The 22 Best Restaurants In Maui 2024

"At Hotel Wailea, you’ll find a lobby bar where literal lovebirds come to roost around sunset. So if you’re not feeling the romance, this is probably where your supervillain origin story begins. There are references to birds everywhere, including the two-tops with velvet upholstered chairs in turquoise and pink, the color of the lovebirds’ feathers. The cocktails follow suit, with names like the Crane of Happiness, which has whisky, rye, yuzu liqueur, and jaboticaba, or a lovely zero-proof spritz called The Robinette. The food menu has small bites, but for something more substantial, get the decent-sized burger with fries." - martha cheng, team infatuation

We stayed at Hotel Wailea when we were in Maui and had to get a reservation at The Birdcage one night. So glad we did. Dinner was amazing and our server was the sweetest.. she gave us great recommendations and everything we tried was delicious. The place overlooks the ocean in the distance and the sunset views are unreal. Such a beautiful open space with the best vibe. We had a few handrolls, the broccolini salad, and some appetizers. Plates are small so you might want to order a few things to share. Drinks were great too. Overall just a perfect, chill evening.

Google
Amazing experience. By far and away the best bar in the state. We have nothing like this on Oahu. These have to be the best cocktails I've ever had and the steak was exquisite. Worth every penny. Ask for Emma, she's the best.

We had a fabulous sensory experience at The Birdcage this evening! It was a romantic, once in a life time dining experience filled with delight: covered open air seating (gorgeous high rounded wood ceiling), wonderful cocktails, sunset views from all tables, sweet parakeet love birds flying around the perimeter, great service, and delicious food. Some reviews say portions are small but we took home left overs including a yummy chocolate mouse. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The sights, sounds, smell, and tastes were so worth the price. We feel so grateful to have had this amazing opportunity. We ordered Ahi and Flank steak as well as a garden salad and broccolini bok choy with shishito peppers. Everything was so tasty. Mahalo to each person and creature both in front and behind the scenes who contributed to the Aloha we experienced at The Bird Cage, Wow!!!

Google
We were not in hotel guests but heard about the Birdcage and love a good sunset view. We were also excited to hang with the little green parakeets. That was all very fun, as we had hoped, but we didn't expect the service and food to be just so wonderful. We originally went only for drinks but wound up staying 2+ hours for share plates and entrees. The food was so fresh and flavorful, it was the best meal of the trip!

Google
Tough for me to give two stars but here is the reasoning behind that. First off 150 per person price was okay, if food was drop dead delicious. It wasn’t. Taste was bland and just didn’t hit one taste bud. Secondly and most important, Im from los angeles, the food had to hit and just didn’t. Saddens me because the view and ambience was amazing. Hit up bar if anything. But honestly we will not be back. I will find tastier local spots first. Mahalo 🤙

Google
Huge waste of money, zero positives. Bad service. Sub par drink. Bad food. Incredibly expensive; bought apps and two drinks and it was over $200. Service was good, but waited 10-15 minutes to even be greeted. Was excited for this to be our first spot upon landing in Hawaii, but the only good thing was that valet was free.

Google
Unfortunately the reviews were right. I wanted to try this place because it is a really cool concept and we were told to come here by two people. One being the manager of Duo at the Four Seasons (Go there instead the food and service is 5 stars.) The ambiance and sunset are gorgeous. We are celebrating our honeymoon and had a perfect view of the sunset. Unfortunately the food is overpriced and not very good. We had to send back my salmon for being undercooked. The waitress was kind but she clearly had too many tables as another round of drinks or the recook on my fish would take 15+ minutes. It is definitely not fine dining. Very disappointing considering the price point. The waitress attitude completely changed after we asked for the salmon to be recooked and just dropped the check and said “assuming you want this”. No option for dessert or after dinner cocktail. Overall go for the views, enjoy one overpriced cocktail. But skip the food and go enjoy many of the better food and drink establishments on the island.

Katie P.

Google
This is a must for sunset if you’re staying in the area. The ambiance is so special, beautifully decorated, no detail overlooked. We had the nicest service, really pleasant and welcoming. We just came for drinks so can’t comment on the food but the cocktails are great! Of course it’s expensive but you get what you pay for and this is nothing less than a 5-star experience.

Yelp
The Birdcage! At first I thought that's an interesting name and when I went to the place it all makes sense!!!! Omg the love birds in the roof and surrounding trees are a must see! So many of them!! It's fun to watch them and talk to them (they do talk back!!). The vibe of this place is amazing! The birds are loud and about from 5-6ish. After 7pm it was pretty quiet but beware they will poop randomly so much sure you don't get any on you! The drinks omg we were addicted to the Bird of Prey! Over a week we had over 30 of those . Definitely recommend that drink if you like something fruity and chill! The food was amazing! Like everything was soooooo good! My favorite was the Japanese A5 Wagyu! Definitely get that if you don't mind splurging a bit! One of the best steaks I've had in my life! The prawns skewer were huge (beware it has all its body parts if that grosses you out) and they were cooked to perfection and the flavor was great! The salmon hand rolls were another level of salmon! Yummmm is all I gotta say! P.S. the hotel wailea burger is really good as well and that patty is thick! It has an interesting flavor cause it's dry aged so if you are not a fan of that then don't get that as it's a flavor! But def worth it and filling! The staff were great and helpful in suggesting items and they are quick! Do order the drinks in advance if the place is packed and everyone goes ham on those drinks! Will definitely be back next time we visit!

Yelp
This is a social media trap. They have bird feed lining the interior edge of the ceiling so the birds are going crazy and are really loud. The view is minuscule and narrow due to the low ceiling. I thought it would be a cute place to watch the sunset, but the view was pretty terrible. The cocktails were unbalanced, and took over 20 minutes as there was only 1 bartender. Our 2 hand rolls took another 20 minutes. The menu was pretty overpriced.

Yelp
What an amazing place for a date night! Love the atmosphere and the natural beauty of the sunset and birds just chirping away! Service was incredible, forgot her name, but she was so kind and hospitality! Food was also fantastic! Their garden salad looks like it needed more dressing but once we tasted it, it was perfectly seasoned and the dressing was so light but flavorful. Hubs got the Wagyu which was delicious but 4 oz of meat is not a lot haha I got the yellowtail collar and it was delicious! Cooked perfectly! Me got a side of white rice, perfectly cooked and it was perfect when we made fried rice with it the next day. Definitely a MUST go!! One of our top 10 places!

Yelp
Worth every penny. A special place that gives you some life long memories. Why eat at the birdcage? Do it for the birds. You'll never forget it. 5pm reservation is the way to go. Get the filet mignon. Incredible sunset. Wild to read reviews complaining about the quality of sunset view. Shoutout to the service. See you all again!

Yelp
Great ambiance especially for sunsets, cocktails and pupus! Their drinks are top shelf and service is courteous and friendly!

Yelp
We made a last-minute reservation for two at The Birdcage, just in time for a 7:45 PM seating--and somehow landed one of the most unforgettable evenings of our trip. Set high above Wailea at Hotel Wailea, The Birdcage feels like a breezy hideaway perched in the clouds. We were seated near the front of the open-air dining room, where every chair is angled to face the real star of the show: the sunset. And what a show it was. As we settled in, the sky began its slow descent into color--fiery streaks of gold, orange, and pink melting into the ocean. Warm air drifted in, soft and fragrant, and nature's soundtrack took over--birds chirping and fluttering in the rafters, some nesting just above us in the exposed beams. It felt like the kind of atmosphere you can't really plan for--it just happens when the setting and timing align perfectly. We kept it simple and ordered a round of cocktails and a half dozen oysters to share. The oysters were fresh, briny, and topped with a delicate mignonette and seaweed oil that let the natural flavors shine. It was the kind of small plate that feels just right for a light sunset bite--elegant, unfussy, and perfectly coastal. The drinks were as fun as they were thoughtful. I had the Non-Migratory, bold and spirit-forward, and a Fly By Night, which had this rich, darker profile that really matches the mood. My partner tried a tequila-based version of the Early Bird, which was bright, citrusy, and refreshing--easily our favorite of the three. The bird-themed cocktail menu isn't just a gimmick--it's cleverly curated, and every drink felt intentional. What really elevated the night, though, was the energy of the space. Even though it was just the two of us, it felt like we were part of something communal. Everyone was facing the same direction, quietly watching the sun go down, drink in hand. It was peaceful but alive. Our server was wonderful--warm and present without hovering. We ended up chatting with her about life on the island, and she shared a bit of her story, which added such a personal, human note to the experience. That kind of moment--the unscripted connection--feels rare in a destination restaurant, and it was the perfect final touch. If you're looking for a place that captures the spirit of Maui without trying too hard, The Birdcage is it. Come for the cocktails, stay for the sunset, and let the birds overhead remind you to slow down and soak it all in.

Yelp
My wife wanted to end my birthday on a highnote so she booked a reservation for The Birdcage for a late ish dinner (late for Maui). This place is located in the Hotel Wailea. The Birdcage was a rotunda with outdoor views mostly all around. We couldn't really see any views though since it was so dark. The place itself wasn't really packed so it felt even more intimate. Our server was super friendly and helpful picking out stuff to eat and drink. All the drinks we ordered were some of the best ones we've had in all of Maui. We also ordered a Dry Aged Burger w/Curly Fries, handrolls, and oysters. Everything was prepared very well. It was probably the fanciest burger I've had in Hawaii (I guess price matches how fancy it was). Oysters tasted fresh as well as the handrolls (ora king salmon). Our server was also so nice to give us a Baked Hawaii for dessert on the house for my birthday as well. You don't see places like the Birdcage too often in Maui but it definitely stood out. Very great cocktails, nice food, personable service, and (probably) great views too.

Yelp
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The service was so amazing and FAST. We stopped in during sunset for a few drinks and the ambience is top tier. Our serves name was Emily and she was the best! Super friendly and gave great recommendations not only from the menu but things to do and definitely made our trip.

Yelp
Adorable little love birds and other wild birds fly in and out of the space .the service was attentive. The food wasn't great , I expects better flavours for the price we paid which was very very expensive. We had ordered the food so at least one of my starters was to come before . My spouse hamburger came out first .I ordered three small plates ( stone crab claw's , tomato salad and yakatori shrimp which didn't show up for 15 min . The server keep apologizing. The kitchen is having. Expediting issues and the head chef needs to sort it out .. We ordered a chocolate mousse to go $25 for example.wasn't worth it. Strange they don't sell wine by the bottle? The bird part was fun .wouldn't return

Yelp
People build incredible things on this planet. To find a construction with this level of detail and conservation is truly remarkable. Located on the top of the hill above Maui's coastline, this Relais and Chateaux property manages to blend in seamlessly into its tropical surroundings. The Birdcage is a place where mixology meets nature, then intertwined with architecture that presents something incredible to enjoy. The staff are ever so attentive and the cocktails are true works of art. Thus, the Birdcage is a must visit locale to enjoy something exquisite and intuiting without going too far from the more generic master planned parts of Maui.

Yelp
Come for the view... stay for the cocktails. Or is that the other way around? hahaha Either way... it's Fantastic. Fun cocktails and drinks. Good selection of wines and beers. They have food if you are inclined for some nibbles. We didn't since we had a rez at The Restaurant next door. But DEFINITELY come here to enjoy the evening views. OH... and the lovebirds chirp all day long from morning to night. For some reason they only stay here and not other parts of the property. I can't blame them; it's a great location.

Yelp
A birthday celebration brought us to The Birdcage, the lobby bar of Hotel Wailea, for some pre-dinner drinks. ATMOSPHERE: Located just off the lobby, the open-air bar is dimly lit with very high ceilings, oversized chairs and lounges, and no less than 180-degrees of ocean views. Be sure to check out the tables with bird legs & claws. Also, be careful of bird poop on the chairs. We didn't see any flying around, but they left their marks and weren't cleaned off. MENU: Handful of salads, apps, seafood, meats & poultry. BEVERAGE: Bye Bye Birdie This vodka-based drink had a nicely balanced mix of slightly sweet, tart, spicy and herby. FOOD: Beef Tartare We were served this while dining at The Restaurant. This definitely landed in my top 10 apps of all time. The creamy and flavorful beef went oh so well with the chicharron! Highly recommended. SERVICE: Gal server was friendly & professional. The drinks took a while to come out. TIP: No children are allowed at Hotel Wailea. OVERALL: Excellent venue for sunsets.

Yelp
Beautiful bar - amazing view especially at sunset! In the morning we saw cute lil kiwi birds all over the top flying back and forth! The drinks are incredible - a little on the pricey end but definitely worth the money. We ordered the green jay and bird of prey - we couldn't decide which we preferred best to be honest! Both such different drinks but made so well! Service was good - we came in about 30 minutes before closing and were able to get our drinks and finish up before they closed!

Haelie A.

Yelp
Staying in Maui and decided to give the birdcage a try for date night to spice up the long days of costco groceries. Had a friend on island recommend the birdcage- so worth it! Our server Kai (hope i'm spelling it right!) was amazing, great suggestions and super helpful. The spot was obviously beautiful. Lovebirds in the background are ridiculous, so cute. Food DELECTABLE (get the pork belly skewers.) oh and good cocktails of course. Pros: ambiance, service, food, hotel is beautiful. cons: depending on your seat you might get a little blinded for ~20 mins before sunset. we didn't but also got a good spot ;) and "pricy" depending on where you are staying... Wailea standards wise, if definitely could be worse. all in all totally would recommend for a more "casual" fancy date night!

Kayle V.

Yelp
The location is beautiful and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, for the price, it does not stand out at all. For nearly $30 a cocktail, I'd expect something highly memorable and unique which they simply are not. There isn't anything on the menu that you can't get at any other upscale bar. The food is mediocre as well. It was just underwhelming and super disappointing for the price point.

Yelp
We can't emphasize enough how impressed we were with the plating and flavor profiles of the dishes at The Birdcage. Staying at Hotel Wailea, we didn't know what to expect, but the name truly reflects the experience. Tropical grandeur awaits in this beautiful, open-air lounge known for its exquisite selection of Japanese grill specialties and freshly prepared sushi. As you relax, you'll hear calming bird sounds from real birds, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for a quiet evening. We started with Old Fashioneds made with a nice mid-shelf whiskey, then topped it off with local beers--fantastic choices! The glasses were perfectly chilled, and the staff was amazing. The dim lighting made it an ideal date night spot. We opted for a three-course meal and shared our dishes. The beef tartare was phenomenal--perfectly prepared with light, fluffy scratch-made chicharron chips that had just the right amount of flavor. The fish plate was incredibly flaky and paired wonderfully with its accompanying sauce. We also loved the sautéed shiitake mushrooms and shishito peppers; they were absolutely delicious. Everything was presented beautifully, and we didn't take many photos because we were too busy enjoying our meal. The timing of the service was spot on, making us feel like we were the only ones in the room. We can't wait to return to Hawaii and visit The Birdcage again. The presentation and quality of food were the best we've seen on the island!

Yelp
Top 3 Wailea Resort Bars! WOW. Blown away. Came for a pre-dinner drink on my birthday and was so happy with the choice!!! The venue is breathtaking. It actually resembles a bird cage with birds inside and has a gorgeous sunset view. I got the Love potion drink and it comes with a potion IN A MINI BIRD NEST (adorable) that you get to pour into the drink. It was the best cocktail i've had in a while! My friend got the mango ginger vodka drink and that was also incredible!!! Our server Michaela was fabulous. The entire staff hand signed a birthday card for me also?!? Overall, easy 5/5.

Lukas S.

Yelp
Came here to kill time and then decided to instead have the most epic dinner of our entire trip. Friendly staff, got a nice place even without reservation (though it seems reserving is a good idea as this is a popular spot around sunset time; before or after you'll likely be okay). Fantastic ambiance with dimmed lights and chirping (live) birds that nest around the rim of the roof. This is a fine dining place and the food was fantastic, from oysters to sushi to wagyu steak. Will definitely be back whenever we come to Maui.

Alex G.

Yelp
The Birdcage is truly such a special place. I got the rec from a mom friend who also said: but please don't widely advertise this place. It's the kind of place that feels so special that you don't want anyone to know about it so you can really savor it and it continues to feel like a special secret place. The architecture is truly stunning and one of a kind. The views incredible. The cocktails and service were fantastic. I know they advertise as small plates but omg talk about SMALL~~~ The portion for the ribeye and salmon were TRULY COMICAL. I mean even the sauce came in a SHOT GLASS. Perhaps the portion is more for a bird haha! Everything in Hawaii is expensive but this was taking it too far. Either have dishes that make sense for small plates or do regular portions for typical dishes. Never seen a main dish served in such a tiny portion LOL Also, our veggie order got missed and came out halfway through our meal...they said it would be covered and then still charged us. This however was the best thing we ate! Still, such a special experience. I would come to enjoy the views and DRINKS ONLY. Spend your money for the food elsewhere. We will definitely be back for drinks and hope that this gem of a spot continues to feel very private and special. Mahalo!

Yelp
One of my highlights while staying in Maui! Came during sunset and caught the most beautiful views. The food was delicious and the ambiance was truly unmatched with the birds chirping along the ceiling. We sat by the bar so all of us were able to catch a direct view of the sunset and it was perfect. 10/10

Cyndie M.

Yelp
Location, food & views were awesome. (Service - not so much.) The lovebirds were very chatty and so fun to watch. If you go, order the fries- they were amazeballs! The cocktails were good - but everyone does craft cocktails now so I didn't feel these were anything special. The grounds of this hotel and its decor were beautiful. We'll come back to this location and will also give The Restaurant a try.
google avatar

CJ L.

Yelp
The food was fantastic and the ambiance was great. Service was a little slow but the staff was friendly. This is a good place to take families.

Eloisa C.

Yelp
Went here to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends. Ambiance was nice. Food good but small portions and most sides have to be ordered separately. The plating of my fish was so pitiful that it was far from photo worthy - at least it tasted good. Service was slow. Really just 3.5 stars

Yelp
Beautiful scenery, Great Service our waitress Hannah was very attentive and kind. The food was Top quality and came out exactly as ordered. Highkey recommend the sorbets for desert.

Yelp
This is a must go to spot in Maui. The ambience is amazing. The love birds flying through and singing in the open air restaurant was magical. The Sashimi melted in your mouth. The drinks have great names and fun flavors. Highly recommend! Service was on point. Great photo ops too.

Yelp
Calling all love birds and /or bird lovers this is a sweet spot. Seating is limited but it's worth a try. Pull up to the Hotel Wailea and park in the free parking lot. Spots are slim and limited so watch out. You're looking for the Birdcage Bar not the restaurant. I'm sure the restaurant is also cool. As you walk in, the flowing water over the artificial waterfalls are beautiful. The staff are friendly and showed me to the Birdcage Bar and gave me the option to be at either since I had a restaurant reservation. It was my mistake. The theme of decor is bird cages. Parakeets fly around and perch as you sit enjoying the view. It's a must see! The hotel grounds are beautiful. The restaurant side has a pre-fixe menu for $110-$125 per person if you're really hungry. At The Birdcage bar has a cocktail, wine list, and full bar. You get a cute bowl of crunchy chips while you decide on a bird themed concoction or something else. There's a food menu on the other side of the drink menu if you're hungry. The charcuterie board looked like a great option if you're hungry or with a group. Drinks: The Speaking Pidgin ($21) is a tasty gin cocktail. I'm not a gin fan but I loved this drink. I also had the Green Jay ($22) which had a vibrant green color but was a little too fruit forward for me. Food: The Hurricane Brussel Sprouts were my favorite. It came with a hearty amount and I loved the blistered shishito peppers. The Opilio Crab ($28) were three little crab cake bites. It is not local crab so you're just paying for a crab flight to your plate. It's not it for me. The Crispy Dumplings ($25) were delicious! They were delicately packaged seafood bites with a crunch. I wish it was a served with chili oil.

Yelp
The ambiance here was amazing. We loved watching the birds fly above, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful. The service was also quick, and we liked that they gave us complimentary chips to start us off. The chairs were also super comfortable! In terms of food, we tried the ribeye skewer, the pork belly bao, and the tuna handroll. The food (primarily the skewer and the bao) was delicious, the tuna handroll was just okay. We felt the portion sizes were pretty small (especially for the price). Overall, we had a good experience here!

Joan Dean ..

Yelp
We celebrated our Anniversary here among the many love birds that live here! The sunset view from there is just beautiful! We have enjoyed the restaurant here many times but really love this new add. The drinks are so fun and imaginative. I had the miso salmon and a salad. My husband had the ahi tacos and a wagu dish. All were so yummy. We will definitely be back!

Owen W.

Yelp
he Birdcage offers one of the best dining experiences in Wailea. The ambiance is stunning -- open, breezy, and filled with island charm, just perfect for a relaxing evening. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktails are as impressive as the sunset views. A true hidden gem in Wailea!
google avatar

Mari B.

Yelp
The beauty of this property and specifically this bar are worth the trip. Our sunset cocktails session was every bit of what fantasy vacations are made of. The bird theme is all encompassing in an elegant way that does not compete with the natural beauty around you. The lovebirds enhance the atmosphere. The servers were polite, reserved, and full of great suggestions. The cocktails are creative and fun. There is a well equipped bar if what you want is off menu. We had cocktails, burgers and bao off the bar happy hour menu and lounged well past sunset, enjoying the atmosphere and food. Highly recommended. Worth the trip.
google avatar

Greg W.

Yelp
Excellent cocktails, very unique and sophisticated to say the least. Wasn't so keen on the food, they were sold out of a lot of different fish types which was a bummer. Also, make reservations for dinner before/during sunset for amazing views.....

Isabel B.

Yelp
Such a unique bar in the beautiful Hotel Wailea. Loved the birds flying around, the lighting, and sunset views. The drinks were a bit too sweet for our liking which led to the 4 starts but I still woke up feeling appreciative of the unique setting. Highly recommend regardless of the sweet drinks! Would like to come back and try their menu next time.
google avatar

Cherry R.

Yelp
We went here on a dinner date to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was good, small/pupu bites. You get a great view of the sunset, the open air concept was nice, and the birds chirping was a nice background sounds.
google avatar

Melody V.

Yelp
The atmosphere here is incredible!!! This is one of the most beautiful locations I've dined at in Maui. We came in last minute with a group of 4 and were immediately seated. We tried most of the cocktail menu. I got the blue footed booby and my husband got Owl Be Home for Christmas to start with. Both were incredibly good! The Bye Bye Birdy is also a really nice light cocktail to start dinner with. It's a very tropical tasting Ranch Water. For appetizers we got the Crudite Plate, a charcuterie, and Poke Crisps. The Crudite & Charcuterie we're both fantastic and had generous servings. The Poke Crisps came out late towards the end of our service, and the wontons were stale and the oil tasted bitter. My husband got the burger which had great presentation & was the highlight of the email. All in all, definitely a must stop place if you're in Maui.
google avatar

Land M.

Yelp
So the ambiance is the star. Go before sunset to see the lovebirds. They go to sleep when it gets dark. Great for appetizers and drinks. Service was excellent
google avatar

Christina O.

Yelp
Had a wonderful time at The Birdcage, starting with the singing of the birds surrounding the restaurant, breathtaking sunset view, delicious food, fine cocktails and mocktails and exceptional service.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
This location is amazing. I would suggest a cocktail at sunset. However, this was hands down one of the least edible meals I've had in such a long time. I dine out often and in locations known for great culinary choices. Sadly the food was barely edible. Shocking lack of flavor, the oils used for the items we ordered were old and foul, and the flavor combinations were poorly designed. We ordered fish, burgers, mushrooms, salads, and lamb. Not one plate was enjoyed, all, were only tolerated because we were hungry. I hate writing poor reviews and this may actually be a first. But I felt compelled to give others a heads up. The people were lovely. The space is perfection. Go enjoy a cocktail !

Yelp
One of my absolute favorite places to have yummy craft cocktails!! Emily at the bar is amazing and always so personable and fun! The atmosphere here is superb and great for a classy drink and date night!

Yelp
Very beautiful space with stunning views. We had some of the best cocktails we've ever had and great service. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Such a special experience and a highlight of my trip to Maui. Beautiful ambiance, delicious food, and stunning cocktails. I thought the chirping of the birds might be too loud or annoying and it was quite the opposite-serene, relaxed, gorgeous!

Yelp
Food: 4 stars Drinks: 5 stars Ambience: 6 stars Service: 5 stars Value: 3.5 stars Came here for a cocktail and some snacks and was not disappointed! I have been to the hotel for dinner in the last, and wished I could order a la carte. While the bar does not have all menu items from the restaurant, they do have some. It's nice to be able to pick and choose what you order while enjoying the amazing view and fabulous drinks. The drinks we had were excellent, and while we only had the edamame and Maui onion dip, we enjoyed both. We came to watch sunset and did not have a hard time getting a nice table with a view on a Saturday night. We enjoyed the many birds roosting in the eves (hence the apt name!) and stayed longer than we expected due to the excellent views, comfy chairs, and fantastic service. Highly recommend coming here for drinks - this is one of the best places to grab a cocktail on Maui!

Yelp
Service was fine, menu terrible. Don't plan on eating dinner there, drinks and apps only. $250 for two drinks, a salad, sushi bites and plate with a chunk of fish. Disappointed in food options and price. Food was not amazing.

Yelp
Service is spectacular, food and drink to die for. Expensive, but worth every penny. My wife had the Non-Migratory drink and loved it as well

Yelp
While the ambiance is amazing the food ( for the price ) was just okay . Service was wonderful . It's good to go and check out at least once but probably won't be back.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance ! Go for sunset, drinks were top notch, food is solid for a snack but not really a full on dinner spot.

Yelp
The place is amazing to sit and have a cocktail. We ordered the burger, in 41 years if living, I can say without a doubt, it was the single BEST burger Ive ever had in my life! 5 stars!

Yelp
Cool bar but we sat for 25 minutes and had servers ignore us. They didn't even bring us water, eventually we just got up and left.

Yelp
This place is chill because there are little colorful birds that nest inside the eaves. Great view, but there is a 30 minute period where the sunset will blind you. Still worth. Good drinks too.

Yelp
Came here around 4:30pm on a Friday to catch sunset. That was perfect timing because there weren't many people so we had our choice of seating. Closer to sunset, things got busier. The view aline is 5 stars and the birds add another layer of beauty. We tried a few different items. The poke crackers, the ribs and charcuterie. We loved the poke and ribs but the charcuterie was just ok. We also tried the Crane of Happiness cocktail which was great. I plan to go back. Great experience.
