Perfect location, perfect staff, excellent customer service, beautiful and clean rooms. Not sure what else could have been better. It’s an iconic hotel and they lived up to the bill. Will be staying here every time I come to LA

Luxury at its finest ! We loved it, very elegant and iconic. I love the water bottles they give and you can freshly refill. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend and will come back . We definitely felt spoiled !!!

We were traveling through LA for one night and I decide to splurge a little to stay at this iconic hotel. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn’t. ||The Good - It IS Iconic. The lobby and hotel itself are stunning. The rooms are unique and very boutique-vibe, the bathrooms are stunning. Location also is great, close to many things to do. The staff (aside from reception) were so kind. The bellman took the time to walk us through our room and the engineer that had to fix our lights was also very friendly. ||The Bad - Can’t speak for the ground with all the construction (but I did not dock them for this). The room we booked, was not available - sold out. We booked non-refundable, even. We’re told we were given an ‘upgrade’, which to me was not. It was the same room with a King bed and a pull out they were calling a suite. It was supposed to have a terrace which our original room did not, but when I asked them at least for a view, and not of construction that put us in a room WITHOUT a terrace. Stop calling this an upgrade. Our lights didn’t work, so we had to call an engineer to the room to fix them and then they proceeded to host an even outside our room until Midnight. We got very little sleep, it was so loud pretty much ruining the next day we were so tired. We ordered room service as we were out late and wanting to just relax, their menu is very limited and only real options are VERY expensive. Our club was fine, however the cake was still frozen and we couldn’t eat it. Wish they had more options on the menu besides a Seafood Tower and an $100 Steak, its room service not fine dining. And, while I am on a rant about where the hotel fell short, the beds are not great. Cute in appearance but we just came up from the hotel del Coronado where you melted into the bedding, to this which felt more like a normal Hilton. ||I am almost exclusively a Hilton-guest when I travel, and this was very close to one of the worst experiences I’ve had and I will not be staying here again. Save your money and stay at a normal Hilton somewhere else close by.

I recently stayed at The Beverly Hilton and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel blends timeless Hollywood glamour with modern comfort. The lobby is elegant, and the overall ambiance feels upscale without being stuffy. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a great view. What truly stood out was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and eager to help—from the front desk to the valet. The pool area is iconic and relaxing, and the fitness center was clean and well-equipped. I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to Rodeo Drive and other Beverly Hills highlights. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers who want a touch of classic LA luxury.

Exceptional Stay at a Historic Hotel in Beverly Hills I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding historic hotel in Beverly Hills, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms are incredibly spacious, newly renovated, and exude luxury in every detail. The breathtaking views add to the charm, making the stay even more special. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Cleanliness is top-notch throughout the entire hotel, reflecting the high standards maintained here. One of the highlights is the stunning rooftop bar, offering a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Beverly Hills, providing easy access to all the attractions and upscale shopping districts. What sets this hotel apart is its rich historical background, which adds a unique and fascinating touch to the overall experience. Staying here feels like stepping into a piece of history while enjoying modern luxury. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Beverly Hills!

Google
What a great hotel. Not only elegant and spacious but I was blown away with the friendliness of the staff. Lucho greeted us at the door and made us feel like family. Every staff interaction I had after that was simply excellent. Especially difficult since they are beside a construction site AND undergoing some internal renovations as well. Loved this hotel. Hope to stay here again

Google
I’ve always had a soft spot for this hotel. A throwback in some ways to the 1960: glory days in LA in architecture - but with beautiful rooms most with great views and all the comforts of the 21st century. The service has become other worldly. From check in to texting me to see if I need anything to instant turn around on any request from meals to house keeping etc. it was a wonderful experience.

Google
I read the reviews before I arrived and was surprised how bad some were but the experience was poor! 2 days before arrival I emailed to check cost of transport from the airport to hotel? They quoted $275 compared to Uber of $50! However, I was then told the hotel would be on lockdown on arrival day until 4pm! We have been travelling so that was no good for us with 4 cases! After numerous emails the front desk manager ( Julian, who was excellent) arranged for us to drop off our cases and checked us in finally at 3pm. Also, as a diamond member they upgraded us to a superb room! The website says renovations taking place but reviews had informed us of no pool, which is currently a massive hole in the ground and the concierge told us will be two years before completed! The hotel had events on throughout which made everything chaotic! We went to the top floor bar, which was ok but they kept getting our bill wrong! In summary, really disappointed in such a previous world class hotel.

Yelp
The 82nd Golden Globe Awards were held again at the Beverly Hilton - venue to the celebration and recognition of many of Hollywood's most talented. Tonight's event was hosted by Comédienne Nikki Glaser who dubbed it "Ozempic's biggest night" Haha! Amongst the big winners Sunday night 5th January 2025 were: - EMILIA PEREZ - THE BRUTALIST - SHOGUN - CONCLAVE - BABY REINDEER - WICKED - THE SUBSTANCE - I'M STILL HERE Many attractive stars adorned the red carpet on the big night premiering the start of award season. Who did you vote for? Soon we will have the SAG Awards, Critic's & People's Choice, BAFTA, Independent Spirit Awards, and finally the Oscars. Thank you!

Yelp
Checked into the iconic Beverly Hilton hotel for a last minute plan. There is a major renovation in progress at the hotel but that did not negatively impact our experience. I was warmly greeted at at check in reception and my diamond status was acknowledged and appreciated. I was upgraded to an executive suite which had a wrap around terrace and nice sitting area. Thanks Jason - appreciate the gesture ! Our Room was in the Wilshire Tower of the hotel which is the new upgraded tower with remodeled rooms. The hotel and pool areas are immaculate and I had a very relaxing night stay. There was a slight issue and our diamond membership breakfast credits were missed but Albert was very helpful in resolving this for us. This hotel is highly recommended and We will definitely be back !

Yelp
Now I have a house in LA, I do not stay in LA hotels anymore. A little while ago*, my best from Germany invited me for breakfast - and I was once again shocked by both quality and service attention. I had the breakfast sandwich with extra bacon which was the soggiest I have seen in years. I could not touch it. The restaurant manager came to our table and chatted with Mrs. Anders, obviously looking at my plate - and left without caring. Then, the waiter asked if he may clear the table - and shrugged at my comment "Sorry, I could not eat that". I understand and appreciate (a) the Anders family emotional attachment and (b) the way you took care of the family during their stay in a brutal construction zone with a pool area that drove them out of the house, but I other than like years before, where I put all my artists and media guests in your hotel, I can barely recommend a stay in your hotel and, worse, the restaurant, as any of my past experiences were sub-par, to say it politely. * I wrote this the day after my breakfast and sent it to the hotel manager I had met the day before, trying to hear an apology and see what they would do to improve. I used to love this place and used it as my secondary home for months, so I sent it three times. No response - shows how right I was with my opinion that they lost it. So sad.

Yelp
With the vast amount of hotels in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, there isn't many places that are iconic with as much history as "The Beverly Hilton". Ever since its grand opening back in 1955, this has been the prime location for the annual Golden Globe awards, motion picture events, and other major gatherings that bring in well-known stars from around the world. This place is not small as it sits on 9 acres of land. And with it brings 7 total floors with nearly 600 rooms in all sizes. Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, it lies at the intersection of Wilshire Blvd/Santa Monica Blvd. I made my reservation through a travel app roughly 2 weeks prior to coming here. Everything was straightforward and efficient. Check-in time was at 4:00pm and we arrived shortly after during the afternoon of Saturday 7/27/2024. I do want to point out that (during 2024), there is NO self-parking but rather valet only. The flat rate is $65 where they will park your vehicle in the underground parking garage. I also want to mention that this hotel is going through a major renovation and overhaul that eventually will be completed by 2027-28 and right before the 2028 Summer Olympics (that will be held in Los Angeles). This includes a better entrance (as the signs can be a bit confusing for many) and many more upgrades that will eventually take shape in the months and years to come. Check-in process was also quite simple as I gave them my credit card (on file), showed them my ID, and the front desk clerk handed us two key cards. What I particularly like about this hotel is that check-out time is not until 12pm. The bellboy also loaded our luggage and took it up to our room. As far as the room we got, it was a deluxe size complete with a king size bed, dining area w/chairs, 65" TV, mini fridge, closet w/two bathrobes/slippers, charging stations in both night stands, iPad for hotel information, and snacks/drinks/beer/spirits for purchase. Our room also came with a balcony w/lounge chairs and a fairly nice view of the city. The bathroom itself came equipped with several lighting options, glass doors to the shower/toilet, a dispenser that includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, a heavy duty hairdryer, vanity mirror w/lighting, and multiple towels. Going back to the hotel itself, this place is absolutely HUGE. On the ground level, they offer an indoor fitness center complete w/showers, state-of-the-art machines, filtered water, and other amenities. You will also notice a heated pool (named the Oasis) that is on the ground level that offers drink service, multiple lounge chairs, and cabanas. And on the roof level is the exclusive "CIRCA 55 Rooftop Restaurant + Lounge" that offers high-end breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options with amazing panoramic views of the city. In addition to all of these features, this hotel offers themed music nights, corporate events, ballroom dancing, meetings, and even weddings. Our stay was a pleasant one and I fell asleep within minutes on the king-size pillowtop mattress with 1100 thread count sheets. I am not someone that goes to the super high end spectrum when it comes to hotels but I got a very good deal (AAA + government discounts) that I just couldn't pass up. The entire staff (receptionist, valet employees, bellboy, room service, and bar/restaurant employees) were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I definitely will stay here again and can't wait to see how impressive the renovations will be. With that said and done, I am giving "The Beverly Hilton" a respectable and above average four stars.

Yelp
I was there for a company event. Got to lounge by the pool. The room was quiet. This iconic hotel is worth a stay if you never been. If you have an electrical vehicle, they will charge that for you for free. I enjoyed my stay. Nice and cozy. I was in the King Deluxe room. Overall, I had a good experience.

Yelp
Historic hotel original owned by Merv Griffen hosting many epic events. Under renovation but still lovely and nicely set up for the Christmas holiday. Our room had an amazing view. Yes, we will return.

Yelp
I just returned home from a two-night stay at The Beverly Hilton. I brought my daughter for her 22nd birthday and we chose a double deluxe room with a terrace in the Wilshire Tower. Though I was aware the hotel was undergoing construction, I was not prepared. The first room we were given was on the 4th floor overlooking a massive dirt hole facing Santa Monica Boulevard. I couldn't deal with it. I called the front desk and we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor opposite side. This time we were on the roof so there was no view to be had. This was disappointing for by the price you pay and it's definitely not what I anticipated. The positives though... The hotel is nothing short of iconic Beverly Hills. The rooms are well appointed, staff all very friendly, room service is good and you will see celebrities. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the experience.

Yelp
We stay at Hiltons when we can, and this is usually a great place to stay. However, the construction made it less enjoyable: no pool and quite a bit of noise by 8am. Pro tip: do NOT take a room overlooking construction. We fortunately had a view room, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar each night.

Yelp
A classic and classy hotel that is getting over Billion Dollar update. I can't wait to see the results. Sad to see the chic pool area go, but by the description of the gardens and new pool area that will embrace the skyline, I'd love an invite to see the grand reopening. This is a timeless Hilton property that was due for updates. The new rooms should have windows to help with noise from the roads below and insulation from the sun. As it stands I would stay here anytime. I couldn't hear any construction and staff are always attentive and kind. I truly appreciate being treated like my last name is Hilton. I look forward to extended hours from the lobby bar and roof top restaurant. We frequented both and it was so nice to relax. Circa 55 was a delightful experience and Mike took such immaculate care of us. He is truly a diamond in the rough. Thank you to all the staff who took care of our needs. I will always recommend this Hilton as a must stay when in the area. Thank you, Mike, Julie, Murrel (spelling?), front office team: Michael, Albert, Princess and everyone else who made our stay and my Mother's Day weekend special.

Yelp
This hotel is 5 star in every way. Service, from valet to Checkin, to bell hop getting us settled in. Great hotel. Great view from out on the balcony of the LA skyline. Great restaurant on rooftop. Highly recommend.

Yelp
So much history in this hotel! Close to Rodeo Drive and Century City. Parking is costly, but it is a private garage on property. The lobby is huge and has a classy look to it. I was lucky to stay here for a corporate event. My room was a Deluxe King Room with a balcony view of the pool area. Mini-fridge, waterfall shower, and complimentary waters were a great touch. The placement of outlets at the bed-side are very thoughtful and smartly placed. The flat screen TV unfortunately didn't have streaming capability, but it did have access to movies that were currently playing in theaters!

Yelp
Elegant and Classy with spectacular views of Beverly Hills. This was my second visit to the hotel on a business trip and still beyond impressed with the customer service on every level. From the moment I checked in to the valet helping me as I left, every single person was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. I love how the hotel has that old Hollywood meets new Hollywood feel to it. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a balcony to enjoy breakfast out on. Ordered room service a few times while visiting and every time the food arrived hot, delicious with an elegant presentation. I also love all the amenities that this hotel offers and excited for the new ones that they are adding. Can't wait to come back again!

Yelp
Our driver had difficulty finding this hotel as it sits off the main drag. Once you arrive you don't see the hotel name clearly posted either. I was expecting more curb appeal, it's nice yet modest. The lobby did have beautiful fresh flowers and a sense of elegance with the lighting etc. our room was pretty average, disappointing given the name and history. The view was a lot with bulldozers. The toilet terrible, slow barely flushing. Room had outdated feel structurally yet still tasteful and bed comfortable. Had brunch in their Circa 55 poolside restaurant which was a special tasty highlight, nice variety and quality offerings. Pool area beautiful. Just expected more overall.

Yelp
I usually don't rate hotels, until our stay is over, but MARK, a specialist at this exclusive, historic property on Wilshire Boulevard, made sure that everything will be perfect. He was patient, genuinely friendly, and appreciative even though I asked a plethora of questions, to ensure that our first stay at this location will be quite memorable...in a wonderful way! Stay tuned for my Yelp review, after checkout. If the rest of his associates are even close to him, a tough act to follow, I'm positive that we will be staying here for years to come! Thanks for the Red Carpet Treatment Mark!

Yelp
I love everything about this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean and fantastic, the beds are super comfy, and the staff is outstanding. The Circa 55 restaurant on the 8th floor is also awesome.

Yelp
Mango sunrise smoothie. I stopped in for an event and visited the pool cafe for a quick drip. The mango sunrise smoothie is a little grainy but flavor is great. The environment throws you back to old classic Hollywood. I would come enjoy breakfast in the outdoor dinning area all spring and summer long

Yelp
Stayed here on New Years Eve. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has that Old Hollywood glamorous ambiance. The lobby is grand and includes a nice restaurant/lounge. There was music playing and everyone was having such a fun time. The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was perfect and interior was beautifully designed. We really loved the hotel robes and slippers. Very comfortable! The hotel has a nice pool with a restaurant. Nice to have lunch pool side. Hotel also perfectly located near the mall and Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will stay again.

Yelp
I've been coming and going here on and off for years now. But this particular stay really stood out in my mind, and I wanted to share my positive experience. Check in was a breeze. A shout out to Julien at front desk, for a most effective way to keep a customer happy. I was immediately upgraded, since I'm a diamond member. The room I received, is charming and freshly decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and everything was in working order, including the AC. But you all need a heads up on something.... The roads to the property were closed. If you enter from Santa Monica, it's gated and cannot get through. If you enter from Wilshire and Whittier, there's a sign that also read road closed. However, you enter the property from Wilshire, and proceed to the entrance. As of this writing on July 4, 2023, Merv Griffin Way is closed to through traffic. This particular property is special in it's own right. The long-standing history alone will make your jaws drop. The location is ideally close to main attractions in Beverly Hills. It's a short drive to Rodeo and other hot spots in Beverly Hills. This property is clearly a 4 Star resort/hotel, and it's got everything you need. No spa here, you'll have to go to the Waldorf next door for spa services. The gym is spacious, the pool is iconic, and the restaurant is great for breakfast only. Circa 55 needs to improve on lunch and dinner. But mark my word, if you stay at only Hilton owned properties, the Beverly Hilton is one of the nicest you'll stay in. It's worth to stay here, at least once. You'll thank me later.....

Yelp
I stayed here for 3 nights to attend a corporate event. Lovely property, room was clean. For breakfast on the last day, I ordered the avocado toast, which is very good. A huge thanks to Jason and Hayedeh from the concierge team for helping me pick up a colleague's package that was delivered late. Hayedeh made my daughter's day with her hospitality.

Yelp
Great location, clean rooms. Staff are all welcoming and accommodating! Will return. Reasonable price for accommodations.

Yelp
An older but well run Hilton. Arrival: Arrived from LAX by Uber. Efficient doorman opened the car doors and offered assistance with our luggage. Check-in was not swift but not slow. We booked our reservation through Southwest Airlines in order to get some extra Southwest points. There were no problems with getting our room. Room 6229 in the older Oasis section: Typical hotel room. King size bed, TV, mini-refrigerator, small safe, hair drawer.... The hair dryer was glitchy. Also, if you want a coffee maker, you need to ask for one. Bed: Decent king bed with average linens. Lines were clean. Housekeeping: Upon arrival we were greeted by a large piece of dental floss in the entry of our room and dirt and hair in the sink. We left a tip for the housekeeper, and our room was wonderfully serviced the next day. Bathroom: Smaller, older bathroom. Ventilation was sub-standard. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. Service: Employees were attentive and helpful. Forgot a toothbrush on this trip. Called the front desk and asked for one. We were promptly given two quality Oral B toothbrushes with toothpaste and mouthwash. And other encounters with employees were positive. Noise/Sleep experience: very quite hotel with an excellent sleep experience. Value: at $460/night after taxes, the hotel isn't worth the price. But if you need to stay in Beverly Hills for business, it's not a bad price. Internet: The free wifi is not fast. Ran an Nperf test and it measured 30 Mb/s down and 17 Mb/s up. So if you need bandwidth for remote work, the free wifi probably won't suffice. Misc.: We had great difficulty getting an Uber at 6:00 a.m. on the day we departed. We tried for 10 minutes and couldn't get an Uber (at various service levels) to pick us up. Fortunately there are good, old-fashioned cabs available on short notice for this hotel.

Yelp
We had a terrible experience here. The hotel is run down. Hard to find the entrance. Not walkable. My friends were not able to Uber to hotel. Had to take the Uber at the Astoria next door and walk over. So let me elaborate. The hotel is expensive due to the location only. I think it was $500 or more each night we stayed. They gave us a room that was up a flight of stairs with no access for the stroller and luggage and faced the garage. The concierge left us on the first floor and we had to carrier our luggage and baby up a flight of stairs. Each time I left the room with baby and stroller, I had to take him out of the stroller and walk up a flight of stairs. It was ridiculous.

Yelp
Sometimes, you spend $65 and you're annoyed. Sometimes, you're okay with it. And sometimes, you feel like it was the best 65 you ever spent. That's how I feel about my Resort Pass day at the Beverly Hilton. This is what a resort day should be like. Superb service. Gorgeous atmosphere. A huge pool with vintage music playing, tons of lounge chairs in both sun and shade, tons of towels and ice water, and excellent staff waiting on you. The poolside dining is fantastic. I had a tuna sandwich on wheat, fruit salad, and a glass of rose wine. The head server and manager of the pool was an extremely sweet, attentive, and hardworking fellow. I could not have received better service. The pool has lots of Beverly Hilton rafts to lounge on, and they are comfy and easy to get onto. It was soooooo relaxing to just close my eyes and float, arms and legs in the water, listening to tunes and people's voices. A prime Beverly Hills experience. The adjacent bar and restaurant are both absolutely beautiful. You must put on your pool cover-up to go in -- they don't allow bathing suits only, which is fine with me. It keeps the Beverly Hills elegance alive. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Clean and state of the art. The lobby is a fun sitting area, as is the lobby bar. Major fun for people watching. The furnishings and artwork and giant fish tank all add to the elegant old-school beauty of the hotel ground floor. But the Beverly Hilton pool is the clincher for me. Best 65 bucks I've ever spent. And free parking, too! This is one to revisit from time to time. I've always loved Beverly Hills. It's like stepping into a movie. It's nice to be able to dabble in that world now and then, and peek around the edges into that scene.

Yelp
We booked a room with a view looking at the gorgeous Beverly tree lines but they were having a 500 ppl wedding outdoor at night with blasting music/singing starting 8 pm and going until 9:30 ish. We were on 6th floor and it felt like next door. I don't know if this worth staying when you pay $$$$ and just want to relax in the room. Definitely call the front desk to see if there's any event on the day you are staying. The room is beautiful with tall ceiling and a whole side of windows looking out to see the view but hearing that ongoing loud music/singing really killed it.

Yelp
This is an older hotel. This hotel is only getting 4 stars for their incredible service! The other plus is the sleep quality is great, so quiet. We arrived early evening and the hotel was packed! We were greeted by doorman from our Uber. The check-in was a bit slow because there were only 2 people working the counter with many people arriving for a conference. They worked as quickly as they could and answering questions of guests. If you are a Hilton person, make sure to book your stay through Hilton if you want points. I booked my hotel through Southwest Airlines because of the points. I was not able to get Hilton points. Our room was on the Oasis wing. The room was nothing fancy and for the price I paid, it was a bit disappointing. It was the last room on the second floor with no view. But typical nothing fancy hotel room, but it was clean. The room had king size bed, TV, mini fridge, mini safe. The hair dryer had some issues and only worked when cord was half way pulled out. You must request coffee maker at check-in. They were kind enough to ask while checking in. The Cuisinart coffee maker made delicious coffee. The bed was okay. Linens were clean, but not the best quality. But the room was VERY QUIET. If you want a good night sleep with no noise, this is a great hotel. I heard nothing from outside, between the rooms, or in the hallway. Wonderful sleep quality. The bathroom faucets were installed backwards in the sink and tub. You just have to play around to get the water to turn on/off. The water was hot, but the shower pressure was not that good. I ended up enjoying the odd shaped tub though. A good soak is nice. On arrival, I realized that I forgot my toothbrush. I dialed zero and I spoke to a gentleman. I explained that I forgot my toothbrush but had toothpaste. What a wonderful service they brought 2 toothbrushes of good quality and toothpaste and mouthwash. Such service! I wanted to go for a walk and I dialed zero again. The gentleman explained that where I was going was far but doable, until I got to specific section and there would be no sidewalks. He advised that I don't walk and I am glad that I listened and got an Uber. The employees make this hotel, but at almost $500 a night... I cannot justify the quality of the room to the price.

Yelp
I had a terrible experience during my stay at The Beverly Hilton. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the light inside my room by my balcony did not work, the bathroom sink drained extremely slow, leaving dirt and residue behind, the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly as evidenced by old dried urine on the toilet, and the soap dispenser in the shower didn't have body wash in it. All of these things were discovered after I settled into my room. I called the front desk and requested to speak with the front desk manager, several times, but instead of her returning my call, she had the front desk team tell me that maintenance would come and look at the mechanical issues. She then had the housekeeping manager call me back. I had to call the front desk four times before I was able to speak with the front desk manager, Martha, who was very rude and talked over me during our conversation. She had terrible customer service skills, stating that she received my concerns and routed them accordingly. She didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience I was experiencing. Insteaad, she cut me off and spoke over me, and when I asked her if she could rectify the issues that were going on, she told me she would give me a $75 room credit OR switch my hotel room. (Please keep in mind that I had been well settled into my room and was there for a huge event that was being held and hosted in the International Ballroom) I honestly couldn't believe that she was offering $75 credit on a $1000 room stay or for me to switch rooms. I felt like she was discriminating on me because of my ethnicity and didn't want to provide me with the same accommodations that she provides customers of other races. Overall, she left a terrible taste in my mouth of The Beverly Hilton, which I am so disappointed about because I was so excited to stay in such an iconic hotel. I honestly don't plan to return and will spend my hard earn money elsewhere. Martha, The Beverly Hilton front desk manager, needs training on customer service skills and diversity training. As an African American woman, I felt discriminated on and it deeply impacted my stay at the hotel. For her to be aware of the unsanitary conditions in the hotel room and not take accountability nor apologize was disheartening. By the way, the ceiling light was never fixed in the room.

Yelp
Hilton Beverly Hills 6/2-6/3 Checking in this afternoon I found the valet and front office desk staff were very friendly and attentive. We found our room (102) after being directed down the hall and down the stairs. It would have been easier if they gave us a map.. or told us to use the elevator. The directions they gave us, got us lost. Upon entry, our room was very large, with an old fashion feel to it. First odd thing I noticed & didnt like was the distance from the toilet to the toilet roll holder and toilet paper. It is way too far. The next thing, the basin cold water tap when you turn that on the hot water tap starts to leak around the base of the Tap. As a Hilton Honors rewards member The complementary water was not in the room as it has always been in my past experiences and I was too afraid to touch the mini bar drinks after I saw the prices. The shower was not hot. Not sure if that's a California thing... This was a new service for me. Upon arrival I received a text message from the concierge's desk, welcoming us back again. This was my first time here - so I responded with a text that my kids wanted Pizza Hut. Where was the closest one? 26mins later they responded. . In the end, we ordered our own food outside of the hotel, and had it delivered right to a front door I did go to the bar for a quick drink and service was a little slow. I found out that they have a new menu they're incorporating and finding the menu items was a task. so while I was waiting for the bartender to finish with the previous customer, it just seemed to drag on. But he was friendly and I got my two drinks. Thanks Oscar!! The next morning we went to circa 55 and had breakfast. It wasn't until I walked in, I realize they had a breakfast buffet for $35 per person. Otherwise you have a menu you can also choose breakfast items from. Uleses was very friendly and gave us great service. After breakfast, we enjoy the pool and lazed around and had a late check out of 12:20. Overall The room was spacious and clean, but for Beverly Hills standard I would've expected a lot more especially if I'm spending $$$$ for a Cabana poolside room. Last but not least - I was not Expecting the $55/night for parking. I thought that was outrageous and nowhere along the way, was I informed of parking fees. Even self parking was the same price. But what can we do after driving for 5hours, from Vegas. On the flip side , I loved the location of room 102 for the kids - with easy access to the pool and restaurant Overall 3.5/5 stars

Yelp
Today we had lunch at the restaurant in the hotel and Ulisus was a wonderful server. He has a great story of his own that's very inspiring. Twenty five years in the business and has met many celebrities. Very good service and made it a very fun and delightful experience for us. We had the burger on a pretzel bun. Very yummy! Hotel is beautiful and I love all the pink flowers in the lobby.

Yelp
Choosing this hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure that every detail was perfect!

Yelp
By for the worst services I have ever had, it was like I didn't even exist. I first sat at the bar during my 45 minute break from an event that was happening in the ballroom and I couldn't even get a menu for the first 25 minuets. Which is absurd because thats bare minimum a server or bartender should be able to do is drop menus so I can began thinking about what I want to order.. But no she said I had to wait. So I gave them a second chance and came back in the same day but at a later time when it was not so busy. O figured they just don't know how to handle high volumes. I sat at a table this time and no one came to my table for 45 minutes couldn't even pour me a glass of water! I am disgusted that this rooftop even exist in Beverly Hills. Sure the host was apologetic but even she didn't make sure that I was taken care of the second time, it was the same host from when I walked out the first time.

Yelp
I downloaded yelp just to make this review. My family from out of town each booked a room (3 total) for the night for my college graduation, surprising me with this hotel stay for the weekend. The first time they booked the Beverly Hilton, they were not made aware of the "pool renovations". When they went to book another night (mainly to spend a day at the pool), they were then made aware of this BUT that we were allowed to use the pool at a sister hotel next door for the inconvenience, but we weren't allowed to reserve a space until we checked in. Then of course when we check in, the pool next door was "booked all weekend!" Wow great! On top of that, we were woken up at 9AM not only to construction outside but also cleaning crew even though we were booked for another night, the bathtub clogged up when we ran the shower, and the service at the rooftop breakfast being awful. We were pretty frustrated and decided to cancel our next night! Then it gets better. Scrambling to find another place we book our second night at Cameo Beverly Hills instead (Also owned by Hilton), excited for the pool we saw here SO we called to double check that there was space at this pool. We show up to check in and guess what? Their pool is under renovation!!!! To not be offered any sort of discount or better accommodation is crazy, not to mention a disclaimer or warning about these renovations. Safe to say we will not be booking with Hilton any time soon:)

Yelp
Had a great experience at the pool! Our server Merrill was AMAZING! Thank you Merrill! Clean pool, nice sun chairs and helpful staff. Music could be a little better but all in all great time.

Yelp
DON'T STAY HERE. Checked in and they gave me a room that was only good if you want to commit suicide. The most depressing room I have ever seen. This is like a bait and switch. The room they give you should not even be used. It appeared

Yelp
I like this. I'm in a room near the "Whitney room". They have the Byredo bathroom amenities, although in bulk. I had a salmon Caesar at the bar but they gave me chicken and charged me for it anyway...Alonna at the front desk was commendable though. Welcomed me as a Diamond and made me feel welcome. It is nice here.

Yelp
My wife and I love this hotel. Ive traveled to 48 states and 28 countries and this is one of my top5 favorite hotels This hotel still has a 1950's Beverly Hills /Hollywood vibe that is perfect. Poolside rooms and a nice deck around the pool that is just so pleasing The pool and bar staff are wonderful people who take pride in making you feel welcome The hotel lobby is very nice and the rooftop restaurant is great. The views from the rooftop restaurant and bar are incredible and the food is very good We have stayed in this hotel for a week every summer for 10 years (excl Covid year). Will keep going back. Its a gem...but granted its not for everyone

Yelp
We were placed in a water damaged room and had to switch rooms the next day. This exposed us to mold, caused stress, and inconvenience. We were only offered half off that night instead of a refund. Manager was difficult to work with and refused to acknowledge water damage/mold despite the pictures. Also, the hotel is filled with toxic air fresheners which stuck to our clothes and bags even after we left. Air fresheners are proven to be toxic like smoking cigarettes, not to mention they are tacky and are usually used to hide bacteria smell. Balconies need to be more thoroughly cleaned.

Yelp
Stay at this hotel as a hub layover to and from Cabo. Checked in a week ago from this posting for two rooms at $600 a night. One room was completely void of amenity restocking. Room two was OK. Fast forward to the morning and they forgot our breakfast order so we had to call down for it. Needless to say, it was late and pretty much made us late. Upon check out to our final destination, we were literally just given a "sorry" from the front desk clerk and told that she would make it right on our way back through. One week later. Fast forward to this past weekend, and one room wasn't only completely devoid of amenity restocking, AGAIN, but there was hair on the bathroom floor, along with somebody's clipped fingernail on the counter of said room. Also a room service plate cover with some plastic wrap left on the balcony from previous occupant as well. Oh, and the tiny little brown spot left on the toilet. Leads us to believe that these rooms aren't as clean as they're supposed to be either and for the price, they should be top notch! They are not!! Not only cleanliness wise but service wise as well. Each time, there was very little concern or effort to make things right, and we were on the phone with the front desk. Where's the true management or quality control check?? Completely nonexistent every time we roll through. I am told that we are "diamond rewards" members. Just means that I'm giving them way too much money for nothing really. Don't come on here with ANOTHER "sorry you had a bad experience, we will look into it". "Please give us a call." I think we've heard that enough already!! You've had multiple times to make this right. Last year we just let it go, but it was time to start speaking up! Wish more people would. They're trying to skate by on a 5 Star rating when they are anything but!!

Yelp
My husband and I, and sometimes our kids, stay here and always feel larger than life at the hotel & pool. So many interesting people, conversations and just taking in the old school Hollywood feel, charm and customer service brings us back time and time again. The 2 star review today is because we wanted to book in 2 weeks for a 3 night stay yet there was a message "please excuse our dust" I called the front desk and found that the classic original pool is "now defunk" as of 4 months ago. So the "pardon the dust" cannot share this detail? I am a Hilton Diamond and will pursue the lack of transparency to Hilton as well as other travel websites. Just be honest Beverly Hilton. I will not return here after my 20 years of visiting unless their website changes. Deceiving and dishonest - please don't become this

Yelp
I've been coming to this hotel for events and the former trader Vic's restaurant that used to be where the Waldorf Astoria is now located. I came t during the us open golf weekend. Pool is huge and no screaming kids on this afternoon. Pool service available though I didn't order a ton. Staff seem lovely and self parking was pretty easy.

Yelp
The interior of the hotel was very nice. The bartenders were fabulous. The rooms were very dated with no wheelchair accessible ramp to the first floor. The WORST part...we live locally and came there for a nice night out and to be able to sleep in without our kids waking us up. We were awakened to protesters screaming into bullhorns LITERALLY right outside our windows at 7:30am! While we understand you can't control them, you should absolutely be making future guests aware of this when they book so they at least have the option to choose another hotel. Had we known, we would have chose to stay elsewhere as the entire reason we didn't just go home that night was to be able to sleep in.

Yelp
100/10 attentive service! Received a text from Beverly Hilton a day before our departure asking if they could assist us with special requests such as local dining recommendations & reservations. They also checked up on how we're doing through text after our 1st out of 3 nights. The interior of the whole hotel was simple but fancy. Room was also very clean & spacious, with a snack filled tray, & beverage filled fridge! We each received $20 food & beverage credit as a gold member & decided to use it on the snacks & drinks they provided for us since we didn't have time to visit the restaurants or rooftop bar during this stay. You could also easily request housekeeping on the iPad in the room instead of the usual call & wait! It made it so much easier for us to request extra body wash, shampoo, & conditioner! The service was also super fast & they left it in a paper bag hanging outside our room door after knocking. Gym was also really clean with towels, headphones, apple, and water available! Great experience and will definitely be coming back for my next stay in LA!

Yelp
It's a pleasure to be here at the Beverly Hilton. The pool experience is awesome. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated needing more maintenance and attention. (outlets that don't work, remote and tv not working, no coffee machine ...) Whenever I check in, it can be a dramatic experience. Their actions show they do not care that I am a Diamond member and they charged me $150 for my upgrade ... and I still chose to upgrade. They could be a little easier to get along with. I feel like they don't pay attention to our experience they are just doing their job. It's still a nice place to stay once settled in. It's an iconic venue with a lot of interesting history.

Yelp
This is a legendary hotel in Beverly Hills! I have spent a LOT of time here and have some EPIC stories which I can't really divulge publicly but I CAN state that it's a very cool hang and Justin Bieber performed his 2020-2021 concert here and it was CRAY-mazing!! Valet parking is ridiculously expensive and basically the only option unless you want to park on Walden Drive near the famous witch house and hoof it. Get your steps in!!!

Yelp
My family and I stayed here in October and had the best experience. I always worry that hotel staff and guest won't love that small children are staying at the hotel so I get kind of nervous while anticipating looks or comments. But that couldn't have been further from our experience here! Everyone was so kind and helpful! We felt like we belonged there and had such a sweet time as a family. The pool was a favorite for my kids!

Yelp
We are Diamond members, and we had high expectations of the 4-star Beverly Hills Hilton. We even upgraded rooms as a treat to ourselves and picked a "cabana room" by the pool. The room was expensive ... yet so non-classy. The decor, carpeting, drapery and furnishings are 15 to 20 years too old. I can hear condensate dripping inside the ceiling panels. The bathroom is tiny, the tub and sink need to be upgraded. And why is there a Sharp TV on the bathroom wall??!! Why did we pay extra to get such an outdated room???! The pictures on the web are of the Wilshire section, which have much more updated and glamorous rooms. These cabana pool rooms are more like 2-stars and are not worth it!

Yelp
One of the great things about living in hotels is the amount of points you rack up in the process. When it comes time to redeem them, you get all sorts of options that you would never think was possible before. I decided to take a weekend trip to socal, and figured to burn some points at the Beverly Hilton, because why not? Its not like I have ever spent the night in Beverly Hills before (hell, before that, I think I stayed at the Disneyland Pacific Hotel when I was real young, in terms of staying in socal). This place is loaded with history (then again, what hotel in BH isn't?)- and it has a lot of nooks and crannys here as well. I was pleasantly surprised that this place had the option (at the time I stayed) to self park, or valet. I used my points the first visit for a corner room with a balcony, and then my second visit for a suite. The one thing I did notice is that when I checked in, they didn't really care about having hotel status or not (I was a Hilton Diamond member at the time), which I assume makes sense in BH? I am not sure though, since I am not from around the area. That is what really kept me from giving this place 5 stars. The hotel bar is cool, and while I didn't see any celebrities during my stay (was I supposed to, or is that too cliche?), I did enjoy being in the surroundings. My balcony had a nice view of the valet, getting to see the nice cars come and go (and the clientele who drove them). I guess you can say, I spent most of my time people watching. As for the rooms, they seemed kind of dated, but they were clean and comfortable. I can see this place having a lot of parties for sure! Anywho, it was nice to be able I said that I have stayed here. With the options out there these days and my limited availability to travel these days, I may check out some other places around, but if you haven't been here and got some points to burn, I mean, why not?
