The Balkan European

So glad I found this spot! The Balkan European specializes in langos (crispy fried flatbread topped with sweet or savory goodness), and everything I tried was incredible. My favorites were: • The Balkan Special with feta, tomato, cucumber, and prosciutto—fresh and super flavorful. • The Strawberry Sweet langos with Nutella and strawberries… unreal. • And the Langos Supreme was stacked with bacon, cheese, roasted peppers and more. It’s clear the owners really care—great ingredients, generous portions, and a lot of heart behind the food. Whether you’re new to Balkan flavors or already a fan, this place is 100% worth checking out!

One food truck owner to another. Im telling yall this Married couple knows what they are doing. We have no problem shouting out the competition when they can compete with super delicious food. Different, fresh and simple. Flavors paired nicely, people are super kind and I promise you wont be upset. Really authentic. Also these guys are new to the game and need your support. Only three months in business and these guys are going to go far.

Delicious food and great service. The Pastrama sandwich was tasty. The Strawberry Lango was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible food! The Balkan European Food Truck in Denver is hands down one of the best food experiences I’ve had. The langos is out of this world — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with flavor. It’s authentic, traditional comfort food done right. They offer a great variety of Balkan dishes, and everything tastes homemade and fresh. You can tell they put passion into every meal. Whether you’re craving something savory or something a little different, they have something for everyone. The service is friendly, and the vibe is always welcoming. If you’re in Denver and haven’t tried this truck yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

Incredible service! They have great shareable entrees and desserts! They were the perfect addition to our brewery night.
