Above all, the nursing staff was really great and treated my mother with respect, compassion and kindness. Luca especially stands out to me, he was respectful to me and my family and I really appreciated how gentle and caring he was with my mom, up until the moment she passed and during the time after. She was only there for five days before her death, but Luca's care really stood out. (Luca and the nursing staff I would give 5 stars).
My experience with the billing / business office was less than stellar, I felt they lacked communication skills, compassion and basic customer service skills. For as expensive as it is for a loved one to be there, a modicum of decency and appreciation as I'm writing a check would go a long way, but that was lost on the staff. (I'd give them 0 stars).
The facility operations also is lacking a general care or consideration for the physical space which translates to poor customer service. It's cluttered, the public spaces appeared and smelled unclean. (I'd give operations 1 star).
Overall, I'm giving a much better rating, only because of Luca and his co-workers in the nursing staff.
