The Atrium at the Palazzo

A stunning spot to unwind and grab some Instagram worthy shots! With its marble floors, towering columns, and sky high ceilings, it’s pure elegance. There’s a mesmerizing waterfall, an antique Italian gondola that feels straight out of Venice, and the word LOVE perfectly placed for a quick selfie. Plus, the displays change with each festival, so there’s always something fresh and festive to see.

Its always been my favorite spot to hang around with your ‘loved’ ones. Beautifully decorated and definitely would recommend to spend some good time and have some beautiful pictures

I don't know why people give it low ratings it's not food or something, people always complain. This a nice spot for a pic, perfect place actually. Looks nice and nice lighting.

The Palazzo at The Venetian Waterfall Atrium and Gardens are so impressive, they'll make your gardener look like he's just playing in the dirt. Awesome seasons decoration with impressive work!

The Atrium at The Palazzo has great shops! You'll find them on the casino floor located near the waterfall. Nevada residents with valid ID can get up to three hours of complimentary parking at The Palazzo, you'll need to scan your driver's license at the self-parking kiosk. Keep in mind during special events, complimentary parking will not be valid and they will charge $30 for event parking, even if you're a Nevada resident. I love visiting the Palazzo, real easy to navigate, and they have a big casino floor that's essentially in the shape of a huge rectangle. You'll see the Atrium by the gondola exhibit. Normally there's a big LOVE sign in front of the waterfall. But currently they're promoting "Wizard of Oz" at Sphere. The Atrium is beautifully decorated with vibrant red poppies, a yellow brick road, and there's even a life-sized version of Dorothy and her friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, including Glinda, the Good Witch's bubble. Across from the gondola exhibit is IWC Schaffhausen boutique, which is an International Watch Company known for its luxury pilot's watch. On the other side are some nice eateries like Donutique, illy Caffé, and CUT by Wolfgang Puck. Just a note, the Atrium at The Palazzo is within a larger complex that includes the Shoppes at the Palazzo. There's an escalator by the waterfall that leads up to more high-end shops, and is also connected to the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian.

A high end duty free style assortment of high end shops. The shopping area is run by the Hudson group and boy can you tell. I went in to buy a few fragrances and there were no sales associates in sight for ANY of the departments! There was one make up artist for MAC makeup doing a tutorial and the guy running the alcohol portion of the shops. Outside of those two there was NO ONE to be found when i was ready to make a purchase. Its so sad that even at a shopping plaza where sunglasses cost upwards of $500 and retail items in the thousands that there are no sales associates to sell you on anything. It was frustrating to find someone and id be embarasssed to have my brand represented in that area. I expect to hunt for help in Wal Mart but in a store that carries the likes of Ferrari, Tom Ford and Le Mer Cosmetics. Eventually a young lady came out from the back and was friendly but asked if i had a question. "Well, no i want to purchase these items i found myself with no assistance from anyone in this entire store." She said they cut back on all staff because it was slow. So how does a store make sales if theres no one around to even sell you items? Long story short, i bought my items. For other people go to other shopping malls to get a high-end hands on experience from knowledgeable sales associates.

I came here recently and had a makeup application done at the MAC counter. I went on a weekday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all - it was nice to not have any interruptions during my appointment. I was pretty pleased with how my makeup came out and it was just a $60 product purchase which I found to be very reasonable. I would definitely return to get my makeup done when I am unable to see my usual makeup artists in town. Before that appointment I had been here a couple of times to browse. It wasn't busy those times either, and there was always a salesperson to offer their assistance. Definitely worth checking out for your makeup and fragrance needs.

Stephy was extremely accommodating-- I messed my makeup up and she rescued me. She did a red carpet status job and am coming back to see her tomorrow. Highly recommend her to get your face beat in LV -- Palazzo!!

I was there with my family and we stopped by because we wanted to check on a Chanel parfum and Destiny was the girl that help us to find the one we wanted, they didn't have it in the store but she said they do have that same in the other store and will take her only 5 minutes to go there and get it, and she didn't mind to do it, we waited for her and she brought it, I really did appreciate the fact that she was willing to help us and get out from there happy! and not only say we don't have it now! Next time I come to this store I'm for sure gonna ask for her help or if anyone wants to get anything fast and with a smile just ask for Destiny!!

Great place for wines and spirits. They have a phenomenal selection and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable.

I went to this place two times. Once for an walk in complimentary make up and once with an appointment. Both my experiences are nice and I like this place . I hope I get the name right the sales associate Angelique was really nice soft spoken , understood my issue about make up and helped me with it. Kim did the same too . Great experience for me.. thanks guys..
