How to Plan a Winter Visit to Canada's Banff National Park

"A second-floor eatery overlooking a busy street that impressed with seasonal, well-executed dishes—most notably an Arctic char served with white beans, roasted garlic and a parmesan broth—offering both quality comfort food and good people-watching from window tables." - Evie Carrick Evie Carrick Evie Carrick is a writer and editor who’s lived in five countries and visited well over 50. The outside patio is dog friendly. The staff was very nice. The fries are super amazing! The brisket is smoked on site and melts in your mouth! Cocktails were well priced and delicious! It is a must try for sure!

This place is very cool. A chill place with dark boards and excellent food. They have a full bar and lots of fresh beers on tap. I had one of the best flavored prime rib patty burgers I've ever tasted!! It was perfectly seasoned and delicious. My GF got a specialty burger with a chicken patty. She enjoyed hers but thought the chicken patty was a little thin. Parking in that area can be rough but worth it!

The night started off well. Ordered two drinks, 3 shots of lower shelf vodka, one appetizer of wings, 3 meals and the bill was nearly $200. Bartender was nice at first, but then started hovering, eyeballing and rushing. Asked if I wanted a drink, then suggested water when I was trying to decide. Mind you I had one shot and drink. lol. Then suggested a box, while I was still eating. Said he’d grab our check. Grabs the hand held, then proceeded to say nvm I’m gonna make someone a drink. Then makes 2-3 more drinks, talked to their regulars who he’s obviously over served, then came over shoving the machine in our face. Over all, work on customer service a little more. 😅😂 We aren’t a coming back, and I did absolutely enjoy the wings. Do not recommend solely on price and customer service.

Very good casual restaurant in Bothell. Had the Bison Burger, my 1st one but my husband loves them and this one did not disappoint. But the French Fries oh my they were delicious. Also tried the Caesar salad which was good. Our waiter....he was the best! Oh I forgot The Gambler...the bison version of an Old Fashion mind blowing. Try honey it is incredible!

Wow, we walked out and my partner said these words on a phone call, “We just had the best burger I’ve ever had.” Well that’s like a national holiday popping up on your calendar. That’s like the perfect summer day biking or boating, type burger. So let’s clarify - those french fries! They kept getting better with each bite. I mean, you’re full, and you can’t stop eating the fries. To make them more range-y, they offer all sorts of delicious dipping sauces. The chipotle and the garlic were spot on. Did I mention that fries kept getting better? They really did. I’m good with taking the snobbiest of french fry lovers the Bison. Back to the Bison Burger, cooked medium - it was perfectly medium! Thank you. Not the - well, we overcooked it a smidge, sorry medium. Dang that burger rocked. I think time stopped because after a moment my burger was gone. It was only a 20 mile ride so I’m not sure why I devoured that burger, but it was great to eat. There was a nice Fremont Pilsner and a delicious cider to help things down. Cool atmosphere - soccer and Mariners everywhere. The place was bustling at 7:30 which is nice to see. And the service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu. Thanks Bison!

My friends and I all love The Bison! Great drinks and food! Atmosphere is super fun, everyone is friendly and welcoming, tons of regulars who come in every day, reminds me of Cheers 🍻. Golden Tee is a big hit. It’s the only place nearby that stays open till 11 so naturally it’s the best place to have late night drinks. Bartenders and servers are all awesome, especially Jordan, he makes the best drinks! Always kind and accommodating, my go to pub!

Delicious bison burger, pretty good sliders, onion rings not much to say there The bison burger is super soft and seasoned well, the toppings are minimal but work really well with the flavor, however didn't fill me as an entree, maybe if I didny sub the fries for onion rings I would have been more full but delicious nontheless. The sliders are pretty good, but the hickory bbq comes on a bit strong and heavy, very sweet, you would want fries or onion rings with them to give you a bit of a break but very soft and delicious as well in small moments. Onion rings are as good as they go. They are delicious, but not much to say, I'm not a huge onion rings person, but they were crispy and good. Service did their best with what they had, only two guys for 10 tables and a bar, so waits are expected during peak times. Atmosphere was loud bar Atmosphere not much to say there, layout is more of a restaurant with a bar over a bar with a restaurant and the food reflects that. I do recommend stopping by if you're in the area just be prepared for the noise and waits

Great service, great beer & atmosphere. The food was disappointing.... $14 for a small wedge salad. The brisket sandwich was thin slices of brisket smothered in BBQ sauce. This is not a great place for BBQ. Service and drinks were great. Food that we had was very average.
