"New Food Truck at Batch Craft Beer & KolachesManor Road brewery and bakery Batch is getting a new bratwurst food truck, Batch PM, starting Friday, November 13. Chef Patrick Hinojosa, previously of Vixen’s Wedding and Lenoir, created a menu of bratwurst (made with Batch’s beer) and fries. The bratwurst have toppings to resemble different international dishes like banh mi, currywurst, and Cuban sandwiches. Guests can swap the bratwurst for an all-beef, chicken, or vegan sausage. Batch PM will serve lunch and dinner in the restaurant’s outdoor beer garden." - Erin Russell

We ordered a strawberry shortcake for a birthday celebration, and it was absolutely delicious! This was our first time trying this bakery, and we were so impressed — not just with the generous size of the cake, but also with its perfect texture. The cake was thick but moist, and flavorful, and the strawberry filling and topping was not overly sweet. It’s really nice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of warm tea. We’ve had our share of disappointing cakes in the past, from well known bakeries in CLT (I never out the bad, just praise the good) but this one truly stood out. We’re so glad we gave this bakery a try — it’s definitely our new go-to for special occasions. I’m also looking forward to trying their other baked goods — I’ve heard great things about their cookies!

Google
Great little find while visiting for the day. Staff were friendly and guided me through the menu. The avocado toast was exceptional with fresh and curated ingredients. The hot almond milk latte was velvety and smooth. My husband had the cold brew and describe it as “good”. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. If I lived in the area I would be a repeat customer. Overall, recommend!

I love this bakery, so much! Recently purchased a vintage 9” cake for my best friends bridal shower. The theme was pearls and Prosecco, and the cake was vanilla with buttercream frosting. It was delicious and such a piece of art- it was gorgeous. I recommend!

There are many styles and preferences when it comes to baked goods, but the Batch House is the place to go when you desire perfection. They do not offer 50 selections, but every element of every offering has been noticeably toiled over until faultless. You can purchase 15 different sweet treats all baked exactly how each should be, with fun flavor combos that are distinct and harmonious. If you have eaten at multiple other "unnamed cookie places" and always feel meh because you like the idea of the flavor combos but the execution is always horrible, you will fall in love with Batch House. Selections start at $3+ but I labeled $10-$20 per person because I cannot fathom how anyone leaves here spending less. P.S. I think the strawberry pistachio cookie got me pregnant.

Google
I recently had an exceptional experience with The Batch House. I ordered a sheet cake for a baby shower and sent a photo inspiration. The cake was absolutely gorgeous, even better than the photo I sent, and it was delicious with a fabulous dulce de leche filling. People asked me all afternoon where the incredible cake was from. Additionally, the cake was very fairly priced. I will definitely be using The Batch House for all my future dessert needs. Thank you!!

Google
I’ve been a big fan of the batch house/the batch maker since the day the original location opened. They have the most delicious treats, I’m obsessed with all of the cookies and brownies, but the smores brownie and Oreo truffle cookie have to be my two favorites. The draft latte is also the best coffee beverage I’ve ever tasted, not exaggerating. Everyone must try this bakery, you will fall in love! Plus Cris, the owner, has the most beautiful and genuine soul, so you can’t help but want to support her small business and her team! These pics date 2021-2024!

Google
DELIGHTFUL!! Everything about this place is delightful and delicious!! The space is so cute and beautiful with great outside seating. The cookies and brownies are AMAZING! The rocky road cookie was amazing. GO NOW! before some cookies sell out!

Google
The cinnamon rolls were delicious! I would definitely recommend those. The oatmeal cream pie was delicious as well. I would recommend coming early as they were out of some things when I got there around 11.

Yelp
This is the cutest little bakery. It's comfy cozy and homey. There's so much to see, and a great selection of treats. The lady taking the orders was really nice, and provided great recommendations. Awesome customer service. I ordered the oatmeal cream pie. It's a little pricy but oh so worth it. Listen, when I tell you this was THE best homeade oatmeal pie...oh.my. goodness! Little Debbie has been permanently replaced. The oatmeal did not have the doughy floury after taste that I've tasted in other homemade oatmeal cookies. It was a large, thick, soft and chewy. It was so perfect to me. I can't wait to go back and try other selections.

Yelp
First of all... How freaking cute is this bakery! We noticed the bakery and decided to give it a try, and I'm so happy we did! Honestly, everything looked so good and I was totally over stimulated, but the cashier was really nice and let us know what some of the fan favorites were, which helped us narrow down our options! I ordered the smores brownie for my son, he scarfed it down and said it was delicious! I ordered the chocolate chunk cookie, and boy was it scrumptious! It was firm yet chewy with big milk chocolate chunks, just YUM! A good chocolate chip cookie is so hard to come across but they got it right here for sure! My friend ordered the oatmeal pie and said it was the best freshly baked oatmeal pie she's ever had! We both regret not getting more goodies, but will definitely be back to snag more goodies!

Yelp
I am from out of town and friends and I headed to Charlotte for my best friend's 40th birthday celebration. I emailed and inquired to get a cake for my friend 3 days before coming in town. I got a reply immediately which I really appreciated. I ordered the mini chocolate covered strawberry cake in which it was beautiful when we got it. The person who got it was so friendly and even made some suggestions for lunch. We were instructed to put the cake down on the floor of the car so it doesn't fall and put it in the fridge immediately and to remove it 2 hrs before we cut into it. We did just that. When we got to our Airbnb I saw that the cake toppled over. I tried fixing it to make it presentable to my bestfriend and put it straight in the fridge to make it not so fragile. The cake was a crooked . My friend made me feel better and said it was ok but I was a little embarrassed as we didn't want to go back to the bakery to complain. We did order the oatmeal cream pie cookie which was amazing. It was the right consistency but the filling was a little too sweet for me. Overall, I would probably check it out again when I come back into town, but I do recommend the bakery providing a cake sleeve if the integrity of the cake was going to be so fragile that included special instructions to make it home carefully. To provide a description in detail of the cake, it had chocolate strawberries on the top of the cake, it was three layers and in between the layers was a strawberry compost/jam like that made the cake top heavy and the cake itself "slippery" as the tiers slip off the jam. The inside was clean and decorated so cute with Golden Girls. Friendly service and that's why I rated it 4 out of 5. The cake was good but I think maybe it would have been better the day I got it but we waited the next day as it was her birthday the next day:

Yelp
Anytime I go to a new bakery I typically get a few different things, and like maybe 1 or 2 items. Not the case here!! I got a s'mores brownie, puddle cookie, Oreo truffle cookie and oatmeal cream pie and every. Single. Thing. Was perfect. The cookies were soft and just the best texture and flavor. I was afraid the oatmeal cream pie cookie was going to be hard because that thing has some weight, but it was just as soft as the other cookies! The brownie was everything I could've hoped for and more. Highly recommend!!

Tyler G.

Yelp
I loved all of the treats! Each one was so good. This was a thoughtful gift from a friend, and now I can't wait to visit Batch House myself. I've already heard so many great things about their desserts, and this experience definitely lived up to the hype. I'm excited to check out the atmosphere in person and try even more of their delicious goodies!

Jared W.

Yelp
Amazing baked goods and friendly service. I stopped in this morning and was pleasantly greeted by the employee who gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted and answered a few questions. (They have a number of options and all of them look amazing so trying to only pick 2-3 was a tall task) I opted for the s'mores brownie, Oreo truffle sandwich, and peanut butter cup cookie. I have no negatives to say about any of these. The brownie was incredible - so chocolatey, soft, and moist. The cookies were gooey and flavorful and left me wanting to go back and try even more options!

Brandy M.

Yelp
Hands down..THE BEST bakery in CLT! No one else even comes close! The quality, the flavors, the creativity on the variety of items..everything is right! I go every single time I come to Charlotte. It's so good that even the stuff I haven't cared for was not because the flavors were bad, it was only they just didn't work for me.

Elyse W.

Yelp
What a gem of a bakery in Charlotte! I have been impressed by every baked good I've tried here. The millionaire cookie might just be the best cookie I've ever eaten. If you crave sweet and salty treats, this cookie is for you. The s'mores brownie was another highlight - decadent, chocolatey, and perfectly fudgy. It's the perfect brownie! The oatmeal cream pie was also life-changing (and definitely large enough to share). Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the treats at The Batchmaker - every treat is baked to perfection. The interior is super cute and I adored the Golden Girls-themed bathroom (!). There is also a nice outdoor space with plentiful seating to enjoy your baked goods. When I visited, they only offered black coffee. It would have been nice to have an option for milk, but the coffee was solid. (There's also a coffee shop across the street.) The staff member who helped me on my recent visit wasn't super friendly, which differed significantly from my first visit. But overall, this is a splendid bakery that Charlotte is lucky to have!

Anais M.

Yelp
Love the place, very cute and cozy. The sweets are a bit on the overly sweet side, but I can cut them in half and have them for two days. That's just me; my kids love it. They devour the cookies and greatly enjoy the cupcakes . The service was amazing the girl at the counter was very nice and patient with me as a first timer I was overwhelmed by the choices because I wanted to try them all but on a budget that was not possible she help me and gave me the price for everything without making me feel bad or like a aannoines It's my first experience at this place, but I can see it becoming a go-to treat.

Meghan T.

Yelp
Oh how we love The Batchmaker! This small business is doing all the right things. We're never disappointed with their selection of goodies - the Oatmeal Crème Pie and Cookie Butter Cookie. Customer service is 11/10: smiling, friendly faces even when the line is out the door. Adorable, fun decor. We also really enjoy coming for kids' story time held once a month!

Ali P.

Yelp
I Really enjoyed the Batchmaker! Lots of yummy desserts to chooses from. It's a small bakery on Berryhill Rd and kind of tucked in there. But it does have parking and quick service! Everything we tried was delicious! I had the cinnamon roll and my husband got the oatmeal cream pie! The desserts were fresh and the size of your face. Definitely worth it!

Jess B.

Yelp
One of the best bakeries in Charlotte!! The owner & her staff are the sweetest. It's so great to see the ongoing conversations they have to make the business even better. S'mores is hands down one of my favorite flavors & the brownie here is a ten out of ten. Love that the case items rotate & you always can try something new. I love their theming since I watch Golden Girls literally every night. But the only thing I'd change is location, if I could pick up the shop & move it out of Station West I would. I'd love to see their success grow with more foot traffic.

David D.

Yelp
This is probably one of the best dessert spot in Charlotte. My wife and I love the Oreo truffle cookie. Top 5 cookie ever. All of there cookies are amazing. They also have great brownies too. I have not got anything thing from them that I wouldn't recommend. They do have some wacky time for a dessert shop. They are closed by 12pm on Saturday! So make sure you come early because they sell out normally. Come treat yourself and your family to one of the best dessert bakery in Charlotte!

Ron M.

Yelp
I hate to say how amazing this place is...I don't want the competition! Home made was NEVER this good! Holiday specials are fantastic! I love this place, my waistline tells me "moderation." Everything is FANTASTIC!

Chris L.

Yelp
Easily our family's favorite bakery in Charlotte. The classics are always a strong move - start with an OCP, s'mores brownie and a cookie. But for your next trip, plan ahead and order a cake for a special occasion. Our son's birthday cake drew a ton of "Where'd you get this?" questions this year. The coffee cake has risen up the list of my favorites there. (And the seasonal pumpkin version is a can't miss item.) Their social media keeps you updated on daily variance in the menu, but there's always something good!

Neema B.

Yelp
I have yet to visit in person, but I was recently the recipient of a box of goodies from here. I was so excited because I've been wanting to try for awhile!! I tasted the s'mores brownie, a chocolate puddle cookie and gave hubby a Oreo truffle chocolate chip cookie and oatmeal cream pie cookie. Not only was I excited to see the goodies in the box but I loved them all. The brownies were ama ing. They weigh like 10 lbs each too .. joking but not really. The marshmallow on top was chef's kiss. I still wanna visit in person. I think this is the perfect choice to grab a variety of snacks to take to a party or girls night in, or whatever, really. I plan to try some other options when I visit.

Juliana D.

Yelp
Cutest bakery in Charlotte! I have been wanting to try this for so long but I'm never in the area during the open hours. I finally decided to make a trip over and it was so good! The place is super cute. I love all the floral and pink decor. I got there half an hour before they closed on a Sunday, and they still had a lot of desserts left. I picked a few different pastries to share with my family. My favorite was the cookie butter cookie. I loved the soft texture and it was loaded with cookie butter! The chocolate puddle cookie was also amazing! It tasted like cookie dough. The oatmeal crème pie was the perfect texture and I loved the marshmallow crème filling. The peanut butter brownie was a little too salty for me. I'm a huge fan of peanut butter but I like my desserts sweeter, but the brownie itself was super rich and fudgy! Overall, everything was amazing and I hope to go there again soon and try other amazing desserts!

Mario M.

Yelp
Ah yes, finally. After window shopping on Yelp for years, I was finally in the neighborhood and stopped at The Batchmaker. Upon entering, I found the place very clean and inviting. The only employee behind the counter was welcoming and helpful because it was my first time. I went with what they are known for. Oatmeal Cream Pies, House-made Pop tarts, a coffee cake cake and a Dulce de Leche banana breads. All the pastries were fantastic and I will definitely make it a point to recommend this Latin, Female, owned business to everyone. Delicious!

Miquay H.

Yelp
I'm gifted cookies from here by my boss every now and again, the oatmeal cream pie is my absolute fave. The cookies are huge and I cannot eat one by myself. Give them a shot but check for business hours.

Diana D.

Yelp
Batchmaker has been on my list for ages now... back before Cristina had a store front. I FINALLY had time this weekend to check it out and boy it did not disappoint. So glad that everything was still in stock at 11am on a Saturday.. that was one of my worries! This competes head to head with my other favorite (HBB) and great thing is they are located within a mile of each other. West charlotte is growing for sure and this place will be poppin soon enough. Cute outdoor courtyard! Overall: 4.9/5 When: Saturday 11am Food: 4.9/5 - we got the smores brownie, stroopwaffle brownie, smores cookie, chocolate puddle cookie, and the cookie sandwich. Their baked goods rotate each day! My personal favorite was for sure the smores brownie though... yum that graham cracker crust at the bottom ughhhh delish. Also wish they had their cookie butter brownie that day bc its one of my favs but thats ok. Overall i loooove their stuff and you cant go wrong with anything here!!! Service: 4.9/5 - the worker at the cashier was very sweet and nice and offered recommendations when asked about what we should get. Best thing she did? Asked us if we wanted a middle or corner piece for our brownies!!! Vibes: 4.7/5 - not even sure how to describe the aesthetic in there other than pink cute place to drink tea... haha! Very cute and unique. Definitely not everyone's cup of tea though.. ;) Other: free surface lot. Coffee shop across the courtyard. Courtyard has seating, fire pit, corn hole. Batchmaker has their own outdoor seating too. Check their hours before driving over. Watch your step!!! Suggest the leasing company make the little step outside the shop with a neon yellow or reflective hazard strip instead of black. We tripped ourselves and almost lost all of our goods!! Also saw other people tripping too.. there is no warning strip or anything and the step is so small it is not noticeable until you fall.

Nazhat S.

Yelp
I was excited to try out this bakery after hearing people rave about it. Glad I finally tried it out! I ordered a vintage chocolate birthday cake. Communication with the owner was friendly and she responded quickly. In hindsight, I should've ordered a small because the cake was massive. The cake looked beautiful and I hate to say it, but I thought it tasted just fine. It didn't taste any better than a cake I could've bought at the grocery store, and for the price, I expected something more spectacular. When I picked up the cake, I bought a few pastries from the case: puddle cookie, Elvis cookie, s'more brownie, and Girl Scout cupcake. The brownie was a decadent treat but again, nothing blew me away. Everything looked good but what stood out to me wasn't the flavor but rather the over-the-top sweetness. Obviously, baked goods will be sweet but something has to justify all the sugar. The bakery is really cute and I'd recommend stopping by. Just not for me.

Chelle P.

Yelp
I liked this bakery and the location!! The service was good the lady taking my order was helpful and patient. I ended up getting 4 cookies for a dinner party and that totaled about $20. Now that is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The cookies are a pretty decent shareable size! I got two chocolate chip cookies, one Oreo cookie and one Smores cookie. The Oreo one was my favorite which is weird because I am not an Oreo fan. But the way they made it was so good! It was made out of a chocolate chip cookie base with hints of Oreo pieces and cream! So good! The Smores one was a bit too chocolaty for me, and the regular chocolate chip was pretty good as well! I will definitely be back especially if I need something again for a group event!

Kathryn T.

Yelp
I have 3 words for you: oatmeal cream pie. I don't even like oatmeal cream pies... that is never something I would pick. But after how many people talked it up to me, I knew I had to get it. All I gotta say is... wow. My only complaint is that I wish they had more true "breakfast" pastries since they are only opened morning and early afternoon. (For example, they had Oreo peanut butter banana bread.... I'm sure it was delicious, but that's a lot going on for 10 am on a Saturday). BUT, still so worth it to go and get a box of goodies to eat throughout the weekend. I've also tried their funfetti pre-order cake, and once again... I'm not normally a funfetti girl, but everything they make is just that good.

Sarah K.

Yelp
The cookies travelled for 3 hours in a car and they were still good. I don't know if the cookies/desserts are worth the cost, but they did taste good. It's a nice treat to have once in a while since they're very sugary. I can't add anything more helpful about the cookies or the place that other yelpers have not written about yet, but that the cookies do hold up well even in a warm car. I wasn't greeted with a melted chocolate chip cookie but a sturdy cookie filled with soft chocolate chips.

Meghan F.

Yelp
Love this place so much, and have never had a treat that wasn't fully divine! My absolute favorites are the s'mores brownie and the draft iced latte, which is now a seasonal item. So good!

Tracy H.

Yelp
This place was super cute inside and quaint. There were so many appealing options to choose from. We are very pleased with what we got. Everything was delicious!!! Service was good too.

Sasha L.

Yelp
5 stars - whimsical and photogenic decor, delicious pastries Stopped in on a Friday at around 11am and there was no line and quite a few pastry options to choose from. We were in and out in like 5 minutes. We got the pb&j cookie, s'mores brownie, and oatmeal cream pie. My favorite was the pb&j cookie and my husbands was the oatmeal cream pie. The brownie was good but extremely rich and a bit too underbaked/gooey (I never though that I would say that! But it's true.)

Caroline K.

Yelp
The BEST bakery!! I got a snickerdoodle cupcake and Oreo cookie and WOW. Speechless. So good and so fresh. The employees are so kind and warm and friendly which really made my morning. The establishment itself is absolutely adorable, the best breakfast meetup for a date, friends, family, etc. it is so beautiful inside and has a bunch of great outdoor seating. Highly recommend coming here!!

Megan T.

Yelp
I finally got the chance to try The Batchmaker recently. As a sweet tooth lover, I'm disappointed I waited so long! What I got: Cookie Butter Cookie - this was outstanding, loved the biscoff cookie butter flavor and the chocolate chunks added to it. The cookie was the perfect texture. Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cookie - This was definitely very peanut buttery, almost too much with the big glob of peanut butter in the center. This cookie was also the perfect texture. Strawberry Roll - This would probably be the only thing I would not get again. It was just okay and wasn't as flavorful as the cookies. I also picked up an oreo cheesecake as it's my favorite dessert and they happened to have it. It's currently in my freezer, but I'll update on how well they do cheesecakes. I went early on a Saturday morning and had no wait with excellent service. Definitely looking forward to going back to trying more.

Crystal S.

Yelp
This place is just a slice of heaven! I stopped in after church to get something to hold me over until brunch. I got the most amazing chocolate chip cookie - not overly sweet and super soft. I want to go back to try their signature oatmeal cream cookie. The staff was nice and they have outdoor seating.

Rabia A.

Yelp
We may have over did it with all the goodies! BUT let me just say this is such a cute little bakery! The decor inside is so so cute! We probably got one of everything, maybe more! Everything we tasted is so delish! It's been a couple days since we came here and I still taste the freshness of it all! My mouth is watering and I want more! Highly recommend!

Lindsay W.

Yelp
Cris (the owner) is simply the BEST! She is truly one of the kindest women ever who loves everyone. The treats here are 10/10 always. There's always a great selection and they are so delicious! It is my absolutely favorite bakery. The atmosphere is so welcoming too!

Kimberly G.

Yelp
Everything was so fresh and delightful to taste Looks as if they bake everything in house I have to keep going back as they sell out of a lot of the favorites really fast! Great cute location friendly staff! Get there early that's the Key!! I tried the cookies and brownies both delicious!

Sumukh T.

Yelp
I arrived to The Batchmaker in the afternoon after a long drive. So, upon entering, I immediately needed to use the restroom. The restroom is entirely decorated in The Golden Girls wallpaper, picture frames, etc. Immediately, this is now a place that gets me. I will gladly do the deed with Bea Arthur's judgmental eyes glaring at me. Then I came out and ordered the baked goods -- the s'more brownie, Oreo truffle cookie, Nutella brownie (or something?). I don't know, I don't remember the exact names, who cares, it was absolutely delicious. Staff was very kind. Just amazing baked goods that will now just be essential whenever I may find myself back in the area and would encourage of others to check out who have a sweet tooth and live in or are visiting Charlotte!

Julie S.

Yelp
Update for the new space: it is so cute! Warm and inviting, nice little patio seating available too. Still the best gluten free brownie of my life. There is nothing offered that I wouldn't eat. Be sure to check their Instagram for special order boxes and more!

Darryl L.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the Batchmaker and it will not be my last. I've been salivating over their Instagram page for quite a while and I promised myself that I'd check them out when I had the chance. Well today was that day. When I entered, I was promptly and warmly greeted. Then I saw it... the oatmeal creme pie cookies. I'll admit I had to keep myself from grinning like an idiot. After I placed my order and received the cookie, I noticed that it had a bit of weight to it and was much bigger than I thought. The pictures I took did not do it justice. This cookie was big and hefty. After taking a bite I can honestly say that it was the best dessert item I've tasted in Charlotte. For me it was the pinnacle of sweets. Amazing would be an understatement. But this is in my humble opinion, of course. I cannot recommend this place enough. I look forward to trying other items, but I think I'll get the oatmeal creme cookie a few more times. Check them out, folks. Do it!

Alexandra M.

Yelp
Unique bakery with really yummy options!!!!! Will definitely be back with my family. Originally went to grab a small gift for a friend and left with more items.

Joe M.

Yelp
I am still thinking about the cookies I ate 2 weeks ago...absolutely the best I have had.

Gabrielle Z.

Yelp
Even if they're all sold out of goodies, they're worth the hype alone for their Tres Leches draft coffee. I've been an OG fan of Cris and the Batchmaker since she first started selling goodies out of her house in Huntersville. Now she's on 2.0 of her Batch House bakery and I'm still obsessed. Coming from a resident Batchmaker orderer, the OCPs (Oatmeal Cream Pies) and the S'mores Brownie are MUST gets -- she's absolutely famous for them and you'll understand why when you have a bite yourself. Really any of her brownies are to-die-for because her recipe contains half part chocolate to the rest of the ingredients...so they're ooyey fudgey goodness! On the cookie end, her Puddle Cookies are jam packed with delicious chocolate. And for cake, you cannot go wrong with any slice she offers! Honestly, If I come and she doesn't have what I was looking for I order something else or order what's available because anything and everything she touches is amazing. She does custom orders of her treats and her cakes, so check out her website. I've ordered many custom goodies from her over the years for holidays or just-because. She sells out FAST everyday. So get here first thing in the morning or order ahead for bigger orders. Even if she sells out, it's such a cute place for a cup of coffee.

Lele C.

Yelp
I got the oatmeal cream pie and it was excellent. My son loves cookies and we didn't play around with it The bathroom was sooo cute, it's a Golden Girls shrine, if you will . Super cute. Love the colors and decor. The girl who took my order was a sweetheart too.

Ana H.

Yelp
This place is absolutely delicious! I have tried 6 of their cakes and they do not disappoint. They also squeezed me in on a last-minute cake request, which I appreciated so much!

Tessa M.

Yelp
I had heard about The Batchmaker and her desserts for awhile from friends during quarantine of 2020 and I thought, "man, I wish I had known about her sooner to try the desserts!" Then when I heard she was reopening a store front I knew I had to go to her grand re-opening. I got there early-ish and waited in line for about 45 minutes. Not horrible if you ask me. I've waited in 2 hour lines for food before, so no big deal. Before we get to the dessert, let me start by saying the inside of the new shop was very cute and quaint. Has a cute high tea feel to it from the furniture to the delicate dishes on display behind the counter. The love for the Golden Girls is apparent when you step into the restroom and I am HERE FOR IT Cris (owner and baker) even has a little kitchen for the tiny customers/junior bakers in the making! It's all adorable. Now to the desserts... I got the following: - Apple roll - DELICIOUS! The roll itself wasn't overly sweet which balanced out the sweetness from the frosting. The apples were delicious and still had a nice bite/crunch to them, which I always appreciate. - Oatmeal creme pies - I love a good oatmeal cookie and these were very good. Again, the cookie balanced out the sweetness of the creme which has a subtle marshmallow flavor. - Apple caramel cookie - Also delicious! - Cookie butter cookie - I love cookie butter and this mixed with the chocolate chunks was so good!!! So far, there wasn't anything that wasn't delicious. Another thing I noticed while visiting was the genuine love that Cris has for her work and the customers that support her. Asked vice versa. The customers (new and returning) were so supportive and there was so much love.

Tami S.

Yelp
i like To think of myself as a chocolate chip cookie conisourre an am often disappointed when I buy one- not in the Batchmakers case! Her chocolate puddle cookies are amazing (As is everything else in the case). The shop is cozy and welcoming and in a cool part of Charlotte. I feel hip everytime I venture there from my south Charlotte neighborhood. Totally worth the trip! Don't skip her oatmeal crème pies (ocp). I love that she advocates for other local business and brings attention to ones I'm not familiar with.

Becky S.

Yelp
The Batchmaker knows how to be a friend! From the moment you walk in the door, the aromas, friendly service, and genuine care is evident. I have dreams of the Oreo truffle cookie and the oatmeal pies. Grab a bunch and go back often.

Yelp
The Batch Maker is by far the best bakery in Charlotte. You cannot go wrong with anything here but I truly believe their cookies are the best in the world.

Yelp
My absolute favorite bakery in Charlotte! The desserts are unique. They're always fresh, taste amazing, and I'm never disappointed. My go to bakery when I have visitors in town!

Yelp
Whew, I took way too long to get over here to try the great sweet offerings. I've since been twice and everything is always absolutely amazing! The parking lot is almost always full and there is some construction going on so keep that in mind. There was always plenty to choose from on my visits which were both around lunch time. I've only had cookies so far, mint chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and double chocolate chip and they were all freshly baked, chewy and delicious.

Yelp
Adding some recent photos. The menu changes daily and they have such creative concoctions. Also love the banana bread!

Yelp
The Batch House is so cute! First the ambience and decor are so cute (and pink!) and the staff are friendly. Then the treats! The oatmeal cream pies are a must, we had them as favors at our wedding. There is always a wide variety to choose from cinnamon rolls to pop tarts to brownies. The themed desserts for Harry Potter night and the "butterbeer" draft latte were sooo good.
