Let's call it an off night. Except this was the second time here, and the second off night since they opened this location a few months ago. Both times the servers were good, and attempted to placate obvious kitchen errors, but even sending food back, last time due to cold fries and tater tots (when there were only 2 other customers), or this time for two deep fried Bayou Bleu burgers for being raw in the middle. The second time the burgers came back raw again. That's 2 out of 5 burgers. One member of our party decided not to order something else, and didn't eat at all. I had The Ultimate Cure Burger. Two thin patties with a grilled cheese sandwich in the middle. It was tasty. The tater tots and fries.... cold. I've eaten at the French Quarter Bayou Burger before, and me and Babycakes were excited for this one being closer to home. However, not like this. I don't know if I'll be wasting money here again unless they get their act together here. Otherwise, it will be another New Orleans restaurant casualty.

The food wasn't bad. Just a very aloof server. I would have given this place five stars, if it wasn't for the slow service. If they were super busy, I would understand. But there was only three people having lunch. No sense of urgency. Who brings the french fries out five minutes after the meal has been presented? It seems like he forgot that I had ordered fries and had to remind him.

Just the beginning to a great lunch from them with the hotNspicy burger an fries. I was well pleased with the service an food altogether. I will most definitely make this a regular for me and my friends. Also mr.Andy was tremendous at serving us thanks again!

When will I learn? I like the spot but with each visit I leave disappointed, but I keep giving them a chance. On one visit there's no Sunday Ticket, and sliders (after having me wait 10 minutes), then the food comes out cold. How are you a burger joint with no sliders, and a sports bar with no Sunday Ticket? The next visit still no Sunday ticket, but they had sliders My latest visit they can't cook hot dogs, and it takes 5 minutes to tell me. Don't misunderstand me, the food is great when they have it, but lately they haven't.

Not sure how I feel about this location. Bourbon street location is waaay better so far in food quality. The atmosphere at magazine st is more spacious and less congested. I ordered the rodeo burger (cowboy burger) and when it came i was less than pleased. The bun was burnt. Not toasty burned but black BURNT. the top and bottom and they look like someone sucked the fun out of them!😒 The fries were luke warm and some were soggy. NEVER has this been an issue at the bourbon st location. Our server was fine, she went into the kitchen and got me new buns 😂. So I switched the buns out. The actual meat was seasoned well, just the grilled onions were scarce. 😭 I just couldn't win here. I'll give them a second chance one day but for now I'll patronize the French Quarter location. Fingers crossed it'll be better in the future.

In a town of culinary excellence, the worst burger ever. The "twin thin burger patties" we're charcoal burnt black, the multi grain bun was as hard as cardboard and "extra" avocado was like rubber. Didn't think that I would even have anything to say about service since I was ordering for take out, but that too was horrible. Had to stand by the door for 5 minutes - despite the fact there was less than 4 customers in the whole restaurant - before a manager told me to go order at the bar. Then it was a just another short 28 minutes to deliver my $15 burnt, cardboard burger.

Horrible experience. Was viewing the Cavs VS Pacers game with my son, well the 1st 5mins. Keep in mind we were the only 2 patrons in there at the time. Another guest arrives whose obviously a Hockey fan. The manager turns the NBA game off the big screen and replaces it with the hockey game. Explaining this simple BS to my son was just that some BS. I expressed my dissatisfaction and kindly exited...... My last time visiting Bayou Burger....
