The food is great, the Big Egg people are great. Yes, there's a line--and those waiting (most of them regulars) think it's worth it. I did meet someone who didn't like waiting; but before he huffed off, he confessed to preferring the speed of hard-boiled eggs from the fridge, and the flavor and economy of filtering yesterday's coffee grounds through washer-ready underpants. Well, patience and palate do vary; but for those of us whose pleasures are not clinically categorized as "special," the Big Egg offers a range of excellent breakfast options.
