DO NOt BUY VOUCHER
my complaint is about the voucher service, on arrival, we had travelled some distance specifically for a booking made to celebrate a special occasion using a gift voucher my son purchased for us at Christmas.
Upon arrival, I realised I did not have the physical voucher i must had left on table at home , I immediately informed a member of staff on arrival and explained that my son was available to provide proof of purchase and that i had id , including the order confirmation and payment details etc .
Despite this, the individual in the bar area who said they were"in charge" in the manager's absence, refused to entertain this proof or attempt to verify the voucher in any way ,
Given that your website states vouchers feature a unique reference ID code, is it not reasonable to expect that a professional establishment of your standard would have a system in place to look up a valid booking voucher by name or reference number.? payment receipt or what's the point,
no flexibility and the dismissive attitude "there's nothing we can do" was deeply disappointing , also received call from owner who also unwilling to help and now worthless no refund offered or any replacement options
NOW NO VOUCHER BUT KEPT MONEY RIP OFF.

so they can't take any criticism I certainly was not aggressive I was angry because they could not provide any solutions I only was going to be there once as driving through and needed to redeem my voucher there and then ad I won't be back I certainly won't be back now as their attitude stinks both the staff and the owner can see where there staff get it from, they have absolutely no customer service whatsoever and lie and yes I did tell him to stick it . complete wasted £50 unrecoverable.
hence comments what a waste of money buy at your peril.
