Blink and you might miss it - this tiny little coffee spot in Charleston is a perfect spot to grab your morning (or anytime, really) cup of joe. Rick, one of the owners of the shop, served us and told us all about the preparations of the different coffees - they really know they stuff here, and the dedication to quality and details of the craft really shines through in the product!

Good coffee and good donuts! Nice employees. Love the name too. Will visit when in the area again.

Superb!!! Sweet little place with great big BIG flavor! Today’s omelette was perfection on a plate and the apple, beets, carrot, celery juice was a great way to start the day!

AMAZING coffee, relaxed and fun atmosphere, super friendly owners and employees! My husband and I are regulars, and love all the different coffee creations they come up with. Would recommend to anyone local or visiting for a delicious and local treat! They also offer almond and soy milk, which makes my heart happy. :)

Read reviews that said the coffee pricing is great, but I got a large brewed coffee and I'm pretty sure it was over $3.00, closer to $3.25. The coffee didn't wow me, but it wasn't bad. The location was great for where we were staying and the cute dog gives them more points in my book. I wish them well in this competitive market.

Very good coffee! I've had the Hipster Mocha and the Camel Mustache. I'm from out of town on a job for 5 months and none of the Starbucks served the strength I was used to on the west coast. It forced me to search elsewhere and my search is over with this cafe.

I recently went to the Bearded Cafe for coffee while on vacation and it was so good I went back every day. The Bearded Lady Cappuccino was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend going there while visiting Charleston. Once you have coffee there you will go back again and again.

I was venturing out to try something different from my usual local coffee spot and saw this one, so I gave it a try. While the coffee and service was awesome, I was bummed to find out that the muffins were from Harris Teeter today instead of local. They do however sometimes get them from local bakeries but it depends on costs (and today was not the day) Also, the same with the oatmeal cup that was from Sam's. I totally get the trying to get the best deal and getting from locals can be less expensive, but from a local coffee shop, I'm always for getting all pastries made locally. However, the coffee was spot on. :)
