The Big Cheese Food Truck

Wow! Is all I can say! We hired the Big Cheese truck for our daughters grad party and it was so tasty! They were on time and even stayed later! Thanks Joe! You were truly a hit in more ways than 1 I highly recommend ❤️ Great food, friendly staff, prompt!!!

I have seen this food truck at several events but tried to for the first time yesterday. It was absolutely amazing and I would pay double for the quality. The bread was so delicious, thick, soft inside with a crispy outside. Seasoned perfectly! I had the big cheese which was Mac n cheese and several other cheeses inside. It was exceptional, and I was thoroughly pressed. Also, I love that they have vegetarian options and had no problem accommodating for the person I was with. The creativity and quality is A+++ Thank you!!!

The Big Cheese Food Truck came to McKinley Elementary School to honor the staff for Teacher Appreciation Day. The food was wonderful. While it took some time to get all of the 65 orders that they did on that day it was worth the wait. The sandwiches were innovative and fun. The prices were fair for the food that you got! I will make it a point to follow their schedule and eat there often!!! My son is hoping that they make it downtown to Perry Square all summer!!!

This place is amazing! We came to visit family during Waterford days all the way from Canada and now every time we’re in town we go out of our way find the Big Cheese to get a sandwich. Tonight in Erie we had another incredible meal. They always give you the courtesy of letting you know how long the wait is and their quality never waivers. Tonight they were busy (always a really good sign) and still had their quality and customer service on point. If you’re in Erie … do yourself a favour and try the best grilled cheese you’ll ever eat! Important to add all that cheese and still somehow not greasy. Can’t wait for our next sandwich when we’re back in town!

Caught The Big Cheese again today out of the corner of my eye at Meadville PAs Thunder in the City. I immediately did what any rational person would do and RIPPED the E brake and power slid into the closest parking spot to grab two sandwiches. The people were great, the food was even better, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you want the best, look no further. They’ve earned their name ten times over.

My first experience with this place was a bit disappointing since I had been so excited to go initially. I went with my sibling and other relatives and the main guy taking our orders was a bit rude and impatient even though we were the only ones in line ordering at the time. We simply asked a few questions, I asked if we were able to get the meat on one grilled cheese on the side since my sibling doesnt eat meat (also didnt know if it was an option in the first place), and he said “I dont care what you do, I mean we can put it on the side, on one half, whatever”. I was a bit discouraged after that response as well as a few others. • After we got our food I was a bit more disappointed of the quality of the sandwich (mind you these are 11$ each). The bread was soggy and greasy and not crispy like you’d expect a grilled sandwich to be. If you’re someone who values taste as much as I do you would also like to know that most of the cheese flavor was blocked out by the other toppings on the grilled cheese rather than each thing standing out, which also took away from the experience. • Maybe I’ll have to try this place out again, but for the price and quality of customer service, I was definitely not impressed.

Tried the food out at the PumpkinFest. We were not disappointed. Family got all different items and everything was made to order and delicious. Homemade bread with non traditional toppings made for great combos. Thanks guys!

It was absolutely delicious! The bread was so amazingly fresh and the buffalo chicken and flaming pickle grilled cheese was to die for ! Best grilled cheese I’ve ever had in my life !
