My partner and I moved into The Baxter in November with our pup, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartment offers a wonderful atmosphere, and the neighborhood is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet space that’s still close to the energy of the Hollywood strip. The community is diverse, social, and friendly.
Package delivery is secure—I can always trust my packages are well taken care of. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the lobby is a standout feature with its coffee/tea bar. They also provide pastries and fresh fruit most mornings, which is a lovely touch.
While everything has been mostly positive, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The gym, while not fully equipped, has enough to support a decent workout. Additionally, there were some logistical hiccups during move-in, such as unclear communication about the process and disorganization with the parking system (cars in the wrong spots). However, I see these as growing pains of a new luxury building, and they’ve been actively working to address these issues.
Overall, we’re happy here and look forward to seeing how the building continues to improve.
