"All Londoners love a good park - a small grassy saviour rescuing us from grey high rises and dulcet tones of traffic. So if you're searching for a break from it all in the East End, the Mile End Arts Park certainly hits the spot. Named after the pavilion alongside it, the Arts Park is part of a larger 79 acre stretch running alongside Regent's Canal. It was created on former industrial land left devastated by the World War II bombings and leads up to Victoria Park on the route from Mile End Road. A great place to feed the ducks, relax by the water and even pop down with a picnic if the weather allows." - Adam Johnson

Excellent space for showing art works with a calming view out on to the pond, complete with ducks. Saw a fantastic exhibition put together by a group of textile artists, though I was very surprised by the inventive use of textiles along with other complimentary and challenging materials such as metal. The gallery space is bright, open and totally accessible and you can visit the surrounding park after. Pick an exhibition that interests you and make a day of it with a picnic later or go for a walk along the nearby canal towards Victoria park.

Wonderful entertainment space with 1 invisible issue. The acoustics are dreadful. Attended a wedding reception here and it was really hard to understand what people were saying. I was amazed at how bad it was, and there would have been no real way of realising it beforehand.

Fantastic are work here in a gorgeous location. Hidden gems from local artists - there are always incredible exhibitions on here. And the whole place looks onto a nature reserve. A recommend day out!

An efficient and extremely well-run COVID vaccination centre. Staff are very kind and organised. There are currently no long wait times - I was able to walk straight in and out in less than 25 minutes. The Pavillion itself is a peaceful setting and easy to access/wheelchair accessible.

Interesting diversity of subject and style at the ESOP end of year show this afternoon. Inspiring to see artists at different stages of development in a gorgeous space and setting. Easy to get to from Mile End tube. Recommend a visit!

Been there ages ago but visited today for a conference doesn't feel like a city walking round the park and had a good time V-I-A. 🏞️

Though it's nothing like as manicured as parks such as Hyde Park, or even Victoria Park, Mile End Park is a nice little patch in the middle of Mile End, and ends in a unique park-cum-bridge that extends over Mile End Road itself. With the leisure centre and sports areas bordering it, Mile End Park provides a range of activities as well as a space for a relaxed picnic or kick-about.

I am not sure why the Mile End Art Pavillion has a map attached to it that shows the Edgware Road but Mile End Park is nowhere near the Edgware Road. The nearest tube station to the park is, of course, Mile End which is on the Central and District Line. The Art Pavillion is well worth a visit and has exhibitions that are usually free. It's an interesting space and has a neon sign outside that reads 'Art Pavillion'. It should also probably read 'Nowhere Near The Edgware Road'.
