Everything was beautiful and delicious, from the music, view, the family that welcomed me to the incredible array of gastronomic delights. I was immediately drawn to the wooden fence and the green vertical living fence of San Pedro catus. The balanced barrel water fountain, the tomatoes from black to yellow with every red between, drooping in clusters, rounds, tears and romas, the veritable collection of chili peppers, the paths and places...
I never would have chosen something called a miso deviled egg- but these lovely decadent explosions of Serrano, micro greens and spices impeccably placed in the egg whites over smears of cilantro pesto was completely innovative and sublime.
Pegasus Farm foraged selection of greens lit up my palate and my mind. I felt like parts of me were getting essential phytonutrients they’d been missing and my chakras were blowing open. The rutabaga soup with garlic crumbles warmer and wild mushroom entree faux gras took me to a sated state while maintaining a light vibrant and lustrous sensation throughout. The fireside conversation was a beautiful finish to a perfect day. I decided I could come back another time for the alchemical dinner coffee and dessert menu that tantalized me even when I was so perfectly satisfied. Thank you Daniel and Janelle, thank you Steve 🙏, Luis, Cameron, Markus and even Ross although I am impressed with Musk and Tesla- btw, you can charge while dining.
