Seattle Bars With Sustainable Cocktails | Eater

"Inspired by the landscape of the Pacific Northwest, the drinks at The Bar at Chihuly incorporate the same flora and fauna to which it pays homage. Tips from Western red cedar are made into a fruit leather garnish for The Rings cocktail, which also highlights the botanical notes in BOMBAY SAPPHIRE PREMIER CRU with a cedar-citrus syrup. The way The Bar makes use of every ingredient in multiple ways — like the cedar tips in both a syrup and garnish — helps make sure that the inspirational landscape’s beauty never fades."

This shotgun-style restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere, ample lighting, and people-watching opportunities, accompanied by food that's just "OK". It's a convenient stop if you're at the glass garden for a quick bite, but don't expect a memorable meal. The sliders and the pasta looked better than they were. In our case, the service wasn't great, but YMMV. The Armory is located across the alley, and it offers many food options, which may provide a good alternative for a cheap, quick bite. Overall, it was not bad, but I would not recommend it.

We enjoyed our meal here and quite honestly we were pleasantly surprised because we were concerned it might be a tourist trap. The food and drinks were good. Great ambience and a friendly staff. We would recommend it to others and we would definitely go back.

Just outside the Chihuly Glass Museum. Beautiful setting. Wife & I ordered the Fish & Chips. She sub’ed the fries with a salad. I kept the fries. They put the fish on top of the fries and that gets them pretty greasy. Had to ask for extra ketchup, a few times. The cod fish was great but the breading was a bit bland. We sat out on the patio area and the flowers were beautiful. Good experience

Google
Had dinner here after visiting the glass garden, very interesting and different menu selections.. including a hot salmon dip and roasted corn strips with house BBQ sauce. The best part of this restaurant really is the interesting collections they have. From the 80 accordions hanging from the ceiling to the wall of ceramics to all the little collections encased in each table, it’s a fun atmosphere! Only downside is food and bevs are very expensive, good food but overpriced.

We had cocktails after visiting the museum. The Fishing Lure is a fantastic option. The donuts were also ordered to accompany, they may feel like a little much for one person if you have already ate prior.

Unique restaurant where we stopped by after our visit to the Chihuly Garden and Glass. The fries were a pass. The Arnold Palmer was great!

If the Space Needle is the heart of Seattle, then the Chihuly Garden and Glass is its soul. If you're looking for a new go-to for happy hour that combines striking ambiance, mouthwatering dishes, and a creative menu, look no further than The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass. Nestled within the iconic glass art exhibition at Seattle Center, this spot brings the best of the Pacific Northwest in an elegant yet relaxed setting. No tickets needed! The fusion of art, culture, and great food makes it a stand-out location for tourists and locals who want to feel like one! The moment you step into The Bar, you’re greeted with a sense of childlike wonder, thanks to the bold glass sculptures and vibrant colors that touch every corner. It’s the perfect backdrop for an evening with friends, whether you're winding down after work or celebrating a special occasion. The space offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, with stunning views of the museum’s gardens, making it ideal for soaking in the beauty of Seattle while soaking in a drink or cup of clam chowder. The bar’s menu is a true highlight. You’ll find expertly crafted cocktails that use local ingredients, with a variety of options that cater to all preferences. From refreshing gin and citrus concoctions to rich whiskey-based drinks, each one is thoughtfully prepared to elevate your mood and kick off your evening. And the best part? They even have a variety of towers that make even the most mundane day a celebration. The family-style dining menu is perfect for sharing, offering a selection of elevated yet approachable dishes that reflect the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. For four hungry people, we split the calamari, clams, tempura veggies, and steak! For dessert, we had the monkey bread and popcorn. The Monkey Bread and calamari stole the show. The prices are a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for! We also had plenty leftover!

Google
The setting and decor in the bar is absolutely stunting and interesting! There are different themes with Chihuly’s collected items, e.g. handheld radios, shaving knives, etc, showcased on each table. Very very interesting!! The accordions hanging from the ceiling are impressive. Food is okay and nothing to complaint about, but the atmosphere and environment for sure are memorable!

Yelp
We just stopped off for drinks on our way out of the glass museum and on our way to the Space Needle. What a great stop! Super cool interior design and very modern, clean look. Now, let me speak about the service--TOP NOTCH! The hostess greeted us in seconds with a smile and led us to a super cool table toward the back area, which was bright and open--not your typical "back" of any restaurant. Open, spacious, bright and inviting. Our server, Julia, was knowledgeable and friendly. She even heard my drink questions I was asking my partner when she greeted us, letting me know that was her favorite too--The Decoy. Highly recommended! All in all, we just stopped for a beer and a cocktail but what an elegant spot.

Yelp
We were in the area after visiting the Space Needle and decided to stop and have a drink. We were able to grab a table for four and our waitress came by our table fairly quickly to get our drink orders. I had the Sunset Sound (a strawberry and mango mocktail topped with sprite). It was on the sweeter side, but definitely good with the sprite added to it. While we didn't order food, the fish and chips looked really good! If we are back around this area, would probably stop again to try some food! Something that I will say is while looking through the menu, I think charging $9 for a soda is kind of wild. The cocktails are also all $20 or more, which also seems like it's a little on the pricey side.

Yelp
We visited Chihuly Garden and Glass last month with six adults and three small children in our party. It was the first excursion on a giant extended family trip to Seattle, and since I'm the Yelp psycho and oldest adult child, I was kind of in charge of figuring out how everyone got fed. This first night was the trickiest, as we were all kind of doing our own thing before and after the museum. I got a major assist from The Bar, where we were able to walk in and get food and drink for whoever needed it at that particular time. It isn't listed on the website, but The Bar has a kid's menu in addition to an appealing café menu for adults. We had late dinner plans but needed to feed our children, and it was nice to be able to sit and have cocktails while they ate their grilled cheese and chicken tenders. We walked in at 6:30 and were able to get two adjacent tables for our big group. We were right on time, apparently--they were only open until 7:00. Service was fast and friendly. We were in and out in about half an hour, and they didn't have to chase us out. The space was decorated--there were tchotchkes and art on the walls, and even dozens of accordions hanging from the ceiling--but for some reason, the bar didn't have a ton of atmosphere. Maybe it was the lighting or something, but the place had a bit of a cafeteria feel that was not quite in sync with the rest of the Chihuly. It worked well for our purposes, though, and I appreciated their high-effort cocktails. I got a PNW Margarita, a nice drink with cedar-infused tequila, lime, agave, and jalapeño ash. My husband's Inkwell was decent, if a bit strangely sweet, with a roasted pistachio-infused blend of Old Overholt rye and Elijah Craig bourbon, black mission fig syrup, and house cinnamon bitters. The kids ate great. I took a little of my two-year-old's chicken tenders and fries and they were genuinely tasty. If you need a quick drink or bite while visiting the Chihuly, The Bar is a solid default option.

Yelp
Stopped in during the lunch rush and was impressed by how fast everything came out. Tried the Glassblower's Manhattan (yes, that's real bacon on top), Spiced Horizon, truffle parm fries (the ketchup was surprisingly amazing--sweet and spicy), fish & chips, and wagyu sliders. Big portions, great flavors, and a gorgeous spot to take a break after your museum visit!

Yelp
We came for a late lunch on a busy Saturday, and we were so glad they were able to accommodate our (hungry) party of 12 at two tables. We were seated and served quickly, but also given ample time to enjoy our drinks and appetizers while perusing the menu. Everything we had was delicious! The fries were an especially big hit with the whole group. I tried their PNW margarita and really enjoyed it. And we all got a kick out of the various collections displayed on the walls, in the tables, and even hanging from the ceiling. Definitely a great place to take a break while touring the area.

Yelp
When I planed to visit Chihuly museum, i checked their website and I found this place and plan to have my lunch here. It's very cozy restaurant near the Chihuly garden. I walked in just after 1:00 p.m. They were not busy, felt slow time. I ordered a glass of orange wine and The Bar House Salad (GF). My wine came shortly and Salad too. The Bar House Salad has romaine hearts, tomato, avocado, blue cheese, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, chicken, dijon vinaigrette. When I took a bite of salad, I was surprised at how spicy the dressing was!! like dressing sting my nose!!! I was thinking the chef got the amount of mustard wrong? or that is their flavor? But finally I killed all of salad with my orange wine. What a stimulating experience! Lol!!

Yelp
What a fun place to have lunch while touring the absolutely amazing glass sculptures. The decor is comprised of things from Chihuly's own collection and they are so much fun. Wish I had taken pictures of some of them. All the tables have a glass portion in the middle and the ceiling has accordions hanging from it. The menu is diverse and although some said it was expensive we felt it was right in line with other lunch places in Seattle. My friend an I split an order of calamari. It was fried perfectly and was sitting on some sort of sauce with a nice amount of spice to make it interesting. She opted for the geoduck chowder which came with two slices of sourdough toast. I got the tomato soup without the grilled cheese. It came with a beautiful design on top and although it was not tomato soup color more of a gold, it was delicious. It could have benefited from some toast as well but my friend gave me one of hers. Both soup portions were good size and after eating both the scoop and the large amount of calamari we were pretty full. They have a full bar and my friend had a Bloody Mary which she said was very nice. I had ice tea since I was driving. I'd absolutely go back again since there were more things to try and I for sure could look at that beautiful glass again

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place after all these years. Yeah, it's a tourist focused venue and location, but we bring the kids to this area a lot for events and still use the kids playground area quite a bit. Anyhow, the food here is deceptively good. The menu is on the simple side, but what they do, they do well. And I think most items are reasonably priced to not horrendously overpriced. Service is OUTSTANDING. (We had "Erin" this time around, but I didn't double check the name on the bill vs. the name on the name-tag.) I'm going to post a few phone pictures and the bill for itemization and actual prices.

Yelp
It's beautiful but expensive. As expected of a bar in the middle of a tourist spot. The decor was very artsy and fitting for Chihuly. Think accordions on the ceilings. Every table has a different collection or theme. Not too busy. We ordered coffee, the fishing lure, and the clam chowder. The total before tip was $50+. Presentation was lovely! The clam chowder came with several slices of bread. Very cute it has goldfish in there. Tbh it was a tad salty for my personal taste. But it was very comforting on a cold winter day. I also really enjoyed the cocktail. It was tasty and didn't tasty very alcoholic. Service was superb! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I overheard the bartender making conversation with another couple of tourists.

Yelp
the museum was great but the cafe was just very mid for me. We were seated pretty quickly however getting someone to take our order took a long time and required us trying to get multiple waiters attention multiple times. We just ordered fries and cocktail as the service seemed slow and we wanted to see the rest of the museum. The fries were good but we were disappointed bc we asked for the upgraded version of fries with Parmesan and truffle and after we ordered the waitress came back and informed that they were out of it. The cocktail was fine. The place is very beautiful though with all the artwork and all the windows. Food is pricey and mid and service is slow and was mixed, some of the waiters were nice and some seemed a bit rude and it felt like intentionally trying to ignore us.

Yelp
AMAZING. Food was delicious. Drinks were delicious. Staff was lacking approachability but they were nice. I did notice that another customer asked for a local whiskey and the server didn't know which was, so it seems like there is an opportunity to educate staff on the products served. The environment was open and lights and perfect for the afternoon.

Yelp
This place is right in the hub of some pretty cool activities. It is just steps away from the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, and the Museum of Pop Culture. It's pretty cool inside. There is a collection of according hanging from the ceiling, and the tables have different collections under glass. Our table had clicks. There are two large alcoves with shelves full of collections--one with vintage radios, and one with figurines. Really neat to see. Unfortunately the food was just okay. We wanted something small, so hubby ordered clam chowder and I ordered hot salmon dip from the appetizer menu. The clam chowder was fine. Not great and not bad. My hot salmon dip tasted like cream cheese and that's pretty much all. Want thrilled with it. Would I return here? Probably not. But it was fine for today while we wait for our time slot at the space needle.

Yelp
Fun decor - each table had a different "collection theme": matches, army knives, bottle openers, etc etc. The drinks were pretty good, a tad pricey but that is how drinks tend to me now. I felt the portions were small for the price, but delicious. The photo attached is their ceiling's collection: Accordions!

Yelp
This is a great place to take a break from the chaos of your tourist excursions in Seattle Center and enjoy some good fancy food and cocktails surrounded by beautiful art, cute knickknacks, and a wall of creepy dolls. I love it, truly. The food is expensive because of course it is, but it is very good. I highly recommend the sourdough with butter, simple by satisfying. I think the appetizers and salads are better than the "mains" like the sandwiches. They have a great charcuterie board, behemoth salads, smoked salmon dip, fries with aioli, all quite good. Expect service to be slow when it's busy, but enjoy the break and spend some time people watching out the windows while you gather your strength for the rest of your itinerary.

Ron B.

Yelp
Everything! The appetizer was hot and fresh, our drinks were spectacular and the service was excellent.

Yelp
You must eat at The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass - we were glad we did. They don't take reservations, so my wife stopped by to get a table, then collected the rest of us from various exhibit halls. We started with drinks and appetizers, then moved on to entrées. Every dish was both a visual feast as well as a delight to the tastebuds. My favorites were the caprese toast, clam chowder, and the salmon dip, but all the food was superb! Service and atmosphere are also top notch. We will certainly be back.

Yelp
First off the decor is so fun! It's all from Dale Chihuly's personal collection. The ceiling is lined with accordions, another wall has 30+ old radios. Loved the ambience! But go for the food and drinks! Everything we ordered was fantastic! We started with two cocktails - the inkwell and the winter solstice. Both were scrumptious. Shout out to our server Erin. She gave incredibly detailed responses on what each drink we were considering. Details as if she was a bartender herself. She KNEW HER STUFF! Moving on to food. ... all of the things we ordered were absolutely delicious and nice and hot! Yuzu Cauliflower maybe was my favorite. Like a sweet and sour sauce on flash fried cauliflower. Finger licking good! Crispy calamari had some Asian flavors and. Sesame aioli and a grilled lemon to squeeze. Delicious crispy and light! We also split the clam chowder. I can't express how delicious this chowder was. You could really taste each ingredient. Pipping hot and served with fresh baked sourdough. The soup was garnished with a few goldfish crackers! Cute and yummy. The final item we split was a wild mushroom pasta. Housemade fresh pasta, and dear god was the mushroom sauce amazing. Again out came the fingers for licking every drop of sauce. We had leftovers and Erin was great about wrapping everything up. We came here just because it was attached to the Chihuly Glass museum we were visiting but I would absolutely go here again if visiting!!

Yelp
Beautiful venue - the ceiling is covered with accordions, the shelves on the wall had vintage radio collection- so artistically designed. Ordered the charcuterie platter - delicious! Service was quick, server was attentive/ I highly recommend The Bar!

Yelp
Great restaurant! The food prices are quite reasonable although drinks are pricy but good. Service was fast and friendly and we came near close. The food was delicious. The ambiance was great with wonderful Chihuly glass art like the rest of this great museum.
google avatar

Gi S.

Yelp
Food decent and service was fast and friendly. A bit pricey with g&t for $16, small bowl of clam chowder for $16 and 3pcs of battered fish and fries for $22.
google avatar

Soleil K.

Yelp
A decent size bar attached to the museum with a customized drink menu. The decor is very unique, and the service is exceptional. Although the drinks were different, we enjoyed them.
google avatar

Charlyn I.

Yelp
After an awesome walk through the museum we encountered a nice fresh restaurant to enjoy lunch. The food was delicious, drinks were great and just atmosphere was open and relaxing. The restrooms were also cool with hundreds of bottle openers. Service was fast and friendly.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
This cafe really does stand alone and is not just another museum cafe. It has interesting and unique drinks, a variety of meal options (including vegetarian), and good service. It's also uniquely decorated with each table having a unique theme or collection of art in it and plenty of wall (and ceiling!) art too. The food was all tasty too. The crab roll was perhaps a bit overpriced with the portion sizing (the side salad was VERY small), but otherwise portions were reasonable to generous. They were full at 2pm on a Wednesday, which bodes well for them too, but be prepared to potentially wait a bit if you come during peak meal times.
google avatar

Jasmine F.

Yelp
Me and my friend stopped here to kill time for the space needle. The plants honestly caught my eye and the fact that it's a bar lol. Lots of art really fun to just look around. Service was amazing our waiter constantly checked on us he was the sweetest. Didn't get much to eat but can't complain we shared a order of fries and fryed calamari it's was delish the katchup was a bit spicy but still loved it. The cider was great drank the whole thing lol reasonable price for the 2 of us I believe was under $50.
google avatar

Tiffany H.

Yelp
Came here on a weekend afternoon. The service was great. The place was clean and I especially love the artistic decor. We went with the margarita which came strong and it's in this really unique wine bottle concoction I highly recommend it's a great portion size. The salmon for the appetizer was also very delicious and peers well with the beverage. I'll let you enjoy your experience as much as I did.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
we had lunch at The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass after visiting the museum. The decor inside is beautiful! I was pleasantly surprised by the various entree options they had on the menu. Our kids ordered off kids menu, generous portions. We had a salad and soup, did not disappoint. Server was prompt and friendly. They do not take reservations so expect to wait to be seated. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a quick bite while enjoying the atmosphere.
google avatar

Dianna M.

Yelp
This place has such an eclectic vibe - from the accordions hanging from the ceiling, the knickknacks encased in the tables, to the whimsical art on the walls! It is an enjoyable environment to spend some leisurely time in. Our waitress was Anastasia and she was an absolute delight. We ordered the blistered shishito peppers, which were really good! We also tried one of their interestingly named cocktails, our's was named; Alarm Clock. The Alarm Clock contained, Skybound gin, centrifuge clarified strawberry, bell pepper, coriander, and bubbles. It was alarmingly delectable and I was pleased that it was green-pepper forward, but then I love bell peppers. We fully enjoyed our experience at - The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass!
google avatar

Jacqueline F.

Yelp
Overpriced but the food is really good. The drinks are hit and miss. The portions are tiny. The service was fine at first. We were welcomed and seated. But when we ordered more food, because the tiny portions for the four of us didn't quite work out, the service was a bit lacking. We ordered extra fries and I ordered another drink and they didn't come until we were about to leave. Also, the second drink was not as good as the first one. So come here, get a drink and a treat. Don't come with an appetite because you'll be sorry. But this is a cute funky spot and I'm glad that I came once. I won't be back again.
google avatar

J'aime K.

Yelp
The BAR, cafe inside the place was mixed. Food was kind of good, but service was dismal. All the staff seemed really annoyed, unwelcoming. Their goal was to do as little as possible to contribute to our UN-happiness. - Had a clam chowder (superb) - Then ordered soft shell crab sandwich (It needs pickles, coleslaw or some kind of acid) I doubt I will ever eat here again. There are better options within walking distance. The BAR is TWO THUMBS DOWN!!! What a downer to my great afternoon enjoying the art!
google avatar

Bethany L.

Yelp
My friends and I recently visited the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum; we wrapped up our self-guided tour and realized we had just missed a live demo and really wanted to see one before we left. So, we headed to the bar for thirty minutes while waiting for the next demo to start. While I ordered a simple whiskey ginger - I requested a local whiskey - and got a delicious apply flavored one! My friend asked a few questions and the bartender was able to recommend their version of an aperol spritz. While it is attached to the museum, anyone can walk in - and the food that we saw pass by looked delicious - particularly the salads.
google avatar

Kendra A.

Yelp
Went for a drink and an appetizer. Got the salmon dip, so good highly recommend. Service was also great
google avatar

Adam F.

Yelp
We dined at The Bar on 4/24/24 while on our trip to Seattle. The interior of The Bar was fun and inviting. We order the Fishing Lure, Left Coast Sour, and Hand-cut Fries with truffle and parm. I wasn't a fan of the Left Coast Sour as the mix of flavors didn't really translate well when combined in the cocktail. The service and staff were great all around.
google avatar

Roberto N.

Yelp
I don't know what it is, but it was a surprisingly great meal. Do you think it's a bar, but the food is really very good. The fish and chips are fresh, the batter is crispy, the fries appear to be hand cut. My Bolognese pasta was unbelievably tasty. The sourdough bread was equally good. The real treat for us however, was watching the glass blowing outside and Chihuly Garden, but the thing that really rocked was a man sitting there making handmade-dough brick oven pizzas for $14. The sauce and the pizza dough there was also incredible. And I believe that is a part of the same restaurant here. I promise you--- you will not be disappointed, in the eclectic, artistic decor, the service, or in the food.

Jana P.

Yelp
Our server, Joella, was attentive and friendly. We loved the ambiance and art!! The food was incredible. I had some drip coffee which was the best I'd had on my trip. My salad was fresh and delicious and the aioli my daughter had with her fries was sublime. Great spot

Yelp
I recently visited this place shortly after it opened and was impressed by the design. The decor is very neat, with stylish accordions on the ceiling and uniquely designed tables, giving each one its own character. Since we were among the first customers, we were surprised that some options were already unavailable. We opted for calamari, two sides of small burgers, and a chicken sandwich. Everything was very tasty. The service was also great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Just a little walk from Space needle. A nice little stop for a snack or drink. Fun vibe
google avatar

Gladys N.

Yelp
Wow! A bar inside the Chihuly museum! Please get the wacho sliders and house made chips. DELICIOUS!!!! draft craft beer and the specialty drinks are as artistic as the museum. We are currently visiting from la so we are not driving. Not sure how the parking here works but I Ubered here. Service is wonderful! Our server was amazing! It's a great start to your touristy day!
google avatar

Toya C.

Yelp
Hands down, the best meal we had in Seattle. What I love about the bar is the thoughtfulness to continue the immersive experience. Instead of glass, it's items Chihuly collected over the years. FYI: If you visit Chihuly Garden and Glass before going to the bar, hold onto your admission ticket. It's the only way to get back into the garden. Also, no kids menu. My husband and son shared the sliders and my daughter had the fries. They gave it a thumbs up. I wasn't that hungry so I had a salad and fries. I'll say it again, best meal I had. The drinks were light and refreshing.

C F.

Yelp
This was the beat meal we had in Seattle! We got the fish and chips and market salad. Both were amazing! Ambiance was beautiful in a semi outdoor area with gorgeous hanging flowers. We definitely go again!

Glenn G.

Yelp
We found the servings way too large; the food was delicious. The record of the room was very interesting; what about adding a Chihuly chandelier or other small glass piece(s)? Service ws good. Diners tended to talk in subdued voices, which added to the atmosphere of a nice place to eat in the middle of all that fantastic glass
google avatar

Rajni S.

Yelp
The location is perfect for quick cocktails and appetizers. Great ambience and good cocktails. The service was really quick .
google avatar

Tim C.

Yelp
Outstanding food, cocktails, and service. All that you'd want in a fun place with a great showcase of Chihuly's personal collections. We enjoyed cauliflower, caprese toast, and mushroom pasta. Superb bourbon selections. Great vibe and respite from the hot touristy surroundings.
google avatar

Ailin J.

Yelp
Cool to have a bar in Chihuly but the seating outside just random patio seats with some barrel tables and just didn't look organized and seemed like an after thought. I got the Bullywog (fyi you can get it solo instead of the 4 drink pitcher) and it was quite tasty!
google avatar

Mel D.

Yelp
Our server was nice and checked on us frequently. We just waited awhile to get seated. Nice little bar inside of Chihuly. Small but nice with a bunch of art. Had there take on an old fashion. It was different by the flavor pairings they used and it was quite smooth. My girlfriend had the decoy she didn't really drink it. But it did look nice and was presented well.
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
We ordered the pizza and an espresso cocktail slushie and both came out super fast and were delicious! There were plenty of umbrellas so you could sit in the shade and music playing that was not too loud. All the servers were very friendly!

Yelp
This place is mesmerizing it's a blend of art and ambiance. As you step into the bar, your eyes are immediately drawn to the stunning glass sculptures suspended from the ceiling. These intricate pieces, created by renowned artist Dale Chihuly, seem to defy gravity. Their vibrant colors and organic shapes evoke a sense of wonder. The bar itself is a work of art. It features a backlit onyx surface that glows softly, casting a warm light on the surrounding area. The bar stools are sleek and modern, inviting guests to take a seat and enjoy a drink. It's a captivating spot where creative cocktails meet delicious bites in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Even though we didn't eat the surrounding tables that had food looked very inviting. They source local ingredients and partner with regional beer, wine, and spirit artisans. So, you'll find a delightful blend of flavors inspired by the surroundings. During the day, natural light floods in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the entire bar. It's a serene and uplifting atmosphere and I couldn't get enough of their décor throughout the place. Check out the photos to see! The bar is Located within the Chihuly Garden and Glass museum, it offers a unique experience that captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest. Next time you're in Seattle, consider stopping by The Bar at Chihuly Garden and Glass for a memorable culinary adventure!

Yelp
Overall the experience was positive. Unfortunately the service wasn't great. Our server decided to go on break after we were seated and we got a server that was filling in from the back. The lack of attention really dampened the experience. Even though one of our entrees weren't as expected the other dishes were all very tasty.

Yelp
I didn't expect to like this place as much as I did. We were visiting the museum and had some time to kill before our flight, so of course we hit the bar. It is not your typical museum/tourist rest stop. We only had drinks and some very perfectly cooked French fries, but the service was friendly and the whole vibe was cool. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
Stopped in here for brunch before our gallery tour and we are glad we did. We ordered the wagu sliders and the fish and chips. beware the sliders have a very spicy aioli on them. I am allergic to spice so I'm glad someone try them first. It is not listed in the ingredients or description, but the staff was super accommodating and was able to make me some with no aioli on them. They were super filling, juicy and tasty. I would highly recommend them. I also had the hand-cut fries, which were so fresh with a chunky salt sprinkle, and my cousin had the fish and chips which had a nice batter on them. Not the lightest but still tasty! The ambiance was super low key and chill and catered to whatever you are looking for- i.e. just a drink, or a drink and shareable snacks, just dessert, they have a little mix of everything. We would love to visit here again.
