The Autograph American Tavern

Well, its a good ambience especially when the Pats game is on. Everyone cheering the home team and with big screen TVs televising the NFL. Sadly the rest of the experience wasnt so exciting. Walked in and was told there was a long wait only to be seated immediately (after stating we would go elsewhere since we had a toddler). Sat upstairs. Lucia was our waitress. She was okay. Not too attentive but seemed to have a lot of tables so it was fine. We ordered wings (its game day so of course thats a given). We got mango habanero, Carolina gold, and honey bourbon BBQ. They were TERRIBLE, in every way. Slimy skin, chalky sauce, unevenly cooked inside. The mango habanero tasted nothing like what it was supposed to. Not even spicy but just straight up "hot" sauce. Carolina gold was salty and so mustardy. The bourbon BBQ was decent but the chalkiest of sauces and in every order there were wings that had feathers. They should have a crisp, advertised as hand breaded but just unappealing. The kids burger came with cheese, which we requested come with nothing on it. The only good thing we ate were the truffle fries, which were crispy and perfect. For meals we got the pizza that had prosciutto arugula burrata pesto and balsamic. The crust was good, but the burrata made the whole pizza cold. There was so much arugula that I thought I was having a salad and not a pizza. There was not enough balsamic to cut through the bitterness of the arugula, and the prosciutto was hard to bite through, being thick and chunky. The other meal was the short rib Benedict (even though it was 2pm they still served brunch, and there are not many options on the lunch part of that menu if you dont want salad pizza or a handheld). The whole dish was void of any salt or seasoning. Jalapeños, flat and not spicy. Pickled onion, no flavor, couldnt even tell it was an onion. The poached eggs, no seasoning and whites were so runny that it was hard to eat. Biscuit was ok. Short rib was decent but with the undercooked egg I couldnt even get through 2 bites without having to feel sick to my stomach (not literally, yet). I didnt even try the potatoes at this point. Since I sent back my son's hamburger i didnt want to send this back and wait for another. But it was taken off the bill. The tap water tasted better than the food I had here today, except the truffle fries and the pizza. The bathroom upstairs was filthy. Water all over the floor, paper towels everywhere. The mirror was rusted out by the faucet. It gave me the ick for a place I heard good things about. Photos look tastier than it was. Disappointed in this establishment.

Woohoo, what a vibe! The people who work here are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is just fantastic. We stopped in for a quick Guinness and an appetizer on St. Patrick's Day and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, we had to head out before trying the main entrees or desserts, but the poutine was delicious and surprisingly filling. The decor is classy, the prices are reasonable, and the overall experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back when I have more time to soak it all in!

I have been to Autograph quite a few times, for functions, dinner with friends and for drinks. The service is good and drinks are well made, the food is OK. Atmosphere could use improvements. I went to an Autograph on a Friday night at around 6.30PM for drinks and dinner in the downstairs bar area. Service was good, drinks were very good. Server was attentive even though it was busy, drinks re-filled, food was timely. The bad news is there were kids running and screaming through the bar and climbing all around patrons on the booths like it was a playground. They were running around the hostess stand and that seemed to be OK, I do not plan on going back on a Friday night for drinks, as I don't want to have a nice martini with screaming kids all over the place. Would like to see the bar area reserved for adults. I went there another time on a Sunday with a friend to watch the Patriots, game was on, but no sound on the game and the crowd wasn't paying attention. So, if you are looking for a lively sports bar, this likely isn't a gold choice. It's a good local hangout and family spot with potential.

A fantastic dining experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the screens are just great and the staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to John for his welcoming spirit. The menu had a great variety, I tried the burger and it was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality food and excellent service. Will definitely be back!

Another fine from the folks that brought you, La Fina and La Rosa, the atmosphere is festive. The food is terrific. The menu is inventive and modern too many TVs for my taste, but many folks would like it very open and airy good for kids and adults two different bars, plenty of parking nearbynot too expensive

My first time and it was a wonderful, upscale casual experience. There is plenty of parking. The barn style building is conducive to a laid back, friendly and fun atmosphere. There’s a huge menu. Burgers & wings are delicious. Bar makes delicious drinks. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t make the mistake of thinking this is just an every day pub. They don’t miss a detail. The manager made a point to come over and introduce himself (thanks, John). He wanted to double check that everything had been on point. It was! The blondie brownie sundae was huge and is great to share. Looking forward to going back!

Summed up this place is form over function. Called ahead made a reservation for Mom’s birthday also place a dessert request. Decent drink definitely the worst steak and cheese in the area so fatty I had to spit out several bites. Waitress apologized, but nothing else. No one ever brought dessert. No one ever came to ask if we want a dessert so I couldn’t even bring it up. Definitely overrated.

The Autograph was a beautiful restaurant. We originally stopped by for brunch but since it was Super Bowl Sunday, they didn't have brunch available. We ordered a chicken sandwich and the cheesesteak. Both were delicious and flavored very well. The proportion was perfect, too. The volume of the restaurant was a bit loud since there was a private event and several people at the bar. Overall, everything was good, I would stop by again.

First visit, probably my last. Beautiful space, kinda upscale, with upscale pricing on their elevated (read: upscale) comfort food, but the quality of both the food and service-- while not disastrous-- don't live up to the image they're projecting. Buffalo Wings: Good number of wings, I think 8 or 10, but all on the small side. Not really crisp, but mostly tender. Some were dry, some were juicy. Ordinary Buffalo sauce. A runner brought the wings and left. No blue cheese. I waited and waited to ask the server for some, but she was nowhere to be found. Had to ask a hostess for it - she said it doesn't come automatically, you have to ask. Sheesh. Tavern Burger: A grilled non-smashburger, with strong grilled flavor and nailed the medium rare. Good juiciness. Good condiments (LTO and creamy sauce) on brioche. Solid. Onion Rings: I opted for the $3 premium to swap out the fries and swap in onion rings with the burger. A mere handful, but THICK. If you'd like this style, you might like these. Seemed like a mass-produced product. Lots of seasoning visually on the outside, but still no flavor. Very bready between the onion and the outside crumbage. Not a fan, but your mileage may vary. Didn't see much of my server. Which is understandable if the place is packed, but at late afternoon, it wasn't. Everything took a little longer than it should. Would have ordered another beer if asked. Overall, not bad, just very ordinary. The parking, though it'll cost you a buck, is great. So there's that.

This is a nice restaurant with a good bar. I came in the afternoon around, happy hour time. I was impressed with the craft beer selection, including my favorite fiddlehead IPA, which was on tap. My daughter ordered an espresso martini, or something equivalent to it. She was impressed both with the presentation and the taste. Drinks are a bit pricey, but well within a reason.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place especially since the reviews were saying the food wasn't good. I always like to try a place out regardless of the reviews and I'm glad with the choice I made. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I loved the sweetness that came with the hot honey. My fiance got the steak bomb and it was also very good. The portions are very generous and I'd definitely go back

Went early for dinner after the Chocolate Expo. We got a giant Bacarian pretzel app. She got a chicken taco bowl. I got the steak tips. They were Doms marinated tips . All food was very good. I thought the prices were high, but the world we live in. Janallise was our server, she was on top of things. We were getting an order to go also & had it ready right before we were done. Good meal, will be back.

Came here on Sunday Night Football to watch the games and the vibe was great. Being from out of town and seeing other people cheer for other teams can be intimidating but everyone was nice and friendly. We got some finger foods and none were all that special but it wasn't bad either. Our host was amazing and she checked up on us frequently (which I liked because sometimes they don't check on you at all). She even accommodated changing the channel for some tv so I don't break my neck watching at an angle. Parking was ample and the restaurants pretty big to seat lots of people. I saw they held events for certain games so that's also pretty neat.

Really nice restaurant! First time going there. Plenty of parking, although very cheap ($1 for ~2h), it's not free. Food was good, although I was a little disappointed in the "Evil chicken sandwich". Not sure what's 'evil' about it besides the excess butter and sticky sauce. It certainly ain't spicy... at all. Kinda bizarre they chose French toast instead of regular buns. If I ever go back, I'll definitely order something else. Their burgers are HUGE. Pricey, but huge! Fish tacos looked good too. Service was top notch. Our server was absolutely amazing. So friendly, smiling. Went above and beyond. Will go back some day for sure. It's a little pricey for my taste, but hey, it's ain't 'that' bad. Very nice restaurant!

We've been to Autograph a few times and every time has been good to great but tonight was fantastic. It was on a whim that we walked in and I'm so glad we did. We were sat upstairs and our server/bartender was Micky. I cannot say enough how much Micky added to the experience. Everyone was phenomenal, the woman that delivered our food, the host, the manager and the young man bussing the table. All fantastic. The inside is set up with nicely appointed holiday decorations. So clean and great spaces for all kinds of parties. Now the food- French onion soup was sincerely one of the best I've had. We also had a burger which again was amazing. The onion rings were so flavorful but due to so much food we weren't able to enjoy them all. We also ordered a steak tip sandwich which was also great and super flavorful. My husband ordered the Fade Away as a cocktail and he said it was super good. Micky was so attentive even when they got busy. He took great care of us. Based on tonight's experience we will continue to keep Autograph as an option often.

Food is generally good, but question value vs cost. 8 dry wings for $18? $20+ for a pretzel appetizer? In general, the size and quality of each dish I have tried has been suspect. Best thing on the menu is the Doms steak sandwich, but it is like $30. The service has also been scarce the last few times, we went on a Sunday brunch recently and though the place had empty tables, they were generally busy - our food took 30 min to come out (waitress did not check in on table 1 time) when it came my husband and daughters food was hot and fresh, but my eggs Benedict were ice cold and again the waitress never came back to the table after food was delivered to check. Very frustrating. As we Sat there - the bar was full of dirty dishes/ uncleared drinks and bartender looked alone and overwhelmed. We saw one couple come in, sit at the bar, wait like 10+ min without acknowledgement and get up and leave. Other trips have not been this bad, but in general when you charge as much as they do, you expect a certain level of service imo. My patronage has steadily declined over last 6+ months when I noticed the shift.

I came here on Thursday around 5 pm with three friends to have apps and drinks for one of their birthdays. It was pretty quiet when we went in and we asked if we could be sat on the second floor, which they accepted as long as we left by 7. We were seated and our waitress took our drink orders. I had the All American which was the perfect light summer drink, one friend had the Fade Away which she liked but said was pretty boozy, and I believe another friend had the Forty Love (super pretty). It took a bit for us to order our food and we also waited a little for the food to come out but it wasn't too bad and we were in no rush. I ordered the mac n cheese with buffalo chicken, and although it was a little pricey ($26) it was SO good and a pretty big portion. My friends ordered the garlic parmesan tenders, a burger, and a turkey melt, all of which they loved. I think this is a great place for quality American comfort food and some yummy drinks, and the price range is pretty typical for an Andover restaurant (i.e. a liiittle pricey). I would recommend and would go back myself.

Awesome modern inviting setting! The menu has enough for everyone's tastes, but the Cobb is exceptional and I got one to take out with a kids chicken tender/strawberry meal. The Cobb has a mild blue cheese that doesn't over power. The next time I'm getting extra dressing on the side too. Parking is easy with a public lot at the front door!

Seems every time I come here food changes. Ordered guacpoke this time. Bland and the 4 chips they give you was inadequate. Very over priced. They also charge 3.00 for 5 more chips. Pizza used to be decent size. This time it was frozen market size and over done. ambiance good tho

Overpriced, underrated. Their Overpriced drinks were waterd down. Had a chicken burger for $18 that had absolutely no flavor. Popeye's had better tasting chicken burgers at only 5 bucks. Their fries were delicious. Unable to order a side salad without ordering an entrea. Very pretentious ambiance.

I came here on a weekday when it was less busy at around 5:30. The waiters were nice. Calm and casual modern inside. I got the autograph burger and the barbecue chicken tenders. My burger was alright. It had crispy onion rings inside it which tasted very oily and the burger patty was extremely undersalted. I didn't taste any barbecue aioli as the menu said. The only actually salted part was the bacon which was good. Ordered medium but it came a barely pink medium-well. But it was pretty juicy. The fries were crispy but undersalted and were only lightly fried instead of the darker ones I've seen on the Yelp pictures. Another person at my table got the sweet potato fries which were fried better but they weren't sweet. I've never had sweet potato fries that were not sweet before. Chicken tenders were the worst. 5/10. I didn't expect much because tenders are pretty hard to mess up. But they came soggy. The "house made" honey bourbon barbecue sauce just tasted like Sweet Baby Ray's. I did not taste any honey or bourbon. Some parts were warm and some were cold so our waitress was very nice and heated them up after I asked her. The breading was not crispy at all. It was smooth and soft like the orange chicken from Panda instead of something like KFC. They didn't taste fresh, and evidently they weren't because they didn't come warm. Lastly, my party asked for the food to be served when it was ready but it all came at once so only some dishes were warm. Overall though it was not too bad because prices were reasonable, the portion sizes were nice, and the service was great. Just a little disappointed whe since I've heard great things about this restaurant. I guess I might have just ordered the wrong stuff. If I come back here I'll probably try the steak tips. Hopefully they'll be better.

I came here for lunch with my coworkers. The restaurant is beautiful and we were all impressed walking in. We were seated quickly and were told it could be slow service due to only one server, but she was very nice and very efficient! Lunch was delicious. Our table got a mix between salads and sandwiches, but everyone was happy with their order. I will definitely be back!

Stopped here for lunch on a weekday. Place was busy. Space is nice - it's and upscale sports bar. We sat at the bar and our server was great - super helpful and took good care of us. I had the kale power greens salad with chicken - which was a generous portion size - but it really lacked flavor. My friend had the classic chicken sandwich with fries which she loved. Seems they specialize in these fried chicken sandwiches! Overall it was a good experience - if I ever go back I would pick something different to try.

We absolutely love this place. The food is excellent, the service exceptional and there's plenty of parking. Everything is efficiently done and kept very clean. Please turn the music down! This is a two-story venue with huge bars and multiple TVs. The music dominates everything: you literally have to yell to be heard at your own table. This is a simple fix: I hope management considers it seriously.

Tonight was my third visit and the food never disappoints. The pulled pork nachos are to die for! They are on homemade chips and the meat is so flavorful. The pretzel is huge and definitely big enough for a family to share! My husband and daughter both had burgers. I tried a bite and the meat was so tender and juicy. The turkey club was one of the best I have had- it was on a cranberry cinnamon bread with candied bacon (how can you go wrong?). We love the atmosphere of the tables in the bar area. The stools at the bar are also super comfortable if you are looking to grab a few drinks or appetizers.

Generous portions of well-prepared food served in step-above-your-typical-town-pub atmosphere. Not an overwhelming menu; but that's not a bad thing. Friendly staff. Four stars for the food. Five stars for everything else.

I had such a great time here! The food was fantastic, the drinks were crafted perfectly, and the bartender, Jasmine, made the whole experience even better with her energy and hospitality. Highly recommend this place!

had a family birthday dinner at autograph. not pictured are the onion rings (breaded, if you like that; but seasoned well) with a thousand island dressing and steak and cheese egg rolls in what seemed to be phyllo dough. the food was decent, though if you read my reviews you know i tolerate new american at best so this was a location that was honestly fine. i had no real complaints. i wish the evil chick sandwich was more spicy and punchy with the nashville hot - pickles were good but a little sweeter than i would have liked. the rest of my table enjoyed their food; the chicken dinner was a covid favorite for my table at the other restaurant that is owned by the owners so they were happy to see it back. service was quick and kind and was happy to bring another round of drinks. this is a very large space and we ate upstairs which had more of a bar vibe but had lots of beautiful natural light coming in. if you like la rosa's or la fina this is the same group!

They serve the BEST pizza that I have ever had. It's a great place to gather with family, friends and neighbors

Great environment good apps great martinis very friendly way that enjoyable night got to watch a great game seven World Series game with friends and even though the game ran late the weight staff never made us feel pressured

The Autograph American Tavern opened this week at Andover Village Square in the large modern barn style building, formerly Smythe & Dove, serving lunch, dinner, and drinks, open late. I stopped by The Autograph Tavern later in the evening around 9 pm on a weeknight. The place was getting slammed earlier around 7:30 pm, so I decided to run an errand and return later. I perused the menu, which has food on one side and drinks on the other side. The food menu offers a variety of American (New) pub fare including appetizers, wings, tenders, clam chowder, salads, bar pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, main entrees (steaks, pork chop, fish & chips, baked cod, mac & cheese, chicken pot pie). The prices are moderate high, most entrees $18 to $40 range. The drink offerings include a variety of signature cocktails, 12 draft beers & ciders, bottle & can beers, and a wine list. Anyways, when I returned around 9pm, the place was still getting slammed with some of the same customers still here. I checked out the two levels of the place, which has table seating and bars with seating & TVs on each level. There are black & white photos of Boston sports including athletes & coaches on the walls. The place was jammed packed full at 9 pm on a weeknight. I eventually had to give the hostess my number to put my name in for the next available table, just in case no seats opened up at one of the bars. I stuck around to watch Thursday Night Football, which was showing on most of the TVs. I eventually sat down at the main level bar around 9:20 pm. as some people cashed out and left. All tables were still occupied, and no one was moving. My bartender was cashing out 20 checks/tabs after I sat down to watch football. I already knew what I wanted for food and immediately placed my order. The bartender also gave me an ice water too. For a starter, the BBQ Nachos ($17 plus tax) which had tender Braised Pulled BBQ Chicken, Pico de Gello, Cheese, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Pickled Jalapeno Guacamole, over a huge pile of Homemade Potate Chips. OMG, these potato chip nachos were enough for 3-4 people to share. For my entree, I got the Tavern Burger ($18 plus tax) which had lettuce, tomato, onions, secret sauce, and cheese (I chose whipped goat cheese) on a brioche bun, served with golden hand cut fries and sweet & sour pickle chips. The burger was smothered with lots of whipped goat cheese on top and the other toppings on under the thick grilled beef patty. It was messy, but very good. The thicker cuts of fries were hot and firm. I got a to go box for half of the nachos. The check was $37.45 with tax and before tip. The service at the bar was friendly and good. I got refills on the ice water and my food arrived within 15 minutes after ordering. The kitchen closes sometime between 9:30pm and 10pm, so get your food orders in quickly. Getting a seat to eat some food at The Autograph was very difficult and I almost went to a different pub for late food and football. Luckily, the main bar started to open up with seating around 9:20 pm. Some tables near me began to clear out around 9:50 pm. I will eventually come back for more food when the newness of The Autograph fades.

Worst experience I have had in a long time. Extremely slow, wrong drinks, flat beer, and no management intervention or apologies. Avoid at all costs.

My buddy and I wandered into this brand new establishment on Wednesday evening to check it out. We sat at the bar on the first floor. There's plenty of seating at the bar and comfortable tables and booths around the rest of the room. There's a whole upstairs, with another large bar and more tables. The overall vibe is upbeat and happy. There are plenty of TVs; from my perch I could easily keep an eye on the Bruins opener, a Celtics preseason game, and an MLB game that (spoiler alert) didn't involve the Dead Sox. The food and drink was first rate. It would be faint praise indeed to say "great sports bar food." This was simply excellent food, period. My buddy and I shared the Autograph's creative version of nachos: house made potato chips awash in barbecue sauce, guacamole, cheese, jalapeños, and braised chicken. It was as delicious as it was huge. It could easily be shared by 4 hungry people. My dinner was a roast turkey club with candied bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes served on wonderfully delicious cinnamon cranberry bread. My friend had a real showstopper: blackened swordfish BLT. Hand cut French fries accompanied each sandwich. The beer list is also decent. I'd say about a dozen on tap and another dozen bottled choices. I had the house "Signature" lager. Crisp and light, served filled to the top of the frosty cold pint glass. I also enjoyed a "Rope a Dope" cocktail. I don't recall the exact ingredients but it was variation on an Old Fashioned that was smooth and tasty. The coolest part was the layer of cherry wood smoke that topped the beverage. No room for dessert, and there's a whole lot of other dishes for me to try in future visits. The shaved steak-and-cheese spring rolls will be mine, and the turkey pot pie that the guy next to me had also looked fantastic.

Food is fantastic and the service is always great! My kids even love going! The hummus is delicious, as well as the short rib.. our family favorite is the cookie skillet!

My dad got the autograph burger he said it was good. My girlfriend got the portobello she said it was good. I got the big bird chicken sandwich, it was a symphony of depth and elegance fueled by deep southern history and a perfectly balanced chorus of toppings. My mom got the portobello too and she also said it was good.

The burrata was delicious. The steak frites was even better. The service was a little slow but wasn't a problem. There are tons of Boston & Olympic photos in the dining area along with multiple TVs. It makes it a farmhouse mixed with a sports bar. Not too loud and quiet enough to enjoy your time.

We had lunch 1/25/25, arrived about noon, place was very open. Immediately asked if we had a reservation- we didn't but no issues with the ask. However hostess said "we highly recommend them" and they would "squeeze you in upstairs". Upstairs was empty- one other table had a party. So unnecessary. Food took a long time to come. We got sandwiches/burger - no special requests. 2 out 5 were cold. When trying to leave, they said a card was declined so we gave another & checked our credit card app. It had been run so we were charged twice - once each on 2 cards. They had to cancel it, taking another long time. Whole experience was disappointing starting off with rude greeting. Manager took our information to make it right he said. I said it's not about money although it was overpriced. Food that was correct temperature was fine but stuff you can get at the 99. Haven't heard anything in few days from him, likely won't. Don't waste your time.

We came later in the evening. The place is quite large. with different areas so we sat down in a side room that was not noisy. The bar is where the action is, which lots of screens and quite lively. We ordered the house lager which was just right what I had in mind. Food is excellent. On the pricey side for a bar, this is much more elaborated than typical bar food. Although the appetizer was on the small side, main dishes are abundant. Pizza is definitely for sharing. Our group also had a salad with tuna, Mac & Cheese which came in a large dish and Mahi Mahi sandwich which was grilled just right. All their food is excellent.

Terrible service. We had a larger table and were a lot to handle, but our waiter was blatantly annoyed with us the entire night - getting frustrated with our questions and need for extra time to decide what we wanted. He would dismiss us and walk away before we were done speaking. Drinks were okay but nothing to write home about. My peers said their mains and dessert tasted like it was frozen and heated up, but my burger was actually really good. Won't be going back here.

Showed up unannounced with a group of girls on Saturday afternoon after a cancelled flight. The manager John and waitress Mia were committed to cheering us up. The food and service was over the top exceptional. Thanks for turning a shitty day around

Second time I visited an actually reserved for another week. Food was great appetizer which we ordered. The Buffalo tenders was huge and fulfilling. Burger was excellent. No complaints.

I hate writing this review but have to let you know our recent experience. We have been going to Autograph since they opened and loved it. We returned a few days ago and sat at the bar. The service was very good. We ordered the buffalo mozzarella sticks and we told they were all out. This was before 5 pm but understandable. We then ordered my favorite appetizers of the spring rolls and homemade fries. Very disappointed. The steak spring rolls, while tasted OK, were significantly different than prior. Very mushy inside. The fries, which were my favorite are now like pizza shop fries not the homemade ones we loved previously. Needless to say we were very disappointed to not have the better-quality food that we have been experiencing since they opened. I hope you go back to your original food as it was fantastic. Again, service was very good and it is a beautiful place.

Ehhhhh it was fine. I wouldn't come back but it was a fine easy choice for the evening. Service was solid and the place is certainly a good ambiance. Wings: good- 6.2/10 Spring rolls: not good at all Pizza: 5.2/10- it looks good and has potential but undercooked on the bottom- no crisp Burgers: it's okay Chicken sandwich: it was okay but wouldn't come back Fries and onion rings where all cold I think overall it had potential and the ingredients are great but the execution failed. Like the cheese and sausage on the pizza was fresh but the making of it was below average. Also not sure why but the water was disgusting- very bad taste to the water

Food was great, a little on the pricy side( 20$ pretzel) but still tasty! The space was nice two floors with two nice bars and the service was very helpful and friendly

When this spot first opened, it was among my favorites. I can't believe how much it's gone downhill since. First, the positives: Cocktails, cleanliness, and a killer, fresh-made pretzel that's by far the best item on the entire menu. Decent appetizer menu in general. Large portions on apps. The negatives: Sandwiches and entrees leave a lot to be desired in terms of variety and taste. Nothing I've had after about a dozen visits was worth getting again. The flatbread pizza had uncooked cheese on it and the Caesar salad tastes like fresh cut grass. Prices are a little high for the quality of the food. And some items seem overly costly. For example, if you add steak tips to a salad, then that salad becomes more expensive than any other menu item. Even more than the steak tip dinner. The pretzel I rave about to start comes with three dipping sauces. For whatever reason, they changed the beer cheese from a delicious and unique white cheddar and chive beer cheese to a blah orange queso-style cheese. This REALLY took away from my enjoyment of the best menu item: the pretzel. It lowers the standard of this menu item to be more on par with other taverns, which isn't a good thing. The service here is almost never good. But it is the worst if you happen to arrive around 3PM for a late lunch. This appears to be between shifts and they're understaffed at this time. So they just seat you and leave you with no actual waitress, just a fill in who tells you another waitress will be taking care of you. You could be there for an hour until 4PM when new shifts start. They clearly want you to start with cocktails to build up a nice tab before your waitress even gets to work. Food is not offered. No one asks to take your food order, just a drink order. The business needs to hire more transition staff or stagger start times so there is actual wait staff to take care of the patrons they're gladly taking in and leaving to just sit there. Speaking of sitting there. While we waited for someone to take our order or a waitress to arrive, a waitress and two management staff members were sitting at a table doing next to nothing. They absolutely could have stepped in to help the one waitress they had on buying time for when more employees arrived. Frankly, I chalk this up to terrible management who don't respect their patron's time. If I am coming in for a late lunch and you're open, then you need to have staff on that can serve your customers. I don't want to sit there for hours waiting to place a food order This wasn't just a one time thing. We came on two separate occasions at this time slot and the service was the same both times. It is clearly their strategy around staffing.

First and probably last time to go. I was excited to try something new. Food was okay, but overpriced. Service was okay too , but not amazing and this was lunchtime during the work week. The interior space was more modern than I would expect, and had a cold not very inviting feeling. I was hoping for a more fun and energetic sports bar atmosphere.

All was good and delicious. I ordered the Cuban and it was large and tasty either way plenty of sweet potato fries (extra I think?). We had onion strings as well. Nice place with attentive staff

this is the worst sports bar in Massachusetts or anywhere else. they have numerous tv screens but insist on playing the same game on every TV. they should be boycotted and go out of business as quickly as possible.

Good food, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, and exemplary service. Highly recommend!

Great food, service ok- I couldn't tell if our waitress was busy- at times she seemed to be distracted. But when we told her, we had to be somewhere, she was responsive.

My friends and I had dinner there on a very busy Saturday night. We all got drinks, appetizer, meals and dessert. This was our first time there. All our food was excellent and portion sizes were very satisfying. We all ordered different cocktails and they were all delicious. I wanted to write to give a shout out to our server, Alex. He informed us he was new to the restaurant. His service was excellent. He checked in on us regularly which was appreciated. He is friendly and professional and engaged with us in conversation. Excellent addition to your staff. We will definitely be back!

They skimmed our tips, making them 40% instead of the 20% we gave them. The manager, John, did not seem to care that it happened and didn't even call back the second person in our party that it happened to. The food was good at the beginning, but we've been 3 times and each time the majority of the food has been subpar.

First time eating here, as visiting. This place was EXCELLENT! The food was abundant, delicious and served nicely. The service waitress was OVER-THE-TOP! The hostess actually sat us at a dirty table which the waitress IMMEDIATELY recognized & corrected right away. Now that we have an excuse to come back to this town ( our daughter is living here), this place will be a definite repeat! Couldn't have asked for a better all around experience!
