This by far has been the best move I’ve ever experienced! I had the pleasure of working with Austin and he was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile to ensure everything worked out smoothly for me during my move! The convenience of this location is perfect and I will recommend to many others! Thanks so much Austin for the ease that you brought to this transition. I’d recommend Austin to anyone looking to find their new apartment home!

Janelle Jones has been nothing short of amazing. Excellent personality, knowledgeable, welcoming and goes the extra mile to ensure effective communication. Always greeted with a smile and remembers your name. When we recently got the new locks I was nervous about the process. She volunteered to walk me through the process and even helped me setup the App. Kindness and efficiency is rare in customer relations today. Thank you Ms. Jones for ensuring that our experience is always top notch.

Janelle was so sweet and helpful, from the moment I walked in asking about the apartments she welcomed me with opened arms. Janelle really knows how to make someone feel like they have hope. Great customer service because of her I will be looking into moving into this community.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with, Janell! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly professional, always quick to respond to my questions, and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Her communication was clear and timely, and she truly made me feel supported throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about your experience. Thank you, Janell, for making this transition so easy – I couldn’t have asked for better service! -Jon

Ending my lease after 2 years... Have mostly loved living here but DO NOT MOVE INTO #6060... It's right below the penthouse clubhouse and is INCREDIBLY loud. There's no such thing as sleeping in on the weekends and even during the week the cleaners start cleaning around 9 a.m. and are very loud with their rolling carts and moving chairs around. The noise in apartment 6060 should make the rent for that particular apartment about 10% less than market rent. Because it far exceeds the standard amount of expected noise for an apartment. In fact, legally, if you record the level of noise with your phone, I imagine it would be grounds to legally be released from a lease. I just didn't know this until about the last 2 months of my lease and decided it wasn't worth the trouble to go through but if I would've known several months ago I would've tried it. Other than the noise in my apartment, have loved living in this beautiful, walkable community! Everything is nearby without the traffic of the city! I'll miss it. Would recommend... Just NOT APARTMENT 6060!!! Lol

Great apartment with even better amenities thus far. I recently moved here for work and had to travel with a Uhaul from over 12 hours away after a night shift just to find out I would arrive past closing and would not be able get my keys but Janelle stayed past closing to wait for my arrival. She goes above and beyond for the residents.

This was my first apartment. I moved in after touring a model unit but got a smaller, different one. Management changed a few months in and started closing previously 24-hour amenities at 10 PM, adding ID requirements for things like pool equipment. I eventually transferred to the unit I originally toured, but had to pay a new deposit, a repeat key fob fee, and was told I’d be charged if I kept the model’s accent wall. My base rent was $1,455, but I was charged over $2,000/month with unexplained fees. I didn’t even own a car but was still charged for parking. I always paid rent early and utilities separately. Maintenance was great, but pest control rarely showed despite being in the lease. Some amenities never worked (like the golf simulator), and now I’m being charged $21K after breaking my lease. Nice complex, but be cautious—get everything in writing.
