Good spot overall, especially with most of the menu being vegan. Food was solid, with some items better than others. Went ham trying the brunch menu. I do think they should make some items available all the time. Grit cakes are unique, very good. Breakfast burrito: 8/10 Seitan sausage: 9/10 Tempeh bacon: 6/10 Tofu scramble: 6/10 under-seasoned Roasted potatoes: 7/10 Biscuit: 9/10 Gravy: 6/10 Grit cakes: 9/10

I had one of the best vegetarian burgers ever! Was a new adventure because I had never ever eaten beets before. It was soooo good! Had the flavor of a grilled burger with even a hint of barbecue sauce, tho there was none. The bun was fresh and delicious! Opted for non-vegan cheese, but it was available. Large enough to take home half for another meal. Loved the murals, too! Will definitely return again!

This is a vegan restaurant. We didn't know/see/read that about this place before deciding to go. It has a lot of atmosphere. The food was ok but just not my thing. They seem to be very social responsibility type restaurant. Check it out it unique. A trendy vibe.

This place was really great! On my first visit I went for my solo Date of the week, but also saw families and couples! I got 3 sides: the herb potatoes, fried oyster mushroom shrimp, and the pesto pasta salad. Then to go I got: a peanut butter pie and a tempeh bacon pesto hoagie. The peanut butter pie was delicious, I didn't even wait until I got home to eat it, I ate it in the car! The pesto pasta was very fresh, and delicious, the noodles had a very nice bite and were not overdone. The potatoes were delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the SHRIMP!!! They were fried perfectly, and not at all oily. The crispiness was amazing and that bayou sauce was *chef's kiss*! I'm glad I had extra to take home with me. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. It's a great vibe overall, I'm definitely going back! Now I've been multiple times. I live right over the Georgia/Florida border on Georgia's side, but I find every excuse to eat at The Bark. I've barely had 20% of the full menu now, so Im always excited to go and try something new cuz I know it will be delightful! 😋

We were in the area and were excited to try a new vegetarian spot. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly. We knew the food was scratch made so the wait wasn’t expected. We ordered the Oyster Mushroom Po’Boy and the Hot Honey Chikin sandwich. The side dish of potatoes was addictive and the house ginger lemonade was on point. Everything else just didn’t meet expectations. The chicken was hard and the po’boy was really salty. Maybe they had a bad day in the kitchen because most of the other reviews were positive. I’ll give them another try when next in the area but this first visit wasn’t it.

One of my favorite Bahn Mi's in town - and the veggie burger is delicious as well. I enjoy their rotating specials and desserts, but it's hard to pass up on the go-to bahn mi. The food coming out of The Bark's kitchen rivals some of Tally's most hyped "fancy" spots. I'd choose this over some of those spots any day!

The loaded vegan mac and cheese was sooo good! I added The best tempeh I’ve ever had. My husband’s pesto tempeh sandwich wasn’t the greatest, kinda dry. Small parking lot, no street parking. I can’t comment on bathrooms or atmosphere because I didn’t go inside, but my husband said it was kinda dingy- like a hippie bar (which sounds cool to me). It’s junk food, but it was worth stopping at as we drive through the area.

Ok, so to let you all know, I check out reviews as well, I tried this restaurant today to see if it was all that I have read, and it is. Tuck away in its own corner of the world. I like it. To get away from the outside world and just enjoy good vegan food, this is your spot. Very eccentric with a laid-back atmosphere. The person taking my order recommended the roasted potato, and I'm glad he did. They were delicious. And the sandwich, although I ruined the beautiful of it, was just as delicious. I shall return.😋😍😁

Most of the time the food here is pretty decent. Yeah the vegetables might be wilted, yeah the service might be hit or miss, but overall for a dive bar they usually serve pretty good vegan food. This last visit however was pitiful. Ordered my food ahead of time and waited a bit after I got there. The cashier was rude to me but thats pretty typical for me if its not one of the nicer cashiers that I see regularly. I ordered two tofu bahn mi sandwiches. I took both sandwiches out, and they absolutely REEKED of cigarettes. Before I even unwrapped them! Both of the sandwiches had an overwhelming cigarette odor all over them and were inedible. I've smoked cigarettes. I've ordered from restauraunts with people that I know chain-smoke but I never experienced something like this before. Its clear that employees aren't washing their hands between cigarette breaks which is extremely unsanitary. The place is pretty dirty as-is but I was hoping they at least washed their hands or used gloves regularly but I guess they don't. I've forgiven the bark for a few mistakes in the past like bugs and unwarranted rudeness but this pretty much made me cut them out of my rotation. Sad to see such wasted potential in a place Check out Sweet Pea! They've improved and provide consistent service lately. Employees are MUCH nicer!

This place has delicious food, I'd definitely come back if I lived nearby!! The atmosphere has kind of a rocker vibe, and they do live music here. There's pool tables and it's definitely just a fun dive bar kind of vibe. The parking is horrendous, so just be prepared for that. The servers are pretty nice and helpful. I ordered a vegan mac & cheese bowl with tempeh bacon, and I'm not kidding when I say I can't stop thinking about it 5 days later. The peanut butter pie was also delicious! You would never know this food is vegan it is so good.

Food here is always amazing. However, I always order the same (see pic). Service is always friendly and the "bohemian" atmosphere is always a perfect change of pace.

Amazing venue that has a great staff. After checking it with some friends, we asked for good vegan/vegetarian eateries and multiple people named this place. Word of mouth does wonders so we bring our appetites right over. The day was kind of hot so we opted in eating in doors but there were a few tables outside if you wanted to tan while you eat. This place is a whole chill vibe and I love it. After some recommendations from employees and others inline we order at the front and take a seat. Looked around at people's plates as me made our way to our seats and everything looking amazing. Like EVERYTHING looked good. The BLT, Banh Mi, Chimichurri Sammy, Red Hot Chili Pepper Sammy, Southern Fried Chicken Sammy, Sloppy Jose - everything. When our food came we split are sandwiches so that everyone could try it - and we loved it all. There needs to be a sampler options. The only off thing that we noticed - and only because we were beyond full and we deciding if we wanted to take home left overs or completely stuff our faces and come back again later - a few places were chipped. Great music, great artwork, friendly staff, and great drinks. Still missing that ginger lemonade. Definitely a must try - and then try again.

First time trying here. I got the beet burger. It was incredible. It was huge, took me 2 days to eat. Highly recommend. I'll be back!

This place was amazing! Me and my partner Went for the Vegan Banh Mi, the shroom burger and a side of Vegan Mac and Cheese and let me just say that all of them slapped! I live near Little Saigon in Orange County, CA so I know my Banh Mi. My Partner that's not vegan enjoyed her burger as well! I really don't mind coming back here. The inside was decorated really well and there was also a stage. It looks like a fun spot. We decided to sit outside on the patio. We went on a Late Tuesday morning so there was barely any people, the service, however was still great. The prices don't break the bank either. All the food only cost about $28.

I would have stood there and said "Babe, this not my order." I repeat. Where is Jamie? Side note: Yelp needs emojis. This evening they were NECCESSARY.

Called in an order. Have no idea about service or price because my husband picked up the order for me and surprised me with the food. He got the vegan chicken tenders and Mac and cheese in a cup. The Mac and cheese was really good on its own. It reminded me of the one I make at home using coconut milk. Would definitely get again. The chicken tenders were okay. Reminded me do the chickenless tenders from Trader Joe's but bigger. More than likely soy based. Wasn't bad but I probably wouldn't get it again just because I think it's something I could make at home in the air fryer. Thankful to have these options nonetheless as a plant based woman. Will visit again.

This is a dive bar by the railroad tracks, which is coincidentally vegan. They have a pretty good menu of gastropub type food, and I was happy to have a choice of two different veggie burgers, neither one apparently mass-produced or soy-based. I chose the beet one because those always look kind of cool. It was rice and lentil-based as well, and the quality of the bun and the flavor of the fixins was quite splendid. The fries were fine, but in retrospect they had more interesting sides that maybe I should have tried instead. An Arnold Palmer (with house lemonade and multiple tea options) was refreshing. I am always a bit miffed when I am asked to tip at a place and then asked to bus my own table; things weren't especially well taken care of. But for what the place is trying to be, it seems pretty successful to me.

Fourth visit. Always great! Brought my son and his dad, both omnivores. They got a sloppy Joe and a banh mi and both enthusiastically said they'd return. I had a bowl with Mac, "bacon," bbq sauce, kale, and cilantro. Ample portion, enough for lunch tomorrow. Nice glass of Pinot, too! And, very attractive decor. Interesting atmosphere. Friendly, efficient service.

I took my wife here for our anniversary. We hadn't been to their brunch since they begun having customers eat in-person again. We ate inside on this visit. I had my usual Gouda grilled cheese and added avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeños, and a fried egg. I had fries as my side and I had a blue hole as my drink. The grilled cheese was amazing per usual and the blue hole was great. I normally get their mimosas but I decided to switch it up today. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes vegan food.

Food was okay. I got the black bean burger and the Mrs ordered the Banh mi. I'm a huge Banh Mi fan, but let her get it so I could try something else. The Banh Mi was good, but drenched in a sauce that really overpowered it. My burger was good, better than my wife's meal. The fries were delicious. Service was kind and patient as we looked through the menu. Decor was a bit beat up and cluttered, but I think that's the look they're going for. I'd be back, for sure.

I love this place. I've been quite a few times and I've never had a bad meal. Also been to a couple shows here and the atmosphere is great. Service is always good and friendly. I love the regular menu and brunch menu and they have a great Bloody Mary. I usually like to try their specials and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarians and vegans as well as anyone looking for something a little less meaty but in a familiar form. Pictured is the last meal I had, "catfish" and grits special (mushrooms are magic!), biscuits and gravy bowl, one of the many local beers they have available, and the Bloody Mary!

I Love this place! Lots of options for the heathy eater. Just to keep in mind - the brunch menu which all items are delicious by the way - are available Saturday and Sunday only. I went there on a Saturday and they made a side of tofu scramble, upon request even if it was not on the menu. Everything is so tasty and delicious in this restaurant. One of my favorites in Tallahassee!

Awesome plant based vegan food and great customer service. Had the Tofu Banh Mi sandwich and poboy and they were delicious. Not only that, but good portions; very chunky and filling. The place had some books and a billiard table. My kids were looking at a "Where's Waldo" book while waiting for the food. Recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to eat and hang out.

When we arrived at the place, I almost say " let's find an other one ". Because I am really not a "Pop Art" fan. OMG, I am so glad that we stayed! Food was amazing, the service was great, and the price was surprisingly inexpensive! If it's in our Southern California, those food would be at least doubled the price. I ordered buffalo tofu ranch sandwich and fried oyster mushrooms. My husband had black bean burger, herb roast potatoes with peach mango iced tea. The dessert was cream pie. All of them (delicious) were for 36$. We would come back again!

Best food joint in town. Everything is vegan but its insane how good everything taste. Very welcoming and inclusive community, they even have free pool! Overall, I always take new people to experience the best place in town, especially on Wednesdays, when they Kareoke!!!

Fabulous vegan bahn mi! Went twice in two days on a recent Tallahassee visit. The ambiance is a little...sticky and beat up, but the food is awesome. Service was quick and friendly.

I am always amazed at how amazing this food is. The ambience is wonderful too. It feels like such a loving and inclusive place. You can tell the workers really care!

Haven't visited The Bark since before the pandemic started. Happy to be there today--this place stands out in Tallahassee to me because of the range of offerings e.g.' live music, indoor and outdoor seating, music, food and staff. I tried the Black bean burger which was real tender and delicious. Fries tasted liked fresh potatoes. Pictured here is the banana pudding which I highly recommend. Definitely will get the burger again, soon!

I had a beet burger, which was absolutely delicious, excellent mix of tangy and mild flavors. Funky place with eclectic decor and very friendly service.

In an effort to try more vegan eats I was more than pleasantly surprised when my sister found and recommended this place. It's not in the best area and the parking is tight, but considering that many are still scared of the Rona and staying home, I didn't have to worry about it being crowded or getting boxed in. The artwork isn't anything that will make you "ooh & ahh" in amazement, but it adds a certain level of quirky charm to this place that reminds me of my younger days as a freshman in college. You can tell that whoever was behind the decoration was just expressing themselves, unconcerned with how it was going to be perceived or judged, and that is to be admired. They definitely have that young, rebellious counter-culture spirit going on, punctuated by their inclusion of gender neutral bathrooms if you're into that sort of thing. The menu was way larger and more creative than I was expecting. I had the banh mih sandwich, and I don't know what an authentic banh mih tastes like but if this is any indication then I'll definitely be trying it at the next Vietnamese restaurant I visit. At first bite I felt that it needed more sauce, but the more sandwich I ate, the less I felt. The baguette was so wonderfully soft, which was welcomed since the tofu was so crunchy. Honestly if they had put more sauce it would've more than likely compromised the integrity of the sandwich; the pickled vegetables weren't soggy at all and they added the perfect amount of freshness to the sandwich, as the bread, as much as I loved it, was very thick and could've easily over powered the dressings. I added a side of tofu strips, which I expected to be panko crusted and pan fried, instead turning out to be just deep fried tofu. Don't get me wrong though, they were still pretty tasty (as you can see, I was so busy eating them I almost forgot to snap a picture). I again initially felt that it needed more sauce, but by the time I finished it my ego had been humbled into believing that the chefs at "The Bark" know what they're doing. Just enough sauce (it's a teriyaki style sauce, pretty safe but yummy choice) to give it flavor and maintain the texture of the strips. Also had some regular fries, and while they were cold by the time I got around to eating them, I could tell they're delicious when fresh from the fryer. I tried some of my sister's kale side, I'm not a fan of kale so I didn't like it but if you do then I'm sure you'll enjoy that. I also had their banana nut bread pudding; I'm glad I tried it but I wouldn't order it again. Because banana bread isn't true bread, this bread pudding didn't have the firmer texture I'm accustomed to in a bread pudding. The flavor was very yummy perfectly seasoned, but the texture was just too soft for my liking. So in conclusion, if you're looking to get into vegan/vegetarian eating or even just want a cheap eat that tastes like the chef's actually care what they're feeding you, give "The Bark" a visit. The food is good enough to feed your dog and anyone else you care about.

Bàhn Mí is hands down my favorite sandwich. I'm from Orange County California where we have Little Saigon. Anytime I see it on a menu I will RUN for it. I was visiting my son, and came across The Bark. It looked so good- then I saw Bàhn mí, and ordered it for pickup. The salads looked right up my ally so I added it as well. Text said 1:15 pick up. They arrived a little after and were told there wasn't an order placed. I sent the SS, and then they said oh it did come through, but we haven't started it. It'll be about 20 minutes. (Now we are about 1:45) they got home after 2:00. The kitchen salad was VERY small, barely filled the to go container. Although it was EXTREMELY delicious. The balsamic dressing was chefs kiss! If I ever went back, that's all I would get. The sandwich was extremely disappointing. The bread was similar to what you would get at Subway, very soft and lots of bread. The Bàhn Mí bread is truly the main part. Then on the inside, the Ingredients were all there, but BARELY any at all. It was basically Bread with a few things inside. I took 2 bites and was done. So sad.

My ABSOLUTE new favorite spot in town. I left Tallahassee for a year for Grad School and was pleasantly surprised to see that a new Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant has opened since I've been done. As someone who was sadly getting tired of Soul Veg(another Vegan place in town), this was a breath of fresh air. The inside is decorated pretty nicely and the people who take your order are extremely sweet. But above all, the food is AMAZING! So far, I've had both the Sausage Papillon & the Buffalo Tofu (both with a side of herb roasted potatoes). As someone who has had his fair share of extremely bland black bean burgers, being able to find somewhere that offers flavorful and exciting plant-based food is a rarity. Though I have no idea how long I'll be in Tallahassee, I'm sure that I'll try this entire menu before I leave.

Some of you who came to the Yelp page about The Bark were looking for vegetarian and vegan food. For you, The Bark is an outstanding restaurant. Some of you who came to the Yelp page about The Bark who are not vegetarian and vegan may be tempted to skip them. Don't! For you, The Bark is also an outstanding restaurant. They serve brunch on the weekends starting at 11:00 which allows you an opportunity to try both their brunch and regular menus. We had their Tofu Bahn Mi sand which from the regular menu and the Sweet Breaky breakfast biscuit. The Bahn Mi is their signature dish and it simply exceptional. In addition to the tofu, it comes with all of the traditional Bahn Mi fixings and a not so traditional peanut sauce. But the combination works and it is an incredibly satisfying sandwich. The Sweet Breaky features a split buttermilk biscuit topped with jam, spinach (normally arugula) and 2 eggs (we chose sunny side up). You may think that jam has no place in this biscuit, but you'd be wrong (IMHO). The total combination is sublime and makes for one of the tastiest breakfast dishes you'll find anywhere. I was interested in the vegetarian sausage gravy, made from house-made vegetarian sausage, so I ordered a side of it. Wow! It was amazing, so much so that I was eating straight from the bowl. Did I mention that they serve alcohol? My vegan Bloody Mary was perfect (as were the mimosas I've had in the past). You will leave a happy camper when you eat at The Bark!

Excellent food! Very well priced also. Made it easy for a traveling vegan. The only negative was I was too full to eat my dessert.

When I asked our friend, who works as a Florida State professor, where we should eat for lunch, she suggested only four restaurants. Thankfully, we decided on The Bark. (Woof woof!) Whether vegan, vegetarian, carnivore, or omnivore, this hipster cafe offers tasty eats. What did I get? I sunk my teeth into their Sausage Papillion ($8.50) ***insert inappropriate joke here***. In addition to a thick AF sausage, it came with sauteed peppers and onions, vegan mayo, and came on a baguette. I also tried their French Toast, which was provided on their Special Menu, and they tasted wonderfully buttery. Regarding their service, no problems there. I also dig the eclectic vibe inside. Once the COVID-19 pandemic settles down, and if I ever found myself in Tallahassee again, I would love to return to The Bark.

I was visiting Tallahassee for a day and wanted a bite to eat at the end of my day. Someone recommended 'The Bark', after I asked about a vegan restaurant in the area. The ambiance was cool inside! I got the fried oyster mushroom sandwich w/ a side of Mac n cheese. The sandwich was okay and wasn't a fan of the Mac n cheese, but I was hungry, so ate it anyway. I loved the outdoor seating in the back of the restaurant and the rum, strawberry, lemonade and ginger cocktail was amazing! The mural in the back was cool, too! I'd like to try something different on the menu; whenever I'm in Tallahassee again.

Good vegan sandwiches - I tried the Thai ban mi and will try something different next time - fries were very good - lots of great choices - I did not have dessert but it looked good

This is sooooo up my alley #LateNightVeGan I had the Tofu Bahn Mi and it was very good. You get the bright crisp and briny veggies , solid and surprisingly meaty like tofu all wrapped up in a nice soft bread. Great for the late night .... only thing is when I went they were out of Kombucha which was a major let down just because I was sooooo needing some. Pick up order was ready to eat in 10 minutes flat, I'll definitely check it out during the day seemed like a cool , hippie like vibe

Let's face it... living in Tallahassee can be depressing. There's nothing to do here but go out to eat. And even that can be a downer when you know what good food should taste like. Now I'm not a vegan... sorry I like a good steak. I might pay homage to the cow if I remember. I eat any type of food, I do not discriminate. Which leads me to why I am motivated to write this review. This one thing... if you're having another boring ass day in Tallahassee, per usual, might put a smile on your face... Get the Cheez sauce! With fries, with your sandwich, or frankly, just eat it like soup. This, my dear Tallahassee Lassie friends, will put a smile on your face and will remind you that maybe Tallahassee isn't all that bad : ) Cheez Sauce! Cheez Sauce!

Came here for brunch for the first time and I really enjoyed the menu options. The server/cashier was very friendly and welcoming and there was a perfect amount of people in the restaurant. Very cute and comfortable vibe. I got the Biscuit bowl and it was very yummy, the gravy is very creamy and the biscuit is very flaky and soft, while the choice of vegetables is very fitting for the dish. The chicken sandwich special was very good, the biscuit and "chicken" was the perfect texture and flavor. The stars and stripes dish has a nice teriyaki/bbq sauce really brought together the dish and the tempeh bacon was crispy and smoky. Definitely will come back again to explore the other menu options.

Ok so this is literally the most insane restaurant it's so good. I recommend at least once a day to people. The oyster mushroom po boy with potato's is what I get and I would marry that sandwich. But. If you aren't eating brunch there u truly have not lived. Get the biscuit bowl. Also their specials go crazy. I literally rep the merch cause I love this place. Also staff. Great. Nothing but good things to say. Also open till like 2 am (not open mondays tho which is coincidentally the day I specifically crave the po boy).

Mostly went here for the Industrial/Dark Alternative nights this place hosted monthly, which had a phenomenal DJ and were always a treat. Aside from evening events, this place is usually pretty quiet during daylight hours, when it serves mainly as a restaurant. Love the design of this place, which includes a palette heavy on cool colors and pastels. Makes you feel like you are in a different, more fun and playful world. Artsy and expressive venue with gender-neutral restrooms and a creative menu featuring several plant-based options: highly recommend the buffalo tofu banh mi.

I've been going to the bark since I moved to Tallahassee for school, and have never managed to get a picture of my food because of how fast I scarf it down! The bark is my absolute favorite restaurant in Tallahassee! Their live music and comedians are exceptional. I've never had a meal at the bark that I didn't like. They have a great daily menu, their specials are always delicious! I used to go to the bark at least once a week in college and always had great service and food! The bark also has a magnificent brunch menu, that I've never managed to take pictures of either. The bark is absolutely the best for vegans, non vegans, whoever!

Had a good experience here - people were kind and food was good. Lots of younger folks were there when we went maybe hang out for local college. Had Beet burger and tofu strips, very well prepared and pleasantly surprised at taste of vegan burger.

To start I placed a Togo order over the phone when I arrived there was another lady at the register she ordered a mixed drink and the cashier went right away to make the drink while I saw my food on the counter getting cold I waited for 7 minutes until another employee came and gave me my food cool well the Philly cheese steak was amazing great flavors the oyster mushroom po boy was also pretty good fries delicious and Asian salad was alright peanut sauce not my fav. The Mac and cheese was absolutely horrendous I've had amazing vegan Mac if you're craving some avoid this place!! Check out world famous house of Mac and Curia on drag this Mac and cheese ended up in the trash where it belongs $8 wasted don't make the same mistake I did.

My favorite restaurant in Tallahassee, hands down!!! On the regular menu the Buffalo Tofu Ranch and the mac and cheese are my favorites! The baguette is my favorite bread ever. They have amazing specials everyday and brunch specials on the weekend. Any special with the seitan chicken is amazing! They also have a full bar. Aside from the amazing food, the artwork on the outside and inside is super cool.

Interesting vegan menu. I am not vegan but enjoyed my meal. I had the grilled cheese sandwich and had them add tomato slices. I also got the almond joy cookie, also good. Nothing was delicious to the point where I would have to go back. It was freezing inside on this 43 degree day. I ordered unsweet tea but they don't have it, just sweet tea. I hated the bathroom situation. They are unisex and there is a urinal. Ugh I am not a fan of unisex restrooms. They have a ton of board games though

Definetly a hidden gem. Great vegetarian and vegan food offer. The prices are very reasonable. Insight it reminds you are transferred back to the 80s. Low key place. The food never disappoint. They even have beer form the local brewery proof.

Surprised at how flavorful the banmi was, was not expecting it! Loved everything about the sandwich from the bread to the filling and sauces. I asked to do ranch instead of mayo because I wanted to try their vegan ranch. But the garlic kale was way too salty. Just recommend cutting back on the salt for that one! Everything else was great and the environment is great for events and performances, as I walked into them hosting one.

I had the Asian salad with tempeh bacon. The tempeh was flavorful and delicious. The salad was fresh and crisp. My wife and son had the banh mi; it was scrumptious. My 9 year old who is not a vegetarian enjoyed the sloppy joe, and we shared the cheez fries which were tasty! The decor was also funky and family friendly, at least at 5 o'clock on a Sunday. Highly recommended!

Honestly, with incredible flavors like this, The Bark stands out to me as one of the best restaurants in Tallahassee. It's just an added plus that they can make dishes like they do while also staying vegan! Coming in recently with a large group, we got all of our orders in at the counter in a (fairly) organized manner and then made our way to our seats. Even with the large group, the staff were all incredibly welcoming and happy to see us. I ordered the stars n' stripes grit cakes with tofu scramble, while my fiance went with the blueberry pancake special. The grit cakes were delicious, certainly, but those blueberry pancakes were out of this world! So glad I can to try at least a small bite of them! Everything about the stars n' stripes plate was well made, cooked fresh and without leaving anything dry, and then finished off with the sweet touch of a slice of watermelon. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore, The Bark will impress you with every single one of their dishes and I'm excited to be back soon!

Stopped by this place after a beer at fermentation lounge for dinner on a Friday night. There's an interesting vibe to this place, and it feels a little like a basement (no windows), but there are cute murals on the walls. It was pretty busy, but we were able to order at the counter pretty quickly. Food came out after about 15 minutes and was delicious (and vegan!). I am a meat lover, but the tofu was marinated so well on the Banh Mi, that I didn't even notice it was meatless. My friend got the buffalo tofu sandwich and liked it. We were both impressed by the delicious bread that their sandwiches are served on. The food was affordable and altogether a good experience, so I will likely be back!
