The B100M (The Bloom)

Stopped in here while in the area and am glad we did! It’s a beautiful space, tons of seating, stunning decor. We started with a Coco Matcha from Almatcha; it was so refreshing and hydrating 10/10. We ordered food and got the pastrami sandwich and polenta fries! This is definitely a shareable. They were both so rich and felt like a special treat. We got to meet the owner of Almatcha and the chef for the kitchen! Both were very nice and made great recommendations. We sat at the bar on the kitchen side it was so fun. It’s an open kitchen concept so you can see the food made right in front of you. A must visit

I really enjoyed eating here. The aesthetic and ambience are great,the seating is comfortable, staff was attentive and pleasant. The Nigiri selection was tasty, fresh, and priced well. I had a fish and potato soup that had rich flavor and came out at the perfect temperature. Took a latte to go. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of what they have to offer. There are a lot of seemingly great choices.

Not your typical food hall. Definitely has an elevated vibe and top notch menu of options. I ordered food from the Ecuadorian fusion restaurant and omakase from the Japanese restaurant- both were phenomenal! I also loved the coffee/bar area. Cool place to camp out and work do some work during the day. I'll be back! P.S. our waiter, Matt, was the best!

Incredible concept with amazing service and delicious food. The sushi is the best I’ve had in Miami and the banana bread for dessert is swoon worthy. Our server Matt was great and super attentive and knowledgeable. A must go!

Came for Yasu but coming back to try everything!!! If you don’t already know, Yasu Tanaka provides quality fish that is unmatched (especially for the price point). Cannot wait to come back and try the other concepts dishes, especially the goat ragu, ceviche, oysters, mushroom angnolotti, Japanese risotto, and sweet plantain tortellini!! Matt was a fantastic server. Attentive, polite, and friendly. Cannot wait to come back!

what an amazing new place! First of all, Sebastian was an amazing server. All his recommendation were on point! We ate everything from Cotoa, by an ecuatorian female chef Alejandra Espinoza! You got to try The Pan de Yuca was one of the best I ever had! The Chivo empanada and the Chicken empanadas are out of this word. The chicken empanada is beautiful. The Cornbread is to die for. For main courses we got the Maito Fish cooked in Plantain leaf, with coconut and ginger rice and tostones. We also had the Tortellini stuffed with sweet plantain and chicken and crispy cheese!!! the Chivo Ragu was one the stars of the night. The chocolate souffle, amazing. The place was beautiful!

We’re neighbors so we popped in for lunch today. Matt greeted us and was our server. Awesome service from start to finish. I had the b100m chicken sandwich which was incredible and the wife had some delicious ceviche. Matt recommend a molten lava desert which was killer. Ty for that. The place is very very nice. Beautiful looking spot. Love the vibe. Definitely will be popping in more often.

Cute new restaurant with lots of international options! Pros: - Gorgeous interior design, great lighting - Fantastic fresh fish options - Really interesting Japanese, American, Italian, and Latin American fusion dishes - Servers are all super attentive and make great rapport! (Shoutout to Matt!) Cons: - Music is occasionally a little loud (not super) - Table space is a little small, if you order a lot of food - Kitchen closes early, so order early!

This space is truly something special, I'm absolutely loving the concept. B100M is undeniably the future of dining. As a downtown local, I've passed by this place a few times but hadn't had the chance to step inside until last weekend. I decided to drop by for a quick bite at Sushi Yasutanaka, one of the vendors inside, and I'm so glad I did. The space strikes a perfect balance between high-end and casual dining, with a vibe that's both sophisticated and welcoming. Plus, the food is top-notch, created by some seriously talented chefs. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly server who explained that I could either order directly from the individual vendors or sit down and try a variety of offerings. We chose to order from Sushi Yasutanaka, where we had a few hand rolls to sample. Let me tell you they were absolutely fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors unique, and the presentation was nothing short of art. Every bite was an explosion of flavor... a solid 10/10! We tried three hand rolls and left satisfied, but I'm already looking forward to returning to explore the other concepts. Stay tuned for a full review on all the vendors, but for now, this place is definitely a 5-star experience in my book!

Tough review to write, as I'd like to think of myself as this place's number one fan. I'll narrow the scope to lunch time staffing issues (which the manager seemed to say they were taking actions to address) that resulted in incredibly long lunch service for half crowded place (second lunch I had like this here, with a friend having to take their order to go due to a time crunch). Multiple tables waited over an hour to get their food, with the one next to me (who ordered two omakases, appetizers and drinks) saying they wouldn't return to this location (despite commenting that the food was good). That's really too bad, because this newish food hall does have some special sauce about it. Luckily, I was working holiday hours today, but if they want to catch downtowns office daytime crowd, they severely need to tighten up turnover speed. It did t help that we got here hungry. What was good this trip: coffee quality, sushi flavor and freshness, plating, upgraded casual ambiance and friendly staff What was a miss: long wait times for food; nice service, but lagged to refill water and update on order; slimmed down menu for Mondays (apparently Cotoa is closed for lunch that day). My tuna sandwich was nice, but by the time it got to me not so warm. I thought I read it came on a multigrain bread but the outcome seemed to be a buttery white bread. The salad was very salty. I wouldn't order it again, probably stick to the sushi or Cotoa's stuff if they were open for lunch. I enjoyed the spicy scallop hand roll a lot. Nothing too special about the fries. Yes, I'd come back and recommend this place to friends solely on the heart and quality of food here (top chefs here and flavors), plating, ambiance, and friendliness of the staff. It really is a gem in Miami. However, probably not for lunch until they can fix their known challenge.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my father in laws 70th birthday at B100M, and it was an unforgettable experience for their entire Ecuadorian family! From the moment we walked in, the warmth of the staff and the vibrant ambiance made us feel right at home. The restaurant's dedication to authentic Ecuadorian cuisine shone through in every dish, creating a truly special atmosphere that honored their heritage. The food was absolutely incredible. Each dish was bursting with traditional flavors, from the perfectly seasoned ceviche to the rich and hearty locro de papa. The grilled meats, fresh seafood, and variety of sides left us all satisfied and excited to try more. You could taste the love and care put into each plate, and the portions were generous enough to make sure no one left hungry! What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my father in law feel like royalty, offering personalized touches throughout the night. They were attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience smooth and joyful. Our family felt truly celebrated, and the staff made sure the birthday celebration was filled with small surprises that made the evening even more memorable. B100M is a gem, especially for those looking to enjoy delicious, home-style Ecuadorian food in a welcoming, festive environment. I can't recommend it enough for any special occasion--it's the perfect spot to gather family, enjoy authentic flavors, and celebrate life's milestones!

Wow, loved this restaurant.. The pan de yuca bread and the passion fruit ceviche with lobster were absolutely amazing!

The food was very good. We decided on the tasting menu from the Salvadorian place. The staff is very attentive to all details. Loved the decor. I would go back to taste other food options as they have 3 kitchens featuring a variate of food options.

Nice location, drinks were delicious. Like the idea of offering three different menus with three different cuisines.

Tried the food- BLOWN away as expected. The service was somehow even better than last time. Truly one of my new favorite dining experiences in Miami. The quality of the sushi is not to be messed with, the Cuban was devoured and WOWO the squash carpaccio STOLE THE SHOW. Literally have dreamed of it every day since I've had it. B1OOM has the best version of the squash carpaccio dish in Miami (better than the Michelin starred L'Atelier in my opinion).....

Came here on our last night in Miami and it didn't disappoint! The service was excellent and the ambience was wonderful. We were intrigued by the menu since this place is a chef's collective. I had the salmon and avocado roll which was very fresh. My partner and his dad both got the tortellini, which was also delicious. We got the oysters, corn bread, and empanadas to share. The empanadas were my favorite! Lots of flavor in all dishes. If we happen to be in Miami again, we would absolutely come back!

Our first experience at B100M was wonderful! We had food from two different kitchens (Educadorian and sushi) and both were delicious. We liked every dish and the alcohol selection was great too. Our server David was also lovely and took great care of us. He personally thanked us for coming to the restaurant and was very friendly (and a great photographer). Another server brought a few dishes and also was helpful with a question. Didn't catch his name though. We look forward to going back!

Wow amazing food and excellent service will be back soon! I highly recommend this place! The ceviche was very different in a passion fruit sauce , their salmon and branzino were exceptionally delicious and the chefs brought it out to our table which made our visit to this place it even more special! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Just ate at this new restaurant (should not be called a food court - even if it is 3 different kitchens but one menu). Beautiful ambiance welcomes you. Our waitress was really nice and personable. We did mostly Ecuadorian and it was very tasty. My tortellini (yes I said Ecuadorian) were exquisite ! Great tostones - we tried the ceviche and while it was a small portion it was very good - we also tried Ecuadorian pizza, very rich ! Ecuadorian chocolate cake was extremely satisfying.

I recently came to B100m to visit Sushi Yasu Tanaka, and it is absolutely stunning, from the service to the atmosphere, this place is a 10/10. I cannot wait to revisit and try out the rest of the restaurants and bar area as well! Don't go without trying the Sushi, it's an absolute delicacy!

Love this new food hall in downtown Miami. Not only is it a beautiful space with high ceilings and bright decor, the food is delicious! So far we've tried the pastrami and chicken salad (B100M) sandwiches, the empanadas, banana bread, and the tortellini special. The tortellini is some of the best pasta we've had in Miami and easily stands up to anything in downtown or Brickell. Finally, the place has a beautiful bar serving beer and wine with happy hour from 3-7.

The Bloom was recommended by a friend and it did not let us down, the vibe is great but the food is amazing. the tasting menu was excellent. we will have to come back for sure.

We had the most exceptional lunch at this haven right in the middle of downtown Miami. So many delicious options- we went with two ceviches from Cotoa. The vibe is fresh and sexy. Matt was incredible, providing great suggestions and warm service. We will DEFINITELY be back. What a special, new concept!!

Went to B100M (Bloom) for lunch to try the ceviches at Cotoa and was not disappointed. Our server Matt was super helpful in helping us navigate the unique concept of B100M - three different restaurants (American, Sushi, and Ecuadorean) under one roof acting as one restaurant. The two ceviches we had were balanced, interesting, and unbelieviably flavorful. Will definitely be coming back for dinner before a Heat game to try more of what they have to offer!

Brilliant addition to downtown! We have been 2x already, sampling all 3 vendors. Amazing food from each make this an elite "food hall / chef collective" in an incredibly well designed calm environment w excellent service. We loved the mahi mahi ceviche, humita (cornbread) from Cotoa, grilled salmon from the B100M & outstanding nigiri, raw scallops from Sushi Yasu Tanaka. Tasty wine to accompany the delicious cuisine.
