Katie is not just an esthetician, she’s a therapist, comedian, and friend. She has helped me build confidence in my own skin for years now. She takes phenomenal care of my skin, tailors my treatments to what my skin needs per visit, and is the only person I trust with my brows. She has made thoughtful recommendations for products and crafted a great skincare routine for me. Newly postpartum and I am counting the days til I can go in and get my brows done. Skin care has been one of the only things I do for myself and it kept me sane while my baby needed some extra love in the hospital. It sounds like such a superficial thing but it gave me some peace and continued to deepen my appreciation for Katie. Run, don’t walk.

Katie completely transformed my skin. I first saw her when I was about a year postpartum, my skin was horrible and I was trying all these expensive products that I got “influenced” to buy. Katie’s very first piece of advice to me was to just rinse my face with water. She wasn’t trying to sell me products or overcharge me for treatments, I could tell she genuinely cared about my skin. The signature facial she gave me was incredible and as I started consistently seeing her, we came up with a skin care routine and I’ve never looked back. She continuously caters the facials to me and even makes sure to book extra time in case I want to throw in some extra treatments.. Gau Sha YES PLEASE - my favorite. She also does my brows and I will never let anyone else touch them ever again, she’s amazing!

Katie gave me a beautiful, relaxing, serene facial and neck massage. I entered spa with knots and stress and left an hour later feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Truly the best facial I’ve ever had

In preparation for my wedding later this year, Katie recommended a peel series. Since completing the peels, my skin has never looked better!! I get so many compliments on how glowy and health my skin looks. Her studio is lovely- always clean and well decorated. Katie does absolutely amazing work!! I have seen her five times now, and she’s done beautiful work waxing and tinting my brows. She takes her time and is meticulous!! I first visited Katie back in July 2022. I had been working with a derm for a year and I still felt like my acne was unmanageable. Needless to say, I felt defeated. With my wedding in a few short months (Oct.2022), I needed to try something different. I kept seeing Katie pop up on my Instagram and I decided to give it a shot! In that first appointment, Katie listened and completely dissected my routine and made recommendations based on my goals. She even created a personalized plan from that first appointment up until my wedding to help me achieve my best possible skin. With every month, my skin got clearer. By the time of my wedding, I felt incredible! As Katie always says, acne does not simply go away. Instead, we can only stay on top of it and treat it. I am so lucky to have her in my corner! I had an appointment with Katie for a lash tint & lift and a brow tint - and she did not disappoint! I am obsessed with the outcome and would highly recommend The Beauty Bar to all. The location is clean, well-organized, and I felt super relaxed while Katie worked her magic. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I went to Katie for the first time for a Brazilian a few weeks back - and she was so sweet, and thorough (key to a good wax, in my opinion). But the best part was that she ACTUALLY listened when I mentioned getting ingrown hairs, and after she finished with the wax - she did a mask (which I didn't know existed) and high frequency on my skin - absolute game changer, my skin still feels great. It's amazing to have someone do a wax and actually help correct an issue Instead of just brushing it off as unavoidable, especially on an area of your body where your skin is so often neglected.
