Had an incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. Great location too, all the shopping and food destinations were within a short walking distance. Can’t wait to come back!

Still a lovely hotel in a great location. Was surprised to see how much one hotel could change in 16months and not for the better. (is it because no longer under Hilton management)|Booked with Amex as before but this time, no room welcome and gift, cocktail lounge had become ordinary, and with the kitchen being closed for an undisclosed reason breakfast became a joke. (cold pouched eggs, cold pancakes and bacon served on three separate plates. |Door staff and restaurant staff still great.|There are better places for next time

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Spot for a Quick Coffee Meeting ☕✨ This hotel has become one of my go-to spots for quick coffee meetings, and for good reason. The setup is absolutely lovely, with plenty of spacious seating areas scattered across different spots, each offering a unique vibe. 🛋️🌟 Whether you’re looking for a cozy corner for privacy or a more open space to enjoy the atmosphere, this place has it all. It’s easy to have a focused conversation while still enjoying the elegant surroundings. The coffee is always great, and the drink selection offers something for everyone. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, making sure your experience is seamless. If you’re in need of a comfortable and stylish spot for a casual meeting or just a quick catch-up over drinks, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Highly recommend! 👌✨

The Biltmore was OUTSTANDING! From the Staff, the Food, the Room...5 star in every way. We had a beautiful King Deluxe room, the bed was ok in comfort but not bad. Everything else was 5 star. We had cocktails and food at the Pine Bar - EXCELLENT. We had dinner at Grill 88 - EXCELLENT. We had breakfast almost every morning at the restaurant- EXCELLENT. We had an afternoon Tea - EXCELLENT. I can't say enough about how great this hotel is. We were treated like we were special. Thank you to all. Peter the doorman, Sneha and the Sommelier, I can't remember her name and all the rest whom I don't remember names specifically. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

We recently stayed at the Biltmore Mayfair for our anniversary, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype, especially compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at in London. The service was just okay—not bad, but definitely not great. The biggest letdown was the in-room dining. The food was so disappointing that we had to send it back and ask them to redo it. Even then, it was nothing special; we’ve had way better meals at local pubs. Another issue was having to access the reception via stairs. There was no one around to help with our luggage, which made things a bit of a hassle. For a 5-star hotel, we expected more attention to detail. Overall, it was a pretty average experience. Nothing terrible, but not worth coming back for either.

Warm welcome upon arrival and check in was pleasant.||Room clean, bed comfortable.||Part of the sink tap was broken in the bathroom - sink did not drain.||Room was not very well soundproofed so we could hear the person next door coughing and playing their television very loudly after 12 midnight. We could hear the bins being emptied early in the mornings too. We didn’t sleep well because of this. ||Turndown service very good , yet perhaps this should be carried out from 6pm onwards , not at 4.30 pm which is what we experienced. This is common practice at many hotels by the cleaning staff to make you refuse the request.||Location of the hotel is very convenient for most Mayfair restaurants.

I got a chance to have a drink in the pine bar of the hotel, they provide exceptional service. The bar has an elegant art deco and refined atmosphere. The cocktails are amazing, they do have selection of snacks , overall the pine bar is recommended for those seeking a luxurious and inviting environment in London.

A very disappointing brunch at Cafe Biltmore. I’ve been a few times for brunch and it’s been fine. Unfortunately, the only positive about this visit was my excellent waitress! |I booked a table a few months previously and asked at the time if turkey was served on the Sunday brunch I had booked. I was informed that it was - so fine. When I arrived I found that there was no turkey available over the weekend. No Christmas pudding. In fact, nothing festive whatsoever. Champagne top-ups were supposed to be for 90 minutes but no refills materialised after 70 minutes!|I lacklustre visit as I always book a turkey lunch over the festive period. For a 5 star hotel this is extremely disappointing. |So, overall, poor organisation and an extremely underwhelming visit. It’ll just have to be Wetherspoons for my turkey dinner this year. Can’t go wrong there!

This review is only for the bar at the Biltmore. We stopped in here for a drink and some light snacks for the evening. It was very cozy and warm as they had a fire going. Laid back seating arrangements with couches and small tables available. We got order of their chicken wings and gyozas. The food was great and just enough portion sizes for you to share with someone else. Service was good and our drinks were delicious as well.

Dates of stay: September 4 - September 9, 2022 Room: 717 London was the first stop on our honeymoon and I'm so glad that we made The Biltmore Mayfair our home for five days as it was fantastic. We weren't able to check in when we arrived, which we expected, so we stashed luggage and wandered London in a zombie state for a bit as we had been up for about 24 hours due to the time change and overnight flight. When we returned, the room wasn't quite ready but we made ourselves comfortable in the lobby and were given tea and coffee (who does that!?) until the room was ready. We had been saving Hilton points for a while to snag this room so I was pleasantly surprised to see that we were upgraded to the Junior Suite. Between staying five nights and using points, I thought for sure they would tell us to kick rocks and left us in a regular King room! (We stayed less time in Paris after leaving London, paid for the room, and received no upgrade.) Shortly after getting into the room, staff brought up a delicious chocolate cake for us to enjoy as a Congratulations gesture. So thoughtful and delicious! The room was furnished well and had lots of great features, from plentiful USB ports to the easy to use HDMI port under the television, the wonderful rainfall shower, and even a bidet. The hotel also offers turndown service--you don't see that every day!--though we generally weren't around to avail ourselves of it. Diamond members get free breakfast, which was wonderful, and more generous than required outside of the US. The large selection makes it a great savings if you're staying for a few days. Service was wonderful, I can't say enough about the staff, though I wish they wore name tags so I could thank some of them by name here!

Afternoon Tea ONLY - we were not guests I'll start by saying afternoon tea is not my thing. So I got a straightforward mint tea that was fine. They had a good variety of options. For food, we started with some surprisingly good scones and jam. Three different types of jam and well cooked scones. We then got the sandwiches and all were good - very standard options. Turkey cranberry, lox, cucumber, and something else. The Lox was the best and we asked for more lox. Desserts were far too sweet and the worst part of the experience. It was also weird after desserts came they said let them know when we're done but then they totally disappeared. Couldn't close out. Also, it was so weird, the couple next to us spent the whole time complaining that during their dinner they could hear the kitchen. It was so ridiculous and like how spoiled/judgmental/elitist/whatever. It's a restaurant, no shit you might hear the kitchen. I dunno, it left me thinking this just isn't the place for me.

It is often said ALL Good Things Must.... So as I review on the last night of our eight days of bliss at the NEW Biltmore Mayfair located at 44 Grosvenor Square & compare it to over 20 stays in the enchanting city of London at various luxury hotels, the Biltmore, it's staff and surroundings are the pièce de résistance in every category! As one arrives into the private driveway we are greeted by gentlemen in bowler hats who welcome & get to know you with warmth & English charm. There is one tall, strapping, young man who is a natural conversationalist & having a perfect English accent sets him apart from the diverse & cosmopolitan staff which is the essence of London carried into the Biltmore. Just off the main entrance is the Terrace cafe which has live cocooning gardens that are also the backdrop to the indoor/outdoor vibe & casual comfortable seating at breakfast or the afternoon, which is when we saw first hand the level of exceptional service. The staff are discretely preemptive & the level of perfection is absolute. One can see table linens receiving the final press during slow times and again the warm greetings of one and all as you enter any space which seems to be the mantra. The staffing is abundant & abundantly helpful & courteous. "Hip hip hooray" Manners - are alive & well at the Biltmore. At the elegant marble clad lobby are the professional reception staff who are so proud of the property they represent & rightfully so. From the silver leaf ceiling to the bespoke chandelier & flowers every detail of the lobby announces LUX! Now if you can only have the will power to walk past the lobby Pine Bar which is simply fantastic. So we were one the first guests on our first night there and we knew it was a soft opening. We ordered the unusual "Penny Lane." Always one to try new exotic cocktails this one was by far most original (won't give away the uniqueness) but do try it! So it has became my favorite though I did try a few others during our stay. That night since our burger was not prepared at the requested temperature we were comped our entire order, which was not only unexpected but was the above and beyond treatment which we got at every step... The chips/French fries were phenomenal - best I've had! Graciously, we got to try a desert which wasn't even ordered - above & beyond!! The next night the speakeasy was in full swing and the staff were in smoking jackets, ascots & waxed mustaches now you see why it's difficult to make it upto your room without the indulgences...of a nightcap or two!! Never having to wait for an elevator you get to the rotunda foyer on the 7th floor. Spacious and elegant the designer excellence prevails throughout from the neutral wood grain flooring to the elegant entry doors. Our room was not overtly modern but transitional in style, so it will remain timeless. Soft grey tones, a cozy banquette, chevron wood floors with ample storage space & full length mirrors in the entry & sliding bath door shows the level of detail & functionality in the decor. Cove ceilings and millwork complete the look of room #701. The beautiful bath with frameless walk-in shower door grey & white marble tones throughout is perfection with ample storage. The Toto washlet will compel you to install one at your home. All the housekeeping is on point. Having all ones items organized perfectly twice during daily service & turndown is very detailed. All the ambient lighting is on at night & waters are generously replenished & the bed is comfy. We received chocolates, jellies, cookies & lemon cake twice during our stay from management with hand written notes. Room service indulged our every request for clotted cream, extra crispy bacon, toasted English muffins, smoked salmon & cream cheese though not specifically itemized. "Certainly Madam" was always the response. The location is bar none the best. There are two entrance that can have you on Bond Street or South Audley or Molten Street for the finest designer shops without frenetic crowds, art galleries, cafes and restaurants are top notch. The lobby entrance/exit can have you on Piccadilly for shows & nightlife. Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square all very walkable while exploring through charming by-lanes, mews & arcades a discovery awaits around every corner... Try & find Shepherds Market, very close by... Though the view from our room was blue & sometimes gray skies the location made up for the lack of London views. One last tip Jason the concierge recommended the amazing hair salon around the corner. Jo Hansford will make you Posh because Shabby & Mayfair just aren't synonymous, that's all that I can say.

Excellent afternoon tea experience. The lobby has just been renovated and is very comfortable and tasteful. The menu was traditional with some personality and the service could not have been better.
