Where to Eat in Cornwall, UK | Bon Appétit

"Set in a field of wildflowers, The Big Green Shed feels like a hole‑in‑the‑wall perfect for an intermezzo while exploring; there's indoor seating for rain but the widely spaced picnic tables in the garden are where you want to be. The vibe is super casual with an all‑day breakfast menu and rotating lunch specials that lean eclectic — gluten‑free pancakes with savory yogurt and berries, crispy eggplant bao buns, and shakshuka with Halloumi among the highlights." - ByChris Morocco

Everything here is perfect! The staff were lovely and friendly, the food is perfect, the atmosphere is totally chill! The pancakes are particularly amazing (both kinds) and the berry ones make a glorious breakfast dessert! The chips are also the best chips I’ve ever had! Super dog friendly too! And they don’t charge extra for oat milk woohoo!!

Have been frequenting this gem of a cafe for some time for teas ,especially Earl Grey and Rooibos Tea ,the quality of which and service second to none . We decided to try their Sunday Roast, one of our better decisions ,it was absolutely amazing, or to be modern, banging. It should be noted that the sevice is brilliant leading to a lovely ambience. We wish them well.

A lovely place to have coffee and food. The menu was small but thoughtful, food cooked perfectly with some interesting twists (Shakshuka instead of plain old tinned tomatoes). Staff were amazing and attentive, try and get here if you can 😊

On holiday in the area, what a fab place to find, Sunday lunch was amazing, beef brisket with roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and vegetables. Pudding bannana bread and toffee sauce. For the price, amazing value, friendly service, so good booked again for our second week!! Well deserved good review. Loved it.

A little tucked away gem! So glad we fell upon this place after our dog walk, as is now our favourite place for breakfast. Their food is fresh, flavoursome and blimin' delicious. Highly recommend pancakes or breakfast burrito (and sausage for the dog!). We will be back to try their roast soon which I have no doubt will be spectacular 🤤 Thank you guys, keep up the great work and amazing tastes 😍

Such a hidden gem! Friendly people and lovely breakfast and coffee. Would definitely come back for their lunch menus. Very pretty wild flower next to the cafe & also lovely nursery with amazing succulents collection. Plenty parking space.

Set in a lovely location, back from the road, with plenty of parking and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and the café is clean and nicely decorated. The food it's was freshly cooked from good quality ingredients and tasted great! My waitress was lovely and checked on me during my meal to see if I needed anything. I was travelling alone but didn't feel uncomfortable doing so there. I would highly recommend. Dogs are also welcome and there's plenty of outside seating with shaded areas available.
