This place is great! One of the most recent times revisiting this place. The wonderful lady was about to close up for the day. But decided to let me in to order my delicious morning essentials. On the accounts of my friendly face :) love the staff. Bless everyone working here! 🙏🏽❤️

If you're looking for a place nearby, I recommend going to True North instead. I've had multiple frustrating experiences at Bagel Bar, including this being the third time they've "forgotten" my bagel order. They didn't apologize and served three walk-in customers ahead of me, despite my order being placed earlier. The only reason I occasionally visit is the convenient location, but the overpriced, mediocre bagels and poor service make it not worth it.

I had 'The Elvis' which consists of a bagel (probably goes without saying), peanut butter, sliced bananas and bacon. Surprisingly, it was excellent. I might make that combo my post-workout meal, minus at least half the bagel. My daughter had a more traditional lox and bagel and she enjoyed it, too. Added bonus, I learned that my daughter both knew what lox are and actually ate them. U give this place 4 out of 5 because said meal, plus some coffees, was $35. C'mon. I'd still go back and get the same thing.

Tasty fresh baked bagel selection, like 20 different kinds! Had breakfast here, will come back for lunch bagel. Coffee is decent, oatmeal options. Friendly staff, more of grab and go ambiance. Good music vibes ;-)

I ordered my food online at 918AM. We ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and 1 iced coffee. I didn't get my order until 1004AM. I went to counter as soon as I got there (around 930) and they said they were working on it and it would take 5-10 minutes. People that ordered in store got all their food before I did. I asked again if my order was ready around 950 and they said they were working on it, so clearly they never started my order in the first place and my coffee just sat on the online order shelf in the back the whole time. Overall very disorganized, food/drink was average at best, and will not be going back. There are much better options (Bagel World and Perfectos).

here is a thought for the owners about any bread products. i remember this place when it was new opening the bagels are not made from scratch and kettle boiled they are bought from a distributor best bagels in massachusetts places like pavement coffee location number 8 opening soon on massachusetts Ave in Cambridge they also roast coffee. bagelsaurus in Cambridge, forge bakery in somerville everything dough is sourdough, tandem bagel In western ma, iggys bread in Cambridge has a few bagel varieties its wholesale. you should rethink about were you going with this idea

The best shaken espresso I have ever had. It was incredible. They make this fancy foam to top it with that’s divine. Really nice people too. Thanks for a great treat this morning!

Worst service ever. A bunch of young girls that have no idea what they’re doing. When asked what flavor pastries they are serving at the counter, they are always unsure. I have to repeat my order over and over because they never get it right when repeating it back. Yesterday, I waited a considerable amount of time for one latte. After watching the girl struggle for a very long time to get the lid to stay on my hot drink, she still handed it to me with the lid not fully on. Today, while waiting for my latte, I watched 3 different people complain about their orders being wrong. I took my latte to the car only to realize I was given a coffee, not what I ordered. It’s unfortunate because when made correctly, they have amazing drinks.

Order bulk bagels and coffee for an office and the bagels were nice and fresh. Wide variety of options and flavors. They offer a nice coffee menu as well

Inconsistency is what makes eateries fail! We stopped here for bagels(always made the same way) three days in a row and all three days they were made differently. First day had a little bit of cream cheese, second day had a massive amount of cream cheese, this morning I couldn't tell if she even touched the bagel with cream cheese. Sure the girls are friendly, but I'm there for the bagels not them.

I really enjoy coming to the Bagel Bar. They have all your staples, from breakfast & lunch sandwiches to coffee. Bagels and coffee are tasty, and prices are pretty reasonable too. I usually just order a poppy or sesame seed bagel toasted with cream cheese and it's always enjoyable. I also like how they offer shakerato coffees here, and I usually order the plain one. They seem to make their bagels daily so with that comes a chance of them running out. I suggest coming to this place early in the day so you get a good selection. They do have a board with bagels on it indicating which bagels they have left so when you come look at the board first before ordering. It's in a plaza so parking is easy and they have plenty of seating inside. It usually doesn't take long either for bagels which is good. The aesthetic is rustic inside, I'm a huge fan of the decor. Definitely check this place out!

I was recommended by a friend to come here and I am so glad I did. They have lots of fresh bagels, but they do run out fast. They have a list of bagels that are left. I came late in the morning but they had some left I liked. They have breakfast sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, many flavors of cream cheese to choose from, avocado toast, lunch sandwiches like chicken salad, turkey, and a grown up peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to name a few. They have hot and cold coffee for drinks. I had a basic egg and cheese on a wheat everything bagel which I enjoyed! Then I had an iced coffee. The restaurant has tables and chairs to eat. It's very cozy and comfortable. Apparently I stayed liked 6 minutes after they closed. They did not rush me out like other places sometimes do. I appreciated that! They even sell merchandise like shirts, sweatshirts and cups and mugs. Would have loved to buy a shirt but my closet is too full. Another time for sure. Love this place! I will be back again.

I just started a new job in Wilmington MA so have been looking for something in the morning aside from Dunkin & Starbucks. I came across The Bagel Bar and was kindly greeted by the guy working the front. Gave me time to look at the menu and give suggestions without feeling rushed. And without my brain fully working without coffee! I got a MilkyWay iced coffee and the jalapeño Sriracha bagel with cream cheese. Needless to say I will be adding this to my morning commute!

Cute Bagel & coffee place. Eat-in or take-out. Quick service. Most of all I'm happy that they had gluten-free options.

Really not good for the prices they charge. The ingredients are lackluster and the bagels themselves are poor quality. The everything bagel lox sandwich I got was one of the worse I've ever had anywhere. The bagel didn't have many seeds or toppings on it and it just looked so dismal.

Best bagel place around, hands down. Do yourself a favor and get the New Yorker! My kids go to is the Nutella Toast. Great staff and owner!

Horrible service. I waited for 40 minutes. When I walked in I got my drink then waited 30 minutes for a bagel. When it was ready the girl didn't even call it out. So eventually I'm like hey just wanna check on my order and she just grabs it from the top shelf.... Like thx Not to mention my sandwhich is mid, it's cold and not even pressed.

Was looking for something quick while waiting for my husband to be done at Lahey and found the bagel bar. Good solid bagels and only a few minutes away.

Bagel, barely toasted and too doughy. Jalapeño cream cheese, literally just has raw jalapeños. Little to no flavor.

This Everything bagel was perfectly toasted, yet soft, and topped with the exact right amount of veggie cream cheese. The dark roast coffee was good, better than Dunkin or any of your chains for sure! Cozy interior with tables for 8 people and a solid menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The staff was friendly and inviting. Highly recommend this place!

bagels have no flavor, rubbery not crisp on outside menu has Lox and smoked salmon on same bagel. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. It was not lox, overpriced for smoked salmon learn the difference.

Food isn't good. the bagels are not fresh at all. way to overpriced. manager is rude and treats his employees poorly

Awful. Stale flavorless food. The bagels aren't fresh, they're gross really. I can't understand how anyone willingly goes back here. Paid for extra bacon, no extra bacon, but it wouldn't have made a difference anyway so I guess thank you for saving me from the additional bland calories. This is a huge bummer we were all looking forward to a new bagel place in town.

They provide Great food, good quick service in person & can order on line & have food waiting for you. I particularly like the "Everything Bagel" with eggs & a cup of their tasty coffee. Last time I was there they had a vendor providing free awesome sausage & pepper sandwiches in front of the store. I've never been disappointed. Kudos to the people @ Bagel Bar!

The EVERYTHING bagel was suggested & it hit the spot. I had egg & ham w/ cheese toasted "everything bagel"! It was fresh & filling. The service was friendly. Thanks Bagel Bar

The bagels taste store bought and stale, the sausage was weirdly discolored? Couldn't even eat it, absolutely disgusting.

Nice to have some really good bagels north of Boston and good coffee. A pleasant surprise in Burlington.

This place has gone downhill. Bagels are stale, coffee tastes like battery acid and you can see that the employees are not happy. Its a shame--at one time it was decent but don't waste your time and money.

The bagels and sandwiches are sooooo yummy, and everyone who works there is friendly.

Bagels are solid. Veggie cream cheese is best around. Coffee drinks are amazing (shakerado!). Great family-run business.

This place was amazing. Great bagels, great service and the avocado toast was the best I've ever had!!

Glad to have this bagel place in our neighborhood. Super delicious bagels, spreads, sandwiches and muffins to munch on. The coffee and kombucha are also delightful and refreshing. I like getting this to go but it's also very relaxing to eat in the small dining area. It's a little expensive but a nice treat from time to time.

When your closing time is 12PM don't shut your doors at 11:35AM. I drove 15mins to try your place! Takes 2 minutes to order a bagel.... Your loss!

I thought I would give this place one more try after several bad experiences with both bagels and coffee. Coffee is terrible. This time I ordered on the Toast app just an everything bagel Toasted with chive cream cheese but to Cut In Half as they don't cut their bagels in half which I found strange last time they told me I had to ask them so I did. NOPE! Not cut in half and not toasted at all. I will continue going to the best place I've found in the area....Wicked Bagel. This is a real bagel shop who listens to the customer and puts out the best bagels in the area. Sorry Bagel Bar. I'm done.

This was a welcome addition to the local area. Fantastic bagels and drinks. I particularly love the Marble bagels and I think other people do as well since they often sell out quickly. The inside is really modern and pleasant as well.

My husband and I have been going here every Saturday for almost a year, since moving to the area. We have had a few issues here and there with them forgetting parts of the bagel sandwiches. We reached out to the owner because we liked the place and didn't want the same issues to happen to others. He was quick to respond and give us a gift card to reimburse us. Fast forward about 6 months later and I open my sandwich to this foul looking "avocado" bagel. We called them and all they could do was tell us to come back in to get a cash refund. I'm very disappointed and truly hate to see local businesses not thrive but this has to be mentioned. I hope that no one else has this experience since it is a bagel shop so I would think they would specialize in this.

I went to the bagel bar when they first opened and it wasn't amazing. Thought it was just because it was a new business. I recently went back just to give it a second chance and an honest review. The service was great everyone was super nice. But the bagels are not good. It tastes exactly like pepperidge farm bagels from the grocery store . They didn't taste fresh at all, kinda stale. I also got an iced coffee and it was super watered down and tasted like battery acid. I'm really sad because this is a local business and I really wanted to support them. But this unfortunately is based on what the food tastes like and I'm telling you it's not worth it.

I was excited to visit the Bagel Bar because their menu looked so cool. Lots of interesting flavor combinations for bagel sandwiches. We went around one and they weren't busy at all which was nice. We tried an interesting coffee that was almost like a shake - strawberry chocolate but really didn't taste strongly of either flavor. For bagels, we went with the grown up PB&J which was just so disappointing. Nothing special at all. I could have easily made that with one bagel topped with jelly and the other side topped with peanut butter. Boring. The other bagel was a bit better as it was a nutella bagel and came with nutella spread and strawberries and bananas on top. Again though, it was pretty boring with the spread not even all over the bagel but drizzled on top of the bananas and strawberries. For the price of both I expected more. They tasted fine but nothing special.

Still amazing after all these years!! They have sable and tongue--you can't find those items just anywhere. PS. Rainbow Cookies are amazing!!!

my ham egg and cheese was absolutely disgusting, the ham was cold, the cheese wasn't melted one bit, and the bagel was cold and barely even toasted. i could of gotten a better breakfast sandwich at mcdonald's. extremely disappointed, don't waste your money here. GROSS

Had an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. The bagels are chewy and tasty, but there wasn't enough cream cheese! :( my friend had the bagel sandwich, and again, not enough flavor. Cute cafe and nice staff though.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. Ordered the Nutella shakerato and the Milkyway shakerato. There was absolutely no sweet cream. It tasted like a watered down espresso shot. No sweetener or anything. What's advertised on their social medias and menu is not what we got. Their bagels? Not too bad. But don't even think about going there for coffee. Safe to say we won't be going back!

I think the cold brew could be a bit stronger, but that's a matter of personal taste, and therefore cannot deduct any points. The Sausage, egg (scrambled), and cheese sandwich was 10/10, however. Everything Bagel was fluffier yet structured than it had any right to be. I've driven by this spot a bunch of times and never went. Glad I finally did.

A little pricey, but great bagels with a whole lot of cream cheese. Their cold brew is also great. I've been getting the jalapeño cream cheese for a while and particularly love that one - little chunks of pepper, big enough to lend some taste, not too big to be a distraction. A few small things: You'll need to request a freezer bag if you get a dozen bagels, they don't give you one by default. Another thing is that if you get a container of cream cheese, they're going to give you five or six plastic knives unless you tell them not to. For me, that ends up being extra trash. Great place, glad it's popped up in the area.

I like new businesses. I like Bagels. I don't like establishments that have zero restrooms. None. You touch their counter, you touch the touch screen to pay ( the large type where everyone drags their fingers) and then touch your food with no handwashing,no sanitizer.....gross and poorly thought out... Or not thought out. They do have a bottomless cup of coffee. Where can you get rid of the full bladder? How do you wash your hands before or after eating or drinking tea , cups of coffee, or coming off the road, paying $14, $20 for bagels and no place to refresh? 3 tables. A napkins and cream area that blocks the front door as it's only one at a time. They were out of egg bagels and another type by 11. Friendly staff but no bathroom for a place selling coffee, bottomless coffee and a touchscreen for charges with no ability to clean your hands and pick up your bagel after having touched the touch screen. True Yuck.

I finally found a good bagel place! There chicken salad on a sesame seed bagel was out of this world! Large fresh bagels and awesome coffees! Woooohooooow I'll be back for sure!

They ran out of all of the interesting bagels by 10 am! They only had about four boring options available when I got there. I ordered strawberry cream cheese and it looked delicious, but had no flavor whatsoever. Tasted like sour cream and the strawberry bits tasted like water. The blueberry iced coffee was alright, but again -- no flavor. Zero hint of blueberry. This place was pretty "meh."

Stopped in during MDW because we were missing our usual Jersey shore bagels. These hit the craving perfectly!! The best we've found in MA so far & there was a decent variety! The bacon egg & cheese sandwiches were pretty good and the Nutella toast a nice treat (: Coffee was ready pretty quickly too. Definitely will make this part of our routine!

Apparently they get their bagels from Wicked Bagel in Lexington. I'm ok with it because they are freaking tasty along with their homemade cream cheese. Best cream cheese I've ever had in my life. I had the strawberry cream cheese and it was full of fresh strawberry chunks. I want to bathe in the cream cheese! They were also kind enough to answer all my questions about when they opened, so they make their bagels in house, etc.

I've have been going for months and at first it was five stars. But the last few months I've notice the quality has gone down. I have noticed them forgetting to put things on the bagels or not putting enough of the products on. I recently got the avocado toast and I added feta to it. The bagel had barely any feta on it and one side of the bagel had no avocado on it while in the past it did. After multiple mess ups I'm very disappointed and don't find myself going back after so many inconsistencies.

Delicious bagels! Excellent coffee and tea on tap! The staff is so friendly! Highly recommend checking it out!

I love their bagels, the Nutella toast is my favorite. The staff and customers are friendly. They always get your order ready right away. Plenty of parking and they have a rewards program. Lots of drink options (coffee, tea, kombucha, and a cooler full of drinks).
