ZERO STARS!!! The whole place is literally falling apart. Trash piles randomly strewn about the whole place. There's no grass, Only rocks./dirt. Ppl playing loud hispanic music that can be heard all throughout the center open space. Dog crap, cigarette butt's and trash litter the whole complex. Potholes in the parking lot. Shingles literally falling off the bldg. They stairs look like they are caving in. Concrete on stairs is all broken up and crumbling. Broken down cars in lot along with campers ppl are living in. Ac units are falling apart. None of the security gates actually work and are always open. The gate is even missing the whole door handle to even close the gate. All you can smell when walking in the walkways to get to your door is Marijuana and cigarettes. This place is a real dump. Graffiti is commonly sprayed painted to the buildings exterior. They do have security cams installed but are they watching cars or the homes or just looking out for themselves? Window screens falling off. Bricks Under windows are missing. Hearing ppl yelling and fighting is common. Literally next to the high school so I can imagine all the bs that goes on there. No I won't rent here and I do not suggest you do either.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. For the love of all that is holy, don't rent here unless you're desperate. Management doesn't respond to requests or communication in a timely manner, if at all, nor are they on site. They gave the lockbox code for one unit to another tenant who was supposed to be in a different building, so couldn't even move in immediately until that tenant left to their correct apartment. The units are full of bugs, no matter how clean you keep it. Mailboxes get broken into. The grounds are full of trash and aren't upkept at all. If you do stay, get receipts of every communication you have with them.

This places has worked great for me and is a budget-friendly option in the denver area. I had an unfortunate family circumstance so I am moving out of Denver now, Currie was able to assist me and worked to help make the process as seamless as possible. I have lived at a lot of apartments in my life and this was so much better than the hassle and nonsense most apartment groups would put you through. One of the buildings has a sign up saying "under new management" and it's pretty clear they have a lot of maintenance staff getting units fixed up and improved. The one I moved in has nice tile and bathroom, kitchen, good amount of space and I like the layout. This group does not seem to be the same one that these previous 1 star reviews are talking about. Very happy to be treated like an actual person when I had to leave the state like this. Thank you!

When you read the place has roaches and think, "that can't be true" it is..even after they did a "roach treatment". Maintenance doesn't come on the day you requested (if they do come) Then they lie on the portal saying they completed a task without even coming into the apartment. Trash is left everywhere outside. People keep throwing shit off of the 2nd and 3rd story balcony and is a hazard to people below them. No one watches their kids over here so kids end up breaking into apartments and damaging other people's exterior. The "locked in" courtyard that they advertise hasn't been working since we got here back in July...This place is a joke..

I was scared to post a review out of fear of retaliation. When I first moved in (October 2022) they didn't have my keys the first day. A month or so later they tried saying I didn't pay my deposit. Luckily I used a cashier's check and was able to get a receipt and even then it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to remove the charge. There's rarely anyone in the office. Maintenance requests were ignored (the actual maintenance people are really nice). My apt was moldy and falling apart. I had to call one of the owners of the company because I tried ending my lease early and those requests I made in person at the office and through the online portal were wholly ignored. (I eventually got it after persistent effort) While I was there, there were 3 washers for the whole place (maybe 100 apts) I believe every positive review on here is from the management company. I think the workers there are abused just as much as the residents Pros: good pet policy, mostly caring staff (not from the management company), low deposit.

Made it very difficult to get a hold of. My fiance and I applied to view one of their one bedroom one baths, we filled out the viewing online. Never got confirmation nor anything from them. On the day of going to look they canceled our showing 10 minutes before we were scheduled to have it. No explanation no nothing, had to message them myself wondering why our viewing has been canceled only to get a message two days later stating that we didn't respond. There was nothing to respond to I found the communication or their lack of communication very unprofessional. And only to get a response that stated "you didn't respond". Luckily my fiance and I have found somewhere better to go that had amazing communication, worked with us the entire time. And responded with more than just you didn't respond. Nor do they answer their phone or return your phone call.

This place is dangerous. The stairways are falling apart and the exterior lighting goes out frequently. The buildings have a bed bug and cockroach problem, doesn’t matter how clean you keep your unit. The on-site laundry room is a disaster, most of the machines don’t work and it is filthy. When this place was $900/month is was tolerable, but it doesn’t matter how much lipstick you put on a pig it’s still a pig, $1,300 a month is a joke for this depression inducing property. The new owners changed the name so they could start a new google account and hide the 300+ bad reviews the property previously had. Would not recommend for anyone who isn’t fresh out of prison or rehab.

Even for the price you feel like you're getting ripped off. No office. No staff. No maintenance outside of sporadic contractors. It's been a month since I could take a shower in the morning, because they can't be bothered to invest in the water. So it's either freezing cold showers in the morning, or wait until midday. And even then, midday you might not get hot water. It's clear this property was bought to round out a portfolio and nothing more. Management can't even be bothered to be on site.
