case someone is allergic to cats. We usually see him hanging out in the lobby. This location is perfect-in Old Town-so you can walk to the many restaurants and shops in this fun college town. I love that Mugs coffee is right next door to the hotel-my favorite place for breakfast and coffee.

Yelp
My new favorite boutique hotel! Such a beautiful, well kept hotel with a touch of funky. The staff was amazing--so friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar downstairs had great music, great cocktails and wonderful bartenders. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Yelp
I love this hotel! The whole place is comfortable and charming. The bed was literally the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The room was quiet and dark enough. There was a book about Ft. Collins history that I enjoyed reading. I got a bath bomb at a shop across the street and took a nice hot bath then slept like a baby. There are tons of cute shops and restaurants on the same street and you're also easy walking distance to the university. I was there for work but I'm thinking of going back with my partner fir a little vacation.
