The Best Coffee Shops In Paris - Paris - The Infatuation

"If you’re up early and want to see Paris wake up from the top of Montmartre, Beans on Fire is your spot. This two-level spot opens at 8am and is a good place to chill out after walking up the many hills to the Sacre Coeur. They offer pastries, but people are here for the cappuccinos and flat whites. Sit by the window, and watch tourists take photos outside (the mini mart on the corner is from Amélie) as you sip your café allongé or chai latte. You can also head to the basement to exploit the wifi." - tanisha townsend

Very lovely cafe with amazing terrace! You can enjoy sun (or shade), light wind and nice coffee 🤍 I got a cappuccino, very good one. My partner got filter coffee Geisha and we were quite disappointed, it didn’t taste that good… As well we tried lemon cake, which was delicious and remind me an Easter cake 😅 Recommend for nice coffee and conversations or if you want just to read a book! Neighbourhood is very interesting, and this cafe located next to small park, where you can take a walk afterwards P.S. if you’re lover of v60, they don’t have it 🥲

Across the street from a lovely park is The Beans on Fire! Despite the construction across the street, the ambiance was peaceful and you could tell how well loved this shop is. By 8:25 am it’s filled with friendly families and neighbors! A wonderful way to start your day. I ordered a cappuccino and a feta roll! The feta roll was surprisingly sweet. Would recommend! And the coffee was standard. You order at the till and the barista makes it right away. And yes they speak English. Would recommend coming here for a gentle start to your morning, drinking some coffee, reading a book, and finishing with a stroll through the park across the street.

One day Parisian

Friendly staff and a cozy environment! Good coffee indeed!

I have looked for good coffee beans in Paris for long time. My friend recommended me The Beans On Fire and push me to try it. It turns out really good. I come here for twice and try two different beans for my filter, one is Guatemala and one is Colombie. Both are wonderful for morning coffee. I deduct one point for no indoor seat 🙃 The winter could be cold in Paris...

Google
By all means , honestly the best place to have coffee, not only the coffee is unbelievably good, but the staff are so nice and welcoming, it was my first time going , and just the vibe hits different you have dome tables and some benches, and even if you don't know the person next to you, you sure know that you share a passion for coffee. Words couldn't describe how amazing my experience was (i went in for one coffee and ended up having two cause i want to taste more, i ll be coming here more often that i promise you).

Google
Delicious coffee. It was nutty and good intensity. On my Second day in Paris, I tried another highly rated cafe. Unfortunately, after having The Beans on Fire, it was disappointing, the milk was overpowering. I would most certainly come back here again when I'm back!

A small Cure café close to the park. Had some small breakfast with a Feta roll and a cuppociono which was fantastic

Google
Great chill specialty coffee spot - enjoy the free open space (which is rare in Paris) amongst fellow coffee lovers, créatives, locals, cute doggies...

Yelp
I can be quite the francophile in general, and have no problem admitting the things I think are generally done better on the continent. One of those things is decidedly NOT coffee, however, as I tend to miss my standard and traditional (for me) large hot black coffee every morning on vacation, when an espresso-sized serving (or a Cafe Americano) just won't do (not to mention their dark roast obsession, but I digress...). This little hipster shop in our neighborhood was thus a key find for me--tres Brooklyn, on peut dire. Pourovers and full cups of coffee, but with superior French pastries? Sign me up! There was a snafu with my credit card where I was billed twice one day, but I was able to resolve kindly after my trip thanks to their understanding and my mediocre French!

Yelp
We stumbled upon this cafe and we were not disappointed! I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere! There were very kind to foreign friendly! I got an espresso and my friend got a latte. The server had some skills and seemed very knowledgeable on coffee. Overall cute little spot. Would recommend for a quick pick me up!

Yelp
Gives tourists glass cups and coffee tastes bad. go to any other place. cute for a picture. barista was kind but vibes are off.

Yelp
This coffee is stale with no complexity at all. It's really BAD. Don't waste your money!.

Yelp
What a life saver Beans on Fire is!! I love the cuisine in Paris, but finding an excellent cup of coffee is so hard! So when I found them, I ordered 2 flat whites just for myself! The staff are great! Friendly, helpful and really into their coffee. When I go back, I will definitely have my morning caffeine rush here!

Yelp
I found this cafe by chance on my way to Atelier des Lumieres, and only 6 minutes from where I was staying. It's hard to find a good flatwhite in Paris but The Beans on Fire didn't disappoint. The staff are pleasant and skilful I only wish I could find more places like this when visiting Paris.

Yelp
So, boohoo, we left our cute AirBNB in Montmartre, where we were a stone's throw away from South Pigalle, where we hung out at our favourite coffee place of this trip, KB. But fortune was smiling upon us. On the weekends, KB takes over a cafe that was only a block or two away from our new AirBNB near Bastille. The Beans on Fire looks pretty cool, in any case, and has good ratings here on Yelp... But serving up our favourite coffee and sweets by KB: from boohoo to woohoo! On our last morning in Paris, we hung out here at a table outside. There's a pretty park nearby too. We watched a large flock of cute five-year-olds (that's my guess) walking along holding hands. Adorable.

Yelp
We found this gem the day before our visit ended. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The teas are delicious and they have wonderful options for children as well. Located directly across from a wonderful park.

Yelp
The lemon basil curd filled doughnut with white chocolate frosting was amazing! Amanda Scott, doughnut all-star, makes an authentic doughnut that is worth the hike to the 11th. A petit crème made the perfect sidecar. The café is situated across the street from a great park for kids-- so all in all, this is a family-friendly stop.

Yelp
Seriously good coffee! They always have great cakes, too. Hard to get a seat inside at the weekends since it's pretty popular. It's away from the main road so sitting outside is very pleasant when the weather is good.

Yelp
Really, truly excellent coffee from beans that are roasted on site. Friendly and professional waitstaff. Wonderful baked goods and an overall lovely vibe. Tables outside that overlook a lively park, and they always seem to be in the sun. I have been to so many of the trendy new coffee places, but this one is the one I prefer.
