My family and I went for dinner to “The bird” and the food was amazing. We ordered:
- The Crab roll, brioche bun, homemade mayonnaise, wild crab meat, crunchy salad
- The Gambas' Bao, bao bread, mixed prawns, garlic mayonnaise, ginger
- The Pulled farm raised pork from Aveyron, slow cooked 12 hours BBQ style "house specialty"
- The Bird burger, beef steak, Cévennes goat's cheese sauce, crispy bacon and onion confit
- The Whole French duck breast, roasted with honey, ginger, balsamic
Everything was great, also the waiters were nice. I definitely recommend this place if you are in Nimes and you want to eat homemade dishes.
