While the staff at this establishment are undeniably friendly, my overall experience was marred by the stark contrast between advertised policies and those outlined in the contract. Despite the friendliness, I caution future couples to thoroughly review the terms before committing to booking. The dissonance between the website's policy and the contractual obligations created an unsettling discrepancy that may cause additional charges.

What is the cleanup policy?
All personal decorations and food/beverage service items must be cleared out by the end of the rental time. Wedding staff will provide trash bags and remove items in trash cans to the dumpster. All alcohol must be removed from the premises at the end of the night. Alcohol left in the venue will be disposed of promptly after the end of the rental time. The Barn staff will break down venue furniture and supplies including table linens, tables, and chairs.
Contract:
• After service is complete, caterer is responsible for breaking down buffet tables and serving stations. Tables need to be left in the same condition as found.
• A catering representative must remain on-site until all meal and drink service is complete and all related items
are removed from the venue.
EVENT SERVICE
If your catering company does not provide day-of services, an additional service vendor is required to handle the clean up and
remain on site for the duration of the meal.
