It's been a minute, but I returned to a great experience and not bad pricing. The overall experience was actually wonderful, and the crew were all great. The ladies were sweet as hell, and the guys were chill. All who I greeted, reciprocated and made the experience worth the 18 minute drive. The assistance I received was layered, in that once one left, anothered approach asking whether I'd been helped. Additionally, all of my questions were answered, and all of my items were in stock. I would definitely recommend to friends. I suggest visiting with a good attitude, and you will likely be rewarded in kind. Peace out.

I recently placed a delivery order from the Clovis store, and it was my first time shopping there. I hadn’t realized they were only about 3 miles from me—just as close as my usual dispensary—so I’m definitely planning to visit in person soon. From the start, the service was excellent. I had a few questions about store policies, and the store manager Jesse was very patient and helpful. Jesse also took the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely reassured me, which really helped put my mind at ease. By the end of the experience, after working with Jesse and Leticia, I felt confident that I’d found a place that values professionalism and customer care. I truly appreciate how they handled everything, and I look forward to shopping with them again.

So when you walk in right away, someone ask you if you need help they take your order and they tell you thank you and they’re very nice and knowledgeable. If you need a deal, they know the deals they give you the deals and then on top of all that they’re just so nice and helpful so then you wait a minute and then they call your name and you go and get your things and you pay the lady and you’re done and everyone’s just so sweet and nice there. That is my favorite place to go in Fresno and I have not tried to go nowhere else cause I’m so happy there on top of all that stuff you get For your purchases that’s great

Had the BEST customer service interaction with Colleen today. She quickly attended to me and had an amazing personality. I spent more time checking out than I ever have because I was enjoying her conversation with me. Thank you Colleen for making my day. Have a safe and happy new year.

Great location! Besides the high quality products, the quality of service is what really sells me on the Artist Tree. They're very helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. A standout for me there is Miranda. She goes above and beyond in her customer service. Make sure to leave a good tip.

Great store with a great selection. My service team today was Ritchie & Aja. Both of them are awesome! Ritchie is so patient with my many questions & indecisiveness and chatting with Aja is like catching up with an old friend. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon!

Staff is awesome but product was not great for the price they have it. Even for there sale days it was close to 45$. Doesn’t hit well and burns when not hitting. Burned itself out after 3 days. Will try other vapes but not sure if I will buy disposable ones from them.

I have been a good customer here. Recently the service is awful. I went today and was ignored. Employees standing around avoiding eye contact. Only one register open and only addressing online orders. I was waiting with my in store order sitting in the basket for 15 minutes. Nobody was left for online orders. So I waited to be called. Cashier walked away and had a chit chat. Another online order walks up and he comes back and he calls them forward and says he'll get to the other orders soon. I cancelled my order up front and left. Embarc customer service is far superior and they are way cheaper. I used to be loyal to artist tree because they are so close to me. Embarc is worth the drive because I never get ignored, the employees are alert and efficient.

Went in yesterday with my bf. He wanted to grab some fire! It was a Wednesday so COTC it is! 50% off baby!! $26.50 BEFORE tax. We was in and out. Our budtender was quick wit it. He grabbed a good amount. Mixture of indica, sativa and hybrid. We like the fact we could actually see the tree and even smell it before we decide to select and buy. This one OUT OF my top three dispensaries is The only one that does that! if u already know what u want, u can always order online or on the mobile app and just pick up. Or u can even go in there and order from a kiosk thing or just go to a budtender. They also have a rewards program on the app. Check that out.

This place is really expensive and almost never have deals. But they do have top shelf weed.

RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STAFF - GO Somewhere Else Went to check the place out and they were rude at the door. Tried to ask questions about products, she wad rude and could not inform us what was in certain products (seriously sus) and couldn't explain the difference between products. Do NOT waste your time here. Spend money elsewhere.

Mike was amazing to work with. I have anxiety and also want to drink a little less and have trouble sleeping, so with various questions and options and descriptions, I left with a variety of items that I have tried now and Love. Mike was soo resourceful and knowledgeable and I can not thank him enough for giving me various options for what I was looking for.

SHITTY SERVICE Went in, visiting from Texas. Was excited to finally try some Cali bud and this place was a huge let down. Was standing around for about 20 min. Would try to get someone's attention or make eye contact but no one even asked wtf I was doing standing around after I placed an order for a zip of bud. One guy came up to me to help but it did nothing. Stood around and walked out empty handed. Do not recommend this place as to you get better service from the dude at the front computer than the folks actually dealing with the bud.

I love buying here! The staff is really nice, the selection of products is pretty large and I love the sales every week. I am always happy with any purchase I make at this shop. I would highly recommend The Artist Tree to anyone and everyone who uses cannabis.

This dispensary is for the rich and not for the regular individuals who need good tree at a good price. They'll charge you $100 for a half ounce when you can get it for $40 elsewhere. Tree isn't that good. Management sucks. Save your money and go to Haven. Would give 0 stars based on quality, price, and business operations

Husband and I stopped in after having dinner. I don't partake in marijuana usage. It's not my thing, I prefer a good cocktail or a glass of wine. Upon entering, they check your ID and check you in. It is a very nice place. Think like an Apple store, but for Weed. Lol. There were staff constantly coming up to you to see if you needed anything. It was a little forward for me, but good to know if you have any questions. The best way to describe it is if you've ever been waiting in line at Dutch Bros and someone comes up to you with a tablet, have you pay for your coffee and then give it to you at the window. Except, instead of a drive through, it's a brick and mortar, you pay with the people on the floor and receive your items. Value: Husband got his sour cherry edibles for $12 plus taxes plus that extra dispensary tax. He would go back.

As new dispensaries come on line, there will be more and more options to choose from!! As long as my main man Brian is at the Artist Tree, I won't be straying too far away!! Great customer service is rewarded with loyalty & Brian has mine!! Today I popped in for a cart. Came in thinking I was gonna buy one thing and just so happened to run into Brian & again he steered me in a better direction than where I was headed. Once again, full of information & like always Brian took the time to put me up on game & make sure I got a little education while I was there!! I ended up going with a new product he recommended!! id start by saying I have been to a handful of dispensaries and also a few of the large events for venders. All of which the staff is friendly, except the artist tree with only a few exceptions (one to be exact) they all make you feel uncomfortable in this shop, like you don't belong and none of them are willing to talk to you about any products. Not even in an attempt to upsale and charge a fortune. You have to have a specific look or something to get any attention in there and the weed aint good enough for the entitlement they shroud.

I've been ordering delivery recently (summers here turn me into a vampire) - it has been convenient, pretty easy*, and every delivery person has been really awesome. Mike was my last driver, he'll definitely crack a few jokes with you & have you laughing & The last two I had before that have been damn cool as well - just didn't catch names :( Also, not just deliveries, I've had pretty easy going experiences walking in - which my social anxiety thanks *the mobile webpage drives me up a wall sometimes (why the 4 instead of 5)

Really clean and sophisticated on the inside! If its your first time, it can be really confusing. You walk around and there's no pricing/signs about what's where SO here's the run down: (1) You walk in and give your ID to the front desk. They take your information to put you in the system. The front is pretty tight so just file in. (2) After your info is in, you'll walk through the door on the right. When you walk in... - The right side is mostly carts for electronic batteries and edibles - Middle is an indoor plant terrarium with marijuana plants - Left side is flower (3) You need to flag down an employee with a tablet. You tell them what you want and ask questions. Then give them your name and they'll put your order in and tell you the price. (4) Hang out around the register area and they'll call your name to pay. They bag your order in the front, you don't take anything on the floor (just a display). Pricing is pretty fair. For $20 gummies, it was $4 in taxes. Half gram Stiiizy pod is about $23 and full about $40. They also have daily deals Overall nice place and pretty standard. I do wish there was more structure but its whatever. Check it out!

The staff at this location are very helpful. There are a wide variety of options available depending what you are looking for. I enjoy the Positivi-tea tea bags! It is what helps me through most days having arthritis in the cold makes me grouchy. Drink some warm yummy Positivi-tea and I feel better inside and out. Warm, Black Licorice Root, green tea, mint and more ingredients. Throat soother and body warmer. Especially hurting achy hands. If you get to the shop and it is jam packed head over to the kiosk on the two walls and make a order. I tend to do this because I already know what I want and I don't have to talk to anyone other then the cashier really. From gummies, chips, popcorns to flowers and topicals that melt the pain away. Must be 21 for entrance with an identification card and or 18 + with a medical card from a certified Dr.

Clean, organized, helpful, professional, spacious, interesting! I brought my uncle here, who had never been in a cannabis club, and he was utterly delighted and impressed by the experience. I highly recommend to anyone, novice or OG, to visit the Artist Tree.

I'm a returning customer and I took a friend to her first dispensary. The worker told me that I would get $10 off my purchase if she purchased something first. She did buy a couple of items and when I went to pay, the cashier asked me if she mentioned that I referred her. I said, I don't know if she did but the other employee just told me to tell the cashier that I referred her and I would get the discount. The cashier told me they could cancel my friend's order and redo it to add the discount. At that point me and a lot of others had been waiting to pay for our items at least 15 minutes. They had 2 cashiers and a bunch of empty registers. They also round up your purchase amount to the nearest $5 increment if you pay with a card. On top of that they charge a fee to use the card. After my friend paid and told me this I was lucky enough to have cash on me. This had happened to me in the past but I forgot that it was a thing. Horrible service at the register and the fact that they will nickel and dime you is horrible. And of course I didn't have my friend return her order so I could get a discount. That would have sucked for me and all the people who were still waiting for their orders. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

Don't come here if you are in a hurry.. you wait in LINE at the door then you go to another LINE and wait for someone with a tablet to " take your order " then you go into another LINE and wait for them to call your name. 1 disposable took 10mins to order... the staff is nice but the process isn't very efficient.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with plans to pay cash to their benefit ... life happened and I was unable to pick up my Friday afternoon order until Sunday ... and, as I rolled in I was told my order was no longer available, as well as the discounts I would have received, had I made it between 8p-9p on Friday night ... like I said ... life happens, no reason to steal my time of ordering online and refuse to sell me my order less than 48 hours after. Smells like a bait and switch lure me in with promise of my discounted order only to attempt to sell everything to me at full price! Great customer service! Send me a courtesy text ... are you coming? Should we hold your order or did you change your mind. Thankful you're not the only GAME in town! Fool me once ... shame on you! Fool me twice will NOT happen!

Product is decent, I've had a delivery driver repeatedly tip herself and put through extra charges. So she tipped herself. The ATM machine has been hacked twice and to date my account has been charged by numerous people for small amounts. I contacted Bobby for assistance, but he actually told the employee, to to relate to me, he had just left the building. When I called right back he was helping a customer, but I heard him say it. I never was refunded. Lastly when I had to get duplicate charges refunded Bobby gave me the phone number to the Point of Sale place, but I did the heavy lifting. He even said it was super easy. Yea, for him!

This store is awesome! The customer service is great and they have outstanding deals. As a first time customer I am super impressed. I will Make the trek to hit this place again!

They have decent sales but the cash only/atm is a racket! They set the withdrawal limit to $200 with a $4 fee. My order was $210 so I had to withdraw another $20 and pay another $4. Plus my bank charges each time for it being an atm out of network. They said they don't own the machine to set the limit but I've never heard of leasing a machine that the leasee can't set an amount for..

Horrible service. Seems like their team is never on the same page. One person says one thing then someone else says another. I had a pickup order and called to see if my partner could pick up, they said yes. Then when she got to the store an employee yelled at her saying you cannot do that.

The other day I went in and an associate by the name of Candy helped me. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions. Even the the minuscule ones. The point is I never felt like I was bothering her or wasting her time with my questions. It felt like she was happy to help me. Which is very refreshing to have from customer service. Thank you to the Artist Tree for hiring associates like Candy!

Love this dispensary! Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Pretty good selection honestly, especially for Fresno. They have an online menu so you know what's in stock. GREAT daily deals too! I would recommend placing an order for pick up, so easy and quick every time.

Mike is the single best driver and human alive. He is so personable and has great calm energy. AND today my card didn't work so he covered the delivery with his card and let me Venmo him! That is SO above and beyond. I will only order from The Artist Tree now.

I like all the people I have dealt with but whenever there is a sale they are out of stock on most items. Today they had a 50% off most edibles but when I went on line they are almost completely out by 11am. Not the first time this has happened.

Can usually find some great daily deals here. My delivery guy, Mike, did an awesome job. He arrived earlier than expected (I was taking a nap) and luckily he waited for a few minutes which gave me time to get my order before he left. I'm very thankful to Mike for that!

I would give no stars if I could. The WORST customer service I've ever experienced at any dispo EVER (I've been smoking for 10 years and have been to A LOT of dispos up and down california). The customer service has been awful, but I just went today with my dad to help him use his 50% coupon he received on weedmaps and the bud tender wouldn't redeem it for him because he didn't have the original text that was sent to him last week, but on the coupon it says TWO TIMES "By mention". He ended up giving us 10% off, which was irrelevant at that point because we came expecting a 50% discount since that's what he was sent. My dad, wife and I had all been visiting this dispo separately about 1-2 times a week since he lives around the corner in Fig, but none of us will be returning, and we'll be telling all of our pothead fam. The worst kind of business is one that doesn't honor their word or deals! (I included a pic of the discount where it says "Mention" above the VIP TEXT code, and again, "or mention VIP TEXT to receive".)

I buy from the Artist Tree several times a month. They are about the only legal dispensary in Fresno that delivers and since I am a disabled senior with no car, I really appreciate this service. The prices are steep. But they also take medical marijuana cards and their Compassion Team will help with helping you find what's best for your particular problems with free products. I have tried many other Fresno Dispensaries and this is the only one I took my 85 year old mom into , because it's safe and classy inside .

I was gonna open up by sayin "Dope spot for a dope spot." Corny Maybe, but that wouldn't even begin to describe wuts goin on in this establishment. I'll start w/ service becuz I am a sucka for good service anywhere and from the second me & my wife walked in the door we felt welcomed immediately. This was consistent from ERVERY employee throughout the whole visit btw. How about the product u ask? Well they have tons of variety to choose from whether it be flower, wax, edibles, cbd oil, rubs or drops, they got it all. Did I mention how clean & organized the store was? Did I mention how efficient the operation is? Did I mention how knowledgeable the staff was? Well I just did! The whole experience was nothin short of amazing. Five starz easy. That's it that's all!

Went today and got a jar of flower today and it was over 8 months old. It wasn't fresh and most definitely wasn't worth what i spent on it. Update: i called the store to let them know that it was old stuff they were selling and the manager i spoke with said there was nothing she could do about it. So beware they sell old stuff and dont care to fix it.

I could not be happier with the service I get from the Fresno branch each and every-time I interact with that location. But I had to mention that the delivery driver Devon went above and beyond expectations and professionalism. Will remain loyal to this impressive crew!

Very impressed with this location. It's beautiful and organized. Female owned. You can find what you need at every price point. Looking for a deal? Check out their daily deals and sign up for their club for 20% off. The local California art all around gives a creative, fun vibe. Employees were kind and helpful. I appreciated being able to shop alone for a bit before getting assistance from a "bud tender." You can see the flowers you're buying, not just read their stats on a board. And I loved the option to buy a plant or a seed at a very reasonable price. I saw some familiar brands and lots of new-to-me brands I'm eager to get to know. I'd give six stars, if I could. I recommend wearing a hat, sunblock, and bringing a cold drink because Fresno is turning out to shop at this business and you're probably going to have a wait in the sun to get your turn.

Josh is a good guy place is expensive but u pay what I ask for so if you want cheap stuff go to a cheap store

I honestly enjoy stopping in this spot for pickup. I won't speak on prices because it's a habit, not a need and these folks are just good folks trying to make a living. There's great selection and wonderful service. It's well organized and almost idiot proof. If you don't know, ask.

20 minutes of my life I will never get back. 10 people at the register. Minimal customers at register. One person on the floor talking to some old lady the entire 20 mins while 5-10 customers milled about waiting for help. Dropped a couple racks here over the past year and will never come back. Doesn't help they have the same overpriced selection and brands since they've opened. Add not ever knowing what you will pay after tax and what discounts apply pre or post tax it's easy to take your business anywhere else at this point. They act like they're still the only game in town. Thankfully that's no longer the case.

Everyone !! You MUST go to Higher Level on Blackstone !! This place is highway robbery they say they honor rewards discounts and they DONT !! DO NOT waste your time to ask a manager because he is ZERO HELP !! I've gone here for 2 years probably threw away a lot of $$$$$$ and they won't even take care of their customers ! Just lost 5 and I willl work on them loosing more !!!!

I usually like this place, but this morning the worker at the register was quite rude. I believe her name was Monse, long darker hair. She gave me attitude when I expressed that I did not receive everything I had added to my order. She made no effort in communication except to confirm that I was good to go, without even offering me a bag for my 7 items. She stared at me without saying anything as I grabbed my own bag and put my items in. All together I felt quite awkward and uncomfortable.

Brian was such a sweetheart. I never once had an experience like this one after multiple visits. He convinced me to try something new and he was so knowledgeable! I will be returning to see this guy again!

Taxes here are insanely high and price of tree does not compensate so you pay roughly double what you would pay in a city with more competition. To add insult to injury the service is not very good. You have 10 people standing around talking to each other. When you try to make a purchase with the staff they will point you to a shared iPad on the wall to make your order. Clearly I would order online if I wanted that experience. At least then I would use my phone and not wait in line for a shared iPad where each customer spends 15 min trying to find the product sitting in front of them. There's a line outside this store in rush hour because it's extremely slow not cause it's good

This place was pretty cool. I don't smoke weed but my wife eats edibles to help her sleep and they had a decent selection. If you ISE edibles for sleep make sure you ask for the ones with CBN. Anyhow, the place was clean and they had some pretty cool and funky art hanging on the walls and they had lots of plants and clones for sale to. The location is great, parking was good and I was in and out pretty fast. They have a lot of kids working there which was a little strange to me but my over all shopping experience was good. Go check them out and have your own experience.

I have been to this business now over fifty times and I am always greeted promptly and with ease I am able to shop, order fro the kiosk or pick up my online line order all in about ten minutes! Its very quick. So, when Im suffering and need relief I am never let down with my purchase from The Artist Tree. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My first experience with horrible customer service delivery driver Chris made it a point to scold me like I was a child and that he was doing me a favor by redelivering my medication. I made a mistake by selecting debit instead of cash, but the ATM machines were down regardless, so I got redelivery. He made it a point to come to my door and let me know that he checked my receipt. I'm not a child though he was scolding me even when I told him he was he says he wasn't but that's not customer service. You don't tell a customer. I checked your receipt and I seen that you didn't select that but I came back anyway this is not a street transaction. I don't never wanna feel like I'm buying weed off the street that's why I go to a dispensary. I hope that I never get this gentleman for another delivery driver again, Mike , Isaiah and Devon have all been outstanding this gentleman is too matter-of-fact it's cannibas shesh! I don't like the way I was treated tonight!
