"You can get pizza-by-the-slice and/or full pies for delivery or carryout. So basically, nothing has changed here." - adrian kane
"Eating an entire deep dish pizza (even with hungry friends) can be quite the undertaking. Luckily there’s Art of Pizza, which offers some very good deep dish by the slice. Yes, there’s thin crust and pan-style, but the best is their stuffed pizza—it’s similar to Lou Malnati’s, with way more cheese and an extra layer of dough. This location is counter-service, BYOB, and has a few tables for small groups that get tired of waiting in line at the Lou’s down the street. But Art of Pizza is an especially good option when you just want to eat a slice—like the Art’s Special—in solitude at home." - veda kilaru, adrian kane, john ringor
"Unlike New York, Chicago doesn’t have a lot of slice shops. And eating an entire deep dish pizza by yourself can make you feel like you’ve inadvertently entered a competitive eating contest. Luckily there’s Art of Pizza, which offers some very good deep dish by the slice. The best is their stuffed pizza, which has an extra layer of dough on top. It’s a counter-service operation, BYOB, and their Lakeview location feels like a partially finished basement from the ’80s. But it’s large and great for groups, or even just a slice or two by yourself." - adrian kane, john ringor

Yes, there’s thin crust and pan-style, but the best is their stuffed pizza—it’s the same as Lou Malnati’s, but with way more cheese and an extra layer of dough. The South Loop location is counter-service, BYOB, and has a few tables for small groups that get tired of waiting in line at the Lou’s down the street. But this is an especially good option when you just want to eat your Art’s Special slice in solitude while everyone else spends the afternoon at the aquarium." - john ringor, adrian kane, nick allen, veda kilaru, sam faye
"The Art of Pizza has made a considerable reputation for itself with delicious, high-quality pizza at surprisingly good prices. A slice of one of their pies — whether it be thin crust, pan, or classic Chicago-style stuffed — clocks in right around $5. That, combined with the widely-recognized friendly customer service, might make this pizza parlor an under-the-radar gem." - Brandon Summers-Miller
