I love living at The Baxter! The indoor doggy area is a game changer—it’s safe, clean, and perfect for late-night walks without having to leave the building. And Sharia is the absolute best manager. She’s always kind, helpful, and really makes this place feel like home. Couldn’t ask for a better spot for me and my pup!

Living in this property it's hard to believe you're downtown hollywood. It is so quiet clean and safe and the employees are extremely mindful of the tenants. The amenities are top notch, and the gym is the GOAT. I do you like the that there is coffee and tea & water available all day in the lobby, speaking of which the lobby is unlike any of ever seen it makes you feel at home.

The management and leasing team at The Baxter are top notch! I submitted my application and was approved and they were so great sending me videos of the property. I can’t wait to move in and I love it already 😍

Last week I was given a great tour of what they had available by Lucas. I didn't end up applying but felt compelled to say the property seems in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and informative.

My partner and I moved into The Baxter in November with our pup, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartment offers a wonderful atmosphere, and the neighborhood is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet space that’s still close to the energy of the Hollywood strip. The community is diverse, social, and friendly. Package delivery is secure—I can always trust my packages are well taken care of. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and the lobby is a standout feature with its coffee/tea bar. They also provide pastries and fresh fruit most mornings, which is a lovely touch. While everything has been mostly positive, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The gym, while not fully equipped, has enough to support a decent workout. Additionally, there were some logistical hiccups during move-in, such as unclear communication about the process and disorganization with the parking system (cars in the wrong spots). However, I see these as growing pains of a new luxury building, and they’ve been actively working to address these issues. Overall, we’re happy here and look forward to seeing how the building continues to improve.

I’ve lived at The Baxter since August and have nothing but good things to say. Sharia, who sold me my lease, knows me by name, has been helpful and friendly, and addresses the rare issue promptly. There are elegant events on the property every once in a while, a beautiful and quiet rooftop with a view of the hills, and a full gym. There’s also breakfast served in the lobby daily and lovely spaces throughout the building to sit and work or socialize. Unlike other buildings, there aren’t any surprise fees at the end of the month. The residents are all friendly with each other and we often have small parties on the rooftop. It’s a very quiet building, which is rare in this area. The balconies and closets are huge, which makes even the studios feel spacious.

This is a great building, the staff, all of them are super responsive and so respectful and just easy going people. Maintenance is on point and takes care of things very quickly, the grounds are clean, facility is great, mail and packages are easy. It's a great building, my partner and I are loving the choice to move here. My only gripe is getting the EV charger working hasn't been as quickly as I'd like but we have one, which is huge!

Such a great atmosphere, they are seriously committed to cultivating a sense of community in the building and with its sister buildings.
